Very friendly checkin very responsible price, clean rooms.

Great location. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Rooms were clean but outdated. Not much of a breakfast selection. Friendly staff.

Overnight stop on the way from Niagara to the North — the hotel is good enough for that. At first glance clean, a second I do not risk at transit hotels of this price range generally. Breakfast gabs next door, everything packed, all sweet, only disposable utensils — typically American. For the travel budget a good hotel, the rest you ignore.

It's a Super 8 comfortable room the owner was amazing she worked with me and my group unfortunately they continuously screwed up and over charged my credit card to the point where my bank lock my card and my rent check bounced they release the funds but obviously it takes several days for it to go back to your account which now I had a late fee I had to pay for my rent I would stay there again but either use a prepaid card or pay cash two stars because of the financial hardship otherwise it would have been five stars because the owners were amazing.

Priced right. Very comfortable room. Great staff.

Worst experience of my life. Online under amenities it said “hot tub”. I called the front desk to ask if it was working. “Yes it is working. Let me see if it’s available… yes it is available” to me said the hot tub is working and no one is in it. Apparently that meant the jacuzzi suite was open and running. We learned this after checking in. Strike one. Despite our lack of relaxation we decided to say “what the heck” and check in anyway. Only to walk into a half cleaned room with used shampoo and soap still in the shower. Strike two. Back to the front desk I went to complain. The woman was a little confused about why I was so upset but offered me new room keys. With hesitation we entered our new room only to find this one had been also half ass cleaned. Strike three. So we decided it was time to cut our losses, ask for a refund and find a new hotel. When we approached the front desk again the lady was a little less friendly. After a long conversation she had us convinced the only way to get our refund was to call the website (super 8’s own site). After waiting on hold and being transferred 4 or 5 times I learned that in fact the woman at the hotel was the only one that could cancel our room and refund us. So again I revisited the woman at the front desk who now informed me that she had spoke to the supervisor and had refunded us. I’ve stayed in more hotels than most. And this was the WORST experience I have had yet. DO NOT waste your time or money.

Clean affordable rooms. Polite staff. We stay here on every trip to New England.

Not bad if you need a cheap place to stay. Definitely not the cleanest or most up to date, but it works in a pinch.

Inexpensive hotel right beside I-90. Rooms we're ok. Perfect for a quick over night on a road trip.

I don't know why people said this was outdated and what not… For the price for a nights stay this is great! Friendly staff and very comfy beds. Could have more pillows… But hey that is nitpicking…

Basic overnight motel. Clean. No elevator to second floor. Basic breakfast. Worth the price.

Good ambience feel cozy but actually the cost of stay is less. Suited for all ranges of people. Also suited for family, individual and group of friends.

This place smells like an old gym shoe. The rooms smelled musty and just bad in general. The place was fairly clean looking just smelled unpleasant.

Large, comfortable rooms (double beds). Pet friendly. TV with plenty of options.

Non-smoker put in a smoking room. Reeked! Toilet leaks water on the floor. Dirty towel behind the door. Half a cookie under the phone when I called front desk for a non smoking room. Front desk attendance was sweet. Switched us. New room… cleaner, but still an odd odor. Not smoke atleast… carpet either not vacuumed or done quite poorly! The amount of money I spent on this room has left me appalled! Don't stay here! Ever! Probably calling corporate to complain!

Pleasant staff. Clean. Honestly, most comfortable bed of any hotel, etc. That I have ever slept in. Fresh coffee and warmed cinnamon buns for breakfast. They were packaged but when warmed for 12 seconds, delicious. Great value. Bill Loeb Glens Falls NY.

The place is okay if you want to stop for the night. The biggest concern was how weak the Wi-Fi was.

Stayed at this hotel because of its location close to the highway. Very pleased with the hotel and it's employees. Great staff and wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again.

IMPORTANT REVIEW*** So where do I start. We were on the road for 10 hours and trying to find a quick, cheap place to sleep. We rolled up to the front desk and there was probably an 60 year old lady. It was about 9 o'clock so me and my dads patience was extremely low. We told her that we needed 2 double beds. My dad continued and said that he was a vet, wondering if there were discounts. Her answer, completely ignorant and mean was "how do I know your a vet" now, I might be wrong but I don't think anyone carries a badge around saying they are a vet. The only proof we had was his police badge in his wallet and his license that said he was a cop. By the way… He is a vet. We saved about 10$ there but still no booked room. We asked what the hold up was and she said that we are to demanding. We never did anything wrong. We just want to sleep, we said. "Okay whatever" was her reply and said we were room 191 and handed us th keys. Then something happened that we never thought would happen before. The desk lady proceeded to say that "no one is working overnight until 6" wait, WTF. So no body is allowed to leave in the night, the doors are locked. At this point it has been 30 minutes of trying to get a room. We still weren't successful. She then said "but if there is a problem you can dial 0 and the guy next door will answer" we just took our keys and went to our room. The keys wouldn't work.

Clean but simple. Old bananas and dry old bread not too good. Waffle maker is a plus.

First room, toilet wouldn't flush, so I left a nice present for the manager. The lamp shade had awful words written on the inside so when you turned on the light, you saw swear words. Backwards. They gave us a second room due to the faulty toilet and complaints we ranted about and the second room beds did not have sheets that fit the bed. It was not comfortable, it was itchy, and I do no recommend this hotel. Go to the others around the area. They may be $10 more, but they are worth the $10 extra.

We were there September 2, 2010. We woke up with bed bugs crawling all over us and left promptly. They refunded our bill. Never again! Jon.
