Just checked in so haven't done much here. The rooms are nice, but the room smells weird… not sure why so I closed the bathroom door… hopefully that's what is was… we'll see…

AMAZING customer service. The breakfast is sooooo good and a little different each day, the pool is warm and clean, rooms were huge. Had us and our 4 kids and we all fit with lots of room. Felt like home away from home. Will be back.

We stayed here while in town to close on a property in Darien Center. Great value, updated property, wonderful complimentary hot breakfast and friendly staff, even the overnight staff checking us in a midnight. Very impressive. Highly recommend.

No mini fridge, bed was hard and I have back problems. Very clean tho, nice breakfast in the morning. Quiet, and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and check in was nice… if you are in a wheelchair it is not handicap friendly… no shower chairs… the lift for the pool is broken… I called to confirm a few days before check in and was not notified of these issues… when I mentioned I wanted to talk to a manager about it I was told that someone would call me and I’ve been gone for 2 weeks and still haven’t heard from anyone.

Front desk clerk friendly, room was spacious. Pulled back covers on one of two queen beds to reveal stain on sheets. Other bed was ok… bathroom mirror was dirty. 1st timing staying there guarantee it is last time.

It was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome, and the lady refilling stuff and cleaning was ADORABLE and funny. The ac was stuck on, and it was a little uncomfortable, — that's the reason for only 4 stars. We ended up throwing a towel on it and calling it a night instead of notifying staff at 1am… Overall though, very satisfied and would recommend.

It was a good experience since I went with friends and family. Coming back after a softball tournament and going into the pool was good it was warm and cool at the same time. The morning breakfast they served W asnt bad but it wasn't that good either.

Clean and comfortable bed. That's all I really care about and they delivered.

Sorry but I was not very impressed. Bed was old and tired. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Trash was overflowing in the entrance. Would not stay there again.

A small notch below my expectations for Holiday Inn Express Pretty much have the same comments as others have noted. The carpet felt a bit 'unclean' and didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on them. My bed was freshly made and felt decent to sleep on, but the linen were old and beige-ish. Staff was decent and the Wi-Fi was strong though.

They have been under construction for months. I got stuck in the snow trying to get up to the lobby in my corporate car that has somewhat crappy tires. Overall it was OK but I stay Holiday Inn for the points so I wont go anywhere else.

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly service. Overall well maintained. Just a couple of minutes from stores restaurants.

Well worth the price and a nice breakfast to start the day.

Great hotel with many amenities! Convenient location for those traveling on Interstate 80 and need a rest from driving. There is also an Applebees nearby for eating.

Beds were very low and uncomfortable. Breakfast was supperb though. New beds and I would recommend this hotel as best in Batavia.

Way too close to the hiway. Noise all night long. Internet is hard to connect. Didn't have extra blankets. But for the rest, it is a typical H. I. Express. Good service, clean.

This was very good hotel, great service, comfortable beds awesome breakfast, wondering why I gave them 1 star. Well be careful when u hand them your credit card. I stayed one night got 2 rooms on my way to Niagara falls. They charged my card 3 times, called them up and got answered its normal—what? They said it can take up to a month for a refund while I will be paying finance charges to the bank. I travel a lot all over the world. But this was new to me! Still waiting for my money filled a claim with credit card company for unauthorized charges… thats how u turn a very good experience into a very bad one… good job Holidays Inn.

Room had no desk or proper furniture in it. Very strange and basically empty. Also, there was a terrible smell in the property. Clerk said he'd add IHG rewards number to my stay and did not. I asked for the points to be added via the IHG Rewards website. They asked for lots of additional information (not just my name, the hotel name and the date of stay like every other chain) — I needed street address of hotel, confirmation #, exact room rate paid. I did not have it and the hotel is not able (or willing) to send me a copy of the receipt via email. Not interested in this hotel or any IHG property from here on out. Too many places do too well (Marriott, Hilton, Westin, etc. )

There for a professional event. Everything was set up properly, and went well. I would recommend for a professional event in the future.

The hotel was nice. The price averaged at 160 a night. I found it interesting that when my wife called the hotel was entirely booked except for the suits. That did not reflect what their website said. Less than 5 minutes later I called and the regular room was available. For that price I was expecting the room to be cleaner. Their was pink mold around the edges of the shower. It's not dangerous or anything but it shows a lack of using cleaners consistently.

After finding bugs in the bed at the nearby best western, I came here to stay to find out they were sold out for the night. The front desk gentleman cancelled his own room he had saved since he had to be there to work so early so I could have it. Top notch service here! Everyone was so welcoming!

Nice, clean, good staff. Has laundry on 2. Indoor pool. Exercise room. Surrounded by very little in walking distance though.

The Room was newer and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived very late and checkin was fast. The staff assisted us with where to get a quick bit to eat. The stay was great.

Stayed here twice. Once as long as two weeks. Very good experience. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only two negatives were that there was no fridge in the room for my longer stay and that there was no hot tub. Small swimming pool and a small gym, but they get the job done. Right off the highway and close to any store needs.

Worst experience with a hotel yet. Bed feels like a prison mattress freshly unrolled. AC in the room does not work. As I sit here in the lobby at 12:45am waiting for the maintenance person to arrive (and needing to leave by 7am for a flight) I am contemplating why I would ever choose a Holiday Inn branded hotel ever again in my life. Awful.

My wife and I recently stayed here to get a relaxing night out away from the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I had absolutely no problems while staying here. Definitely 5/5 stars.

Will go back again. Nice rooms.
