Bob is like your uncle with a big house and plenty of room. Nice family business.

It was a costly hotel with a lot of room for improvement. Served it's purpose but can't say my family will ever stay again.

Normal hotel nothing special but very friendly owner oh free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Good staff, comfy bed and clean… cant ask for more in an overnite stay.

Clean place and wonderful staff…

The rooms were nice, bed were comfortable, a lot of cable options on TV. Rooms we're clean and it was very quiet there.

Very clean, well maintained room. The management are very easy to talk to. Had a diamond ear ring go down the sink, and they tore it apart to get it. Ill be using them, everytime I come into town.

Afforable, nice and clean and the owner is a very nice man and make customers feel at home.

The caretakers here are very kind people, and were patient with me dealing with my company paying for my room. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, and the cleaning staff were friendly and helful.

I had a great stay. The hotel is very clean. The manager upgraded me from a queen size room to a king size room after 1 night and I didn't even need to pay extra. The two rooms I saw were remodeled and the breakfast was good too. The manager and the clerk were very nice and even gave me a suggestion for a restaurant. I would stay here again.

WARNING BED BUGS I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and not only was the service horrible with the lady working being incredibly rude and the room looked like it wasn't even cleaned properly but I woke up with bug bites all over me. The employee refused to refund my money when I questioned her about the bites all over me saying that it looked more like allergies than bug bites. I shrugged it off as just typical bad service from a low budget hotel and left. I had never encountered bed bugs before and didn't know how big of a deal they actually are… until now. Since my stay there I am now dealing with bed bugs infesting my entire home and am being forced to replace all my clothes and almost all my furniture. I suggest you stay at one of the other hotel options since the $5 you might save there is not worth the hassle and irritation you will probably have to deal with later because of that choice.

The Budget Inn changed my life. I honestly feel like a new person after my one night unexpected stay in Batavia. The workers there helped us wonderfully and of course it was fun and cost effective. I will go out of my way to stay here again just for the memories. God bless the budge. Only problem was a couple Doritos left in the bed.

The owners/clerks were so rude. I would not recomend sleeping here ever. Mabey they were having a bad day. I don't know, but I will never ever frequent this establishment again.
