Poor Customer Service. Dirty Rooms. Nasty common areas. Lazy and Unprofessional Staff. Breakfast Offering is Cheap and looks Old and Unappealing. According to the reviews and Groupon it seemed like an ideal place. Came in on Thursday, and the girl who checked us in was sarcastic and rude. There's free Wi-Fi, and once in our room when realizing we didn't have the code we called the help desk, the girl answered and instead of having customer service skills she says you must have dropped it, not thinking that maybe she forgot to give it to us, very unprofessional. When using the sink in our hotel room, it had small hairs in it that we did not put there. It Lets us know that someone did not thoroughly check to be sure the room was clean. We then proceeded to go out, when getting into the elevator someone had spilled something in the center of it, we had to squeeze in on the side while having our nicest clothes on for our anniversary. We mentioned The Spill to the same woman at the front desk before leaving, she stated that she would let someone know, after going out to dinner and a show for a few hours we come back to the hotel, and getting on to the elevator the spill is still there in the middle of the floor only now starting to dry up, how disgusting! We get up for the breakfast the next morning, the waffle maker doesn't work well. You have to leave the waffle in the machine longer if you wanted it set. We decided to get hot chocolate, as I'm looking into the hot chocolate basket, a short older woman with a ponytail comes out from the kitchen and sees me looking into the basket, she watches me and pretends to organize the oranges and apples right in front of me, as soon as I give my wife the hot chocolate packet for her to make for herself, I turn around to get another one for myself, the basket was gone, she took the basket and put it into the kitchen. Maybe she thought we were taking to much. It was only one hot chocolate packet that we took. We were the last two in the eating area, she could have at least asked if we were finished. Glad we'll be leaving soon.
