We were harrasassed by the manager for visiting my disabled mother, with my service dog. Very rudely so. I said that its the law to have my service animal and he was still very very rude. We will never stay here and cross review our horrible account by this place. Im going to animal rights and better buinsess bureau. The bathroom was very dirt and none if the employees wore masks.

What a beautiful place. The pics do no justice. Right ON the beach! Very clean and exceptional service Booking again for more summer getaways this year! So happy with my choice.

It’s nice room and close to ocean and pier! We also love that there is an inside pool for the rainy days ❤️ family owed business and they are so amazing ❤️ ❤️❤️ we love the way they treat us ❤️

We had to cancel a our trip a week in advance due to covid and work restrictions. The owner rudely refused to refund my deposit after explaining that I am a healthcare provider and its against my workplace policy to travel and not quarentine for 14 days stating " others travel so you can too", he couldnt have cared any less.

First time here location is perfect very happy with my decision to stay here.

We decided to go to Maine for the weekend! Last minute no reservations. We spent the weekend! The staff at Copley LaReine were friendly! The rooms were clean. Our room was close to the beach. Nice surprise our room had a kitchenette. Housekeeping was excellent. Have given several recommendations to friends. Looking forward to going back again!

Very upset with the service received. Called months in advance to try to change/cancel a reservation for the summer and was told that the graduation of my children wasn't important enough to give a refund. Kept quoting "policy" is to lose deposit, however, when did people stop being human and empathetic? Paul, you will never understand the situation that I am in, please do not pretend. I have asked to speak with someone above Paul, I guess that person doesn't exist. (I was told Sam owns it but isn't there until the summer. This doesn't help me or any customer! ) Today is March, reservation is made for June.

Best location on the beach! Owners are friendly and accommodating. Been staying here for years!

Unless you get a ocean view room (which is double the price). Your looking at a parking lot. It's as basic as basic can get. Floors are slanted. No carpet.

The only good thing about this place is the location, being close to the beach and short walk to the center of town. I’m pretty sure they have fake photos online because my overpriced room didn’t look anything like what I had seen was disgusting… someone’s hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub! And that was just the beginning. Now I know why it says non refundable everywhere in the front office!

I have been going to the Copley LaReine Motel for more than 25 years. It is a very clean and comfortable motel, with the latest in room luxury and accommodation. You are literally about a minute walk to the beach through the parking lot! Paul Kropkin one of the Owners and the Directing Manager will see to it that your stay is great. If you are a guest there, choose a complimentary coffee in the morning from a wide selection. Don't forget a swim in the Indoor Heated Salt Water Pool! Paul has great knowledge of Old Orchard Beach, Me. And the surrounding areas. In the main office are many brochures about many, many places to visit. There is parking and it is monitored both by Paul and employees who take care of parking needs in the evenings. More than once, I was helped to back into a spot on a rainy night! Around the corner from the Motel is Harold's a famous local landmark where you can get everything from beach chairs, sweat shirts to bogey boards, snacks and cold drinks. There is also a wide variety of adult beverages in stock. I would not go anywhere else!

Room big. The kitchenette had a lot of wasted space because the microwave, the coffee pot and the toaster were all on the small kitchen table, which only had two chairs. The room was very dusty and smelt like seaweed. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. One bed sounded like it had broken box springs. The floor was not carpeted and no broom was in the room so if you have kids there is no way your going to keep sand out of the room and you will be walking and sleeping in sand! No curtains on the window! The lights outside the window were so bright even with the blinds closed it still seemed like day light outside, which made it difficult to sleep! Don’t request an ocean view room. Make sure you “book it”!

Great little hotel by Old Orchard beach in Maine. Water was too cold to swim in, but the view and location were perfect.

Nice, fare price, next time I will stay again.

Great Place! Steps to the ocean!

Location was great, but the room did not look like any of the pictures, requested the 2 Queen beds room with kitchenette, paid extra for a "kitchenette" and it was a very small sink with a built in stove top, the microwave was set on top of the sink when we arrived, no place to put it but the floor. Didn't have a table with chairs like shown in picture for that room. Utensils very limited, few bowls and forks. I will say the beds were comfortable. But don't pay extra for a kitchette unless you just want a sink, because the bathroom has a sink.

Great place to stay great beach front. This place is even awsome in October stayed there for 3days on our way to bar harbor pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. Owner is fantastic on our way back from Maine we ran into trouble finding a hotel called them late in the day. This was the last week they were open for the season he got me the same room for a discounted price. He saved the day. Highly recommend.

Older place, but recently updated and it's beachfront. Close to the pavilion and attractions downtown.

They had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, of the several OOB accommodations I've used over the past 25 years! Spacious ocean-view first floor room. Very clean. Lovely tile floors. Water pressure was good, hot water was readily available. Only a one night stay, but it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Very nice, quaint and clean motel right on the beach. My sister and I went and stayed for two days. This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for and the people we met that worked there were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved it.

The pool was just for kids. The fat guy at office was aragant. The rooms were small but clean. The location was very good. You can only park one car there. 200 calelation fee that they take right away.

The view was Awesome But the pool had hair in it so that's my I give it four star's.

I'presently here and for the last 23 years we been comming at this hotel we can't not ask for better service starting by the owner of the place what a nice gentleman and always do think to serve his costumer so l refer this hotel to anybody who love to be treat as we have been treat for all those years thank you so much M. I been to this hotel since 2005 it's very old, clean, right on the beach, near everything by foot, the owner is a great guy, but don't expect the Hilton you'll be disappointed.

We had a room facing the ocean. The room was very nice. It was recently renovated, new furniture, floors, bedding and paint. The room was large, clean and welcoming. Small fridge/freezer, stove top, dishes and some utensils. The view is amazing and the staff accomdating. I would stay here again.

Location is awesome. Really close to the Pier and all of the activities. Room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi wasn't very good.

The beach the shops, arcades, and seafood, great motel. All brand new remodeled​ rooms very family friendly.

I stayed here with my mother and my 9 year old son. We loved it here. Our room was right on the beach. At night we could leave the windows open and listen to the waves crash all night long. We were literally 25 steps from the beach and water. The room was average. No complaints. A/C worked very well and the kitchen was adequate. No neighbors bothered us. It was quiet and perfect for the week. We are coming back this year!

The location was spot on, but the rooms were small and dated.

This establishment has been around for a long time and they are upgrading. But the rooms are very accomadating and so is the staff. The location is the best. It is only minutes from downtown. On the ocean side the beach is very close and you can view the pier. Many nights you can sit on the balcony and listin to the band on the pier. We enjoyed it. We have stayed there in june for over 20 years.

First room was digesting then move us to a nice room.

Small, nice, clean, on the beach, parking included, better than a lot of place in the Caribbean.

Gross. Overpriced. Gross. And gross. And disgusting. And nasty. And gross. Would have not given a single star.

Go here every year since I was a baby. Perfect.
