Great value, cheaper than other motels in the area. Had a comfortable stay and good nights sleep. Everything worked good, the TV with plenty of cable channels, the air conditioning kept me cool. Had a great stay.

Great place for the money. Rooms are clean and they take care for your needs. Love staying here.!

I have never stayed at a hotel that had a tangible odor to it prior to this. I booked my night online and it was entirely too late to seek alternative accommodations by the time we arrived. Please peruse the accompanying photos and marvel at the ample outlets afforded by the multiple power strips emerging from the single outlet. Now, you may think, "that's a fire hazard. " Fear not friends, that concern has been addressed to not interfere with your slumber by the removal of the battery from the smoke detector in your room. No lights in the bathroom? Here's an extra lamp next to your sink. Terrified of the possibility of bedbugs? Well, feel free to sleep in this stunning chair pictured instead. I tried reaching out to the Wyndham Group and received no response, so please stay anywhere else. At the very least, consider yourself warned.

Great online price $31 plus tax. Polite staff. Clean floors. Clean room. Dirty restroom. Nice Microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Cold A/C. Cable TV works. Cable remote missing. One room lamp not working. Good room space. Non smoking rooms. Clean parking. Great value for the price.

Whatever you do, don't stay at this Knights Inn! The place is supposedly being renovated, but by the least competent contractor they could find. In our room, the light in the bathroom sported dangling wires (not technically unsafe but unsightly), a mirror hanging by one fastener came off the wall with no encouragement at all when I tried to straighten it. The king bed had just three measly pillows (they did bring extras), the curtains didn't close properly, the toilet's water reservoir didn't fill properly, some apprentice plumber switched the water lines going to the faucet so hot was cold and vice versa. To top it all off, our room was right over the after hours entrance and closed with a bang that's loud enough to wake the dead and there was no carpeting or anything to absorb sound in the stairwell so you're forced to listen to ever goddamn elephant lumbering to his room. The place is cheap, but you'll be better off spending a little more and actually get some sleep.

The front desk, they are very nice and helpful. But the house keepers need to be fired, or baby sat. Our sheets on our bed were filthy. There were stains all over, and when my son pulled his blanket back, there was a cigarette in the bed. The other bed was nasty too. Looks like the sheets have not been washed for a month. And we had a dirty town hanging up in our bathroom with hairs all over it. The toilet was stopped up too. Its cheap, but filthy. And I would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Priced within reason. Dennys, Waffle House and service stations close by. Plenty of parking. Can park a Tractor Trailer or two. Easy access to I-20. Currently undergoing renovations which promise to add considerable improvements and value when completed.

It's a reasonable nice place to stay. It's just a shame how is the price steady going up but all the employees that works hard they get fired when really they are desperately need back due to the point it was a more pleasant place to stay.

The room was ok… clean. The bathroom however wasn't so much. The sink was dirty as well as the bathtub. I slept really good… it was very quiet and safe.

The front desk clerk was awesome the phone was broken in my room and she took time to go find me a brand new the managers I think maybe owners not sure but my issue was that the room was filthy I spent an hour cleaning the room got all kinds of things off the floor. I know they under construction but rooms that are being rented need more than beds made and towels floor wasn't vacuumed food wrappers and cig butts the toilet seat was broken very unprofessional housekeeping maybe some training is necessary I will mention it to management next I'm in town or perhaps call at forty dollars a night I will most likely give them another chance.

This establishment is being renovated but I see the possibilities simply because I've stayed at other newly renovated Knights Inns and the results were fantastic. The cost here is very reasonable when you consider the comfortable bed, cable, tv, mini-fridge, etc. I will be returning and updating my review.

4 stars based on the price. Cannot beat the quality of actual room for the price. They said they were going thru a remodel right now but room still very good. Once the remodel is complete pretty sure couldn't beat the quality of room with the price in the area. I had a patio that is indoors. Gave the room a good feel. Bed was very comfortable too. Only thing I could complain about is the quality of curtains and comforter set on bed. But that is minimal. Great room for the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Disaster! Get what you pay for. Management knocked on door at 11:30pm checking if room was occupied. Room key didn't work when came back earlier. Room hadn't been cleaned Manager let us in room instead of fixing problem. Ice machine doesn't work. When checked on Friday they didn't have us anywhere, glad had printed out payment confirmation for two nights. Saturday room hadn't been cleaned or clean washcloths replaced when returned at 7:30 pm, the 2 housekeepers were in hall gabbing.

Really nice rooms can't beat it for the price. Fridge micro and a patio with sliding doors on the ground floor. The place looks bad from the outside but it's very nice for a knights inn I think it used to be a luxury hotel. Only thing it could use would be better mattresses.

This place is filthy, dirty bedding, ashes on the floor of non smoking room! Remodeling isn't any reason for cruddy rooms! The sheets had hair all over them, which was totally disgusting! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Probably the nicest for the price, had to stay here for a couple months and didn't have any bad experience. I recommend it. Don't get discouraged by the look of the outside.

Peaceful get good rest here nobody bothers you if you need something just call the front desk from the room very good attitude of the attendance here I would recommend this place I would highly recommend this place two office of fischels.

This USED to be a $75 per night motel, now it's a $35 at best. While my room appeared to be clean when I came in, as my stay progressed, so did the problems. Second night and I found only half the room had been cleaned. I think housekeeping ment to return, then forgot. I wouldn't care except I only got 1 towel. There is a sign on the desk that says "2 pillow types are provided" I think they are ancient and flat. As the next morning passed I realize that towels are a serious issue in this motel in that there aren't enough to go around. Thank goodness I have a few of my own. Breakfast is liquid egg made scrambled and precooked microwaved hockey puck sausage. Ever heard of being grateful for what you get? They have everything cleared away by 0830. I think because they know most guests won't want to eat till 0900. As for the staff, I found everyone I met as positive as they could be considering the motel's short comings. The polite and courteous staff earns this place a 2 instead of a 1.

Amanda at the front desk was awesome! She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. However, some things were out of her hands. First off the hotel needs some serious cosmetic improvements. Towels were in very short supply. We always had to wait to clean towels just to take a shower. We ran out of toilet tissue one day and had to wait until the NEXT day to be brought some after asking numerous times. Our room was never cleaned the whole 4 days we stayed here again after asking numerous times for housekeeping services. We killed a bug the size of a house cat one night and complained to the front desk who acted like it was no big deal. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool and hot tub area are nice and the bar/restaurant had great food and drinks for a good price. The hot breakfast that is offered is just ok. For the price we paid this hotel needs some serious improvements. If you are going to have a pool and hot tub you must have a large supply of towels. It's my understanding the hotel is under new management and we spoke with him the day we checked in and it sounds like he's doing his best but for the price per night it's just not good enough. I won't stay here gain.

Checked in with no problems at all. The hotel is very nicely laid out with a wonderful atrium, pool, jacuzzi and workout room as well as party area and game area with pool tables. The restaurant was not open when I arrived as they had just changed ownership and were preparing to open the following day. When I realized that the new owner and I talked a minute and she made me some chicken even though they weren't even open yet. The staff made me feel welcome. I stayed two nights and my second night I arrived back at the hotel very early morning hours and found my keycards had demagnetized, I came back down to the front desk and within a minute they had me taken care of. I would highly recommend this for families on vacation or solo business trip.

Front desk staff was Excellent, but it doesn't make up for the dirt & filth, which includes same bedsheets for a week and not getting them washed… The cockroaches, mold, paint peeled walls, electrical boxes falling out the wall with exposed wires… The horrible food, the smell, overflowing toilet-I plunged myself… It goes on and on… But at least the front desk was nice…

Place needs to be shit down and needs an all new crew maids obviously dont clean first room had melted icecream in the bottom second I found a crystal meth vile with residue found pubic hairs in bath tub hallways stink and outside of the rooms the lobby and hallways are stuffy almost as warm as the outside.

Shower has no pressure, the room was very dirty I I happen to have some cleaning items with me so I cleaned myself some of the staff was rude a few others very friendly, the hall smells like piss way over priced only because of the filth washer and dryer was very dirty only one located on the fourth floor the Windows are gross the Window covers wow to say the least. The only thing clean was the sheets and towels no lamps were plugged in and two of them had dead bulbs the free Wi-Fi well it should be free because you can't get on it when you call to inquire on the issue you get oh well that's what we have they have a book in the room telling you what they offer, nothing in it is so and when I call for room service they say oh the restaurant has no phone! So we go down and its no longer open lol I guess that's why they don't have a phone what a joke. If they hired the right staff and cleaned the rooms much needed by the way and fixed the other services they say they have I would have no problem paying $84.00 per night. Bed was comfy however but when I took the sheets off to have them cleaned wow a bit upsetting to say the least. With proper staff and management this place has great potential.

Manager is very rude and unhelpful. Room service doesn't change sheets or clean throughally. A guy that works the front desk made a drug deal in the parking lot twice that I saw. The gym is closed for no reason and they won't open it.

Great public amenities (indoor pool, whirlpool, pool tables etc) but long wait for room and mixed up our room with another so we had 3 different people try to get in what they thought was their room. Plus room service thought this room was empty so no clean room for 3days. (Yes we kept requesting it) Also Mexican restaurant in motel (closed at odd times but have burgers) Only a couple places in walking distance. Oh and room OK except for no movie channels just basic cable and ratty curtains.

So-so. Semi truck parking is a joke, just dirt by the freeway ramp, but forgivable. Wi-Fi doesn't work on the 4th floor, my biggest issue. Hot tub was more like a warm tub (usual for motels tho). Had to ask for extra towels to take to hot tub, did get them but was told "we're not supposed to give out extra towels". Lamps were not plugged into socket behind the bed upon arrival, ez fix but annoying. Extras include games by the pool, including billiards, ping pong and arcade. But lighting for table games is too dark at night. Plus pool tables are extra $. Overall, nice room, clean, good A/C, comphy bed, good shower. Just expected a little more. And I'm just pissed about no Wi-Fi.

Fair. The steakhouse restaurant was horrible andover price I ordered the philly cheesesteak and they gave me steak on Texas toast bread and I'm never eaten there again.

I loved the indoor pool and the hot tub. The Mexican food restaurant was superb and we ate their both nights. You do not need to stay at the hotel to go to the restaurant. The breakfast was pathetic and really lacked any effort on their part. The only part I found palatable was the waffle you cook yourself so we went to Denny's right down the street. I'm very picky and I expect really clean rooms. I found dust bunnies on the sprinkler head, dust on items in the room that weren't obvious like the top of the headboard, beside the sink in the bathroom, the inside of the lamp. The staff were why I gave 4 stars. They were wonderful! They were caring and tried to help with some special needs I had. The place needs a little upkeep but I really loved my stay and will stay again if needed.

I made a reservation for a suite and upon checking in, I was verifying the reservation with the lady at the front desk. She assured me I was in a suite and it was the best room in the hotel, with the exception of the townhouse. Now either the woman at the front desk doesn't know what a suite is or she thought I didn't know what a suite was but either way it wasn't a Suite, it was just a slightly larger room with a pull out couch. The reason for the suite was, I need a extra room for a teen girl staying in the room. Anyway I asked for a refund for the next night because I paid for two nights and with reluctance and attitude the same lady that told me I was checking into a suite and the best room in the hotel refunded me for the next night and I then went across the street to the La Quinta and checked into an actual suite. By the way to be the nicest room in the hotel that room, which they call an executive suite needs better lighting, there's only four small three small lamps four light.
