We stay here at least 2 times a month. We have parents close by. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast even tolerates late risers. Room are nice and clean.

I had never stayed in a Hampton inn before but I will never stay any where else now. The service was excellent! The rooms beautiful! The pool was great! The people so sweet! When we checked out they gave our kids a snack for the road!

I wanted to let you know that Destiny is a great employee! Last night was the last night of my 3-week road trip, and I have experienced a full range of customer service (good and BAD) along the way. Destiny was a breath of fresh air. Just generally a sweet person & asked what brought me to the area & had a quick, nice conversation about my trip. A lot of people along this trip have lacked just simple pleasantry & personality & hospitality—but Destiny had all of those things! She was nice to us when we had to call the front desk & nice to everyone we heard her interact with. Just wanted to thank her! Only reason for 4 stars is because breakfast could have been a bit better. The sausages served at a lot of these Hampton Inns taste like greasy plastic. I’ve seen Hampton Inns have Canadian bacon and turkey sausage links—that would be nice if that was at all of them! Other than that, room was clean & very comfortable. Digital key worked great & the pool was awesome!

It was a great, comfortable stay. The room was very clean and it was well located. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice hotel very clean dining areas and rooms. Friendly staff each shift. There was a variety of breakfast items each morning. Equipped with an out side pool with handicap acessible chair. My only reason for not having 5 starts is because we had billing issues and there was no manager on duty to help on the biggest checkout day (Sunday). Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Certainly acceptable for an overnight stay, but little things were missing. Two of the three icemakers were out of order, and on all three trips (check in, check out, and to make a shop purchase) to the front desk, it was unattended. Service was pleasant and room was clean and quiet.

Great staff very comfortable beds. Sweet room. I will be back.

We always try to stay at Hampton Inns when we can. The rooms are clean, quite and comfortable. The staff are really nice and helpful. I would recommend Hampton Inns to everyone!

This place was FILTHY! The hard surfaces of the floors were sticky and stuck to the bottom of your shoes. The carpets were stained and dirty. The furniture was dirty to the point that I had to cover it so as not to put my luggage and other items on it. They don't change the bedding unless you request it. The sink was plugged the first night. We had two rooms. One of them was not cleaned or serviced, at all, the first two nights that we were there. We were going to check out, but was told the one room would be fully comped, having a zero balance. The night before we checked out, we checked at the desk and was told that room had a zero balance. But, the next morning at check out the room had a balance owing. When we stopped at the desk to inquire, an elderly woman who stated she was the manager (when we asked for one), was told the concern. She went in the back and came back with another woman who stated she was the manager. This woman was argumentative and stated she would not honor the prior arrangement. She stated she cleaned the room herself one of the days in question. If she did, she did not do a good job! The bed was not made, towels were not replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned, etc. She made excuses for when and why things may not have been done. None of the things she said occurred. We don't believe either of these individuals were managers. They both need to be retrained in customer service and interpersonal skills. We will never stay in this establishment again.

Good prices, friendly and inviting decor in the rooms. Housekeeping not so great. Bathroom floor was dirty, dirty Q-tip in bathroom waste basket, and towels and duvet cover were stained.

The overall experience was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet had many options. The General manager, Charity, called us a few hours after check-out to let us know they found our iPad that was left, we hadn’t noticed it was missing yet. That’s honesty and integrity displayed by staff at its best! We will definitely stay there again when passing through. Thanks Hampton Inn!

Wonderful experience! Room was clean and comfortable. I loved I could adjust my own thermostat and it actually worked. Often in hotels I reset it to the lowest and it never gets cold enough or vice a verse warm enough. Hotel amenities were numerous and while they were not over the top wow factor they all meant my needs. Example the pool could have been bigger and deeper for my liking however it was perfect for myself and my grandson to swim each night and have a blast. We stayed for a week and loved our breakfast each morning… excellent selection and execution. In our week stay I had a chance to meet the whole staff and each one made us feel more welcome than the next. I feel like as a review there has to something they can do better and I guess that would be improve the towels=) while they will give you all you need they are small and on the thin side. Not only would I stay here again I am sold on Hampton inn as a brand and would stay in another somewhere else after staying here. Thank you for a great week.

Easy access to location from interstate. Most good food locations are located a short distance away in Texarkana, Texas. Rooms were clean and location was well maintained.

Clean. Friendly staff. And unlike most stays at a Hampton Inn, the breakfast was bearable. I would recommend this location to someone traveling through.

I think that it was a pretty nice place overall. I was there on Christmas and pretty much had the whole place to myself. Definitely pay the extra 10 or so for the king suite, it was huge! For the money you can't really go wrong. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. If I had to nitpick I would say that the decor is dated. The maid staff was a bit ambitious trying to clean my room twice before I had checked out, Once with the do not disturb sign up and well before check out. Very minor complaints. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and so should you.

Smooth check-in/ out. Comfortable, clean, friendly, kept breakfast area well stocked. We'll be back again when passing through.

Everything was great. Nice large suite room, good price, good breakfast. Very clean too. The only downside was there were not too many cookies made each day so I wasn't able to snag one most afternoons. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Rooms where nice and clean. Beds where comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff didn't have my information or check in ready usually for Hilton members there good about this and the check in is very quick this time it was not. Would stay again.

Staff is nice. However completely incapable of helping with internet issues. The girl actually told me that some devices don't work on the internet … nonsense. If you don't know, go look! The beds are hard. We have bad backs so this is a major concern. Because of this we may not come back. This was our second stay in so many years. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is pretty good. So it is a great place to stay.

Nice place. Clean, with good amenities. Wish they had cookies when we came in, though. Still, a great experience.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and suitable for the one night visit and it had a microwave & mini fridge as well. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. We reported a missing TV remote to the front desk as we walked out to go to dinner and they picked up the remote from the lobby and gave it to us. A pretty decent looking breakfast included eggs, sausage, and potatoes along with fruit and cereal. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Good service. Varied breakfast with everything from cereal and yogurt to make your own waffles and eggs, some items were gone quite quickly but they did their best to replenish.

Check in was nice, however, the next morning after a late work night I was woken up by the housekeepers visiting loudly. After calling front desk & asking the desk clerk to address it the housekeepers entered the room next to mine and began slamming doors and furniture around loudly against my room wall. Then I was charged an extra day on my card even though I had left the premises at 12 o'clock the next day as I planned and stated during check in the night before. I was told by desk staff that I was verified to be in room by her because I did not go down stairs and turn my key in when I left. I rarely do this at any hotel and never have this problem. As well as overcharged for the one night I did stay. I do have evidence of my whereabouts after I left the hotel to dispute the whole mess. Thank goodness.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The best service one could ever ask for. Just don't try and sleep in after 10 am, the housekeepers will wake you up with their hood rat conversations while they are yelling in conversation down the hall to each other. The "do not disturb" sign means nothing since they can't read, one tried to enter my room with the sign hanging on the door. If they get rid of the ghetto girls doing the housekeeping they would earn 5 stars and be exceptional. I have stayed here on several occasions and they obviously did not work there at that time. Hampton please get rid of the people that are going to ruin your business and exceptional reputation.

This is by far the best hotel in texarkana. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by a friendly smile and greeting to the clean and friendly housekeeping staff and the breakfast before you leave to continue your journey make it a 5 star hotel.

We stay at this hotel every time we travel from KY to TX. Great staff, always friendly. Fabulous pillow top bed. Wonderful (free) breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and other assorted cereals, fruit, yogurt, etc. Warm and welcoming appearance indoors and out.
