My husband and I came and brought our family for our 1 yr anniversary. We got two adjoining rooms and they were amazing. We was able to spend time with our family and have the privacy we wanted also. The staff member Carl was amazing he took wonderful care of us, and was always so friendly. The pool is keep clean and my kids enjoyed them selves. If I ever come back this way I will stay here again. Breakfast was very filling. Keep up the great work guys.

Extreme feather allergy. I notified hotel in advance. They responded and acknowledged request for no feathers in room. I was told pillows were foam. As I went to bed, the itching began. When I couldn't sleep, I removed two pillowcases to reveal the tag — 70% down. The bedding is down. I went to front desk. I was told he had no way to provide me with a feather-free room tonight. He said the supervisor would take care of it tomorrow. He also said he had no foam pillows. I'm sleeping under a sheet on the sofa in the room. Allergies need to be taken seriously!

Just got home from a mother/daughter weekend and this hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. All 3 of the gentleman at the front desk was excellent helped with every need we had down to the littlest detail of needing a safety pin. Nice price, staff, and all. The sassy 6 pack had a great time. We will use you again.

This is our second stay in Bentonville. I have never been so pleased with a business ever. Not one complaint. From the staff to the all over cleanliness of rooms and the entire hotel is amazing. Check in is simple and the beds and pillows are just wonderful. Located in a great area close to everything. We will continue to use this location as our home away from home.

The hotel itself was nice and the breakfast had a good selection. However, I cannot give a higher rating because I reserved a two bed room and upon checking in at 1130 pm I entered my room to find I had a one bed with a pullout couch. That was super awesome trying to get my 9 and 3 year olds to bed having to find the sheets and make a damn bed at midnight rather than just being able to put them to bed. Checked with the desk telling them I reserved two beds and they had nothing available to give me. Was stuck in the one bed with 4 people and having to make the pullout bed before putting the kids to bed.

Upon arrival, Daniel was courteous and very helpful. He told us where to find a couple of the stores were and the easiest route to take to get there. The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly any time we encountered them. The only issue we had at all was the desk clerk Dana. She was not kid friendly. There were several baseball tournaments going on in the area so the hotel had a lot of 12-13 year old boys as guests. She would not allow my son to charge any snacks to my room. Instead she told him he had to pay in cash or use a debit card. I sent him back down with my debit card. I however had no problems charging anything to my room. I wasn't asked for ID or anything. On Saturday after a long day at the ballpark, the team wanted to swim. There as a sign on the pool door that said it was closed for maintenance. All night long. Dana told the boys it was closed because they splashed all of the water out of the pool. I spoke with some parents from another team and they said Dana was rude to their kids as well. Perhaps Dana needs to take the weekend off when they are hosting families with a lot of kids. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. I would have given the hotel five stars had the one employee been more hospitable.

Nice hotel. Our room. Tho — 111. Was terrible. Water pipes were heard all night long.

Great staff, really great Wi-Fi. Hot tub could use some scrubbing. Breakfast was average, not enough available fruits.

I posted on March 8, 2018 about getting locked in the bathroom. The title was check the handles. I talked to Marriott and they were more helpful than the Assistant General Manager for Springhill Suites Bentonville Ar. He sent me an email today April 25, 2018 being condescending and telling me that I wasnt bothered by the incident. If I wasnt bothered I would not have contacted Marriot about their hotel. Tim put in his email that I was laughing and joking as I left. I did laugh so I wouldn't freak out. The attendant at the front desk made a joke about the bathroom being haunted and I laughed and joked with her. The attendant was very helpful my entire stay. I was still shaking and freaking out on the inside. Tim's email made it sound like it wasnt a big deal since (as he put it) I had only stayed there one time before. I dont make complaints without reason. After getting the email from Tim the Assistant General Manager of Springhill Suites Bentinville Ar I can promise that I will never stay there again and WILL definitely tell others about this place including people that I know. I guess I will be staying at another Hotel right down the road every time I go to Bentonville Ar from now on. I have stayed at the other hotel before and they know how to make their guests feel welcome.

Been going here for almost 10 years now. We love it very nice place and very good pricing paid $80 for a suite.

The staff was great! Smiles and courteous at all times! Rooms are spacious and the added sofa bed came in handy! No kicks or foot in my face from grandson! Breakfast was hot and ready at 6:30am we didn't have to stop for breakfast before heading to Little Rock! Great stay!

Great location with many restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from. Guest service and rooms were great.

No problems with checking in/out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean and easy on the eyes. Very good breakfast with lots of options, even blue agave for your oatmeal if you're into that. TV had apps for Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Room was not clean. Bug in room. Ice bucket bag was used by the last guest and not removed. Breakfast was sub par. Cream cheese was not refrigerated.

Booked 8 rooms… Reasonably priced, Nicely remodeled, comfy beds with the extra sofa bed really helps since we're a traveling soccer team with extra kids staying over at times. The indoor pool is nice sized with the hot tub. Oh and the sale of beer down at lobby at a reasonable price is a life saver, so convenient for us dads on the go that don't want to step out after a long day of soccer. Our team is Definitely staying here next year again. City Fc (Dallas)

Very clean rooms. Having a fridge and the microwave was a great ammenity. Staff were polite and professional. Never had a problem and I enjoyed my night there.

Staff was friendly and hotel was nice. They have the same modern feel as other spring hills. The rooms were clean and cool in the hot weather. We didn't eat breakfast but it was offered and looked pretty substantial. I would recommend.

It met our Marriott standards. We were delighted with out stay! We liked the new renovations. Daniel at the Front Desk was wonderful in going the extra mile to accommodate us and make our stay 1st class.

We stayed there Saturday through Wednesday morning the housekeepers I wasn't pleased my shower was never cleaned good they left dirty towels in shower all 4 days. Saturday a pickup with camper took up about 10 parking spots so I had to park away from Springhill Suites I was worried about my vehicle being vandalized because it wasn't in the suites parking area. I think you need some parking for trucks pulling campers so us that drive regular vehicles can park in the area we belong in not in a Dr. S parking lot.
Not pleased at all with this visit.

We love to stay here when coming to see the NWA Naturals. Convenience yo dining and shopping make it ideal. Our only complaint is they need 2 waffle makers for the breakfast area as you have a long wait If there are more than 4 people.

The staff was polite. Easy check in and check out, Rooms were clean as was the rest of the property. In door pool was nice for the kids and the place was pretty quite.

Pool wasn't very warm. Hot tub was slimy and dirty. Breakfast wasn't stocked/refilled very well.

Your typical Springhill. Updated lobby but some features throughout are a bit dated. Plug situation is not good.
