This place is a dump, dirty. Stained carpet, hair on the bedding, bedding was very wrinkled. The manager is rude, hateful and unprofessional. The staff is rude. Would never and never did, stay there, even though we canceled our room before the cutoff time, the manager charged us for the room. Beware.

We always stay at best western hotel! never have been disappointed with the rooms!

Great stay. Only issues was the kids above me that was doing God knows what. The sweet desk clerk did her best. Clean rooms close to everything. Will stay again.

Found a singular hair waiting for me in the shower, I think this speaks volumes to the cleaning crews abilities. There is construction going on right now so don't plan on sleeping in. Also if your room is anywhere near the elevator I hope you like a constant ding ding ding because that's what you're paying for. Bright side, the breakfast wasn't terrible.

Clean, comfortable. Stayed 6 nights. They didn't freshen room/ empty trash every day which was disappointing. We put do not disturb sign out until about 9am or so. That may be why. They offered a nice breakfast, but we never took advantage of it since we slept in most days. Place was full of baseball players. So common areas were always full. They never really bothered us tho.

Great hotel. Shuttle to airport. Close to downtown attractions and restaurants. Rooms are big and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast offered, but I left too early to eat. Nice, solid hotel.

Really nice hotel! Rooms were clean and spacious! Everyone was friendly. I would give 5 stars if the pool was open later. It closed at 10pm, which was before we even got to the hotel.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff were passably friendly. Breakfast was not satisfactory. Too small dining room for such a large facility. There were no available seats when we got there. Could barely maneuver around the serving area due to too many people in too small a space. Too few breakfast options. Have seen much smaller non-PLUS best westerns with much better breakfast choices and friendlier staff.

Nice place for the price. Pool could use some updating and watched a little closer for both cleanliness and activity. Biggest complaint was 15 children and 2 adults with them jumping in both the pool and hot tub. Was worried they could jump and hit the bench the hot tub. Outside of that bed was comfy and breakfast was great. Was hoping to eat on our way out the last morning there but we left at 3am.

My family and I stayed at this location on Friday, May 11. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with backaches. The biggest issue was the fact that there was a group of guests using the pool and outdoor patio area until after midnight. I called the front desk a few minutes before 10pm, pool closing, to ask them to ask the group to keep it down, the children were screaming at the top of their lungs and it had already been going on for over an hour. The pool closed at 10 and at 10:30 the noise continued. I went down to the front desk, no one was there, so I went to the pool and asked one of the adults to please keep it down, she said they would be quiet. I went back to the front desk to let the staff know I had spoken with the group, but that she needed to enforce the pool closing time. At midnight, the group still going strong at the pool patio area, I called the front desk again to ask her to have them leave the area. The staff person said "I was just down there and they are not being that loud. " I responded by saying I had been asking for them to be quiet for over 2 hours and that it was midnight. The noise soon ended after that. It was not appropriate for the staff person to state that the other guests were not being that loud. Obviously someone else had complained about the noise for her to have been down there speaking with them before I called the final time.

This place was perfect for us. Location, value, amenities, and facilities were excellent. Would stay again and would recommend it highly.

The overall property was in really nice shape the hospitality was great checking was easy and the rooms were really nice. I have an indoor pool and a hot tub which is a plus for me when I travel they also have an indoor exercise room.

Nice hotel! Very clean, great rooms and service. Hot breakfast was great! Highly recommend and will stay here again as we play a lot of basketball tournaments in nearby Springdale.

Newly half renovated. Furniture was beaten up. Beds look OK. Air conditioner/ heater noisy. Put us on a room next to backdoor after I told them how tired we were. They offered to move us, however, pool and fitness area look great. Breakfast area looks nice. Renovated public areas, but a half job on room. Would not book there again.

Quiet and clean. Good location for Crystal Bridges visit. Food choices nearby. Clean pool and fitness room. Free breakfast but not the best. We found great rate. Will come back.

All around it was good. The rooms were quiet and the hot tub was hot which were main points for my stay.

I love staying at Bestwestern the staff is great, it’s always nice and clean the pool and hot tub is the best. And they don’t bother you it was a great stay and will be going back.

The check in was HORRRIBLE! They didnt want to honor the price I was quoted online. They didn't have a downstairs room available for my handicapped mother and wouldn't allow my daughter to take breakfast to our room for her. Some staff was absolutely wonderful but the couple of ladies at the desk should not be put where they can deal with people. One woman (Kathy) was rude enough that a couple left and we wanted to but they would have charged for an early check out. We enjoyed the male manager and the Hispanic man up front was a doll. The breakfast was good. Pool could be a little warmer when cold out and the hot tub was wonderful!

First Great Staff. Gave me Price line discount when I couldn't find it. Tha Rooms Are Fantabulous. Slept Tha Best in Awhile.

Really friendly staff, well priced, good breakfast and indoor pool with large Jacuzzi. Not the fanciest lobby and carpets are a lot to old but the rooms are large and price isn't matchable.

Close to Bentonville, easy drive. Nice size room, pretty clean. Decent price and passable breakfast. You get exactly what you're paying for.

Our party of six had a memorable experience at Best Western Castlerock Inn and Suites in Bentonville, AR in January 2018. We live near Erie, PA and were in town for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. We have a large extended family in the Bentonville/Rogers area; and it was nice to get away from all the activity, and go to a quiet room for the night. The breakfast was amazing each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there whenever we are in the area again.

My family was I in town to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday this is the second time that we stayed at the Best Western in Bentonville and it is always an enjoyable experience the adults really appreciate a full hot breakfast in the morning the teenagers were happy to have Wi-Fi and the pool and fitness centers we're appreciated across the generations.

This is a very nice Hotel in a very good location several Restaurants in the area. This is the second time I have stayed in this Hotel and it will not be the last. Very Clean.

Visiting University of Arkansas. Unable to get an affordable room close to university. This was a great alternative. Easy commute and great restaurant options.

Come 3 am after Driving 880 miles I just wanted to sleep till 8am. This was impossible due to the non stop pounding coming from above us all you can hear is people walking around above you. If your looking for a hotel that you can relax and sleep peacefully this is not the place. No insulation between floors AT ALL!

The staff was wonderful! Our room was clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the pool and breakfast amenities and thoroughly enjoyed both. Wifi was great. Really, overall, just a terrific value and a pleasant experience.

We stayed 4 days and ut was amazing. We didnt want to leave to go home. Convient friendly quiet. Room was clean and spacious. The pool was amazing and the staff was the friendliest ever. Breakfast was good. If yoy want omelets go out but they have waffles and eggs and meat. Donuts pastries and assort cereal. No complaints what so ever. Id book again.

Friendly and helpful staff! Outside and inside very clean! Comfortable lobby area! The room was so unbelievably nice and comfortable as well that I didn't want to even leave the bed. The furniture and layout was gorgeous. Large flat screen TV, very decent sized refrigerator & microwave! Express checkout! Breakfast was delicious! Better than most hotels I've stayed at! And we got the room directly through Best Western (signed up as a rewards member for free) and got it for about $50 less than if we went through Expedia or Orbits. I would have expected this room to go for about $100 more than it did after arriving! Loved our stay and will happily stay there many more times and only go to best westerns in the future!

It was a great hotel room. Clean. Very large King Suite. Fit three nicely with the sofa sleeper. Or more if you want to pile in the King bed! Make sure to ask for a blanket though if using the sofa sleeper as we didn't find one in the room. A nice continental breakfast offered, although we didn't get a chance to try it. Great location.

As I already talked to customer service to make complaints about this hotel spent seven days at Best western Castlerock in Bentonville Arkansas The rooms were cleaned only twice The whole time I was there I don't think the hallway had ever been vacuumed the whole time I was there things were broken that nobody seem to want to fix that I think would be very easy to fix the breakfast was somewhat OK but not really. If you want to go to a very clean and nice hotel go to the best western plus in Mount Vernon Washington the rooms are very clean the hotel is very clean customer service is very nice and polite If you went to the front desk they were there and you didn't have to wait for someone to come to the front desk I will not be staying at the best Western plus Castlerock in Bentonville Arkansas and I would highly not recommend it I would only give The best Western in Bentonville a two star the best Western in Mount Vernon I would give a five star.

We went there in Arkansas to see my granddaughters. We stayed 4 days the place was very clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing, the pool was the cleanest I've ever seen and the whirlpool was also. The staff all made us feel at home very friendly, if you plan on staying anywhere stay at one of these hotels!

Small room for a suite. Got in late so the 1st thing I wanted to do was take a shower. Got set and found hair in the shower. Wanted to complain but I had just driven 6 hrs after workings 10 hrs plus my children were sleep. People working here were cool however. My wife had reserved our room for the next day and they were able to fix our situation and give us our reserved room.

The rooms were clean and the service was friendly. The breakfast was mediocre.

The bedroom was overall clean and well designed, there were a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, but nothing else was noticeable clean wise, the breakfast was good and the beds were soft. The pool, although I did not get to swim in it, looked at little small compared to most standard hotel pools.

I may be a smoker. I will have to say this however. During my work day as a service tech I tend to pocket my cigarette butts in my back pocket as to just throwing them down all over the place. My wife has numerously washed my clothes with my forgetting to empty my pocket. So out of habit at the moment and of the day I empty my pockets into a trash can. Well for that action here in this motel it cost my family $250. We was prepared to spend $100 to stay a night away from home and take the kids to the indoor pool. Because I used the trash can it cost my family $350. We called and talk to the manager Camillo which presumed us guilty of smoking in the room it sure is wrong since I froze in my sleep where at 1030 PM and 630 am when I smoked outside in the smoking area. I feel they stole from my family wrongly.

The beds were very comfortable, and it sas a nice feature that the couch rolled out into a bed. The food tasted pretty decent, and it was good for a hotel. It was a nice view from the third floor window, and I wish that they had more staff on hand during the night because at one point, I woke up because I was cold and I had to go all the way down to the lobby to get blankets, and I couldn't fall back asleep after that.

It was nice. I'd stay again.
