A 4 because they gave us a room that wasnt ready but when they changes us to a ready room everything went well. Good breakfast choice.

Have stayed here many times always with a happy outcome. Rooms are always clean front desk is always polite. Not the nicest neighborhood but the rooms are great.

It's a very nice place to stay. Beautiful rooms (for what you're paying for) not too expensive. They allow pets for a small fee and the receptionists are very polite and respectful.

The door to the room wouldn't latch; we had to use the deadbolt to keep the door closed. The security latch that hotel room doors usually have was missing the part on the door, leaving it useless. There were random, human hairs all over the sheets, almost as if they hadn't been washed. The pillowcases had questionable stains, as did the carpet. The bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. If you have any other viable options, stay somewhere else.

They've made some nice upgrades to the place and the breakfast was pretty decent. Over all we had a nice stay. The beds still suck though.

Our room was updated so it looked nice. That is why 4 stars. No tub, just a shower. I expected it to be closer to the Nellis AFB exit, but it was miles away. Continental Breakfast was nothing special.

There was no microwave or refrigerator. Our biggest complaint, however, was that they refused to give us a receipt. They said they would email it to us. We stayed there the evening of May 15 and it is now May 31 and we still do not have a receipt. Overall we were not pleased with it and do not plan on staying there again.

Broken toilet but can be used if you fill up the garbage can with water and then put it into the tank of toilet… No fridge so that sucks. Ice is far away at night. Felt OK safe for the neighborhood. No pool… 100° and no pool… It needs the health departments blessing they tell me. The lady that cleaned my room did great. She gave me 3 clean towels and did our sheets on the bed and took out the trash. She Exactly did what I asked her to do, and she did it in a timely manner. Front desk tried to resolve the toilet the first night but my son was sleeping and we didn't want to wake him. No word from the maintenance guy the second day… No rooms were available on ground level… weird. Front office was clean, Room needs some maintenance love. 4 stars if the toilet worked!

Rooms were okay. The place is great if you're staying overnight and for breakfast. Otherwise, it's not so good. Everything worthwhile costs extra, and not just a little bit extra either. Otherwise, rooms were very clean and nice, staff was very organized and nice, parking was easy, check in was easy and breakfast was nicely done.

Not very good. No fridge and desk help was unable to get one. If you want a fridge or microwave, be sure to call them up ahead of time. Pretty basic room, but A/c works good.

Travelled from Houston, TX by car just have the worse stay ever! No Internet, room smells terrible, 2 towels for 4 people, room phone doesn't work, paid for 2 separate room but only got one, and TV with ONLY one station. Front desk failed to mix any of the above! I would give a negative 5 stars for the dump. Stay away people! Not worth it!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed 3 days and during those 3 days the Internet was comparable to dial up speeds. My wife and I are now covered in bed bug bites and you can hear people opening and shutting their room doors from 3-4 rooms down. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't waste your money, time, or health. I will be contacting the Super 8 corporate office to inform them of all discrepancies I've encountered.

It was ok there concierge breakfast sucked it was like food they went to Grocery Outlet to get and they just don't have a lot of amenities there.

This was a huge mistake booking a room here for 2 nights. The whole place outside is filthy. First clue. The resturant is closed 2nd clue The bed is as hard as a rock. The sheets don't fit the bed so they just lay on top and don't even cover the sides of mettress. The TV remote does not work. I have to get up and change channel on tv. Breakfast is a joke you better be in there at 7:00 am or its all gone. Stayed here because it's close to drag strip. But never again. 80 bucks a night not woth 20!

Do not stay here. Worst motel ever. I will give them ZERO. They are dumb, they dont know what they were doing and they rip people off. They run my debit card few times and they lied that they did it. I have to file a disputes to get my money back and that will take few weeks.   I complain about the coffee maker not working and they never replaced it… I asked for iron and they said I have to wait till someone returned it. They will chanrge you for everything including microwave and fridge. The front desk and managers are rude.   the ice machine never worked.   the room smells terible. Not a safe place. There r more better motels at the same price but less headache. Also they dont have LONG STAY PROMO like any other motels nearby this area. Do not pick this. I wish they get bankrupt and never open again.

Here's the deal. Cheap rooms. Horrible Wi-Fi signal. Horrible cell signal. Slow Wi-Fi. TV remote barely works. Rooms are fine, not great. Friendly staff for the most part.

Horribble dont ever stay here if you want a nice place to stay.

When your tired on the road, you stop pay them money and you dont want anybody telling you pets are not allowed thanks super 8 for letting us stay with you.

I made a reservation at 1:00pm. At 2 :00pm my boss told me to cancel my plans and go to Phoenix. When I called the Super 8 an hour after I made the reservation they told me they were keeping my money! They would not do a refund after only one hour! Bunch of crooks! I will never stay at a super 8 again.

If you have a "forced landing" there because The Strip is booked out ONLY! At least it's cheap, no Wi-Fi in the morning.

Visibly dirty, no TV remote, no phone, no coffee maker. Will never come back nor recommend this motel to anyone EVER. And it is NOT I repeat NOT on the Vegas Strip, false advertising.
