Didnt enjoy my stay here, most of there staff here talks to you with disrespect like you money really don't matter. My tires got cut up and to my surprise they were no cameras on the parking lot and they just told me to take it as a lost. They have a hard time staying on schedule with maintenance repairs, from th e manger on down treats you bad. Pool is locked with a bike lock but that don't stop young kids from getting around that and entering the pool area. When you are in the rooms or home you like that your phones will not have service, and when you go out side to make a call security will show up and tell grown adults to head inside for a 10:00 curfew. Here you'll find it all in one place bad staff and bullet shells, cops might as well come and move in there is never a day they are not present.

One thing I can say about the last manager, (Tina) is that she was down right friendly with tenants, most always came out to greet and get to know most of her tenants. She made people feel welcomed. Tina walked the property, addressed issues, and would see for herself what was going on within the property. Now that there's a new manager… don't complain. She will ask you and the person your complaing about to leave. No investigation to the claims, NOTHING! In my opinion, shes not very personable or friendly, and seems like we're a bother to her, or she just doesn't want to be bothered by tenants. I will have to foot the bill for surveillance of my unit, just to prove to her, I mind my business, and her tenants kids are harassing myself and neighbors. I'll be ready. Jenny is AWESOME and so are the maintenance and housekeeping, they are friendly and on the ball as always.

0 Stars — I walked in, was happily greeted by 3 cockroaches, smelled stale smoke, stained carpets and walls, I wouldn’t touch the bed (even though it was neatly wrapped in plastic) and decided it wasn’t for me. Someone paid for my room for the weekend and I wouldn’t even stay there for free. It is 2a and I’m writing a review from my car because I’d rather sleep there than in this place (just not in their parking lot because it didn’t feel very safe). I’m sure this place serves a purpose, but it is not for me (or anyone else who doesn’t want to sleep with roaches)

They don't give pillows or blankets but the price is good.

Wasn't the cleanest probably the last time I will be staying at an extended stay suite. The atmosphere of the place is not something that I am used to & was unexpectedly extremely ghetto two weeks of tenant fights between people who live (long-term) month to month in the establishment. The front desk staffers were extremely nice. Also the free coffees every morning 8am till 11am were ok, except for sunday! The only time it was weak and a bit of a diluted off putting watered-down cup of joe. I'm used to drinking mud thick as motor oil. I appreciated the effort (added Folger's instant to kick it up notch) and still drank it. I believe I may have paid for it somehow. (With all the taxes and fees they add to the price listed on their website! )

Okay so I would have given a 3 Star up until what took place today. Let me explain. We moved in to a 2 bedroom. We are clean people, and never caused any problems. Due to the mostruasity of the grimlin children who live here, my husband and I decided we would NOT allow our children to go outside and play. Seriously people the kids here are disgusting and horrible, parents really should learn how to get a grip on their kids, and learn to be parents. Anyways… we had a hard time paying rent, duh were living in a weekly it’s hard times, so we decided to move out. Jen or as I call her that Tina chicks minion came by today and asked what was going on I showed her I was packing, and told her we would be out by end of business day. She said okay, and thanks me for cleaning and leaving everything nice for when we moved out. Well she comes back by around 4 pm and says per management meaning tinas rude ass, that if we were not out by 6pm security would have Metro here to forcibly remove us. I was ataken back, because well they CANT do that, and per NRS laws that’s not legal after a certain period which we were already at. Well anywho. Security shows up we tell them what’s going on, and he sees us loading up, he’s cool let’s us do our thing, and guess what NO Metro! You know why because they can’t do that. We called 311 and spoke to them ourselves.

Wow moment here living. Management not just business lively hood as well! Ownership has to not want what's best for scenario. I'm at awe but it's 2 be just doable…

You get what you pay for here. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The first room they put us in was honestly loaded with roaches. But they where more than happy to move us to their show room for a night while we waited to get into our new room. It had Fresh Carpet and everything was cleaned to the max! No roaches at all! Thank you guys! Just make sure you let them know that you have problems and they will gladly take care of them. You can't beat a full kitchen… microwave… dishwasher… king bed… couch… end tables… all for $199 special for the first week. Then $256.00 after that!

If parents watched their kids this place would be perfect. Maintenance is attentive and on the ball, the office staff is getting there.

The staff and security is excellent but the room we rented for a week was filthy, half cleaned, it had an odd odor, the view was great, the room was roach infested, the more we killed the more roaches came, they sprayed but it just pissed the roaches off and more came, the roaches won and we checked out. This was by far the worst room I ever stayed at hands down, never have I been so disgusted and felt so filthy, I would never recommend staying there.

Tina), other tenants keep to themselves, rooms are decently sized with standard amenities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and tv). Will update this at end of stay as needed. No elevator so be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you trouble with stairs. Rooms aren't that well soundproofed so a fair bit of mumbled chatter from other rooms leaks through. Not a deal breaker. UPDATE: The hotel itself is fine for the price. The neighbours can and will blast music at any hour they please though. Fun times.

Hey Janice: When I'm the one, helping one of your tenants out, by paying a portion (I only agreed to a certain amount) of their rent, it is disrespectful to call me up and demand to know why I changed the dollar amount, then when I refuse to fill out MY FORM the way you want it, you transfer me mid sentence, essentially hanging up on me. You can GFY.

Its 85 degrees inside my apartment and rising my air has been blowing hot air out for a week now it cools down at night. Management had a guy come work on it but it's still hot and so are my neighbors.

I have never even stayed here and I hate this place! Do not stat here unless you want to be robbed murdered or sex trafficked. You are 100% guaranteed to hear a fight at least 2x a day here. Nellis suites. Do North vegas a favor and shut down please. sincerely, your neighbors at the Eagle Trace apartments.

In the few months since the new manager has taken over, things actually get done around here. Rooms are cleaner, the grounds are kept up, things that have been broken long term are getting fixed, she even comes from the back office, and greets her guests, and gets to know them, very friendly and polite. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The only down side, are the children tearing things up, constantly running, stomping, banging on the catwalks, breaking glass everywhere, harassing other guests, screaming profanity all the time, and extremely loud after office closes. This place would take on a whole new vibe, if it went kid free.

Just horrible. The pictures on these sites are lies. The hotel is not in the safest place. People live there. They do not have any of the things mentioned in their description. Just horrible. To not stat here. I would not even give it one star but had to rate it something. Run quickly from this place.

Only two empty rooms avail. S two and a one bedroom. Very nice lady at office helped us check in, we opted v for the two bedroom. She was very nice and beyond helpful. Rooms nice and roomy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give this 0 stars i'd give it — 13 stars. Don't ever stay here. They are rude to the guests. Towed multiple people's cars for no reason. Stay away from here!

Worst experience of my life and they won't even give me corporates number this is not a place to stay.

Absolutely Terrible place to vacation, temporary stay, or extended stay. 1. The management is incompetent, unprofessional, unorganized, and they gossip and lie. 2. Its nasty so don't go base your decision to stay here on there website its trash and dog S#÷+ everywhere even right outside your room door. 3. There has been multiple shootings over drugs and gangs here in the last 6 months. 4. The security is lazy and there is are burglary in vehicles and rooms thru out. Don't come here to stay period…

DO NOT STAY HERE! Every bad thing people have said about this place is true. I read the reviews prior to booking but it was for New Years weekend and everything else was booked. I hoped it wasn't as bad as the reviews stated but it was worse. We were put on the 3rd floor, no elevators, and there was dog poop in the hallway. The carpet in the room was filthy, the furniture is so old and none of it matches. It looks like they pick up random pieces from yard sales. The heater didn't work and it took them 30 minutes to put us in another room. The 2nd room was a little cleaner but the TV didn't work and there was no toilet paper. This place needs a complete makeover including the staff! Nasty, dirty, most disgusting place in Vegas.

Nellis suites at main gate is a budget extended stay hotel that offers rooms for an average $200 a week with basic amenities. The hotel is located close to some Vegas attractions and offers little in the way of normal Vegas hotels. It is a nice semi apartment-style hotel for people in town on business. The service overall is good all of some clips are a bit frustrating and maintenance requests take a long time to be fulfilled.

This place is so horrible! Me & my boyfriend came down for Valentine Day last year and since it was last minute and everywhere else was booked we had to stay here. I would not send anyone here to stay. The room stink like cigarettes, the bed looked so scary that me & my boyfriend drove to Walmart and I sprayed the whole bed down with disinfected spray. The room didn't have any cooking utensil, pots, pans, spoons, forks, cups and glasses we had to go to Walmart and buy all those items as well. Trust & believe that we would never go there again!

I am basing my review on my Through the phone experience. The receptionist was very nice and easy to talk too. We had a good conversation and made it so so easy to make my reservation for EDC weekend! I am extremely happy with my reservation thus far. Let's see how it goes, I'm going to start counting down till EDC! Extremely excited and only 1 mile away from the event.

They have people who have lived here for years! The "neighborhood" kids hangout on the stair cases and every where. There were lots of yelling and fighting between adults as well.

Having stayed for 3 nights 4 days I was extremely disappointed. We were put on the top floor in the back section. It was clear the regular "guests" lived on the bottom. The first night we were asked by smelly "guests" for a lighter so they can smoke whatever they had while they were stumbling and strung out. The next day the same thing but when we walked by their room the door was wide open and disgusting the smell of filth coming from the room you could smell on the second floor. That was a daily and nightly stench when going near that room. This was the only way we could get to our vehicle. Also walking down the stairs you would constantly see garbage bags just thrown in the rocks. I was constantly bugged by these dirty "guests" for cigarettes and I don't smoke. The maid service was ok we got towels, bed made and trash taken out but when it came to other things that were needed they didn't get to it. Needless to say the room was nice inside but when you step out the door it was a worry if something was going to happen. I was constantly worried if I would be bothered by the filth living there.

WARNING ********** Stay clear of this place, what a DUMP!, unless you are a crackhead this place is for you. Don't believe anyone given it a good review.

I hate to tell you this, but this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I will never book another room with you. I would lay money that You have no idea what kind of place this Nellis Suites at Main Gate is. This place is in such a mess that it needs to be torn down. Do yourselves a favor and send someone out to inspect that dump, if you don't wish to believe me. The only thing this place has in it's favor is clean sheets and pillow cases each day on worn out beds. I could not even give it a rating, it is that bad. This is a perfect place for druggies. We were woke up several times during the 4 nights we stayed there by pot smokers and them firing off fireworks. The smell of POT was so thick you could cut it with a knife. I only wish now that I had checked out things more than I did. I should have know what to expect, when we pulled into the place, and a run down bar was at the main entrance. If I could give this place negative stars I would! It was the dirtiest, scariest hotel I have ever seen. The room was dark and dirty, it had bugs, the bed was broken and lopsided, the furniture was old, worn, mismatched, and looked like it had been gathered from garage sales years ago. The carpet was filthy and had holes in it. I did not feel safe at all. It looked as if people are living here long term. There were babies running around in diapers with no parent in sight, people gathered near the buildings and in the parking lots that made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, and stores nearby have been placed off limits to military personnel indicating how unsafe the area is. I was to terrified to stay here so I had to get another room somewhere else. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

I love it good price and clean place.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I had an issue with my shower and within 2 minutes they came up and fixed it. The location was close to places to eat and buy what ever I needed before I headed to the strip. The room felt cheap even at 59 + whatever = 72. The room's furniture was very very outdated. The a/c was loud and it felt like a cheap dorm.

They might have great pricing, but they have terrible service. I had to cancel my trip, so I clicked the "Edit or Cancel Reservation" link on the email. It just took me to their website. So I called. I was told that since I booked through a third party I needed to cancel through the third party I booked with — I booked on their website! The man on the phone walked me through how to cancel my reservation via the website. No problem. It is now the weekend after the date I was supposed to stay at the hotel and I noticed a charge to my card for a night's stay. I called and was told again that I needed to call the number for the third party that I booked through. I explained that I booked on the Hotel's website and she explained that the booking was facilitated by a third party and that I'd need to call them at the number provided. The number provided on the website is to the Hotel and there is no indication anywhere on the website or on the confirmation emails that suggest booking is through a third party, and forget getting a phone number! If you must book here don't bother using the website, call them directly. The run-around on the website if you need to make any changes is far more trouble than it's worth.

We accidentally reserved a room here. It was horrible. We had a two-bedroom suite. It smelled so bad that we ended up sleeping in our car instead of the hotel. We immediately cancelled our reservations as soon as we first entered our room. No refunds. My theory is someone died in that very room and they tried their hardest to cover up the smell. Sadly, it wasn't a good smell they tried to cover it up with. I hated my ten minutes at this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen has plates and silverware and all major appliances, but no cookware. We're only here for the night, so no big deal. Fans are outrageously loud in both our bedroom (the main AC, which is adequate, but not good) and the bathroom (which also has a very feeble light). TV and beds are great and comfortable sofa. At $111 for a two bedroom, four bed suite, it's adequate. Plus it is RIGHT across from Main Gate, so handy for visiting friends. Pool was chilly and hot tub way too hot, but good hours.
