This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and quiet. Also close to stores and the racetrack. It was even better because I was with the love of my life.

Very comfortable rooms helped my bad back actually. Far from the strip and Fremont street. What they don't tell you in the cheap price, is that there is a $100 deposit when you actually get there, not when you book the room! Customer service and the location is the reason for 4 stars. Get someone who knows that customer service is key!

The rooms were clean, but older. The price point was amazing.

So far so good. Been here for 2 weeks now. Friendly staff … great for. Kids. They accomadate your needs … for the area this is the best spot available. Doesn't break your pocket either …

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. From the moment I arrived I knew it was going to be a terrible experience. After a very long road trip they refused to let me use the lobby restroom before checking in, claiming they didnt have one. I very nearly wet myself in the lobby. My mom came in behind me and we quickly finished up and started for the room so we could relieve ourselves. There are 2 black tiled steps to the lobby. The top step falls directly into the shadow of the sun at that time of day rendering it basically invisible. Since it wasn't marked at all, just some black antislip tape my mom fell face first and had to be taken by ambulance to the emergency room. During the time she was on the ground, and the whole time the paramedics were checking her, the staff stood behind the counter and did not move. Did not come check her. Did not ask if we needed help. Nothing. My moms lip was split open along with a gash to her knee and some minor contusions all over her body. Even seeing the blood the women did not move. Did not care that my mom had been injured on their watch. Upon our return to the hotel, we were refused a refund for the weekend. When we got to the room we looked around and found that the headboard had greasy handprints from the previous stay's after hours activities, a pube on the bed, what looked like feces on the ceiling, dried pizza sauce (I assume) on the wall, dried pee drops on the floor in front of the toilet and hair all over the inside of the tub.

I have had a great stay so far. They go out of there way to make sure u have what u need.

Customer service was good but they didn't do enough as a company to provide a good enough experience for how much they increased prices next year. Would keep more customers if you kept prices as fair as the amendities provided. Put the extra money back into the experience.

The maids half clean and some rooms had bed bugs but the staff was helpful and friendly.

Acceptable in lodging has all the pool services.

We loved staying here. You get what you pay for and considering that the other hotels/motels In the area are about the same price in (the lower price range) this one was the cleanest. We looked around before choosing a place. We had to do a weekly stay so we wanted something affordable. We had a couple problems but we called and they would send someone to fix it right away. We were very pleased.

Not that they deserve 5 stars, cause they do not, they are better than 3.0 average because of affordablilty, they're pet-friendly, and the D ase of check-in.

Well the Aviation Inn is right across the street from the entrance to the Air Force base, where Craig road meets Las Vegas Blvd. I am sure it is handy for visitors of people in the service. The location is also just down the road from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. That was my main reason for choosing the place as I was going to the races for 3 days and had no need for a casino and the strip in central vegas. The hotel has a short hours lobby, and is well worn for sure. The Room was adequate, but again worn. Parking was easy after you figure out how to get in the place because if you are coming east on craig road from 15 you need the last ditch U-Turn to get their or you must make another U-Turn to get back to the U-Turn You needed to get to the lot. Day one their was NO hot water, not even warm water. So if you like a cold shower this may be the place. Day two there was luke warm water, so if you are going to the drag races, just smell like the races and fix the rest elsewhere. The office does not open till 8 am, so if you are going anywhere you will not get to see them. As far a convenience to the race track, this is great. The rest well I have had better.

The place was ok. The door frame had a crack where the chain lock was. The chain lock only had one loose screw holding it in. I didn't hear any jets flying overhead. The counter person was helpful but didn't know much.

Employees were friendly, but access to them was VERY limited in a town that's 24/7! No breakfast. Not the ideal location. Rooms were adequate for a quick shower (limited hot water in our room) and a nap.

It was an overnight stay it was very decent and quiet and resonably priced. The staff was nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms. Friendly accommodating management.

They gave me an occupied room at first. The ac only beats the heat of it's under 100 degrees. Otherwise, the room had a fridge and microwave and everything else you'd want.

Rooms ok air not very cold and housekeeping is soooo rude. Best thing pet friendly.

This is the place I like to stay when in las Vegas. Very comfortable upgrades, especially the beds. Wi-Fi works good now. The place is clean in a rough neighborhood.

Decent hotel. Had a problem with someone knocking on my door early one morning. The police standoff one night was pretty cool to watch. Overall, if I had to stay here again I would.

I watched this motel change hands more than once when we lived in Las Vegas and it has not been for the better. The professional, quality staff they once had is long gone. It became Red Roof Inn for a while but they have long gone… finally figured out just how much of a waste of time this property is. North Las Vegas is a tough place to be now even with the race track and AF base near by. They have tried remodeling a couple of rooms and making them "suites", talked about a bar in the lobby, never will have a laundry for the guests or breakfast. There are homeless than hang in the parking lot and the apartment complex next door was a haven for criminals. Same thing goes or the Value Place, Howard Johnson properties next door to them. They will never make a silk purse out of this sow's ear, ever.

Andrew was awesome! I decided to stay here because I was attending a wedding at Nellis' AFB and I was not sure what to expect after reading all the mix reviews. I had read that no one would be around if you were checking in early and the conditions of the rooms. I was so happy that Andrew was great. He told me to call a few to time just to keep in updated of my flight status and if I made any changes to my itinerary. My flight landed at 1am and I arrived at the motel around 2:30am. Andrew was waiting for us to check us in. He was so friendly and just so pleasant. In spite his long shift because of us he was still so up beat. The condition of the motel were not bad at all. The room was clean and everything was in working order even the air conditioner. The area was not bad either. There is a 7 eleven across the street, an IHOP right next door and the base is walking distant from the motel. My daughter and I went to the base for a wedding and were able to go back to the motel and change clothes after the reception and return to the base to meet with some friends within 15-20 minutes. I would recommend if someone was looking for a place close to the base.

Worst bed I've ever slept on. Decently clean. Rooms are fairly large for the price, but our door handle is broken. When I booked, they said I'd pay at check-out. When I gave them my card information they took the money out before I even got to the hotel. Lie I asked if they had a pool, they said yes. They didn't mention that the pool was shut down… They took a $100 deposit when I checked in, but didn't tell me about that prior to me booking the hotel. A few days later they asked me to come in and give a $50 pet deposit. When I went in, they changed it to $112. The "kitchenette" is just a mini fridge and a microwave. 1/3 lamps in the room won't turn on so we have a very dark room for the week. all of these things wouldn't have mattered if they just told me upfront. Overall, it's good for a 1 night stay but I won't come here again for an entire week. My back is in moderate pain from these beds and I'm a young person whose never had back pain before.

Something in the years come, otherwise ok.

The nerve of this motel asking for a 200 dollar deposit for their junkie ass room if you booked online was denied my room and didn't get my money back and put off the property after driving 13 hours to get there from Denver Beware of Expedite the website that helped me booked this raw ass deal refused to refund me for this inconvenience that this greedy motel did who has 200 hundred dollars for a room that is no better than motel 6 which is were we went that night what a messy way to pay respect to your passing mother.

Upon arrival they told me my reservation had been canceled because they had tried to call me earlier that day to confirm my reservation but I didn't answer my phone. Which is true I was driving and had no cell service however I called 2days prior and confirmed it not to mention I booked 6 weeks in advance. I showed up at 345 and check in was 3 so it is not like I was late at all. What is the point of a reservation? She said somebody else wanted the room so she gave it to them? They did get me into a room but at a higher price. Next on day 4 we used the pullout bed and there were no linens in it and the office was closed so we were unable to get bedding for it and we found lingerie in the fold up. Yuck! Upon checkout they told me they would check the room before they could refund the deposit which is fine. The next day I checked my bank and the deposit was refunded then the following day there was a new charge for $30…i called and they said I should speak to the manager and asked me to call back later. I proceed to call back and speak with Lisa who only fueled my fire more. She said my reservation was canceled because my card was declined? Which is totally false! Mind you it is the same card that I used upon check in and it works just fine. She said she would talk to the house cleaners in regards to a missing sheet which is what the $30 charge was for. I did not take nor do I want their sheet. She said she will call me in regards to the fee in 3days to let me know.

Great room, A/C worked good. Pet friendly only paid $16.86 for pet fees for 2 days. Had frig, micowave and hair dryer. They even had snack bar in lobby everything only $1.00 each. If you are looking for a room for a few nights cheap and clean this is the place. Me and the wife and rusty too had a great stay.

Amazing weekly rates. Very affordable, clean pool & rooms, new 50 TV. Customer service at its best, experienced a couple travel plan snafu's & thankfully, Lisa, front desk staff asst. Manager helped with real solutions and great customer care. I will definitely stay here again.

Had a real good experience last night. First thing was that I came in @ 9:00 am to ask if we could check in by 2:00 pm (Check — in is @ 3:00 pm). The lady behind the counter was friendly and engaging and offered to let us check in now, 6 hrs early, being its a weekday and all. That was a huge deal because we just drove into town and was looking for something to do with ourselves. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures on their web site. Being a maintenance mechanic I look at the condition of a facility, and I found their maintenance was not only good it was very well maintained. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning and was everything that they advertised. I'd come back.

This hotel is a joke! Kind of like the owner David who just ignores complaints and hopes they will go away! I’m not sure where to start, but here it goes. The first problem was the blood stain from the apparent murder that must have occurred in the room. Second issue was the staff, incredibly rude and unable to keep any sort of professional conversation. Third was the beds! Stains on the sheets must have been from the murder victim after being wrapped up. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to the homeless that were sleeping in the back lot. David, your ownership “assets” explain a lot about the appearance of your hotel. Good luck sport.

Rooms ARE NOT as advertised. Price changes to $189 after you start the booking process. Would not cancel reservation. Had to cancel credit card.

Came to Las Vegas to do some consulting at Nellis AFB. I found this hotel in the perfect location for an extended stay with work at the base. The hotel was right across the street, which was perfect. The room rates was great. It was very clean. (I stayed in a newly renovated room/very nice) Best of all, it was quiet. That made it perfect for getting work done back at my room. I would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed in room 120. Carpet was super nasty with stains all over the place and frayed in quite a few spots. Wasn't comfortable walking in the room without shoes on. Shower curtain was falling off the mounts on the wall. Looked like they had patched before but didn't do a good job with the patch job or the re-mount of the curtain (unless some kid had been swinging on it). Bed was comfortable although I did find some staining on some of the sheets which is a little concerning. A/C unit worked which was a necessity. Newer TV in the room but the old entertainment cabinet and tube TV were still in there. Guess there's isn't a better spot for both those? A place to sleep but I wouldn't spend any more time there than that.

Cheap nice friendly motel. The only issue is that is next to the military air base so expect some aircraft noise. Receptionists were kind and eager to help but struggled to make things work. Having a minimal breakfast included would be nice.

Had an excellent stay at this motel, room was modern, clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The owner was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this motel for a pleasant one or more nights.

The service here was excellent. Weekly rates are a great value. I stayed for an entire week and found the room to be very comfortable, welcoming, and very well equipped. A fridge, microwave, large restroom all added to the value of the room. Despite the area I was impressed from the start, with the helpful staff and their services. Great place if you'd need a place near Nellis AFB. I'd definitely recommend a week long stay here for up to two people.

Stayed there on labor day weekend. The place is under new ownership and they made us feel at home. I suffer from back problems and the beds were amazing. Highly recommended.

I love the new owner David he is doing great with making the customers happy. I really felt like her cared about me and my family. He is making big changes in the hotel already. Come see for yourself you will not be disappointed.
