Horrible place to be, bugs and spiders inside the hotel. The staffs are not friendly at all at the midtown hotel. That hotel property is nasty! The staff don’t care to clean that property at all. This is the truth, drug dealers stay for free! With there pit bulls and other dogs. This area took me by surprise. I checked in at night, so I could or did not see what I see in the daylight. We are afraid to go to our vehicle because these guys hang out all times of the night. Smoking in front of the building and drinking. I can’t wait to get out of this place and never look back! I will tell everyone I see going into that building to turn around and run as fast as they can. PS Buy a weapon if you go there to stay just for a day. Keep an eye on your vehicle also. This place do not deserve 1 star ⭐️.

If you are going to work in Vegas for a week or more and are bringing supplies of your own then great. If you are traveling for work and have some mid level expectations for amenities I would keep searching. The shower curtain was dirty, no hooks/bar in the bathroom/sink area for the hand towel. Dust on the floor, stained mattress under the sheets. My peer in a separate room had some people fighting on the other side of the wall. I asked for a coffee maker for the room and was handed one in a bag at the front desk. Go to make coffee the next day,,, no cups in the mini kitchen area, just empty drawers and cupboards. Would have been good to know when getting the coffee maker the night before. Needless to say I will not choose this location ever again.

The management there are rude and give you extra charges for no reason, the rent is already expensive and raises every month, room service is supposed to be every week but it's more like every month if you're lucky and beg for it. I don't recommend at all.

The staff goes out of their way to show care, professionalism and courtesy. I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time. The rooms are big stayed in a King Size suite. Two large rooms, very clean. Large walk-in closet. Very close to attractions.

If you book here be sure to either check in early or call to make sure they are not overbooked. Came in on a Saturday at 9pm for a confirmed reservation only to be told they are overbooked. What does that even mean? The stupidity in the whole "overbooked" process is completely a lack of customer service and just plain greed. If they were overbooked at least call and tell the customer so they can start to make a decision. How is it fair they can just say "sorry we are overbooked" and not even offer a relocation. Complete lack of customer service. The frknt desk clerk just did not plain care. It was almost as if he was proud to be sold out but not a care in the world how he impacted me and my wife. Ended up at another hotel and paid double because it was last minute. Someone really needs to regulate this hotel or at least the manager should train their staff to do a better job and not overbook. Check your OTA's and inventory better. Really really sad day since we travel a lot and stay at extended stays. No reflection on the others but the one in Vegas beware.

Wonderful staff. Quiet rooms. Needs better communication about linens and the rooms could use a little repair but it was good and comfortable for the money.

When the dumpsters are completely enclosed, even over the top, that tells you what to expect. The hotel has 3 good points, being the proximity to the Strip, staff and price. Even for a budget hotel this place is not very good. The room smells like tweakers lived and smoked here for a month, 1 of 3 beds didn't have sheets, 2 pillows in a room for 6, 2 towels in a room for 6. If I were in my 20s and looking for a cheap place to crash while partying with my friends in Vegas, this place might be ok. As a family with 4 kids, we are ready to leave and won't come back.

Too many problems to list. Had to change rooms and got a refund for all our troubles. Staff was nice, but house keeping is a disaster.

I want everyone to know this is a great place to stay. My family has been here over a month and it is a very pleasant experience for us. The rooms are clean and nicely renovated. The kitchens are cleaned area. You don't have to worry about bugs or things. The outside is clean and we'll lit at night. We love the experience that we have had with the staff at this hotel. Elix is a great and caring Manager. After traveling for years all over the United States, he has to be one of the greatest Managers we have ever met. Aurora is outstanding. She is always there when you need her. If you have any problems all you have to do is go to them. All of the front desk staff is sweet. They show great hospitality. They make you feel right at home. Housekeeping is great to. They make sure your room is cleaned when they come in. And if you travel with your pet companion then this place is a plus because they are pet friendly. They supply bags to Clean up your pet waste and more than one place to take them. It is kid friendly as well. Quiet place mostly.

Cleanliness not so good, floor sticky. Location anywhere nowhere and breakfast a joke (coffee and muffins). Canceled last three nights.

This place is disgusting! There is a film of filth on everything. The photos are a lie. The lobby does not exist, the hallways are full if garbage. The staff is great, very sweet.

The "free breakfast" is really free coffee and a granola bar. They did have hot chocolate mix but no hot water. Room was clean and the location was good.

Not to clean Staff not Happy with there job not Safe for Senior. Didn't have Room clean. No were to Hang Towels not accommodating at all. Never come again.

The rooms are all spacious and comfy and lacking nothing a modest person like me needs for a satisfactory stay. Moreover, the staff — from management down to the maids — are amiable, resourceful and intent on taking good care of their guests, exluding none. One of my favorite properties in town. Five stars.

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel after driving for 7 hours from other town. When we arrived we were told that our reservation had been canceled by the manager of the hotel. The reservation had been approved 7 months ago. We stayed at the front desk and argued with the staff for 3 hours. The hotel staff kept a lot of secret in connection with the CES (Creative Entertainment Solutions A / S) event, so they charged the hotel prices. The receptionist sent us over to another hotel in the same hotel chain, we were promised a room for the price we had booked for. We went to the other hotel to talk to them and they demanded $ 286 a night, it was absolutely absurd. The hotel could have informed me by email, or canceled my reservation 1 week before instead of doing the same day. Feeling cheated by the staff, the staff owed refurbishment and full room. Made me and girlfriend holidays totally destroyed by this event. This wounded experience sabotaged for the rest of our trip. After reading reviews from other customers who have used the hotel, it appears all the remains of hair, dust, lack of towel, insect in bed, rash of insect bites and bad staff. Terrible hotel, not happy, does not recommend this to anyone. It can be summed up as pure fraud, getting 0 stars of me!

-Breakfast is a joke. — Fitness center has literally 3 machines. -Customer Service is AWESOME. -Rooms are basic… no oven but a four burner stove. No gourmet cooking here but somewhat functional and small. -Bed alright. -Room is clean. No bugs. — Nice wood floors. Full refrigerator. Microwave. — Better to stay on front side facing pool, as the back side feels unsafe. -Had nothing bad happen to us but there are some sketchy people around. -Tiny bathroom. -Great hot water. Pressure is alright. -They dont give you enough cooking and eating utensils. -They dont give enough soap and washcloths either. UPDATE: Still strange people driving around and walking around. Knocking on random doors. -Unattended kids in the pool. — Couldn't wait for my stay to be over.

Great little stop over. Quiet and friendly staff. Would recommend for family as we got quite a large condo.

The two rooms I was in, identified as non-smoking rooms, smelled like marijuana. Although, to tell you the truth, the whole city smells like marijuana.

The staff are very courteous and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and all amenities are available. Would recommend this place to anyone in Las Vegas.

This is really very cost effective and the stuffs are really good specially reception everyone is very good. You can get all the Kitchenite there if you want to cook and valley view is location wise also awesome.

Can someone please come clean my room? I'm in 1704. What does it take to get your room cleaned? I have been asking for 3 weeks! The room itself isn't bad but the service is horrible. I blame management. Throughout my stay with other coworkers in other room… we have asked to have our rooms cleaned, requested towels, requested basic room necessities like I don't know… a trashcan! … we are constantly told "we're out of towels" "we're out of trashcans! " "Housekeeping will come tomorrow" or last Sunday "Linda" says "I'm sorry your room hasn't been cleaned on Sunday's as you have requested for 7 weeks … or been cleaned at all in 2 weeks… I'll leave a note for the manager and I put you on the schedule for tomorrow. " … but the front desk does their job and leaves a note for management. That's where your service ends! Nothing ever gets taken care of. So PLEASE! If you're in regional management… Get a new manager! No concerns are being met! And for god's sake… teach your manager to walk the grounds daily! There is piles of trash and dirty linen that sit outside for days! If management walked the grounds daily they would see the issues! It's nice building but poorly kept! The front desk reports issues but nothing ever gets taken care of!

We found this place as a last minute stay on a Saturday night. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was fairly comfortable for what we expected. Would have liked the main ac unit in the sleeping area rather than the front room but a vent in the wall and keeping the door open kept us cool enough.

I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. This would be my third time staying here and my experience has not changed. It is in a sketchier part of town, but that's too be expected being right off the strip. With that being said though, I've never had a negative encounter. My car has never been broken into or touched which was my biggest worry. The rooms are nice, they have a very "homey" feel. The only downside is the floors could be cleaned a little better, you have to keep socks or shoes on or else the bottoms of your feet will turn black. Also, underneath the beds are very dusty but it isn't visible unless you're looking under the bed. However, everything else was always VERY clean. Not once have I ever seen any sort of bugs or roaches which was another worry I had. The walls seem a little thin, but I never had a problem with loud or disruptive neighbors. Everyone keeps to them self & minds their own business which is also a plus. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend.

I booked my room through priceline and was very freaked out after reading the reviews addressing the bug issue. I definitely had a bug issue but it wasn't anywhere as traumatizing as waking up with a roach on me. There was a huge spider over my bed so I called the front desk rep to ask for bug spray she said they had none so I asked if someone could come kill the spider because it was not normal size at all. She then replied no someone will take care of it in the morning because she couldn't leave the desk and then she hung up. When I initially checked in I checked in early and left. I came back a hour later and requested to be moved to the second floor and the front desk rep told me no they were sold out and she couldn't move me. Mind you I had not been to the room except to look at it before I checked in to make sure it was actually sleep-able. Check in was at 3p and I checked in at 2p so she could have def moved me she just didn't want to. I did not appreciate this because I was traveling alone and my room was directly in front of the elevator so every time I opened my door I was running into people or people were loitering in front of my door smoking. This made me very uncomfortable obviously. My door lock was also not working properly so I would always have to double check to see if the door actually locked before I left to go anywhere. Housekeeping never came to my room and I was there for 6 days.

Having a full kitchen was a real money saver. I stayed here for over a month. Clean. Staff was good. Atractive women at the pool didn't hurt either. Close to the strip as well.

Staff was friendly and I had no issues. Paid $70 and had my kitchen, no bugs, clean sheets, quiet room. Great water pressure for a shower.

I've stayed at this place twice for over a month each time, so I'm kind of and a expert… Frist of all, the claims that this place is full of bugs is bs. I've never seen even an ant in any of my rooms here. The staff has always been very helpful and nice. I will admit the property could use some revocations, but so could a lot of casinos on the strip nowdays and thay charge you triple what a room costs here. I pay by the month, its about 40$ a night. Try finding that in Vegas any more! On weekend circus circus is over a 100$ a night now, and your in nowhere land. So the price is right and the location is awsome! You're right off the strip, next to the Plams / Rio… Out of the strip traffic yet easy access to everything in town. There is even a bus stop 500 ft. Or so from my room. I've walked to the Paris from here. If your looking to stay in Vegas for a while, this is really you best bet. The other extended stay places are far more expensive or right next to the airport! We got a pool a hot tube and a workout room; thats all I need.

I am staying in room 2402. It is filthy dirty. There is dust everywhere. I wiped off many surfaces and the rag is black with dirty soot.

The room was big and the stay was cheap. And that's all that was okay with the place. But cheap is exactly what we got. The floors were disgusting and covered with stains. The couch was covered in stains, the pillows were clean but the sheets were not. There were cigarette burns on the floors, couches and bedding. It was an absolutely awful experience. I was extremely disappointed. I have stayed at other extended stays and never saw a place like that. I will never return to this location. Don't bother wasting your money here.

The guest house is really good and affordable. If you are looking for a good deal for your family without spending a lot of money, you should stay here. They have kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, parking and they're well behaved. I stayed T Lasw Vegas location and close to the strip. Only drawback is that there are not enough restaurants nearby.

It was cheap. Not cheap enough to warrant this level of quality, but it was only about 80 bucks a night. Luckily, the sheets on the beds appeared to have been washed but that was about it. I posted some pictures of the disgusting ironing board, the filth in the sink and what appears to be grease on the ceiling. The one thing I couldn't capture in a photo was the smell. Food had apparently been stuffed into the sink a few days before we arrived and had been rotting. There were flies and other insects occasionally found throughout our stay. Oh and several of the electrical outlets didn't work. On the plus side, free Wi-Fi. If you absolutely have to stay here, it will not be enjoyable, but you will survive.

1 star because of the facility itself. The staff are fantastic and did everything they could. The facility is just aging and not a place I was ever stay again or reccomend to friends. One night when it was raining we also found 3 large cockroaches in our room. But never again after that night. Disgusting.

-Ck in was fast and easy about 5 mins -Room was large, clean and orderly -Front office called and asked if all was in order, yes -Quiet -At Ck out, the staff (Dio), could have asked how was your room, your stay or at lease hello. Dio, customers pay your wages so try, and be a bit more friendly.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. There is bunch of hair on bed, stinks around the toilet, front desk doesn't know how to use computer, and wake you up very early in the morning ask you to do the payment again. Manager will shut at you, no bottle water in the room or anywhere.

I stayed at this location for almost three weeks. I am very allergic to bed bugs and I was bitten numerous times at this location. I break out in hives all over my body and it is not very pleasant. I had to go to Urgent Care twice to get medication to relieve the pain and scratching. I notified the front desk of the bed bugs and they immediately moved me to another room. They checked the previous room the next day and found the bed bugs. They didn't comp any of my time in the room, but they did pay for dry cleaning and gave me quarters and soap to do the rest of my laundry. I requested reimbursement for my medical bills and the replacement of my luggage. I filled out the claim, but have not heard or received anything since I left over two weeks ago. I am not happy with this company and I will not stay in their hotel ever again. There follow up sucks and there management staff could learn a little manners.

Good: It was a pretty good hotel for that price. It's old, but clean, with large bed and LCD TVs. Good location. Not good: No hair dryer, not enough kitchen utensils and blunt knives.

Best extended stay in Vegas and best out of other extanded stay of america locations in town, I stayed at almost all and this one is by far the best, safest, cleanest and best price. You can find deals online for 7, 15 and 30night stays :p seriously awesome.
