We loved that it’s pet friendly with no extra cost and free shuttle to the strip. All the employees were very friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Cons: our room had sugar ants on the bathroom sink and breakfast stops way to early.

The room is nicely sized, and the hotel is extremely dog friendly, to the point where at least half our neighbors have dogs too. There's also a nice fenced in dog area, and no pet fee! Bed was comfy, but I'm glad I have my own pillow with me. It is an interior secured entrance, which I loved, and it has a wonderful pool and hot tub. It's also just minutes from the strip and airport.

The breakfasts here are homemade waffles toast fruit, boiled eggs, yogurts juices and disgusting coffee. Lived in a double room one. Number 101. The weather is hot in Vegas, and the old air conditioner works as a vacuum cleaner, the refrigerator cools barely, but it becomes scary because it is installed in the closet and there sometimes because of its work becomes hot. Just outside the window does not cease to make noise conditioner for the corridor. Also there is a problem with the electrician (constantly leaves the socket). And now the pros-bed, TV (sorry without Netflix), swimming pool and a decent gym, as well as a free shuttle to the airport or exhibition center.

We spent one night here before going to Zion National Park and our stay was amazing. The room was very clean. The breakfast was also very tasty and there was lots of options. Would highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights here and it's easily the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The only thing I really wanted out of a hotel is a place to sleep and that's where the problem started. As we were walking down the hallway to our assigned room we heard this loud alarm going off, one that would definitely keep you from sleeping. I looked around and found it was an alarm on the fire suppression system by the ice maker. I figure hey that's annoying but a call to the front desk should get it fixed, so I called and they said they'd send maintenance to check it out. Some hours later they got it shut off and I could finally sleep-well after midnight by this point. To my horror I was woken up in the early am's to that same alarm again and it was making the dogs across the hall bark like crazy. Another call to the front desk and hours later it was shut off again. This repeated again and again for the next several days. I couldn't get a decent night's sleep in, not even close. What really made me mad is there are multiple wings and floors of the hotel away from the malfunctioning alarm but they wouldn't change our room. Should of happened after the second time the alarm malfunctioned that's just the very least amount of customer service that should of been done and the problem would of been fixed and we could of gotten the sleep we paid for.

Everything was really convenient, pet-friendly, large tubs, grass, and a Wonderful Buffet. As much as I did enjoy staying at this hotel there was a minor problem on my last night after I paid for the for the night they tried to tell me that my credit card never charged for the night before which it showed it was charged on my end and they refuse to look at my information send for my credit card company showing the debit was taken out they just wanted to recharge me all over again. Was never resolved with the staff I had to call the corporate office to resolve the issue.

This is a great hotel they have a large continental breakfast. Housekeeping seems to be able to clean Efficiently and fast. I had a minor issue and they comped to my room for one whole night. This is how you are and repeat business from customers I advise anybody that's in the by guess area and has Pat's to say this looking to you can't go wrong with their prices.

Not terrible, but definitely in need of renovation, new carpets, carpet cleaning. My bathroom light was intermittent, fixed on day three. Doors had significant wear, dirt. Friendly staff, convenient location.

The only problem, the décor of the rooms?

My fiance and I were traveling through Vegas and needed somewhere to stay for the night that allowed pets since we had our furbabies with us. It was a wonderful experience! No pet fee! Clean grounds, friendly staff! And if you have a cat just call the front desk and they'll send someone to clean your room in less than an hour! Just make sure to take kitty with you! Would definitely stay here again! Not too far from food and the strip too!

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Great courtyard for our dogs. Only negative was checkout was at 11am and at 10:30 we took the dogs out to the van and came back to get their beds and the door was locked. Maintenance couldn't open the door and front desk said they would send someone but After 45 minutes I went to the front desk to get a key. They locked us out at 10:40 which cost me an hour to get back in, with no apology. Be aware that you might get locked out before your checkout time.

Booked an expensive suite room, they put us in the tower that faces the street, road noise all night, got about 2 hours sleep each night. Then our suite was in between two regular rooms that had unsupervised teenagers on both sides, they screamed and yelled all day and night and banged the doors about 100 times, with all the kids going in and out, shouldn't kids under the age of 17 be required to have an adult in the room? Dog area very nice.

Lots of parking and has a shuttle to the strip and airport. Good internet. Rooms were clean, but very basic. Had a fridge and microwave. Huge bathtub, but water was getting into the walls and you could hear the water sloshing under your feet under the bottom of the tub. Rooms need more accessible power outlets for modern needs. Just seemed not as well maintained as other mainstream hotels I stayed at on same trip in vegas. They were obviously working to improve it. Would stay here again.

Pet friendly place. Not bad for the price. Bedding and bath were clean. The kitchenette is bare bones. Working fridge and micro and storage cabinets, but that's all. Kind of a coffee maker. One cup with little filters pre filled with coffee. Fridge was kind of noisy. All that's provided in product is shampoo, conditioner and soap. Forgot my lotion, so that wasn't making me happy. Security is present and easy parking.

Horrible. We're out there for a youth tournament. Staff screwed up block reservation. Manager was such a complete coward and wouldn't come out of back office to help fix the issue. Had a middle of the night issue where hotel staff had room right in the middle of kid group had homeless people the hotel wasn't even aware of in the room. Staff was clueless. Manager was unprofessional and a complete coward. Had a woman yelling at staff that her room was "broken" into because someone unauthorized had a key and things were stolen. Rooms were okay, hut definitely doesn't feel safe, nor does the staff seem to care. Would not recommend, especially with kids.

This was a serviceable hotel in most aspects. Beds and sheets were clean, room was comfortable. Certain aspects of the hotel were run down, the bathroom had a few odd stains in the bathtub. There seemed to be a lack of upkeep on longer term elements of the room. Overall alright but you can probably find something better. Only big upside is its location near the strip.

Well maintained hotel with knowledgeable, friendly staff. The location is close enough to the strip, and even provides a shuttle to Harrah's to get to the strip quickly. It's a pet friendly hotel, and even the week of New Years it wasn't crazy there. Definitely a good, affordable place to stay.

The staff was great. I'm giving it a 3 because it needs to be renovated. The other reason I'm giving it a 3 is bc they have lots of homeless living right behind the fence. So I was a little uneasy at night walking my pets. I would stay here again if that helps. Traveling with pets then it's definitely better to stay here then on the strip.

The front desk was very patient and courteous with me because I wanted a ADA suite with two beds and no bathtub. They only have one bed in the room and a pull-up sofa bed in the living room. Clean room with a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and a small 'fridge. Decent free breadfast including apples, bananas, boiled eggs, and DYI waffles. The free 24-hour shuttle (except morning when it is every hour) is on-call, "30 — 35 minutes". Airport drop-off service must be ordered at least two hours in advance unless the shuttle happens to pick-up guests from the airport.

When I arrived in Vegas after flying all night I called hotel for pick up. The girl at the front desk directed me to go to center isle outside baggage claim and the shuttle would come by. I waited about 30 minutes and called again. She said he came by but no one there. Decided to catch a cab, asked a airport security if there was another place for shuttles he said " zero level strip side of airport". Called hotel again told her I found correct waiting area, told it would be 45 min. Needless to say, I was tired and anoyed. Off to get a cab again when hotel called back and said they would be there in 10-15 to pick me up. A good idea is teach front desk help where the hotel pick up area is. Check in — I had called the day prior letting them know I would be there at 6am and wanted to be able to ck in as I was paying for the night before so I could get ready for convention. When I arrived she said they had cxl res and charged me as no show! I had the name of person and time I called to confirm. Thank goodness they had a room I could ck into. Room, you get what you pay for. Cheap room, nothing fancy. It was clean, that is what I needed. Breakfast decent. Again you get what you pay for. Pool looked dirty did not use. Jacuzzi had a lawn chair in it, I am thinking from the people partying down there the night prior. Shuttle drivers very nice. Helpful and informative. Did not know that they go to convention center and strip. I thought it was only airport shuttle.

I had to change my rating on here and make it 4 stars instead of 3. This is one of the few places that let you bring an animal. We have a cat that totally dislikes travel. This is one of the only places we can stay outside of our motor home where they keep it clean enough she will not go crazy from past animal smells. They are pretty good at keeping the other animal sounds in line also. I would definitely recommend this if you are traveling with a loved animal companion.

First of all, if you don’t care about waiting forever at the front desk in the daytime, the old room equipments, same Food for breakfast every single day. For the pricing $69 per night to stay in Las Vegas, this would be a good choice. Overall, I would normally give La Quinta three stars. But this particular one, I gave two stars because the customer service is REALLY BAD when I checked out.

Very clean and the rooms were safe. Free shuttle to the strip and food were nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Vegas.

If you are just planning to sleep there and spend rest of your day outside it will do its job. Staff are not really friendly! Lady at the front desk while I was checking out was extremely grumpy and not friendly at all! Breakfast area was pretty small for size of this hotel and didn't have that much options and since we stayed 5 nights I was kinda boring eat everyday the same thing. Elevator still didn't work and didn't even look like that someone would be working on it. Hallways were kind of smelly. But room service was good! Had our room nicely cleaned everyday. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Every time I have stayed, it has been awesome. The pool and spa are great, and the fitness center is awesome as well. It is pet friendly, which is nice to take our Yorkie with us.

LaQuinta always does the trick, gets the job done. The room was a normal room. Nothing too fancy or crazy about it. Comfy beds, as always! My only complaint is breakfast, same stuff every single morning and no actual "breakfast" foods likes eggs, bacon… etc. However, I REALLY appreciate how dog friendly they are!

An excellent stay at this La Quinta. We did have a couple of issues arise that required maintenance attention; however, within 10 minutes, head maintenance was working to resolve the issues. The free shuttle to Harrah's put us right on the Strip, and the phone call for pick up was convenient and easy to use. The check in and check out process was also quick and easy. We enjoyed are stay.

The floor and bathroom were dirty. The lead didn't work. He asked for extra blankets, I told they didn't have them.

Breakfast is very simple, does not provide any type of protein.

Free breakfast, cheap the stay, the room very well has microwave oven, fridge and coffee maker. Recommended especially for free breakfast;-)

Beautiful hotel. Attended a professional event. The space was nice and the set up was pleasant to the eye.

I think it has the best location on strip. Most casinos are in walking distance. Service and facilities are okay. The parking is an issue which is in the back side of building. I will suggest to take valet parking when you check in. Also, I think the higher level rooms are better. Because of there is a loud night club which is next to the building. Next to the north entrance, there is a McDonald's. It is nice to have one here.

My question is to the general manager & management company of the Renaissance Las Vegas — how do you allow Delia Gonzalez to be employed in a tyrant and dictator modeled function of your hotel? Delia-should learn respect, professionalism, and service. Top concerns for anniversary turned disaster: 1. ) Everyone in the property was cordial except Delia Gonzalez “Front office manager (tyrant=Front desk manager) ”. 2. ) Upon check-in, Nicolas Amato (assistant manger) granted a room rate for $129 for two added nights, upon check-out I was told to pay $299 per night. 3. ) Extremely surprised at check out caused me to professionally dispute the charges. This led to the front desk personnel to get Delia from the office who stormed at me in a condescending way with “I’m not giving you freebies or adjustments” : Wait I’m not asking for freebies, I am being overcharged?! -Accused me of lying, harassing me, and cutting off the conversation with “this conversation is done”. No room to speak about my concern or what happened?!? Why?!? Does Delia know customer service or does she think dictatorship works at her employer?!? 4. ) Marriott customer care verified that my room charges were changed several times and tampered with after checking in and notes were added by Delia-"do not change". 5. ) Nicolas Amato, assistant manager, was a no-show to work after I was told he would be here in twenty minutes, to prevent him from speaking to me. Conspiracy by Delia? 6.

Love staying here. Clean. Pet friendly. Beds are comfy. Oversized tubs. Only issue I have is housekeeping staff are quite loud in the mornings. And apparently we were in town when a convention was coming up. I can see the rate going up to like $100 a night… But it going up 4x the price is pretty redicilous. Caused us to leave and go to some crap hole in Henderson that we are quite unhappy with.

Stayed in the Marti Gras tower, king room. Bed and room temperature were comfortable, but room did not have fridge or coffee maker. Basic soap, combo shampoo/conditioner, and lotion provided for bath amenities. Large, fluffy bath towels. Workout room and spa were closed during our stay, still had to pay the full resort fee even though we were able to use the gym. Hotel offers free self parking, Harrah's lot was full, but there was space in the LINQ's casino and they are connected by a walkway. Affordable stay in the middle of the strip.

The first thing I noticed easy the entrance isn't clearly marked, the sign for the restaurant was fat more pronounced than that of the hotel and if that wasn't enough, the road it sits upon has a crazy arrangement happening all of its own. However. Having said that … there are two entrances and if you miss it, you can circle round the block. That is the only bad thing, the rest of my experience was really nice. The place was clean and a delight to be in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While I personally did not enter guest quarters, my companions stated they were more than satisfied. The place is about a block off the strip which is very convenient and you can't get a better location if your attending an event at the Convention Center.

The staff is great! They have only been nice, helpful, and generous. The breakfast is bagels, waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. The hotel is the reason it isn't five stars. It just isn't up to date. It appears clean but as you pay more attention there's stains on the couch and bed, the pool is full of leaves and dirt. It's not that they don't clean it, they do clean your room every day, it's just the stuff is old. It just needs to be replaced. That said, it's cheap, and the breakfast is decent. You just can't expect newer updates furniture, bed, etc.

Worst ever! Elevators were broken. Room was supposed to be non smoking but it reeked of smoke. Wi-Fi was free but very poor. Bathroom was very nasty. Stay away…

Was going to give two stars, but it isn't the Luxor and staff was wonderful. Lack of desk in the room was frustrating, as I was there for a tech conference and had a lot of computer work to do. To get access to more than ONE OUTLET, I had to dig behind the TV, where there was a whole power strip, with only one socket in use! Why bury it where I can't get to it? Sink stopper mechanism was disconnected; fixed it. Toilet handle kept sticking with each flush; fixed it. Shower drain didn't drain; didn't fix it. I don't mind fixing something that takes me a few minutes to repair, but they need a better room checklist between guests to make sure everything at least functions.

Love this place… Top one I stay at. The remodeles rooms are gorgeous. Most have a decent view from the room. I enjoyed the nice remodeled room with a nice comfy king size bed to my little self. A single mothers dream come true! The casino was fun and drinks were strong!

One of my favorite hotels in Vegas! Great location to shopping, food, and entertainment. Nice casino and food options in the resort as well. Very nice and newly renovated rooms (I personally love the newly renovated suites! ) Great pool with canana, food and beverage service. I LOVE THE SPA! Ask for Steve for a massage! Nice workout room as well.

4 stars for business travel. Fairly near the Las Vegas Strip. Internet Wi-Fi was great. Free breakfast is a plus. Free shuttle service to and from airport was awesome. They provided my basic needs.

Number one, concierge services are awesome. The room is very clean. Linens are clean. One satisfying point is the wonderful view from our room. I will definitely come back here when given a chance.

Too loud! Not very clean either! Big and little dogs barking day and night. Toddlers running unattended down the hallways. Nicotine drops all over bathroom walls and door in a non-smoking room. It was not the worst but definitely not the best either. Certain power outlets didn't work. Shuttle and breakfast was convenient though.

One of the things ke step in this hotel ke there is ospedaron my potatoes and really didn't like xk did you service the 3 days ke were ospedados and it is very terribly this hotel and not merese or a star very badly stay the truth.

Our friends room had someone elses dirty sock on the floor. Our room was adequate. But one night about an hour after we had fallen asleep (after quiet hours), staff came pounding on our door. When I rolled out of bed and stumbled to the door yelled through the door "what do you want? " He mumbled something several times and then said we needed to go to the front desk. My husband told him we'd go in the morning. He finally walked off talking into his walker talkie and as soon as we had gotten back into bed the phone rang. It was the front desk telling us we were supposed to have checked out that morning (and why is this conversation happening at this hour of the night? ). My husband told them he had email confirmation to prove our checkout was the next day. After several minutes of wading through her computer, the desk clerk chuckled and said, "whoops, you're right. Sorry. " And hung up. No apologies beyond that. And then we couldn't get back to sleep for hours and had early meetings in the morning. So it was a bitter stay, and they offered no sincere apology or recompense. Also walking through the lobby the night before, my husband saw and heard the desk clerk and a guest screaming back and forth at each other. Not very professional, that's for sure.

Average. The parking at the check in area was too narrow and have only 3 spot the rest was red zone. Room are just average to belowe compare to other. Pool was shut down due to weather at the time. Location was 15 min driving and also have shutle every 1 hour which average. Service was good.

The initial room had a moldy smell, we were eventually moved to a new room. We then had to walk to the front desk and essentially check in a second time to get keys for the new room, room service should have seen to this. Trash was strewn about the grounds and unsightly back end operations were left out in plain sight, for guests to see and have to maneuver around. The vending machines were way too far apart from one another and the two I was able to find were broken.

The hotel was generally clean. The hot breakfast wasn't the best we've had as a family but sufficient. Their door and key placement throughout the maze-like floorplan was difficult to manage, especially if you didn't have your key but it seemed appropriate for securing the location.

Loved the room. Super huge tub! Cali King bed, super close to everything, and still far enough away to shut out the noise and Buzz from the Strip. Definitely will stay again!

Checked in on a Friday afternoon. Within five minutes of being in my room someone was banging on my door asking if I needed service, but the person barely spoke any English and was completely rude. The hispanic male at the front desk was completely indifferent to the entire thing, walking around himself with the shirt untucked and his pot belly showing while on his own cell phone in the lobby. I checked the hell out of there 30 minutes later and the guy at the front desk showed complete contempt, not minding his own ignorant slavery.

I arrived at this hotel 4 June and I found a big cockroach which was dead on the floor in my room. I kindly requested for cleaning and left my room for two hours. Unbelievably, there still was a cockroach on the floor even if the housekeeper said they cleaned my room. Now I am searching for another hotel to move. Don't stay at this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holidays in Las Vegas.

I wouldn't even give them one star but had to to write the review. We stay with some friends in a suite 4 people an 2 towels they knew we had 4 people in room. The next day they never came an clean the room. They have a shuttle to take u down the strip but we waited over an hour to have them pick us up. After 3 phone calls still waited. I have stayed at alot of hotel in my travels never have I stay in a hotel as bad as this. LA Quinta Las Vegas Airport Sucks never again if I am in LAS VEGAS will we stay at this a LA Quinta.

I want to say the customer service was great I was help by a wonderful lady name Kenitha she help with all my request even to find a spot for my car. I hope they pay her well to keep her around she is awesome. The hotel was great too, clean room, bathroom shower has a great tub and large. I never give this type of reviews but I was very impressed by the customer service.

Customer service was the worst. My husban is a very loyal and frequent guest. We booked out room in advanced using our loyalty point however when we got there we were greeted with a rude staff. They insisted that what we were told at time of reservation was not true and out points could not be used. Despite having out confirmation information and all necessary proof of the approval of the use of our points at time of reservation the manager was rude, short and showed no customer service. The second day there we confirmed the room was for 2 days and 3 nights however on the second day our card were deactivated. Once more when we went to the front desk we were met with indifference and despondent attitude. I don't think the front desk employees realize they are the face of the company. Somebody should train them on customer service and attitude. The rooms and hotel were not bad, despite the fridge not coolong. If it wasn't for the attitude we could have overlooked a lot of the other mess ups. Not pleased at all!

I ended up staying here on my way through Vegas during a move, looking for nothing more than a bed and a cheap place to hole up with a dog (no charge here whereas other hotels were charging an additional $75+ or had a resort fee tacked on). The bed was extremely comfortable but the big thing I noticed was the size of the tub, the thing looked like it was two tubs smashed together for size, definitely big enough for you and your better half ;). There was a kitchenette I didn't get to use (literally just an overnight guest, I had no interaction with any amenities or local attractions… Sorry) but it looked kinda old and outdated, there was a TV in the room (flat panel, which is expected in this day and age) but the guide was completely uninformative Overall what mattered was good (bed, bathroom, parking) but the finer details left some room to be desired. If you're looking for a place that's affordable and offers some space for you and your SO this will definitely do, but if you have some extra coin go spare, look into somewhere else.

The place is OK, rooms clean, breakfast basic, staff are friendly, best features are the free shuttle to and fro to the conference centres and airport. Downside is that there are no facilities to leave your luggage in case you check out early and flight is not till later. Had to book an extra night at a higher rate for room. Plenty of restaurants about and you can catch a bus (108) or taxi connect the monorail and travel across the strip. Overall good value for a 3 star hotel.
