Very comfortable stay in Vegas. I would much rather be here, a bit off the strip, with a very nice kitchenette, free breakfast, and afternoon mixers than any of the casino/hotels in town.

Just got here last ni6… staff is amazing suites are mega clean and they have a lil welcome bag with any forgotten misc items i. E. Razor toothbrush toiletries even a shoe mitt! it was a nice bonus along with the full size shower gel and tea tree shampoo and conditioner… we will be here till the end of the year… relocating from Ky and they have made us feel welcome the hubby has been here 2 weeks prior me arriving last night! Brrakfast was amazing very impressive. Cant wait to see what else they have planned… very warm and beautiful lobby. I totally reccomend!

We love this hotel-suite. The front desk staff are very efficient, professionals, friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 10 months when our house was getting fix and this week for 2 days. Blanca and Wynn (Supervisor) is excellent in costumer service. We love the big space, kitchen with stove and dishwasher. The housekeeping is very good in cleaning and providing clean linens and essentials. We feel like home in Marriot and the level of comfort is the best. This location is very close to restaurant and near Las Vegas Boulevard Downtown strip. Very close to Maryland Boulevard where lots of Asian Restaurant particularly Filipino cuisine. We highly recommend this hotel.

In all our 12 years as loyal Marriott customers, never have we had any of our belongings stolen from our room. However, reports of theft at this establishment has given us some pause. Despite all these, we decided to pushed through with our stay. Needless to say, our recent stay was uneventful (which we expected). We recommend this place. It's a great way to stay in Vegas without having to deal with the crowds on the Strip or pay the ridiculous resort fee which inflates your room rate significantly.

Nice room, staff, and available services. Rooms have a small kitchen with real dishes. Very nice surprise. Nights are quiet and bed are comfortable providing a good night's rest. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean and tidy. Large desk presented me with plenty of space to layout a variety of things for the day. Bed comfortably fits two, and is a pleasure to sleep on. Water pitcher in the fridge could be cleaner thought. Great view of the city. Conveniently located near places for food!

This was my first time at the Residence Inn Hughes Center. It was a good experience overall. They had all the basic amenities and the staff were well trained and catered to the guests. As a cheaper option on near the strip, I will definitely consider this hotel the next time I am in the area. My only hesitation and the reason for the 4 rating was weird smell at the base of the elevator bank. Maybe a stupid reason for a 4… But oh well. No one reads these anyways?

Great hotel. I generally always use Mariott and this one did not disappoint. Great breakfast variety, rooms are of good size with small kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Two blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. Food is literally across the parking lot. Pool area is nice as well with several grills for use. Internet is a little slow and drops sometimes. Hotel and rooms were overall very clean and well kept. Laundry is a little pricey, $2 for wash and $2 to dry (bring your own detergent). Walking distance to an array of casinos and night life.

This is like a 5 star hotel really. The service is rely fantastic and the rooms are new and we'll serviced. Super happy with this hotel.

This was a nice hotel. It was off the strip which is nice so you don't get all the drunks around the hotel. The rooms were very clean and offered a refrigerator with freezer, cook top, sink and microwave. The pool area also has a gas grill for use. Breakfast was good, and the lobby area offered a good place to hang out too. Parking is plentiful and the staff are all nice and helpful. A great option if your staying in Vegas.

I was actually surprised at how quiet the hotel was. The breakfast is rather quite good for being included in the room price. It's not going to blow your socks off, but it's a good, clean and well laid-out room. It's also located by a few decent restaurants a couple blocks from the main strip. You're not dealing with all the noise and foot traffic when you step outside.

Off the strip but close enough to get there with a quick cab. Great staff. Great breakfast and the nightly mixers are fun and well attended.

Has to be one of the best off the “strip” hotels … Marriott always makes you feel like you have a second home… from resident happy hour hosted, to breakfasts in the morning… close to the finest restaurants in Las Vegas. Residence Inn does it all.

The room was very nice and spacious. Lots of nice amenities including an in-room refrigerator. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had hair on them, and there was a red, blood-like stain on one of the pillow cases. The staff changed the bedding quickly to resolve the issue.

The suite was great, it had everything we needed and more, whole kitchen plus utensils. Quiet and comfortable. Rooms are modern and super clean. The view was amazing at night time. Breakfast Buffet was awesome. Not far from the strip, restaurants around, but I agree with some reviews, something smells weird around the area.

Average place with average breakfast and average staff and average experience. Does the job. Is well equipped and well appointed with amenities. Good for kids and business visits. Hotel lobby had a strange and somewhat Seewege’y odor. All the best with that at 8 am. I will not be staying here as average is not me but maybe it’s your thing.

A very nice hotel well located, everything was perfect.

One of my favorite hotels. This place has a full apartment set up besides an oven. It has a full fridge, stove top, and even all the cooking utensils you need. The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the living room which has a nice sectional. An awesome place to stay.

We were 3 people and when we arrived the sofa bed was not ready. We went down to say it to the front desk and were told that the company's policy was not to make the sofa bed in case we didn't use it. We asked them if they could do it because we were going to use it and they said no.
Breakfast schedules are very short and there is not enough room for everyone to go in two hours so they form queues.
The ventilation was very bad and cold air was coming through all the doors.

This is a pretty decent hotel for the price; it’s about as cheap as you can get for a pretty comfortable stay NEAR the strip — you're just off the strip. That’s obviously a key qualifier, but the hotel is clean and it has breakfast for all guests (not just a concierge lounge). They also have snacks and things during the evening time. If you're in Vegas on a budget, this place should definitely be considered, as it satisfies all basic needs — then you can spend the rest of your time and money at the casinos.

The place was clean and acogiente. The pool is open all year and provide breakfast daily.

It is more than a hotel room: plus an apartment with fully equipped kitchen.
Really spacious and with a nice view.
Really clean and visibly refurbished not long ago.
Small flats: the electrical systems (switches, sockets, …) are rather original and it's a little stain.
No croissants or bread or chocolate: pity for us the French.
Not enough good restaurants around I find.
The planes are very lightly heard.

Great clean hotel with nice rooms! But me & friends were traveling coming into town after driving all night and wanted to check in early since I know sometimes its possible. And I know this because I work at Marriott and if possible we do it especially if the rooms are Vacant Ready & if not we tell Housekeeper if the room can get cleaned asap we do our best to check in our guests at the hotel I work! I called and spoke to front desk told her what was the earliest and she said 9 am. So we got to the hotel and werent allowed to check in at all because its policy not to let guest check in early. I was surprised! & to top it off they knew I was there with a discount and I told them I needed to use the business office to print out my discount form! Well there I was for 20 minutes trying to get access to my discount form for them to end up telling me that they don't give access to public to utilize that tool! So since I didn't have the discount form we got my friends military discount got checked in to a one bed room for 4 adults without telling us. I honestly think the two ladies at front desk thought I was lying about my discount and lack of communication lead us to be running around!

The location of this hotel may be off the Strip, but it was easy to get to the Strip. It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Our room was clean and roomy (we got the suite). Cabinets could use and upgrade but it was not a deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, and there is a nice lounge area available for use. On our next trip to Las Vegas we will be booking a room at this Inn.

This is a solid Marriott. The good: -The prices are typically pretty good. -They have a free breakfast. I know, it’s a residence inn, it’s supposed to. But I’ve been to a few, and this one has a decent amount of room for guests, and the food is pretty good. -The staff has always been very friendly. The bad: There really isn’t much bad. This is a basic hotel. There’s nothing outstanding about it. The rooms are very basic. But, you’re in Vegas. You shouldn’t be spending a ton of time at the hotel.

It was Grande el Curato 2 bedrooms. They also give breakfast for free!

We had 2 nights at the employee rate. They made us come down to check out and back in the 2nd day because they couldn't combine the reservations which over authorized our credit card. They wouldn't let my hubby check in because my name was on the reservation. He got in at 11am and I didn't arrive until 10pm that night so I had to fill out a form and fax it in just so he could check in even though we share the last name and he had his id and cc with his name on it. Then they gave us a room overlooking the ugly roof of another building. I've worked in the hotel industry for many years and when I was at the front desk I would always try to give an employee the best room we had available at the time of check-in because it is a perk of working for the Marriott. A lower rate or employee rate shouldn't mean that you get the crappiest room. I'm very disappointed in this hotel and their treatment of my family and I. This is my second time staying in Vegas both under the associate rate and both times got the room overlooking some old ugly roof. Maybe it's because we're in Vegas and they're used to people trying to scam them and get more than they're entitled too, but maybe it's just because I'm an employee and should settle for less. Shame on you Residence Inn Hughes Center.

Good hotel a little outside the Strip. Rooms are very nice. Price top.

Great place. Good price. Good breakfast included. We got the 2 bedroom suite on top and split the bill. Very good deal!

Directly across the street from the convention center. Free parking definitely a plus! Room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. A full kitchen was a plus as was the free hot breakfast in the lobby. This hotel is a wonderful alternative to a large hotel as there were only two floors. And a definite plus being off the strip. It was a great home away from home for a few days.

Full Suite form, with a complete set of kitchen equipment, and dishwasher, double door fridge. Pots and pans all have, only the chopsticks and oil salt.
The room is a room, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom.
The whole new, very clean.
The breakfast was good, but the holidays were long awaited and the meal stopped at about nine o'clock. The breakfast area is much more comfortable.
Coffee and iced tea are readily available during the day.
The swimming pool is clean, there are Geishui for people who can't swim, and there is a pool beside it.

Excellent hotel, nice and quiet since it's off the strip, only a 20 minute walk to the strip. Rooms are very spacious and clean with full fridge, sink, small cooktop and microwave. All amenities you could need are here. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in May of 2015 and again at the end of July 2017. During the first stay the place looked, and was, practically new. This last stay, I was surprised to see the property was not aging well. Don't get me wrong. I still rate it at four stars. It's clean. The staff is friendly and competent, as I have come to expect from Marriott hotels of any brand. The location is very nice; close enough to the strip for quick Uber rides, far enough away to have neighboring restaurants with normal prices and to be free of the crazies and urine smell. I just don't expect to see duct tape fixes on such a new facility.

A bit out of the way but perfect for us. Everyone we interacted with had great customer service skills. The rooms were really nice and the breakfasts we're a nice touch. I shared a 2 room suite with someone I had not previously meet and it was comfortable. We both had our own doors and restrooms. The common area had a couch and TV and a kitchen area. I also liked that it is not gambling… So nice to get away from the ringing and craziness to sleep.

A very nice hotel. All rooms have kitchen with most of the cooking utensils you need. From pots, pan, spatula, can opener to storage containers, wine glass, mugs. The breakfast is a little above average. They always serve scrabble eggs and two different proteins for breakfast. The rooms are very nice. The hotel is always very clean. Employees are always nice and very friendly. Will definetly stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location-it's near the strip, but far enough away that it's quiet and calm. The palm trees lining the nearby street help make it the perfect spot for an early morning run or dog walk! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional! They have hot and cold items, and several choices for health-conscious patrons. The whole building is kept very clean. The pool and fitness center are both small, but nice. The amenities in each room (fridge, toaster, range, coffee maker, dishwasher) make it easy to be away from home. The view while seated at the desk or bed is phenomenal! Overall great choice for those traveling alone or with a family! Oh, and lots of nearby restaurants you can walk to.

Clean, modern, spacious room with kitchen, free breakfast, free parking, no resort fee and not far from the Strip and very close to many dining options, including non-chain restaurants in Chinatown. Located in a business park, so generally no zombies hanging around street corners. Needs security cameras on floors other than lobby floor. Would be more secure and reduce the chances of intruders coming to one's door if card key was required to go past lobby area or to use elevators. Pet friendly. Kid friendly.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and I have to say that out of the many hotels I have stayed in, they are one of the best I've been to. And this is from the second I stepped in there, the staff was great and check in was quick. They were all very nice to me and my two kids. I loved the breakfast variety they provide. The room cleanliness was a plus! I want to thank the whole staff for making our stay enjoyable!

I stayed in this hotel last week for a business conference and I must say I had the worst experience due to an issue with my bill. When I checked in to the hotel I was notified that all the room cost is charged to my company, however, almost a week after my stay I get charged on my credit card WITHOUT my authorization, without providing me a receipt for the charges. When I called in to speak to the hotel, the receptionist kept promising me that the amount would be returned and that the company already payed for it. After I demanded a receipt and a confirmation that the charges would be returned, she suddenly found out that I was charged and its not going to be returned. I cant express how disappointed I am with the poor customer service, lack of care to the client, professionalism and dismissive attitude. I will make sure never to recommend this hotel since it looks like I cannot trust Marriott with my credit card. Very upsetting.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Our suite has a full kitchen, and a sofa sleeper in addition to a queen size bed. I love that all lampshades have outlets that allow you to hook-up electronic devices. Hot breakfast is served 7 days weekly and cold lemon water is always available in the reception area. The breakfast station adjoins a space with dining sets, sofas, and a flatscreen TV. The pool area has 2 bbq grills. This is a perfect place for families, away from the Strip but close to reasonably-priced food from Panera, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Habit, Starbucks and Pieology. There's also a convenience store across the street (Rebel) and many restaurants.

This place is awesome! They allowed me to stay with my 3 small dogs which really is hard to find a place that lets you stay with 3 pets! Room was awesome, breakfast to die for and it was a very busy weekend! Best place to stay if you want off the crazy strip! But really close to everything! I love this place and will always stay their when I'm in Vegas!

Everything is at the superb level that one would expect at a Marriott property. I would definitely recommend this place. Location is great with nice restaurants within walking distance, and strip is also 1 mile away. The property is clean and well maintained.

Bunch of restaurants in walking distance, only $10 for a cab to the strip. Hospitality is amazing. Only downside is it is close to the airport and you can hear aircraft flying by.

Staff are always super helpful, the cleaning service is very good the cleaners do a really good job. I really like the fact you are able to get your room cleaned everyday if you wish. The gym is a little small, but no one stays at a hotel in Vegas to go to the gym. Love the complimentary breakfast and the complimentary dinners/quick meals on Mon, Tue and Wednesday. One small issue was the laundries, some of the dryers didn't dry your clothes properly.

Great room/suite, bed was very comfortable, and staff was highly responsive. Biggest disappointment was the last minute drastic price increase on the last night that we needed to tack on, even when the place was mostly empty.

My most favorite thing was the breakfast. Cant go wrong with that. The rooms are very spacious and I absolutely love how the employees are very nice to us guests. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel for vacation.

The service overall is great. Free delicious breakfast everyday will eggs, waffles, and frech toast. The rooms are nice with a full fridge and stove top in suite. The cabinets im the kitchen could use some updating. The service is great. The staff is very friendly. Really close to the strip!

My favorite part of staying here was the Amazing FREE Hot Breakfast offered daily! In regards to the suite itself, I think it needs an update. Classic furniture… Sofa had a cover, but was comfortable. The only thing that seemed renovated was the shower.
