The food isn't worth eating. The food was dry and semi Luke warm. They were sitting people at dirty tables with only a half a restaurant and no major line. They weren't going them down either just planning Matt's and silverware. So gross. The cocktail servers are decent to look at, but the service to get a drink if they pay attention to you is severely lacking. It took 2 hours to see a server and then another 3 before I finally just asked the bar. The bartender is rude when you all them for anything. Customer service is severely lacking here. The machines, don't play. They've just gotten tighter over the years. I've never until this visit here sat at a machine with over 500 dollars and not hit a bonus or a single win over my bet. Now that's just ridicridic. I know Vegas wasn't built on winners, but that's just highway robbery. So many other places that treat you better and have looser slots. Only go here as a last resort. Eureka in mesquite would even be a better option.

When I came here 5 years ago, the cocktails were non stop. This last visit, not even 1 cocktail waitress to be seen. It's really fun though. My favorite slot machine is the Wonder Woman. There is an arcade, kinda fun. Some of the shooter games dont work though. Also, went to the buffet. That was enjoyable. Get your badge and get a discount.

I very much enjoyed my time at Texas Station. I found the bartenders attentive and the drinks were well-sized and well-made. I was able to find that every game I wanted to play the tables was open although it was crowded slightly I was always able to find a seat. They were also numerous machine games available for play of all types and varieties.

I usually go for Texas Station's buffet. It depends on the time it seems to me, but the biggest 7 out of 10 times has fresh and good food. There are times when getting there later in the day (5pm and beyond) and the food was cold, old, or just outright not good. Some food is also right out the can and you can easily taste it. There was a point where the mashed potatoes were hand made with butter but over time it became canned, figuratively and literally. Overall I usually enjoy my time there I've had some bad experiences with food, but that's usually all. It's rarer to have issues with the staff which is usually very caring and helpful.

I Bowl there once-a-week and my experience there is always exceptional. The lanes are well maintained and the service at the counter is great. We usually have a margarita at the bar beforehand and the bartenders are great too. After bowling we usually hit the machines for a while but that experience usually sucks. The machines are tighter than a drum and I have not walked out ahead yet.

The room was great & the people were friendly. The only real complaint I have is about the card tables. My husband wanted to play Pai Gow poker & there were only 3 people at the table but they wouldn't let him play because each player was playing 2 places. Any other place we've been only allows the players to play extra places if there is no one who wants to play at the table. The dealer refused to let my husband play & allowed the 3 people to be the only ones to play at that table. My husband has now said we will not stay at this hotel again.

I love Texas Station! It’s awesome. Great games, both slots and tables, with good payouts. The buffet is incredible and actually affordable! Great selection of food and everything is fresh. Parking is easy and right by the door, and most importantly it is free. The Strip is overly crowded, noisy, and expensive. However any of the Station Casinos, especially Texas Station is a sure bet for a relaxing and comfortable gambling, dining, and entertaining. I have made my go-to casino in Las Vegas.

Hated it. Treated like garbage by buffet supervisor/manager. Customer service was nonexistent. Commercials about loving locals are a farce.

We ate at the oyster bar. the server was one of the best I have had in a long time, she knew to bring ketchup for the French fries before order was at table. The food was good. it was busy, but our server made sure we were seated with drinks while she attended to her other tables. it was clean, affordable, location was easy to find. I recommend it. Gaming was right there. Along with a movie theater, and bowling alley and hotel. Texas is an awesome local hot spot. looking for a night out, you can't miss with the Texas!

My husband and I went to see a movie and had no problem parking or finding our way to the theaters. We were directed to the theater the movie we went to see was playing in. We stopped and got popcorn and was told we got one free refill, on our way out the concession staff asked if we wanted our free refill. Very nice and cordial staff all the way around.

We really like this little place not on the strip in North Las Vegas. There's a bartender there that even after we've been gone for 6 months knows my wife knows the drink she wants. The staff is friendly and it's a nice place to hang out it's also one of the only if not the only casino in Las Vegas that I know of that has a bowling alley.

Nice clean rooms, great staff. Here for the silver state race and they treat us well and make us feel welcome. Plenty of free parking. Typical smoke filled casino, with mostly locals. Overall a great economical place to stay.

Went to Texas Station with family to gamble for a couple of hours. It's my Grandmother's favorite local casino. We had a good time. The casino was clean. The cocktail waitress was nice and preformed her job efficiently. We felt very welcome and will return.

It is my favorite place to have a good fun in the machines and in the Hay muchad8vercion in Night Club I recommend it for amusement.

I went to bowl and didn't avia anyone and it was a Saturday afternoon. The prices are Baeatos also were $13 for two games and rent of shoes.

I went to Jagar craps and it was fine. The bowling alley was Basio.

The only reason I picked this place was that it was close to my sons football camp. Breakfast was good, lunch mediocre, dinner below par. Our room smelled from the detergent they used to clean the bathroom. Hallway smelled of weed… Tables and slots are below average, while trying to play on a Saturday night was tough with the live tejano band playing in the back ground. Forget about Jack and Coke! This is a Pepsi hotel… The whole casino smells of smoke! You guessed it by now that this is a local place in a bad part of town. The best part was the bowling alley!

Texas Station is a local hotel and casino. I normally go there for the buffet or to play bingo. The staff is always friendly. They also have a lounge area where they play old school R&B on Friday nights and Latin music on Saturdays. There is a bowling alley and a movie theater as well. If you can't find a babysitter, there is a place in there called Kids Quest that charges by the hour.

Very busy, food lounge has great options, security is real tight… Feel like they are watching u constantly, they are a bottle to much at times and yet I don't feel nor have I seen the security actually help out anyone else in there… Nice variety of games and its nice and clean in there, great atmosphere and employees seem to be happy working there…

Always have a good time here. The last time I had a really good soup near the Mexican food area, and they had some kick ass lentils. Desserts are yummy… Good customer service!

This used to be one of my favorite places in Vegas, but now it seems to have gone downhill. When you stay using an offer I swear they turn your winnings off somehow. Haven't had ANY luck at all here in the past couple years on slots, the food in the buffet has lost it's quality, and the rooms could use updating. They even deleted my 20, 000+ reward points claiming they expired a few days earlier. Very sad that they only seem to cater to locals now, and can't do the same for 20 year repeat customers from out of town.

The buffet was better than expected. The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed. They have tons of desserts. Customer service was superb. I also went to see a movie after the buffet. Claiming my tickets from the Atom app was very easy. The theaters were comfortable as well.

This place is definitely older than others and that's apparent in just about everything in the casino. There are some places to eat in here that aren't too bad. There's also a movie theater which is some sort of entertainment for those who aren't into gambling but staying here. There usually isn't any issue with the parking here as I haven't ever really seen the place too packed. It is not located anywhere near the strip and the surrounding area isn't really very welcoming.

Always free cocktails There are all bowling buffet movie arcades for kids.

Texas Station is just a sort of lower tier Station casino that has its local charm but doesn't have the glitz or prestige of the better ones. Definitely a great place for getting to know dealers/bartenders on a daily basis. I only played here a few times. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if it's nearby and you really have an itch to play, Texas isn't that bad.

I went to play bowling and dinner, and my friend and I had fun. The pizza place is well-rich.

Great place with great amenities for local Las Vegas customers and visitors. Used to really take action much better at table games, now I find the visible sweat from the pit bosses for anyone betting more than $100 a hand to be particularly annoying. Not many real blackjack tables anymore except on busy Friday or Saturday nights. Lots of junk games. Great restaurants, bars, wait staff, slots and video poker. Very fair with comps and good point multiplier days. Overall I'm a fan of Station Casinos, but I wish this place took action like they did 15 years ago, it was a lot more fun.

South Padre I love it! Live music and sound, Saturdays it gets really good. Close the 3am.

I liked it so much because it has to have fun the kids and big, especially the bowling very good place, takes place to take care of the children and they have fun.

Total of 6 people went for dinner, everyone ate their fill. Nice Buffet, many different stations with different foods at each station everything from Seafood to Texas BBQ. Desserts were good, nothing stale from sitting out too long and I saw someone else having a particular type of pie that was not on the table and I asked the worker if they had more of that particular kind of pie. She graciously dug into the refrigerator and sliced a piece of that pie just for me! Definitely a good place to go have a meal and I will go back!

I'm a Vegas resident and this is one of my favorite hotel and casinos. My mom enjoys staying here when she comes to visit. It has everything you need. Food, rooms, gaming, Cinema, bowling alley. It's awesome! The cosmic bowling was awesome and very inexpensive! $34 for 3 games for me and my boyfriend. We were also able to get some alcoholic beverages while we played! Very fun and convenient!

There is no coffee machine in the room, no hot water to burn. It's a little inconvenient for the Chinese. The other is okay.

This is the best place for dinner. I love the food and the service was outstanding. The drink price was just right. I stated this I will definitely come back for every thing. The ribs was juicy and tender. The drinks was the best I had ever had. Thank you Texas station for a grate time.

The reason I have attended Texas Station was to enjoy a meal with my family at the buffet. I liked the service that was given as well as the food. I would recommend it to anyone who has no idea where to go as a family trip. I enjoyed and hope you other people enjoy it as well.

The normal casino Nothing of the other world, the Shakers a service Malisimo in fact you give tips and tell you right now return and do not bring anything, the Buffet already on 2 occasions 1 time the candies and salads spoiled, and another the pure of potato acid,, I do not recommend.

I like going to the movies here there is food also a very quiet place.

Went to Texas Station for Thanksgiving dinner. Got there at about 5pm. The service inside the Grand Cafe itself was very sub par. After being seated, it took ten minutes for someone to come take our drink order, and then the server did not bring any straws. I got and asked the manager, who was in a suit, to get some straws, he said he'd send someone over with them, but that process took another ten minutes. The waitress eventually told me that she was actually a hostess filling in, and that a majority of the waiting staff called out sick, explaining the poor service. The food itself was excellent and high value, a plate of Thanksgiving feast being around 12 dollars. The casino itself is large and well laid out, with a variety of games and stores and other attractions. Overall I enjoyed my experience but the service in the Grand Cafe itself was not up to the standards usually held by the casino itself.

They have gaming, a buffet, a cafe which has really good food for a small price. There is a movie theater and kids quest so you can watch that movie on your own… lol. They have an arcade and a bar. They offer table games as well. It is a small local casino and they offer a rewards card to build points to redeem for 2 for 1 buffets etc. It's not the nicest place in the world but it's not the worst either. The hotel rooms are decent just beware to document what was in the room and the workability of everything upon check out. They charged me for a end of the bed decorative throw even though I didn't take it.

Great Hotel and Casino. Just need to upgrades the furniture in the room. The shower faucet needs to be changed. (calcium buildup). I love the convenience of all the different restaurant in one location. Also love all the different activities for the kids. I had fun losing $100.00. Definitely would stay again.

I went here to see a movie. Went to concession stand and there was only one person there to serve 10 people and the line was growing. I made it a point to be obvious counting customers waiting. And what do know about 2 minutes later the manager comes out to help. And she brought a second employee with her. This would've 2 stars otherwise. The theatres are clean. I just feel their customer service in this area sucks. That's from buying tickets to the concession stand.

By far, the best of all the Station buffets we've been to. Great selections, great prices. They serve lunch until 4. Went just before 4, paid lunch prices and got the dinner menu. Apparently a lot of people do this because it was the busiest I'd ever seen the place. Highlights are the meaty ribs, juicy fried chicken and roast beef. Creamed spinach is awesome when they have it too.

It was great in the mid 1990s. Now not so much. I would never go out of my way to go here anymore. The bathrooms were dirty. The movie theatre is not one that I would take my family to esp. At night. I donor feel comfortable walking with my family in the parking lot going to and from the casino. Not for me.

Standard station casino. Grimey carpet, good slot options, Latin nights, etc. Sports book is clean and very nice. Service is pretty good on all ends. Seafood bar is great. Cafe food is alright. Steakhouse is fantastic.

I went to Texas Station to enjoy their buffet. And I certainly enjoyed it! Huge range of foods representing different countries and cultures. I would highly recommend it! The casino is huge too (like everything in Texas)! A little off the strip, but not in a "bad area". Go check it out!

Wonderful cafe and buffet. The casino had that nostalgic smell of stale smoke. The rooms were quiet, with a really nice A/C system, and a TV with plenty of channels. The bathroom had many mirrors, and the shower was fine. The swimming pool, however, wasn't heated at all, and thus was very, very cold. My parents hadn't been swimming for some time, and their old bones couldn't handle the temperature.

We only came to see a movie so I couldn't give it a higher rating. I liked this casino. Its not filled with glitz like most in the Las Vegas area. The theatre was fine, no issues there either. I really liked how the outdoor tile on the first floor of the parking garage was Texas shaped.

Very good hotel. My parents fly to Vegas every year and they also enjoy staying at the Texas Station. It's the only hotel they stay at. Bowling is a blast. The band that plays on Friday and Saturday nights is very entertaining. Daughter loves swimming at the pool. Love eating at the buffet. Prices are very affordable.

The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the amazing staff at the Texas Station and the staff at gift shops and restaurants in the casino. Very friendly and helpful and thoughtful. Security was good. Room rate was higher than expected but it was a weekend rate explaining the difference. Rooms are adequate, clean and smoke free (no stinky smokey smell). I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

"0" stars from me. For the past 4 days I have been waiting on a reply from a email I sunt, but I have not heard anything from anyone. Is this how u handle all business when it comes to guest at your casino. Face it, your employee made a mistake. Hell, its not like im asking for anything, I earned the 200 points so give me what is due. You guys make all stations casino look cheap. Honestly cant believe I even spunt one minute in your casino. And your morning shift rewards employees that worked sunday 8/9/2015 are so rude and unhelpful. I ask to fill out a report and the employee gets loud and ask me, a report for what! as always, check the camera, the camera dont lie. Good day. This is" lajeune gay" by the way.

Horrible night for sleep. Pillows and bed sheets stank like they had not been washed. Called house keeping for extra pillow and was told they were short staffed so they all left and I could not get extra pillow or towels much less change the sheets. Oyster bar was saving grace. Nit much good to write about texas station.

I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and friendly staff. Aside from the excessive cigarette smoke, this place was pretty clean. The theater was comfortable and had great quality sound. I'll definitely make this my usual cinema spot.

My husband and I went into the movie theater, and to our surprise their menu for movie snacks was better than what you normally expect. Some items we found interesting were; the 12 inch hotdog, the Oreo churros, the spicy chicken burger (Comes on a nice fluffy bun! ), and the poppers. The people serving the food were friendly even though there were so many people in line. Usually, the food is not that great in other theaters and we end up just getting popcorn or nachos! Thank you Texas Station for the great experience!
