The machines are terrible! Most machines touch screen does not work for free slot play. The kiosks touch doesn’t work for the games on there… I thought it was a one or two time fluke NOOOOO it’s a norm… just tried it again today and everyone I’m in there complaining right now… it’s time to try something other than Station Casinos… the free slot play issue is at many of the station casinos…

Valet is away from registration system was down couldn’t check in then had to use cash they only had one valet and he had to leave so we had to push our stuff up to our room and not to be funny but so thing with the faux brick wall and tiny bathroom seems like a cell I would not recommend here just my opinion.

We have come here several times to stay while we are playing travel softball tournaments. The price most nights is good. It is a great place. The staff is friendly, the buffet is the best (especially if you have a players card) and the kids can go ice skating when they are off. There is a lot of riffraff at the hotel like all Vegas casinos, but the food places and the entertainment areas are clean and free of riffraff.

The Buffet needs to be changed because it was the worst buffet ever. The food was not at all good it was cold the soup was nasty some of the food looks like it's been sitting for days. The salad bar wasnt looking good at all. Maybe its time to close it down and remodel. If I had paid for the food I would have ask for a refund that's how bad it was and I bought my friends there and they couldn't find anything descend to eat I was so embarrassed.

Great place for food and fun. Problem arises when u need a floor person to help with machine problems. I waited more than 10 minutes before I got service. Same thing happened about an hour later. The lady next to me s got so tired of waiting she walked away with a non retrieve able to ticket in the machine. That's NOT good for business. Still love the place!

I've only ever attended this casino for the restaurants and establishments, so I can only speak on that behalf. I must say that usually the restaurants have good service and the food is usually better than an individual establishment from a food chain, for example Denny's. Most times Denny's at individual establishments make mistakes. They may take too long, make the eggs quick and not as well-made or forget something. In this case this Denny's rarely let's me down. Usually the amount of people there is moderate, sometimes it can be excessive, overall though its easy to get a seat and get served. They also usually add cheese to my eggs if I request it, at no extra cost. The pancakes are very fluffy and most times comparable to a good IHop's pancakes. The service is nice and the diner itself looks nice and stylish, the layout is nice. This also goes for the Casino, although seeming small and cramped, the layout is nice and classical-like. Something I would expect from a Casino, rather than a spaced out and filled in casino like Texas. The service is also nice from the casino's attendants. Overall I'd give this casino a 8/10 if I were to rate it.

It's small. The buffet gave me food poisoning. The peanut cookies at the buffet were not labeled. I really only wanted to come here for the buffet and I regretted it. The food was stale. I would not recommend. Ever. Go to the Texas Buffet. Just a little further dow down the road.

The price we paid for a week was absolutely great. The room is plain and a basic setting that I was comfortable in and the staff was friendly. Definitely added another day to stay so will definitely be back. Buffett was amazingly good for great prices. I'll be returning for more of it even when not staying in the hotel.

Gambling machines absolutely do not give an opportunity to win. I tried more than 20 different slot machines, the result is an absolute zero. The owners of the casino became greedy, they do not care about visitors, they are not interested in attracting customers. There is no interest in playing slots machines if they always win. Wonderful casino owners will have to revise their business policy in the near future, otherwise their establishments will become empty. I will not return here again never again.

It's a decent local hotel and casino. Never have stayed the night but have been to the buffet and the ice skating rink. I just dislike the smokey smell all throughout due to gamblers smoking at the slots. Bathrooms are usually quite clean. Security is always around. Several restaurants to visit. I am not a gambler so I have never played the machines or the tables, nor have I stayed overnight.

Reasonably nice casino, although pretty small compared to the rest of the Station Casino group, with which it is affiliated. This one is right across the street from Texas Station. I'd rather go there (TS) ; it's bigger and more nicely decorated than Fiesta. The buffet is better too!

I like this place. Parking is right in front of door. 95% off the time there is abundant parking. The machines pay better than most places. Their local perks are fantastic. I spin the wheel for points every Friday, Saturday and Sunday which give me enough points to take my family of five to the buffet for nearly free, when paired with coupon from circular. Plus they send me I Pull tab every week worth about $3! I have been there twice when the Big Wheel went off, won $5 each time, so did everyone else in casino, minimum. All the beverage servers are great. Especially the blond by the front door late night. She already knows I just want a water and she makes sure I have one always. The ladies at the gift shop are great. Dennys I will pass on that, bad experience with waitress whose name starts with Carm — something. Horrible horrible waitress. Which is sad because they just spent money remodeling the restaurant. The buffet great service 95% of the time. They sure do try to kick you out though even if they are not busy. I have a small child who is disabled so it takes me longer to feed him. I go to the buffet so he can try lots of different foods. I still enjoying going often. I love that the buffet comes with a drink and 98% the servers keep the drinks filled. I looking forward to the Battle of the Alamo block party tonight. 4th of July. They brought in the fireworks people who do them for the Olympics and spent 650 man hours getting the show ready with 18 pyrotechnitions.

Just got pulled out of the buffet line today at about 1pm and asked to either leave or put a jacket on by two old lady security guards with hands on their guns because my pajama shorts were apparently too short when I have been here multiple times wearing the same thing. I am 8 months pregnant and it is 105 degrees. You have cocktail waitresses wearing no pants, don't tell me what to wear, and show me where this dress code is? Where does it say a pregnant woman cannot wear shorts on a HOT SUMMER DAY! Two old ladies just being judgmental for no reason. Unfortunately will never be back, just lost three buffet regulars (me, husband, and our 81 year old great grandmother), I will attach an image of what I was wearing at the time in comments below.

Located in an iffy part of town, so you deal with that type. Walking in today security was doing a (nearly) shoulder to shoulder sweep and swarming bathrooms. It was done calmly but fairly obvious. I don't like coming here but family enjoys the buffet, so I joined them for a free lunch. This is the second time in two months I've been to the buffet and the staff, in particular the staff by the pizza, is fondling the food. It's disgusting. Just stick to the stuff that they're not going to want to stick their fingers in, casseroles, soft mushy mashed potatoes, stuff like that. The wait staff has always been good. The food doesn't taste bad, you just have to block the gross handling out of your mind. If you have a choice, don't go here. If you're getting a free meal, hey, it's a free meal. Lock your cars and hide your belongings.

The Casino is nice, but I am reviewing the ice skating rink. The staff is super nice and really helpful. My daughter is taking skating lessons here and couldn't be happier with the instructors. Things are going great and I will update if things change.

Nice place to hangout in the summer. Beautiful and clean interior. Lots of machines. Skating rink inside for all ages call for operation hours. Pretzels are a good deal for 2 dollars at the subway. The atmosphere is very pleasant and many choices for food. Definetly a good place to check out.

This hotel is far from the strip but the rooms are very clean and comfy and the price is very reasonable. There's obviously a casino, a tiny pool and you can ice skate. The restaurants have good prices and the live music in one of them seems to make the place quite busy. If you don't mind not being in the heart of Vegas or have a car I recommend staying in this small casino (which by the way is just attached to a bigger one where you can play bowling if you like) as you do really save quite a bit as they have no resort fees.

Great atmosphere and staff. Food could taste a lot better, needs season and flavor to go along with the awesome presentation. They should offer more veggie options as well, and not just a salad bar.

Very clean and friendly casino. Pleasant atmosphere overall. Wednesday is senior day, free Denny's tall coffee and bonus points on video slots. Their cafe is smaller scale, but the food is good and reasonably priced. Look around for good deals on burger combos in the casino near Denny's.

Fiesta is a great place to stay. Being a smoker it is the only place that still has smoking in room available. Great atmosphere without having too much. They play great music. Great rewards system. Going for lay 5 years and plan on returning for many more.

Quiet casino catering to locals. We enjoyed the old slots that we haven't seen in a while. The buffet was a good quality at a great price, with a friendly staff.

The casino well but the event organisers of the Kuwa have K be prepared better for an event that of going to the bathroom outside the lounge as K is not going it's like going to the parking lot for a beer.

Visited ice rink. Employees very friendly. Prices very reasonable. Would give it 5 stars if they made a better viewing system to keep eyes on kids. Too many spots that leave you wondering if children are ever going to come back around the circle. For teens and adults its a great value for small kids too many safety vulnerabilities to allow parents to enjoy it.

The buffet is regular, needs to improve or change the menu, the waiter staff is very attentive.

Had a friend visiting Las Vegas and this almost always involves a buffet visit. He liked the Fiesta buffet on Rancho last visit so we found ourselves driving there. It had a while since my last visit but it could had been yesterday. Pretty much the same selection, same servers, same seats, etc… That doesn't mean it's a bad thing… just the same. What wasn't the same was the price… about $25.00 for two people. They maintain a good consistency which is a good quality in the restaurant business. Overall, no complaints about the food, top notch service, and although you can find cheaper buffet, they do have something for everyone.

Excellent skating rink on great ice.

I'll break this down into categories then overall. Casino: large variety amount of penny slots (very little quarter + slots), friendly dealers, and overall fun but rather smoky/stale air filled. Players card is free like pretty much all casinos but you get really good coupons and discounts plus other fun promotions too so even if you don't gamble it's worth signing up. Food: Fast food and sit down food options including bars did a good job and had friendly staff and decent food especially for price. Hotel: Friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent pricing. Rooms are rather small though and very dated. Please fix the hotel section entry way door key reader too since it never seemed to want to work. Elevators always smelled like strong lemon cleaner or cigarettes and barf too sadly. Overall: Not a terrible place to stay especially with friendly staff but good use some updating and maintenance done.

The Buffet is always great quality food and a great price, usually you can get At least 2 for 1 and sometimes free free free. Military Monday's 1/2 off and Seniors get 1/2 off on Wednesday. The staff at the buffet, security and the cashier's at the cage are always polite, friendly and a big help if needed. They offer budget accommodations and have a very large selection of slot machines for all. Parking is free and there's even an ice skating rink. Something for the entire family to enjoy.

My daughter and I went Ice Skating for the first time. What fun we had! I just wish the little kids with the bumpers to help them skate wouldn't be so close to the wall, for us older people who use the wall for guidance. Otherwise, we had a good time. Very reasonably priced. Sunday 1-4 open skate for the public $7.00 which includes the skates.

I am a big fan of Fiesta. Slots are a little tight but the food choices are decent and the staff is always super friendly when we get our free giveaway! Would recommend for locals as we get a free bottle of booze almost weekly in just giveaways.

They don't have enough variety in games and it looks outdated and so do their machines. It can be better if they do more work around the casino. Fiesta casino needs a new and fresher look.

Fiesta Rancho is a great hotel and casino located to the North of the Strip and “Old Vegas”. You will not find the hustle and bustle of these locations but you will find an oddity of hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. This establishment actually has an ice arena located within it. You can gamble, have a huge buffet style meal, have drinks at one of the bars or restaurants, and then swing by the rink to cool off from the Vegas heat.

Went to Fiesta Rancho for a chance to win the wheel of fortune bonus prize at 1 am with a friend. We sat there playing at the 99.8% video poker machines for 5 hrs. The staff was very accommodating. Cocktail waitress came around each time my friends drink was empty. A security guard came to check my ID, which is good that they do. Very friendly staff and made some good conversations just for coming to play. (Side note: was lucky enough to hit a royal flush to make my money back and some. )

Great place, for locals. Great room rates. They offer fine dining, Buffett, fast food, ice skating. A lot of fun there. It's on Rancho & Lake Mead. The employees are helpful. There's A lot to offer here, restrooms are always kept clean. There's always been hand soap & paper towels. I have zero complaints!

We used to love Fiesta but not so much any longer. They recently closed Garduno's which was the best Mexican restaurant at any casino in the valley. They have a sign up which indicates another restaurant will take Garduno's place. I emailed them AND sent them a message on Facebook asking what will replace Gatduno's and they never responded. To me there is no worse "customer service" mistake than providing a means to ask a question then ignoring the contacts. It's an insult to the customer.

The machines aren't always nice but the staff is great! I had an issue at Wing Stop where my burger was burnt. I told the players club about it who then got the restaurant manager involved. Paulette and Erica went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They personally went to another restaurant and had both my burgers replaced with perfect ones. They had a huge turnover at Wingstop hopefully they got better people.

At the Fiesta casino, it can become additional income for you. Pick a few teams at a time and win handsomely. On Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy top bands for free. Drinks are reasonable and you can dance the night away. There is food, gaming and sports betting. Rooms are available to stay over as well and the price is right. It is also a Bingo paradise. Transportation is available for those that do not desire to drive. RTC arrive and departs at the main entrance. Security watches your back, to keep you safe and sound. I only came here for the ice skating, but that ice skating rink alone was a great experience I made good friends and everyone the experience was fun. It wasn't too crowded and although there are a lot of amazing skaters they are willing to help.

The people who work at Fiesta are very friendly and helpful. Everyone I see has a smile and acknowledges your presence. It's kept clean and there are plenty of gaming options.

Of all the larger casinos in Vegas, this is my favorite. It is not excessively loud, employees are fantastic. Getting a drink can take some time tho. I love the atmosphere: clean, awesome security, cage employees, wait staff, and slot attendants! I don't have a bad thing to say about Fiesta! Eat at Denny's here-tge food is fantastic!

Tried the buffet because we had a 2 for 1 coupon. Compared to the Texas Station buffet across the street Fiesta was just okay. The high point was their Mongolian barbecue station. But seriously, you're called Fiesta. Missed opportunity to offer the best Mexican buffet in town. Texas Station's buffet has a taco bar and way more selections. For $1 more, I'd choose the buffet at Texas Station over Fiesta every time.

Nice large hotel, casino, and ice arena. Getting pretty far North so not close to the strip therefore not as "grand" as strip hotels, but very nice anyway. Normal type Station Casinos owned property. The hotel desk clerk Marybel was very friendly and was happy to print something important out for me at no charge.

This hotel is located on the southeast corner of Rancho and Carey or the northeast corner of Lake Mead and Rancho. I have never stayed at this hotel but I have visited a few times. I love there food court each restaurant has it's own huge space. The food is wonderful they have many restaurants to choose from. Like Denny's, wing it, panda express, and so much more I like the customer service that I get each time I come to this hotel management needs to give out bonus. One thing I do not like is the front area when u first walk into the first set of doors smells like piss. I hope to return back In the near future hopefully I can find time to stay a night and play some of the wonderful slot machines at this location.

The most disgusting buffet ever the manager pranced around laughing and talking with her staff, and the buffet line was never wiped down the food was never changed liver and onions was like leather the fried chicken hard the gravy for the mashed potatoes had a film over it everything was absolutely disgusting nothing was fresh nothing was seasoned and no one gave a hot Phuc.

I stayed here for several days in early July I found the buffet to be fresh and delicious and the employees very helpful one in particular Carlen went out of her way to help me find the easiest way to my vehicle due to an ankle injury I thought that was awesome.

Horrible, I am here for work. No refrigerator, microwave or laundry on site. 1/2 the coupons they give you are for other places. The a/c works when it wants. Very loud at night so not getting much sleep. I would suggest anywhere but here. No breakfast or anything. You want something here your going to pay for it. Oh yea, Wi-Fi is spotty at best unless you pay $10 a day and you might get lucky. And they have very very basic TV unless you want to pay $11+ for a movie.

Love it! Great strawberry margaritas, and the music rocks at The Cabo Lounge has great bands, the Club Tequlia has Sherry Gordy presents on Thursday nights.

Caters to the locals and the "real" Las Vegas experience. The rooms are great, not pricey and not far from anything. We stay here whenever we come to Vegas. Oh and paper bingo.

I made the res through a 3rd party. It was supposed to be at the Fiesta hotel in Henderson, but was made at Fiesta Rancho instead. The hotel blamed the res company, and the res company blamed the hotel. While the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful, it was an awful, expensive experience. It was across town from where I needed to be, I couldn't change the res, so I was stuck with staying there 1 awful night and getting another hotel across town, in effect paying for 2 hotel rooms and losing the money I spent on this one. It was in a scetchy part of town and I didn't feel safe there. The "non-smoking" room had clearly been smoked in, and the cleanliness had me worried. The walls were so thin I could hear literally everything going on around me, and the wireless internet which was advertised as free was $6.99 every 24 hours. Also, the internet couldn't support my work requirements and there was a small table and low, uncomfortable chair in the room, leaving no place to work even in semi-comfort. There was also an $11+ "service fee" for each day tacked on, and a $100 hold placed on my credit card even though I had paid in full in advance. This was a truly horrible experience.

I've have rated a few places already. I would like to start by saying this is another local. Not a resort. Low budget. So if your standards are high, this place is not for you. I wouldn't stay here. Go stay at the Cannery, or Red Rock, or even The M. Lol. If you like margaritas, this is the spot! 99 cent margaritas This is the main reason why I come here. Free Popcorn, 99 cent margaritas and sports. The margaritas are cheap, but surprisingly GOOD. I play a few slots and that's it. Case closed.
