This place is a rip off The front desk staff doesn't know what their doing. Gives out false information. And is plain unprofessional. If you have a problem or an issue don't expect to talk to a manager… Matter of fact don't expect help period … These People Charged My Card 500 extra dollars and then blew me off and pretty much just said.

Nice little hotel. My friend was in town so stopped by to say hi. The place seemed clean and everyone seemed nice.

I had to stay here as a last minute booking and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Service was great, rooms were clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I stayed there for a night. The reception was cool. The breakfast is the highlight. The replenish time could be better. But they were doing all that they're capable of. There could be a water fountain in the public area for urgent thirst. Parking is nice. Accessibility is close to public transport. I liked my stay.

Good place to stay. Outside of Vegas so pretty quiet. Friendly and caring staff.

A great place to stay. Clean rooms no bad odors, employees are awesome people very helpful. A big choice for breakfast. And for me the best part was they have room for semi truck parking.

Not a bad place. It's quiet, secure, no b. S. Or tweekers running around like a lot of the hotels in the area. There's security here after dark. The pool area is very clean. My room never ran out of hot water for showers, ice cold air conditioned and a microwave and mini fridge that worked great. Plenty of TV channels, if you're into that. Staff is very friendly, and they accommodated myself and my service animal very well. I'd stay here again for sure.

I loved it there but its a bit pricey.

On line says 89.00 when I call them it is 151.52 includestax for one night. And being aaa member 120.00 plus tax 136.54 and couple front of me did not have aaa and was given same price as mine and gave them room in first floor where as I got third floor while in special condition! Like the place little though and price do not match and seems like price gauging.

Clean and great. Except for pool it was dirty and not well kept.

Room refrig barely gets cold. TV remote has about a 3ft range. Sits on a pretty close to main road and some nice road noise in room at night.

I would not recommend this hotel, I booked this hotel for 3 nights in May and tried to cancel more than a month in advance and couldn’t. Even after speaking to the manager Jeremy, he would not allow a cancellation. I would not stay here purely based on the customer service I received.

Decent. Middle of the road hotel. Breakfast is a bit lacking compared to other hotels in the price range.

The services at the hotel is amazing. We get breakfast in the mornings, also people are so nice. The room is clean and tidy.

I booked two rooms together of course they were on two floors and one of the rooms had bloody sheets and hotel management Julieta Torres brushed it off like it was nothing. Angie head of household also feels there was no problem. I will suggest that nobody stay at this location since cleanliness is not important to them. The owner really needs to think about a new staff cause the ones he has now aren’t doing there jobs. Yes I have pictures to prove what I’m saying.

Rooms were comfortable and check in was easy. Pillows were fluffy and had two different options. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was great — — waffles, muffins, eggs and several other options.

Excellent service and great location. Super staff. Nice breakfast including eggs, sausage, cereals, biscuits and gravy, and all the coffee you can drink. It is very nice to be pampered once in a while.

Our rooms were in good condition, but the hotel was renovating, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs which was heavy. The breakfast was nice and refreshing and the staff was helpful.

Service was good, currently remodeling the lobby and hallways, so access is limited. Rooms are not being remodeled. Breakfast still available.

Comfortable stay out of the way of the Vegas assignment. The room was nice for the price. The pool was a little small and not that great. Other than that it was a pretty comfortable stay.

It is a pleasant hotel with good service for reasonable price. Windows still open for fresh air, breakfast buffet was satisfactory, accomodation was roomy. The downsides were not under the hotel's control, like few eateries in walking distance and a very noisy neighborhood at night. We will be back.

Check into the hotel was easy simple. The staff of very courteous, and professional. They offer free water when asked at the front desk. The room was very clean organized, air conditioning was turned on. The bed is very comfortable they offer variety of pillows, soft and/or hard. Located close to Nellis Air Force Base for those that are military. There is also a free complimentary breakfast in the morning. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of choices. Choices as eggs (hard-boiled and scrambled), cereal, coffee, tea, bread, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, and other choices. Coffee tea and hot water is offered throughout the day for free. There is also a swimming pool in the back of the hotel outside. Parking is good, usually a few spots available. Hotel inside is usually very quiet not a lot of noise.

Clean and nice. Late night check in. Not to close to I-15 but just close enough to get us up and fed up before another day of driving adventure.

This hotel is wonderful. They recognize CHOICE members. They appreciate business clients. The staff made good restaurant recommendations. The room was big and comfy. The AC worked great during 116 degree weather. Great place off the main Strip.

Location is decently located and the property itself is very nice. The staff are all exceptional and we're always very helpful with any requests. Parking is abundant and weLL lit. Breakfast in the morning is always a nice touch to start off my day. Overall, a good budget stay.

Excellent place, spent the last 5 nights here. Clean rooms, nice people. Hot tub is great and has a decent continental breakfast which hot eggs and sausage, and all the normals. But one negative (big) thing. The internet is awful, and I mean awful, barely functional. For someone who basically lives in virtual land, I can barely back up photos or refresh my feed, or listen to / download an audio book or play a game or whatever. I have a phone, tablet and laptop and I've virtually given up using them. So if you want decent internet this might not be the place for you. (Me) Otherwise, nice place to stay at, especially if you want to avoid the hustle of downtown Las Vegas and have a Starbucks close by.

The rooms are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by them as they are nicer than any other Comfort Inn that I've stayed at. They are comparable to rooms at the Marriott or Hilton in most small cities. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Check in was fantastic! Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was alright. Staff were all very friendly.

Terrible stay. My husband and I stayed for one quick night and booked the room through Priceline. They gave us double beds, so I went back down and requested one King bed. The front desk lady said I booked for two — which was a lie. Priceline always gives you the choice of bed. She was not helpful or caring — plus a liar. I found 4 hairs in both of the beds and hair all over the bathroom floor. Also, during the wee hours, someone above us was stomping around like crazy. We called the front desk twice and they were not accommodating. My husband went down at 3am after the stomping was still continuing and the front desk lady was not helpful not caring. Terrible dirty loud inconsiderate place to stay.

Pleasant experience with every visit. Front desk personnel are courteous and always get you with a smile. A hidden jewel in the sketchy part of town.

Comfortable and cozy. The staffs were thoughtful. We booked a room earlier and when we arrived they have us a different room The Suites, because the floor we were suppose to stay on is noisy so they were thoughtful enough to give us a nice and quiet room. Very clean and neat. Recommended.
