The rooms were clean I stayed in a lot of 60$ rooms and this one by far is one of the best smelling rooms! The walls were clean towels clean and soft! Visitor friendly and staff were friendly as well! Wudd be staying here next time I'm in Baton Rouge.

Not bad. Not for people with more money or people used to nice things. Has cold ac, mini fridge. Many ways to pay. They did double book me and kick me out though.

I gave it a star cause the receptionist was very nice. The rooms were smelly, the cable was static and stance n bathroom. My kids had a room next to my they told me there was bed bugs n their room. I wouldn't stay there again.

Smelled like pee nd sweaty feet had bed bugs would never stay again.

Roaches (insects and weed). No TV but they did give me five dollars off for that, stained counters, nasty smell, crt TV's. Has a mini fridge and a microwave. Comfortable bed. Would never stay again.

I'm putting 2 stars, only because they had a working microwave and fridge, and the room was clean. However, when I decided to check in for another night the staff member at the desk told me that no rooms we're available due to remodeling. Based on another review, they remodeled 9 months ago and told that person the same thing. These rooms look like they haven't been remodeled since the early 1900s. This wouldn't have even been such an issue, but the staff member was SO rude about it. She wouldn't explain to me why my room, or any rooms were unavailable at first. She just kept saying "no rooms available, sorry not my problem" and then finally said that they were remodeling the entire motel. When I went to check out, it took 5 minutes for her to come to the desk even though I rang the bell and had just seen her walk through the door behind the desk. Horrible service.

The first day staying in this hotel was great, the next day me and my kids got up to go to the store the owner was watching us every move we made as though we were trouble makers, then housekeeping came in the room to clean and they were uttering things to each other about me and my kids taking things off the bed as though we stank or was nasty, they also told me we couldn't stay there another night because they needed to remodel, which I believe was a lie because it seemed as though they were prejudice, they wil never get any more service from me.

The room was HORRIBLE! It smelled werid with smoke, I bleached the sheets before laying in the bed. The sink counter was stained it was just horrible it was not even $60 worth. People running up the stairs early in the morning.

When I got there it seem like a nice spot and Mrs. Mary the front desk employee was wonderful she was very nice, got to my room door and neither of the two keys I received wrkd in the door so everytime I leave the hotel and come back they had to open the door with the master key from the front desk so that was real irritating but room was very clean and cozy other than that I had a great stay.

Bed bugs and romms is nasty not recomendable sorry gays.

We stayed for 2 nights / 3 days for a trip to Blue Bayou / Dixie Landin. After a minor mix up on my part, we received keys to our room and proceeded to find it. Upon first entering the room everything was fairly nice and clean, though quite out dated. The fridge was running a little warm, but was still just cool enough for what few things we had. The tub had what looked liked chipped fiberglass around the drain, but other than that, no problems. All in all, not bad for what you pay to stay there, if you're just sleeping there and nothing else. No pool or anything really to do at the hotel itself, but lots to do right down the road. Would probably stay again if needed.

Room was spacious, tub wasn't clean, soiled carpet, inadequate towels will, not stay again, not worth the money I paid for rooms.
