My only complaint is the pool had WAY too much chlorine in it. We couldn't swim for more than fifteen minutes because of it. Besides that it was a great experience.

Go here once or twice a year on vacation, normally excellent, but I was disappointed in the Mexican pizza. I suggest not getting it, I have never had a Mexican pizza red traditional Italian tomato sauce and now I know why. It was bad. Switch it the sauce and pizza would be a winner.

Lobby appears to be recently remodeled. Staff is pleasant. Room is a little older, but clean.

So I travel quite a bit for my work. I am a "younger" (27) guy, but my company (Costco) sends me all across the country to help train new employees and staff. Everyone I dealt with here was a PLEASURE except for ONE older man overnights. He was always ESPECIALLY bitter with his comments and looks, even when I just asked him to make another room key for me (granted I had lost my key while busy at work again) but all I could think was "ITS JUST A KEY! " I know its frustrating to have to make another room key and to be bothered but this is a SERVICE industry ya know…? I NEVER felt that the front desk was unapproachable at all. Other than whenever he was there. It was INCREDIBLY awkward to even approach him and ask him for something basic without getting some condesending comment. That being said, I have been here for a week (monday to monday) and nothing has changed at all. My advice is to talk to ANY of the staff before the hostile closing shift takes over… They will treat you right I promise. MY ONLY OTHER GRIPE IS… There is only ONE elevator. One. Stairs suck, but I can promise you its 1000x faster than waiting for that dang elevator IN SHORT! I love this place… depending on who you get. But you almost should DEFINATELY shop around.

We almost got a room on the ground floor, but they forgot to clean it so we had to go up to floor 3, besides that, great experience.

Amenities and service were great. Loved the pool and hot tub. Room needed a little up keep ie floor boards coming apart, bathroom counter needed a little repair. But not too bad.

We always stay at LQ wherever we go, but this was our worst experience anywhere. I recommend staying away until some changes are made. Beds were hard, wallpaper falling off every wall in our room, very disrespectful front desk manager, pool is small.

Over all I had a good stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and management. Will definitely be returning. Thanks you guys… Greatly appreciated stay…

Great service very nice and helpful, rooms are clean, my kids love the pool, great location just love this area.

The hotel was nice as usual but their breakfast was a little less than many Laquinta I stay at. It was a clean and comfortable room though.

I visited the hotel for a wedding shower in their conference room, so it was a short lived experience. However, the furniture and decor was updated and comfortable. The room was clean and easily fit the group of us (approximately 30 people). I did not see any of the rooms, however I have a good first impression and would consider a stay here if I needed it. It's a great location and right off of the expressway, so travel to a nearby city would be quick!

The facility looked nice from the photos. We needed a room with a King bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa had not been moved in some time, as there was dust and old bits of food under the edges. There was spills on the wall and near the counter in the bathroom that looked like coffee. The desk lamp was sticky. I usually enjoy LA Quinta, won't go back to that one.

Ok, very nice facilities. Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Very helpful desk help. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. It's basic, waffles, cereal, toast, and bagels. Good coffee. I would recommend this facility. Nice area of town.

Nice location near the conveniences of New Berlin yet feels secluded and private. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast with waffles. Well landscaped and large manicured lawns. Pet friendly is a definite plus.

Update: We've have stayed here 3 more times. Rooms were nicely clean, bed quite comfortable. My husband with back trouble commented that the king bed was good on his back. Staff was excellent; courteous, efficient. Breakfast was fine, though cheapest plastic utensils couldn't be found. May have to start bringing my own.

Stayed there for a wedding. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean.

Quiet, clean, helpful staff and a reasonable price. Restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Will definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and free Wi-Fi was really nice. They could check the sofa bed a little better. Some popcorn found from the previous guest, but we aren't big complainers. No harm, no foul.

Perfect location, staff is friendly, and rooms are clean. You can't ask for more at this price.

Overdue for repair and a good cleaning. Everything looked shoddy. Post Labor Day the place was virtually empty, yet I had loud people next door. Room was large and bath basic but clean. Small towels, styrofoam cups. Small fridge that suddenly dumped a load of ice cubes in the middle of the night. Tiny microwave, but no utensils. In-room wi fi was all but non-existent. Arrived after 9 p. M. And found no nearby restaurant to deliver. Staff seemed clueless. Free breakfast was self — serve standard adequate and plentiful. No time to use small pool or exercise room, but both looked clean and up to date. Not sure if I'd book again. Public areas were just very untidy.
