The Staff truly cares about the safety of their guests!

The Village Inn Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff was really nice and went out of there way to make your stay the best. The room was nice and not over priced. Was happy with my stay :)

I have been trying (5 times) to get a hold of someone to discuss my reservation/cancellation since September 1. I left numerous messages both by phone, on-line chat and emails but never received a response back. I called three different numbers and they all had Ms. Patel as the contact person. I even had booking. Com try but they didn't answer them either.
If they don't have the common courtesy to return a call I can't imagine the service.
What kind of customer service is this?

I was told I could cancel within 24 hours of the day I reserved and now they tell me if I cancel I will get charged the cost of my room no matter what. I’m canceling a week ahead of time and it’s absolutely ridiculous that I was told one thing when booking and now they’re not saying that anymore!

Rooms are nice and clean and spacious.

This place is awful. I booked through Expedia and paid upon arrival. When going to check in you have to buzz in and the people working there are behind glass. I went to my room and the hallway entrance that was for guest only was broken so anyone could get in. I was there for 5 minutes and then told them I couldn't stay there. They said I had to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia called and they refused a refund and lied saying I was there for an hour and 45 minutes.

Don't like it is infection for bed bogs.

Great, affordable motel for anyone visiting Milwaukee to see a Brewers game. The walk to Miller park is pretty short and easy. The area the motel is in is a little bit rougher than other parts of the city, so some might not feel super comfortable walking back from the game late at night but I had no problems. Rooms are large and offer comfy beds, good showers and overall a great experience.

Rooms were excellent, the outside does not do the rooms justice. They do charge for parking, but it was only $8.00! Coffee and donuts were provided at no charge for breakfast. Location very close to Miller Park and the fair grounds. Overall would definitely stay again!

They are currently remodelling so from the outside looks, you would not wanna stay here but on the inside it is gorgeous! Better than any hotel I have ever stayed in ❤ plus it was cheap. I paid like 60$. There is an 8$ parking fee for each day though… but whatevvvss! Loved the hospitality. Would stay here again.

Had such a great time here visiting with my friend for Summerfest. They are renovating the place so the outside shows that, but once inside the room, it was super clean, cool and perfect. The price is the best and the owners were super sweet! If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean place to stay… this is it!

As a motel, they gave me an excellent room I ever stayed in. They even took care about my condition (shortness breath = No Smoking) so they gave me a room that far away from people and tried to block and close all the air vents so I won't get any bad smoke. Also, they installed a very expressive portable AC to make the room cold and to help clean the air. Also, the room is very very clean and they even put plastic cover around the pillows just to make sure no dirt's and oil come from other people which is excellent, most hotels won't do that. Also, they use wood instead of carpet which make it easier for clean and give better look like luxury room! There are many more excellent points like the building is so safe and they won't let any body come in except the good people. Also, the workers are really friendly, especially the manager (Alpa) she even gave me medicine when I was sick and gave me food just to keep me healthy. And many more. Just visit the motel and check out their luxurious rooms, I am sure that you will like it especially room 106.

When you call the phone number you get a choice of connecting with a guest or press 0 to get rate information. When you ask to make a reservation the security person (there is no one at the front desk who will take your call) tell you to go to booking (dot) com or expedia. You have to demand to get the rate information you are supposed to be able to get by pressing 0 unless you fight for it. When I asked to speak to someone at the front desk he got very "commanding" and said, "We don't make reservations on the phone. Go online. " Sounded a bit threatening. What should I expect to find if I walk in there? An armed guard? Nasty.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! The manager, Alpa Patel is a known racist as is her husband, the owner. The place is infested with bed bugs, prostitutes in and out all hours of the day. Please look at the photos I’ve posted of this woman (the manager) trolling on Facebook. Please do not support this business. Also noted is that they will threaten anyone who writes honest reviews about their staff. As you can see, they like to place the blame on the customer for their bad experience as each response by the owner makes reference to the customer unable to pay. You don't know my name so how do you remember my stay to even say that I was unable to pay for a room? Who goes to a motel with no money anyway?

I payed 62$ for a room and was more then happy with what I got in return. It's close enough to downtown that I walked back to my room rather then opting for a cab. If your going to a concert at the rave it's perfect since it's right down the street.

Love coming here the staff amazing. Beds are comfy rooms warm and inviting and great value. Safe quiet and just great place to rest head body and spirit. So much better than used to be and improving and the remodel is great.

The room was clean and spacious. I like the remodeling that they've done and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Newly Renovated comfortable rooms. This is my home away from home. I love it here the staff is like family. They aim to please.

Positives: very clean, the showers are amazing, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and I felt very safe in an otherwise unsafe part of town. Not so great things: the room smells of bleach, the linens were dry and irritating to my skin, and it's not well lit. My blanket was covered in cigarette burns. There is no way to moderate the temperature of the rooms outside of opening the window and I woke up stuck to my sheets. I would recommend bringing your own lotion, toiletries and also a box of tissues or some paper towel because there are no amenities. My accurate rating is a 3.5 but Google doesn't let you do that. I would come here again and recommend it to customers needing a budget friendly hotel.

Very good place to spend the night, 5 minutes from the Eagles Club.
