The WORST stay in a hotel ever. It felt like a prison. While the hotel was clean, customer service was non existent. The only people you got a smile from was the housekeeping department, also the girl that was working happy hour on Thursday was very nice. My stay was from 7-19-18 to 7-22-2018, we were there for a baseball tournament through Game Day. Our group alone had 13-14 rooms, Thursday and Friday we were able to sit in the lobby area and talk to other families that were there. After the team recognition banquet that was had at Swaggers, (Oh yes we tried to have it at the hotel without any cooperation from anyone) We were told that we could have a room for $300.00, $2.00 charge per person for food since we were going to bring in pizzas (Mind you, your hotel does not provide food) and 19% tax, never have we in the past as a team experienced anything like this, other hotels have always been very cooperative. So once we get back from Swaggers we went to the room where you eat your breakfast, we were told that room closed at 10PM, so we left and headed to the lobby which is when we were told that the lobby was closed, never heard of such a thing in a hotel. You can't close a public access area in a hotel like the lobby, and what would the fire departments think of that. Also several rooms that were in our block did not get housekeeping service.
