I was here on a business trip. The room had a view of a brick wall and alleyway. The bathroom had no fan and sink felt like it was leaking somewhere in addition to the handles leaking. The beds were somewhat comfortable. Pillows were great. As well as the pool and jacuzzi (which seemed a bit hot) were nice. The rooms seemed poorly lit and cramp as well as a bit on the cold side. There was a problem with the complementary breakfast which got resolved efficiently and with no hassle on our expense. Some carpets had tape holding them together. There was one womans bathroom where the toilet was right next to the wall and made it very cramp. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly. The pool was nice and big, but the chemicals were a bit strong. (Our eyes stung and our skin was really itchy after we got out. ) The rooms didn't have mini fridges or microwaves, which we found a bit odd. Skip the "rooms with a view. " They're just rooms on the top floor that have a tiny balcony. The "view" is just the roof of the pool and restaurant.

Clean, updated room. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside was redone nicely. Great deal for park and fly. The shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. It was nice that the hotel Starbucks was open at 5AM since we had an early flight and the restaurant wasn't serving breakfast yet. We plan on staying here again the next time we fly out of Milwaukee!

The location is really great. We found it easy to get around town from here. It was clean. They took towels that were hanging even though I thought they would leave them unless they were on the floor. Not a big deal, but also not saving the environment or whatever.

Nice stay. The rooms were nice and white. The pool was, freezing the hot tub was just right. The heat in the room would not get warm. The breakfast was worth it. They brought it to the room. Just wish the rooms had a microwave and fridge… then it would of been awesome.

Nice hotel and engaging, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and relatively modern. Windows do not open, which was unfortunate. ***the rooms do NOT have refrigerators. I made the mistake of buying food for breakfast and ended up throwing out anything that needs refrigeration. Most updated hotels have refrigerators. I would have given 5 stars if they would have had a fridge and the window would have opened.

Very helpful staff that goes out of their way to be of assistance! I offered a water aerobics class at the hotel for a group that had stayed at the hotel for a convention. There wasn’t a clock in the pool area as I didn’t want to get my cell phone wet. I asked the front desk if they had a clock that I could borrow. One of the employees, Tom C had given me his watch so I knew what time it was. Thank you Tom!

Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport is very conveniently located and easy to spot from the road. It has a large parking lot and offers a parking package for travellers. Our room was clean and modern. The little bit of the rest of the hotel seemed clean and modern as well. Very large pool and hot tub, warm, with towels provided. My only complaint is no in room refrigerator or microwave, which probably isn't a problem for most of their guests staying for short periods between flights.

I must admit that the hotel exterior and my room furnishings seem a bit dated. However, all the essentials were very good. The reception desk staff was pleasant and checked with me about any location preference I might have. There's a restaurant, room service, coffee shop. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. And, with the downtown hotels all charging over $200/night this weekend, I was very pleased with the reasonable rate.

Nice lobby and rooms. The pool and hot tub area was nice and the hot tub was huge. Great place to stay for a quick night for a morning flight. I did not get my wake-up call and when I mentioned at check out it they said they have a policy where if you don't get the call the room is free. Luckily I also had an alarm set-up on my phone but they still comped the room which was nice. The guys at reception were friendly as well.

It’s all about the mattress. Crown Plaza has always allowed me to have an awesome sleep whenever I used them, and this location delivered as well. The room is spacious and clean. The customer service at the front desk delivers 5 star service to a 3.5 star level hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. I wanted to use the hotel gym (it was huge and well equipped) in the early morning. The door to the gym was broken hence making it inaccessible. The front desk manager offered to comp me a Starbucks coffee for the inconvenience for missing my workout. This was a very considerate gesture that I Did not ask for, but I happily obliged. If you find a deal for this hotel on any travel website, snatch it! You will have an awesome stay…

Airport hotel. Old building. Latest remodel OK. Relatively inexpensive for Crowne Plaza. Our room had a big sitting area w separate TV. Bathroom is divided and small. Nice bathroom remodel. Small balcony overlooking parking lot and highway. Service very good. Breakfast marginally better than typical crappy American hotel breakfast. Restaurant was OK. Happy Hour only weekdays. One of the better MKE hotels. Not much of anything nearby, except other hotels. Very close to I-94 and the airport. Airport hotel shuttle.

Decent hotel near the Milwaukee Airport. Rooms seem slightly dated. No microwave or fridge in the room. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is nice. Bar/restaurant has good food and drinks. If the shuttle isn't busy picking up or dropping off people at the airport, we were able to ask them to take us to nearby restaurants.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient and parking at the hotel was ample and safe. Bar and restaurant onsite offered a variety of drink choices and food was tasty!

Room is cozy. There appears to be what looks like bodily fluids on the curtains and questionable spots on the mirrors. The pool was taken over by 3 adults and, no joke, almost 20 children. I expressed my concern regarding the group of children and their lack of safety with the front desk. They didn't seem to give a care. I had to call from my cell phone because when calling from the room, the line is always busy. I asked for additional towels and it took over an hour to get. Also, found some gooey funk in the shower. Picture included. Not impressed. It appears my picture of what nastiness was found in the shower keeps getting deleted.

Very clean and welcoming. Amenities were awesome. Bed was big and very comfortable. Good breakfast was a nice bonus.

Not a bad hotel for the buck! Stayed two nights in here because we drove for a concert and decided not to stay downtown. Free parking is a great bonus, although I agree with the other reviews that it gets packed really fast. The rooms were on the smaller side, but are nice and clean, although I did not like how dark they got (the wall colour was somewhat depressing). My only complaint is that on our first morning there housekeeping opened our door without a knock at 8:30 in the morning which was not appreciated. Otherwise, our experience here was quite pleasant! 3.5/5

Nice hotel staff is attentive. Pool is big and hot tub was nice. Did not try the food but there is a Starbucks on site along with an American fare restaurant. Rooms were a little cramped but bed was comfortable. Only issue is parking. People flying out of the airport park here and it can lead to having to park a block away not fun in a snow storm.

Airport location with reliable shuttle service. Restaurant had many gourmet sounding options as well as classic bar food like burgers and wings. I stayed in a suite and it was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice staff. Nice rooms. Hot showers. Really good restaurant. All in all a. Ice place to stay. Close to the airport too.

I was attending a special event that was being presented in their large event space. It was easy to find, the staff was very helpful in directing me to the event, and the hotel staff assisting in the actual event space were exceptionally accommodating. Great event in a great place.

We were allowed early check in which was very nice. Our room did not have the heat able to go above 68 which was strange and it was on AC initially so it was freezing upon entry. This was fixed swiftly which was appreciated. We found a dirty used fork on the floor by the bathroom sink so that was unpleasant. Shower head needs to be cleaned… it had algae on it. Bed was harder than we would like. We were not disturbed with outside noise or from our guests on the same floor. However the guest above us coughed throughout the night and that was heard easily. Overall a mixed feeling on the experience and start.

Here on business. Hotel was fine. Staff is good. Bar was understaffed on a Sunday Football night. I would not normally post anything, but the pints (not true pints anyway) were not good pours… at all… too much head. Bartender was in a hurry to serve everyone or was not a beer drinker. She probably didn't appreciate a good pour for a beer. I'll go elsewhere and get better service and a better pour. Picture shows the pour after the foam settled… disappointing!

Great service, spacious halls, clean facilities. I was there for a professional event and made use of the large halls off the lobby. Staff was friendly, attentive, yet never in the way. A meal was served and I felt like the staff was honored to have us. I did not check out any rooms or workout areas.

Came here for a professional HR conference and the ballrooms and food were fantastic. Great service and the rooms were clean and bright. Had some IT issues that we're resolved quickly.

Room was nice. Pool and hot tub were just what I needed. Topped it off with excellent tasting food at "Altitude" restaurant. We had the jambalaya, pork chop cutlets with a pasta and capers, & wedge salad w/bacon drizzle dressing.

This hotel had everything we needed for the night. The beds were comfortable, we were able to relax by the pool and hot tub, and it was a quick ride to the airport via their shuttle in the morning. We expect to stay at this property again.

I attended a Fred Astaire dance event here. The building is very well kept and clean. (As I didn't stay here, I was unable to rate the rooms. ) FYI though the drinks at the bar are Really expensive. Two single shot drinks were $16. Otherwise excellent, especially the food for lunch and dinner.

Great place to stay. I left my gold necklace in my room and make it all the way home before I realized it was missing. The necklace meant the world to me and I was devastated. When I called, the manager could tell I was distraught and got right on it. When they call and told me that they found the necklace I was elated. They shipped it right out to me and it make it safely home, back around my neck. Thank you SO MUCH!

It'd been a great stay so far! The front desk is super helpful, they have all toiletries in case you've forgotten something. Rooms were clean, beds are comfy. Only thing that had room for improvement is the food, it can be overcooked sometimes but other wise it's great.

I will definitely return to this hotel. Everything was great. I have to say that your executive housekeeper, Mackensie did an exceptional job. I had left my beats headphone in my room and she went above and beyond and called me back that I had left my beats in the room. Not many managers call back and she did help me. Kudos to her!

Overall a very nice experience. We were simply coming through town and found staff to be friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has great food. A special thanks to Derek who made sure our dinner was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd floor by the windows. My room was large and very nice. Room service was great. Enjoyed the stay and the conference.

Room was a decent size, but the cover on the a. C. Unit was literally falling off. No in room refrigerator. Staff were helpful. Room service food was ok.

The conference room was fine, the service was good, but the Wi-Fi was very poor and slow.

Modern and clean room with comfortable bed and the new resteraunt is delicious! Get the Milwaukee burger.

Nice hotel, nice people. Only thing, be careful with parking. DO NOT park far from the hotel. Parked here for 3 days, used their shuttle and paid to park here. Had my catalytic converter cut out and stolen from my car. Not happy at all. Have to try to remember it's Milwaukee but so be careful out there in the parking lot. Made the mistake of forgetting this isn't like my home town of Appleton.

Staff is not very friendly when issues arise. The hotel is fine, location is convenient to the highway.

Attended services for Harlo White Ministries. The hotel often has other conferences and things on the weekends, so although the lot is large, parking is usually a crapshoot during these times.

Just the best Hotel stay I ever had. Awesome staff. Great amenities. Pool large and clean. Nice soaps comfy.

More like Holiday Inn (not express). I don't know what I expected from a Crowne Plaza… But this was not it. The fact that it appeared to be an older hotel is okay, but the fact that upkeep was seriously lacking is what disturbed me. I couldn't even sleep in because the drapes were half torn down and had holes in them. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, this was not a great experience. Even if it's paid for by work, I think I'll just go find somewhere else better and eat the lost money for better comfort.

First alarm kept going off up to 12pm and there was no fridge in the room. However it was clean, comfortable, and had a very nice pool area.

Pretty good. Starting to look pretty worn (paint, wallpaper), but seems remodeled. I'll be back.
