Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The room was nice and very clean. It was not extra roomy but fine and again, very clean in the main room and bathroom. It had a fridge and microwave but the fridge didn't have a freezer. Wifi worked well in the room. We only really used it in the morning so I'm not sure about peak ours. We took a quick swim in the pool. There was a hot tub too. The breakfast was good. They did not have the usual heated platters many hotels have with eggs and bacon etc. But they did have regular and blueberry waffle batter so that kind of made up for it. The Blueberry waffles were really good! We would definitely come back if we stayed in the same area again.

Stayed 2 nights — gone all day on business. Returned after dinner. Room hadn't been cleaned/bed not made. Then when checking out, I noticed extra charges for a room safe I hadn't used. No explanation. They did remove the charges but didn't state it was a mistake. I got the impression everyone is charged for the room safe whether it's used or not. I won't be returning.

Room was cool at 68 degrees which I like, the pillow were suppose and form and the bed was comfortable. The room had a clean feel even after I unloaded my luggage. Overall a perfect stay.

We were upgraded to a suite because we were on our honeymoon, and the room we got was wonderful! Jacuzzi plus two TV's, a fridge, microwave, and a pull out couch not to mention a big comfortable bed. :)

Room needed vacuumed better, but overall was clean. Staff was friendly at check in. Would have liked to see hot breakfast options. Decent place for the price and an easy commute to my work event.

Three location isn't the greatest but despite their geographic location, service was great pool was well kept and staff was friendly.

Front desk service is very good. Patience and meticulous. Complimentary coffee and tea are available 24 hours a hour. There is a laundry room at a reasonable price. There is a microwave, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer in the room. The room was very large. If necessary, you can also find the front desk, good luck, the front desk if there is, will be provided free of charge. There is a gym and swimming pool. Take the bus to the city, half an hour is enough.

Located off the beltline right next to a Perkins and Rocky's pizza. Rooms are clean, if a tad small. For example the sink is separate from the bathroom. Breakfast bar has waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt. The staff was also very nice. If you're looking for a good value on the south side this is a good spot.

The rooms were clean, I had a bed and shower and that was all I needed. Front desk service was friendly. The free breakfast was very limited, so don't count on breakfast there.

For what we needed, the hotel has been great to us. The staff has been very friendly and the room was comfortable for 2.

Room was great, nice pool and hot tub, free breakfast included fresh made waffles. Definitely would go back.

I stayed here for two nights while I visited the University of Wisconsin and I couldn't have been more pleased with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, free coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Everything you need!

Fantastic value. Looks like it's a remodeled Hampton or something similar. Everything is updated, clean, and in good condition. I have stayed at several hotels in this area to attend trade shows and have paid twice as much to receive less. I am very happy with this place. Also, several places to get food and such very close, unlike when I pay more to stay over by the Alliant Center. I will stay here again.

Called in, asked how close the hotel was to interstate… was told very close… not… 20-25 mins return to the highway is NOT close. Was told there was ample parking… had to park a block away. After driving all day, just wanted some peace and quiet… nope! Bathroom fan is wired to light switch. Very old, very loud and vibrates floors and walls. Being lied to… I'll never stay here again.

This is quite simply a quality room and experience for a reasonable price. Google calls this a 2 star hotel but it is the best of what you could expect from that range. The room was very nice and clean. Good water pressure and the thermostat worked. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. The breakfast had limited choices but there was enough to get by (toast, danishes, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, waffles). The wife was easy to connect to and always seemed fast. For the price you are paying, you will not find a better hotel anywhere.

Good room, super nice front desk receptionist and manager was nice enough to look for keys I misplaced. I was on the third floor, it was good for the price. Noise was not an issue either.

Our stay here was very nice. It was relatively easy to get to from the highway. When you walk in the lobby isn't anything grand but the staff is friendly. We got to our rooms and were pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. The rooms didn't smell, everything (even the bathrooms) were super clean, the beds were very comfortable and had a good balance of blankets. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, safe, TV, hair dryer, and ironing items. The free breakfast was okay… We still ended up stopping and eating else where.

Best place for the price with pool and a fitness room. Really good satff at front desk. Easy commute to capital by car or public transport, next to belt line highway. Clean rooms and daily service. Close to restaurants.

I stayed in Madison for about 3 months during the summer — the manager Josh Morales was very kind and accommodating. Will revisit this hotel when back to Madison next year. The rooms are clean and breakfast is delicious.

I love to Super 8 in Madison. People there were very nice Moon's fantastically clean. Left breakfast knotted choices I will be definitely a when I'm traveling be trying to stay at a Super 8 Motel.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice, updated rooms, comfy beds, mini fridge and microwave in a convenient and very very safe area. All for under $100. I'm very pleased. Kids loved the pool too.

Clean, well run, friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Very reasonably proved. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Got a bit bored with the breakfasts after a few days but there's a good restaurant right next door.

When we first arrived to check in, it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bed was decent. Breakfast was OK. The man that checked us in mentioned eggs for breakfast so we were expecting something like scrambled, but they are hard boiled. Walls are extremely thin. Can hear TV and people next door talking as if they are in the same room. Overall decent place.

I stayed on the first floor for several days. The entire carpet covering the room floor was damp and the room reeked of mildew, both coming from the carpet and the air vent when the both the fan and ac were being used. When we arrived to check in, two employees were chatting for several minutes to each other casually before even acknowledging that we were standing there and this also happened when we went to the desk to get a remote for the television because there was no remote in our room. Also, our dirty towels were removed by housekeeping several times, but were never replaced with clean towels. We had to ask the staff several times for clean towels. For the price you pay for the stay, I don't feel it is at all worth it.

Staff was friendly, room clean. They kept pitching the free breakfast but it was honestly not that great. Microwavable cinnamon roll, bananas, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Air conditioner didn't work at ALL. There was also a sign saying "sleep on the same sheets and reuse the towels just like at home", I didn't pay 100 a night for that. All in all it was acceptable… Place to lay your head, Wi-Fi to check emails, cable if you're really bored.

We went planning on staying in Madison wi for the night but we blew a back tire on a motorcycle we were pulling a trailer also they were very helpful getting us a room said we could have a late check out didn't need that after all but they let us leave the trailer in there parking lot while we had the motorcycle towed and fixed.

We had a basic stay, nothing over the board with room or breakfast, but the price is what we were looking for anyway. And, we did enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Can not handle the chlorine smell from an indoor pool.

My dad and I needed to stay overnight due to a relative in the hospital, so we called to see if there any rooms available, they told us if we arrived before 6pm we would be guaranteed a room. Upon arriving my dad talked with the girl at the front desk — Gabby, she was quite rude about helping us. My dad and I were happy to have a room though. The room was clean, we went downstairs for the breakfast the hotel provides and we were pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff was. Unforeseen events caused us to need to stay another night, the hotel staff were very accommodating to our situation and although our room was already booked they were able to give us another room (which I guess was considered an upgrade) and charged us the same as the first night. If we ever need to stay in Madison again we will be returning here.

Why is the default in their billing system set to charge $1.50 for the in-room safe? Seems petty.

While this hotel was fair enough for a cheap motel in a college town and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the night staff was very rude and unaccommodating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They make a point to tell you at check-in that there is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the rooms, yet the whole hotel (lobby, hallways, and "non-smoking" rooms) reeks of smoke from the moment you step in. I awoke in the morning with my pillow soaked in snot despite having taken my rescue meds at max dose.

From Chris to Eric to Raina and especially Jennifer. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, professional all the way for this value. Great quick breakfast when you are on the go, convenient to nearby restaurants and incidentals. I stayed here for 1.5 months during the business week. They are consistent.
