Family friendly even with a newborn.

I like that they still keep their pool open thru the pandemic so my kids can still have fun.

I was there for a meeting. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great room! Plenty of pillows and soft, clean comforters. This suite has two bedrooms and 2 baths! With a jacuzzi tub in the room in the loft. The desk people are always friendly and helpful here. Plus! We can bring our dog. Check in! You won’t be sorry!

I dont travel usually but this was a great expperience for us. Very welcoming and inviting. Well lit and (mostly) quiet. Staff didn't seem to mind when I asked for orange and cranberry juice to be refilled. Thank you comfort inn. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped. I’m very impressed with the value.

We had a family reunion there this past weekend. The conference room was great, and so were the hotel rooms. The happy hour and breakfast were nice additions. The staff could not be nicer. I wish I knew the name of the young woman at the front desk that even took a family picture for us, she was awesome.

As for a hotel for dogs, the rooms were very clean and smelled normal. We picked this hotel because we also have a dog and they are generous to allow dogs there. There were many different choices for breakfast and all of them were delicious. The pool was a relaxing temperature and the service were kind.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone works hard and does a great job of it. While leaving we accidentally spilled some cereal on the floor and the staff was very kind and understanding. With such a busy weekend I would have expected them to at least be a little upset, but they were incredibly professional and kind. Second time staying here, and will come back next time we need a hotel in the area. Great prices, great location, and great staff!

Very comfortable hotel, complimentary breakfast is your usual with a choice of yogurt, milk, cereal, make your own waffles, hot food, etc. Every staff member I encountered were very friendly, I honestly have nothing bad to say about my first stay here. I was in town for a new convention and for the price, I couldn't beat this. We had a king bed and it was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Bathroom was very nice too.

This Comfort Suites met my expectations. Hotel is situated in an office park type area. Mitchell at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. The king bed was comfy, even with my bad back. Oh, and no bed bugs or other insects. The pillows were the best my wife and I have ever used. Hot water was HOT, even with the lever halfway. There's an in-room mini-frig, small microwave oven, coffee maker, television, writing desk, and plenty of AC outlets. My wife went to the dining area for breakfast which had items such as waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. The front desk gave our dog a nice doggie biscuit. There are only a few negative things that I noted. The bathroom ceiling exhaust fan (which activates with the light) was noisy. So was the AC/heating unit, though it kept the room nice and cool. The door to the room slammed quite loudly when it self-closed the first time (we subsequently closed the door gently by hand). The seat of the couch wasn't comfy but we didn't use it much. Overall, we had a great stay and we plan on returning when our plans take us back to Madison.

We were very happy with our stay. We were greeted upon arrival by Kristina. She was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were new and clean. Our group will definitely stay here again.

I liked this hotel… all needs met everyday… better hot breakfast… large morning breakfast area can handle 50-60 people. Breakfast area has 24 hour fireplace and a baby grand player piano. The whole hotel is amped up a notch or two. The breakfast area opens about 5pm to 7 or so selling beer wine drinks and maybe snacks.

Everything seemed fine, no complaints from my stays. Been there twice now. Both times left happy.

This is my favorite hotel in the area. It's not as fancy as some of the others, so it doesn't get 5 stars, but it's still my favorite. The complimentary breakfast is much more than a continental, they usually have eggs and a meat, there are options for cereal and yogurt, and they even have a make your own waffle station. There is a bar on site which is quite nice. The rooms are always clean and well cared for, as well as being a good size. I usually travel here alone, but could easily see them being large enough for a small family. Another detail that is nice, is the hot water which in some hotels runs short in the mornings as everyone takes their showers. Not here, I have never had the hot water run out during my shower here. The staff are mostly friendly and very helpful. Just all around a great hotel. If it was a little higher end, or updated decor it would get 5 stars from me.

The room is comfortable, but not overly quiet. Easy location to find. The breakfast was not very good.

There was no front desk staff roughly five minutes. Once there though, very polite and pleasant. The room was beyond great. Seriously, a great room. Breakfast was, well… not so great. I had to ask for coffee. Then I had to ask for breakfast. Not very impressive. I travel quite a bit, so breakfast is important and to not have food or coffee available sucked.

Clean. Nice complimentary breakfast. Not overly friendly or accommodating front desk staff. We had a few different issues during our stay and I felt like I inconvenienced them, when it was my family and I that were inconvenienced.

Great rooms at a great rate. Carpeting in hall is lifting and need of repair. The pool area is nice and the workout facilities are a bits small from what I would have expected, yet adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast in the morning offered a good variety.

‪Nice cozy hotel with incredibly friendly staff. I checked in late on a Sunday night and the front desk clerk was very nice and provided some great options on nearby restaurants. The room itself was cozy, quiet, and clean. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was an easy one to actually get a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ‬

3rd year in a row we've stayed at Comfort Suites for Teslacon convention, and this year's stay has surpassed my expectations at every level. We originally planned a three day stay, but called the hotel an hour before arrival to let them know we were in town a day early and if they had room for us. My wife also asked during the call if we could get a ground floor room. They said they had a room but couldn't guarantee first floor. When we arrived, the very cheerful staff announced they had a first floor room for us. Linda was ecstatic to find the room had a whirlpool! You have the best hotel in the area and I am recommending to all my Marriott friends that they consider you as first choice for future stays. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Rooms were clean and facilities were nice. Probably would've been a 5 but we requested a late checkout around 10am and they called us around 1:30p saying we needed to get out of there. The late checkout was 3:00p. They went to the door of my room around 1:20p where I was having my siblings stay while I was out working and told them to leave and freaked them out. Apparently the people coming in after us requested an early check-in and some hotels value some customers over others. I'm not accusing these employees or chain of being terrible people, but that's just the way it is. Will not be returning here.

I loved our room… the loft King size bed, Jacuzzi tub. Very spacious and comfortable.

Happy they had a room but it was $209 dollars on a Wednesday night all because a conference was in town. Clean and comfy with a nice shower.

I'm staying in a room with two double beds. It is ok — relatively clean, though it smells a little bit weird. Leaky faucet but that's not a big deal. Happy hour is nice. Staff has been very polite and helpful.

We stayed here for the badger game over labor day weekend. The staff was courteous and the room was clean and spacious. They were very busy but it was quiet in our room. Our 2 double bed room had a sitting area with a sofa sleeper. The breakfast and happy hour were great. The kids loved the pool. The only negative I can think of was that we had to wait a long time for the return shuttle from the badger game. If you opt for the shuttle to the game expect a long wait for the return shuttle. We had a great experience overall and will stay here again when we are in Madison.

Our room was very clean and the beds are comfortable, the staff was all friendly and the free hot breakfast and drinks from 5-7 was very nice. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 is that the beds seem to be full size instead of queens and it was a little tight for 2 adults to sleep.

The employees here are beyond nice. The rooms could use some updating but they are still super comfortable. I love it here and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

This place is a nice, clean affordable hotel that had the nearby Holiday Inn beat hands down. My husband and I we're in town for my surgery, and we were stressed enough. The staff was nice enough to give us a room away from everyone else. The furniture was new and the beds, thought the smallest "Queen" sized beds I've ever seen, were very comfy. I'm not sure about the breakfast because we had to be out of there by 5 am. As far as process go, it's also one of the most affordable hotels in the past of the city. If they put a kids water park in that pool, we'd never stay wherever else.

The Comfort Suites was a great place to stay, it was very comfortable, and everyone their was very nice and quiet.

This is by far one of the better locations. Traveling for work I stay in many. My only complaint would be the restaurant and it's out door activities (night) across the street. It's not bad but the music is a little excessive for such close proximity to a hotel. Surprised the city even allows it.

Upgraded from king room to king jacuzzi at no extra charge. Room was clean and bed was great. No complaints would recommend and return.

Have stayed at this location more than 50 times in the past few years. Very clean and well managed. The people at the desk know us by names. Kids and grandchildren love the pool and amenities.

Clean room, free breakfast and happy hour from 5-7! Will definitely be back. Pool was clean also. Just outside Madison a bit but close enough to downtown and many restaurants and shopping.
