Hotel Lanai Hotel

My first time eating lunch at hotel lanai at great. I enjoy my lunch time today.

The customer service is beyond exceptional! Every request is met with an “of course “ reply! The room is beautiful, the food is incredible, and the staff is phenomenal! I’m blessed to have been treated so special! My experience on Lana’i will be remembered as a highlight in my life! Thank you, Lana’i for sharing your aloha with me!

The one and only hotel in Lanai City. The hotel is a classic plantation style building, that is the style for most of the town. The rooms a well appointed, with a very functional modern bathroom. The staff are all very friendly and really help make your stay in Lanai simply Awesome. I stayed just before it was to be closed for renovations. I'm sure it will reopen, as the charming, friendly little place it has always been.

The hotel is preparing for a closure to revamp the property. They will be closed starting May 1st and we visited on April 28th. I think the hotel is usually nice and it will be great again after the revamp, but we visited at a transitional time. The staff was very friendly, but there weren't as many options for food and drink at the restaurant due to the upcoming closure. Many of the guests from the Four Seasons were visiting this hotel for dinner.

We stops here for dinner one night. The chef came out and greeted us personally was able to accommodate our special gluten-free request. Made an amazing dinner and then offered my son a free dessert just from sheer kindness. The food was delicious and the property looks really nice if you're in Lanai try to have a meal here it's really good.

The room was fine, but the restaurant here was legitimately great. The hotel is centrally located, too, making it very easy to get to every corner of Lanai.

The place is very noisy. Probably a combination of the wood floors and paper-thin walls. I’ve been asking for a ceiling fan controller every day since I checked in. No one seems to care. It’s kind of important since there is no ac in the rooms. There is hot water and it will hurt you when the shower temperature fluctuates wildly. Don’t look under the bed. There is a used bandaid sitting on the shower stall. It looks really happy there and probably won’t be leaving anytime soon. Not a fan of this hotel. The restaurant gets high marks for great food and service.

We both had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was a big and tasty sandwich with a large serving of fries. Nice atmosphere. The best restaurant in town!

We had the BEST meal there! Customer service, ambiance, cocktails and food was on point. Personality, much better than that 4 Something Resort We can't wait to return.

We love staying at the Lanai Hotel whenever we come over from Oahu. The staff is always so friendly and warm especially Sarah at the front desk and Jacob at the bar! They take such good care of us. The restaurant has an awesome menu and the drinks are fabulous! And the entertainment outside on the deck is wonderful!

This hotel is like walking back in time. Quaint. No TV in the rooms, thankfully. The lanai rooms are so wonderful they made our trip. We rented two lanai rooms together and enjoyed the place as if it were our home and our lanai. The staff is an exceptional group of people. Friendly, attentive and yet we had all of the privacy we wanted. This is an amazing place that transported us back in time to old Lanai. We will be going back.
