I was a little worried when we arrived because the outside is a bit run down looking but the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean.

Overall pretty decent. The location is alright. Directly next to it is mostly warehouses and a scrap yard, however you're an easy straight shot from downtown. Beds are super comfy, breakfast is what you'd expect.

The rooms were not very clean. Not once did they clean until we asked (twice). There was a sweater from a previous customer in the drawer… it made me doubt their attention to cleanliness if they didn't even check a drawer. Breakfast was okay. The staff was okay, too but the lady at the desk kept telling our group to be quiet when it was like 3:00 pm because their workers were resting for their night shift. Mind you we werent being very loud to begin with. Obviously we understand consideration, but we had a group of young youth, so you can imagine the difficulty of holding to the standard. Pool was decent, but small.

Clean. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Decent pool.

Lot's of space and very clean rooms. The small coffee makers in the room are a good touch.

Everything from the price, cleanliness, staff and comfort was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Attened a 2 day course at UW-L and the hotel is in a decent location in relation to the university. Also a very reasonable price. Room was clean, though the sink was clogged and drained exceptionally slow in the bathroom. The curtains in the room also idnt close very well, so light came into the room very easily. Room otherwise had everything I needed for my stay. Would stay again.

It seemed pretty decent pool is ice cold jacuzzi was hot and nice towels were tiny and Scratchy but all in all for the price that was pretty decent.

Condescending at check in when there was a room mix up and made a big deal about not being able to fix it due to being all booked. Then turned around and said, let me check and found an open room to resolve the issue. Requested a cot, they didn't have any available. Walls were very thin, traffic noises and voices from other guests were easy to hear through the paper thin walls. The room was okay, hair and dust in the bathroom from other guests, scuffs on the walls, ain surfaces clean but could have used a deeper cleaning.

Great room, clean and customer service was perfect. Just not really sound proof…

My daughter and I have been staying at this Inn for 4 years and we plan to stay there again, We love it there. The staff is very nice.

Aweful front desk customer service, over priced and run down facilities and they double charged us. On top of all that they had lied about having a children's pool whenever there was no childrens pool. Also worst experience and service ever.

Amazing staff! Jay went all out on the matresses here and did not spare any expense they are great. Kyle at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with any questions about the area, Jamie is so sweet and amazing also very easy for the eyes she helped me make sure I was signed up for choice rewards and showed me how to use the app so that I could make other reservations without having to call anyone and smelt great while doing anything I need help with, and if you are going to check in later in the night Chris is a saint. The breakfast is very good with coffee, orange juice, apple juice, water hot/cold, fresh waffles everyday, usually have eggs and sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, couple choices in yogurt, oatmeal, apples/bananas/or oranges, bread for toast, English muffins peanut butter/jelly, bagels/cream cheese, doughnuts, muffins, cereal, and the only complaint about the breakfast is I had to go to Walmart and get my own snack sized apple sauce/stawberries in sugar/Dole peaches for my waffles or side fruit cup other than the standard apple/banana the have (even some powered sugar shaker would be swee too. They have a great pool just off the breakfast room that also has a hot tub, the work out room is nothing fancy but enough to keep your ticker ticking, and even have a business room with a printer if you need to print anything or conduct business in peace while on vacation or even just passing through.

Room was excelent, breakfast the best of all choice hotels.

Very, thin walls, needs major updates. Employees are very nice! Rooms are decent for the money. Pool should be updated, not many kids can swim together. Other then the noise all night, didnt mind the stay.

My girlfriend and I came from out of town to spend the weekend at Octoberfest. The first thing we noticed upon entering our room was an awful musty smell, we turned on the AC and the smell seemed to go away and we forgot about it. On our last day, I wake up to several bug bites, by the time I had gotten home I had over 20 bites all over my body, all consistent with a bed bug bite. I immediately called the hotel to inform them and they said they would investigate, I still have not heard back from them. I'm left quarantining everything I brought and will probably have to throw away a lot of my personal items and hope I didn't bring any of the bugs home with me. At this point I don't know what to do but warn others to stay away!

Very comfy beds. Otherwise basic amenities, but a good place if you need to sleep.

Pleasant stay. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Lots of road construction right now, but still a convenient location.

Standard amenities plus fridge and microwave. Decent shower. Decent bed. Not in the high class area of town, but 5 minutes to waterfront LaCrosse activities.

At the moment they are working on mildew remediation in the main lobby. On the third floor our room is clean and comfortable. Good deal for the price. In a very boring area of town, but a mile or two south are nice local places to eat, cool architecture.

The room was so dirty from the start, with an old rag shoved in the corner that was covered in vomit. I was just stopping through for the night and the front desk was so rude and unprofessional from the start. This place is not worth your money. You would be better at even the motel 6 up the street!

Decent hotel at a decent price. Offers free breakfast, a pool, exercise room, and a cool evening nachos service.

We stayed Friday to Saturday (4-23-16). We were in room 208. Room door was tough to close, security chain was broken, bathroom door has to be shoved shut because the tile is raised and the tile floor in the bathroom was loose when walked on. The bed and pillows were nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but room was in disrepair.

Nacho bar was awesome! Clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. It's no Hilton but for the price I liked it. It had a pool, workout room and a awesome breakfast.

The hottub suite was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the hotub was hot. The nacho bar after 7pm was a nice treat.

I recently got a chance to stay at this hotel in lacrosse. The hotel was very clean and the staff in incredibly friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Good and quick room service. Problem with TV solved immediately. Didnt use pool or fitness facilities. Good, clean beds and room but shower was a little dirty.

Normally I'd give a place a 3 or 4. It's clean the breakfast bar was standard, the nacho bar was a welcome suprise. But what made this a 5 star experience for me and my family was the staff, always happy to help with a smile. Especially a staff member named Kyle he went above and beyond to assure our comfort.
