This hotel had a perfect location right in downtown. From the hotel we walked to many restaurants, breweries, bars, along the river, Riverside Park and the botanical gardens. Along with the location, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was spectacular. They had a huge variety. The room was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable and I loved the bedding. There was a pool we didn’t end up using but it looked fantastic as did the fitness room. The entire experience was fantastic and we will absolutely come back to this hotel on our next trip to La Crosse!

Loved our spacious room! We had a king suite with nice wet bar area. Exceptionally clean. Salt water pool was an added bonus. Fresh fruit and complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate was great, especially when returning back to hotel after a full day out in cold and rain! The decor was tastefully done. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. Our next trip back to LaCrosse we will be returning here for another stay!

Got a good deal online. Place seems relatively new. All seems clean. We are in the lower level — no view. I imagine those who pay more get better amenities. Bathroom is sliding door with room closet — doesn't offer much in term of privacy, and also do get relatively clear noise from the hallway. Overall it's good for the price we paid, hence the 4 stars.

Breakfast bar was impressive! The room was great, modern with a floor to ceiling window which was really nice. Only gripe is there are apparently two separate climate control systems (Central and room) and we could only control one. The fan on the central system was on throughout the stay and gave me the sniffles. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The location is quite nice with it being able to see the water on the east side and on the west side you will be able to see the sun rise in the morning. The rooms were well kept and clean. The service we got was nice. We wanted to switch rooms since we didn't want to be by the pool and they allowed it.

Was a very nice stay. It was very clean and staff was very welcoming. My only disappointing thing was there was no hot tub but not a big deal. Loved the pool and kids loved there were balls and things to play with already provided.

I have never met a friendlier staff especially the lady at breakfast. Her happiness radiated through the room and provided a really genuinely wonderful breakfast! The rooms were great too, but the employees were exemplary!

Very nice rooms, bed was comfortable. Bathroom doors slide open and don't lock, so hopefully you're close with your roommate. Continental breakfast was fine. No hot tub. Good location.

Clean hotel, friendly front desk staff. The TV was to the side of the bed, which was a little different, but hardly a big deal. Comfortable bed, large bathroom sink/vanity. Variety of options for breakfast — one of the better places we've been for the free breakfast!

This location is very nice and updated. My check-in went smoothly and the desk receptionist was swift and courteous. The room I stayed in was clean and very modern with ample USB type plug-ins. The bed was comfy, and the shower was large. They also had chocolate chip cookies in the lobby that evening. Checkout was also smooth and the morning receptionist was chipper for 5:30 a. M. I wasn't able to stay long enough for breakfast because it starts at 6 a. M.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn a year ago for work and was ecstatic to hear I would be here again this year. From the front desk to the roomkeeping staff… it is top notch. Every detail is attended to perfectly! From coming back to a beautifully made bed (bests beds ever), to ensuring I have enough coffee and toiletries each day to hit the gate running. I cannot imagine a better home-away-from-home. Thank you, for attending to those small things… because details matter — and you truly rock at making us feel at home!

This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. I usually stay in Marriott hotels and I'm on the road most of the year. The Hampton has really stepped up their game and put a lot of thought into this new hotel. Great job! I'm really impressed, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and no complaints. I wish all The Hampton hotels were this nice. Also thank you to Larry for being so welcoming!

Clean, bright, cozy, new and modern! Huge rooms and really close to Downtown. This is the nicest Hampton I've visited in ahwile! This will be my go-to place for my visits to La Crosse!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. I'm very particular about hotel cleanliness & this hotel is meticulous. We thoroughly appreciated the beautiful modern design, totally unlike the other crusty hotels in the area. Enjoyed our room, comfortable beds & pillows. Loved the breakfast spread in the beautiful lounge, and coffee, tea & hot cocoa bar. Our son enjoyed the pool & we enjoyed the fitness center. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Michael (pictured) They have a snack & small store area with snacks & things you'd actually use & want to eat while on a trip, instead of all unhealthy options. They had pistachios, Kombucha, & even some souvenirs — happy with the selection. Oh, & I noticed they even have a guest laundry area! I LOVE that! My only complaint would be there's only free Wi-Fi in the lounge area. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room, Bed just perfect, slept very well. Breakfast was very good restaurant quality, price was in our range. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lacrosse.

The roomes are very clean and modern. Our room was in the lower level of the hotel, the same as the pool. Very peaceful and quiet though a large group of highschoolers were in town for a convention. Breakfast was plentiful but seating was a premium due to convention. I forget to bring some personal items but the desk attendant was able to provide them free of charge.

Stayed at Hampton Inn for several weeks on business. Best breakfast buffet; ever! Fresh fruits, pastries and delicious hot food choices. Not your ordinary hotel breakfast choices. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Maintenence was very prompt at fixing a bathroom door that was sticking. Definately will recommend!

I stayed there this weekend for my wedding. The room was huge and accommodated having 7 girls get there hair done. After the wedding I enjoyed there gorgeous glass shower. I was pleased all the way around.

Brand new so everything is well kept and practically shining. Huge rooms. Our shower tub did not come with any kind of gripping on the floor though so it's quite hazardous to take a shower.

I only spent one night at the Hampton inn, but the experience was wonderful. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly, and patient with our barrage of questions. We were also upgraded to a king suite, which was a delightful surprise! The room was spacious and very comfortable. A perfect spot to stay after a long cross country drive. If we are ever in the area, I would definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful room with plenty of space. The bathroom was large and had a nice shower. Everything was very clean and smelled clean. I loved the colors in the hotel also. It was a very relaxing stay.

Rooms are super nice and clean. Blankets and pillows make you feel like you're sleeping in a cloud. And there is the most wonderful park and running trail by the hotel where you can see the river. So beautiful. I love staying here.

Accidentally left some dirty clothes behind, got 25 miles Dow the road, called to see if I could come back and pick them up. Said the clothes weren't found, took my number to call me when they found them in room 110 in the corner near the window. Never got a call. I called back later that week, said they haven't seen my clothes. My fault for leaving them in a dishonest environment.

They room was great. Much better than your average hotel. I love the interior design. The location of the hotel was easy to find. When we got breakfast in the morning, I really enjoyed the service. The worker was very kind and made us laugh.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our sick two year old in the middle of the night, and were so caring and friendly, really making us feel valued and welcome. Thank you again so much! Also, the hotel lobby area and continental breakfast are very nice, the kids had a great time in the nice pool area, and the rooms were comfortable and modern. We highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in downtown La Crosse.

From the the moment we arrived, to the day we checked out, Kaitlyn Summers went above and beyond to make our stay at the Hampton a unique and special experience. I was quite impressed with the hospitality that was given! After finding a few days to get away from my busy schedule, it is always so refreshing to have such a great experience while on vacation. My husband and I stayed here on Saturday. We booked it very last minute and are so glad we did! I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the hotel was gorgeous! There was even a shuttle that took us to and from the event we were in town for which was great because it saved us money on a cab. I only wish we had more time to check out the other amenities like the breakfast, fitness center and pool! We'll definitely be back!
