While my daughter and I were laying in the bed she jumped up and screamed. I looked over in time to see a cockroach crawling on the bed we were laying in. We packed up and left immediately. I called the manager the next day (Matt) and he agreed to comp our room but never apologized and did not seem surprised at all.

Great room. Great food at the restaurant (1951).

Rude front office people. Also said birthday parties aren’t allowed but You know what’s funny, I just seen posted pictures and videos of a birthday that was done there in a hotel room and all guests used the pool, witch I thought was NOT allowed. N No NOT everyone had wrist bands as I seen in the Pictures posted On social Media. If YOUR going to have Policies YOU should Follow Them For Everyone! That’s all, I do NOT recommend this Hotel.

I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel on a weekend with young kids the pool was over crowded and my five-year-old got pelted in the head with a football… kids were running up the slides and not letting the younger kids down. Very disappointing! would be wonderful if you could move in the pool but you just couldn't this Saturday not worth the $200+ spent.

A great family-friendly hotel. We stay here everytime we bring our daughter to a nearby eye clinic. She loves the pool and we love the amenities.

Nice rooms with dining options attached to the hotel. Kid friendly pool area. Handicap lift chair by the hot tub does not work, even with help from staff. Breakfast was also disappointment.

Better than average. Clean, roomy, well managed. Lots of parking and good food right here. You should stay here when you're in Green Bay, you'll enjoy it.

Soon as I called from the airport to pick me up they were there in 10 mins, after I was checked in, which was fast I checked out my room it smelled good and was expertly clean. They have NFL Network!

Well the staff is Pleasant but the visitors are very prejudice n it sad cuz this is a nice hotel but I will never cum back to green bay period.

Stay here for Packer family night. Awesome place to stay rooms were great, service was outstanding, great pool and outside patio. Will be returning bottom line.

Hotel itself wasn't bad, nice rooms which have been updated nicely and are spacious. But if your going there for the water park don't even waste your time, they don't know how to run the pool, the chlorine levels were so high just stepping in the room made your eyes and throat burn. My 2 year old was in the pools for a hour and had chemical burns on her arm and leg. Both my husband and my daughter ended up sick from the chlorine. Just spend a little extra and go to tundra lodge where the pools are more maintained! don't make my mistake we'll be going else where from now on.

This place was awesome. We ate at the attached restaurant and it was very good but expensive. The rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. There was someone making omelets, which I had never had at a Comfort Suites. I also think there is a small water park here.

This place is awesome. The entry way carpet is a little worn, but if you can look past that, it's a lot of fun. There is a huge splash pad area with two water slides as well as a swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast features made to order omelettes, waffles, donuts. Room was big enough for our 6 and benefits from having a second sink for water outside the bathroom. Room was clean. Overall, a great place. Totally recommend if you have kids.

Our son ended up getting the flu and we didn't get to leave the room, but we had wonderful service and extra towels and new bedding more than once. Really appreciated how nice our stay was even with a sick one year old. We plan on trying again soon since the pool area looked great and should be lots of fun!

Stayed for 2 nights in King suite bedroom. The rain shower is awesome with good water pressure. King size bed is super comfy too. Breakfast buffet has omelette, donuts, waffles, yogurt, cereal and etc. Pretty decent breakfast selection. Kids would enjoy the indoor water pool. They have slides and stuff. Overall this is a nice hotel to stay. You will also get some coupon to use at the restaurant attached to the hotel for free drinks or stuff.

Loved staying there! The pool water slides are great for smaller kids. Will not be eating at the restaurant attached to motel again tho! Very bad service and gave kids raw frozen cookies.

Rooms are decent, if not exceptional. Beds are a bit firm, but supportive. This is a good option for a family event as there are a number of spaces, big and small, provided at reasonable prices. Banquet options offer very good value and the staff is very well managed. The free breakfast is pretty good, but it doesn't vary much from day to day.

It was very pleasant. The room was large and comfortable. The staff we're all very nice. The restaurant attached closes at 9 though. That's pretty early for a lounge to close, in my opinion.

Cute place. Looks like they r really updating the place. I have a 7 head shower with a TV! Who would of thought. The restaurant is like a 6 block walk all indoors, but well worth it.

It was a comfortable bed and a clean room. Didn't partake in the water park but also never heard it either. So good without children also.

Stayed the weekend of April 13th with my Girl Scout troop. We had a very nice stay and very wonderful staff. This weekend happen to be a bad winter storm weekend so we could not leave Sunday and had to stay another night. They were very good to us and let us stay for another night and in the same room so we did not have to move. Very nice and clean motel and very nice staff. Thank you to all the great staff and for the box lunches during the storm. We will difinetly staff there again. God Bless you all.

When we talked to the front desk staff about the issue, she shrugged and said "well we check the chlorine levels every day. " Very disappointing. This was our go to hotel when traveling to Greenbay. We will not be back again. Update: A very quick response from general manager Aaron was appreciated. Makes me feel that the problem is being addressed.

Super comfy pillows. Nice, big rooms. The water park was perfect for our family… great for 2-6 year olds especially! Plus, there is a bar in the water park for the adults!

The manager on duty the night we stayed was wonderfully pleasent. Attentive staff with an above average continental breakfast. A pool just for adults would be a welcome addition though. Overall it was a wonderful experience for the cost. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to accommodate children for their stay.

What an awesome place to stay. The rooms were very spacious with new carpet the breakfast was excellent, a chef was making omlets. Yummy. I would deffinetly recommend this place to anyone. I love the choice hotel chain for them reasons.

Fun place for kids however the pool / splash pad area could be warmer. Do not recommend bringing toddlers as they won’t last too long with how chilly it is. Have stayed here at lease five times in the past and it’s been the same temp. Currently going thru a remodel so some parts of hotel are Better then other. Great hospitality, great customer Service, polite, and great variety for continental. … really really wish the pool was warmer. — Cassie.

Was here from r a wedding. The food was excellent and so was the bar service. They had a wide variety of different beers and spirits at our social event. The family style is the best way to do dinner by the way.

The breakfast was very good. Our room very Large and comfortable.

The rooms are fine. Nothing fancy but not bad for the price. They have a nice kids pool area with a tube water slide, a shallow pool, and a play area with another slide and other things that spray water. It was perfect for my 3 and 5 year old children. It would not entertain big kids for very long.

The room was great, staff was amazing, breakfast was best I have had in awhile. Down side, there were socks in a drawer, empty cups under the beds, a phone charger. Farside bed frame was broken we sat down and the bed frame broke, I put it back together so we didn't get blamed for it. That broken bed sucked!

Had a wonderful stay while there. Very comfortable beds and cozy clean room. Enjoyed the restaurant 1951 tremendously. Superb cuisine… best we've had in years. We'll return for sure. The pool area is more for kids… not swimming, but great for relaxation in the hot tub.

Excellent hotel great for younger kids with the pool setup. Could use some updating on some of the mattresses. But overall a good hotel.

Always clean, updated rooms. Fantastic lunches (great place to bring customers). And, one of the best bars around!

Rooms comfortable except for air, was a little warm in our room. Breakfast choices were great. Room where venue was held was good. Bartender was a little slow for the amount of people at the venue. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

As always, staff very friendly. Room was clean and check in was fast. Normal check-in time was late for me on this trip due to work. I called ahead and the staff had my room ready for me before check out time. Will be returning.

Hotel is definitely showing its age and overdue for a remodel or at least new carpeting. Our room had several stains littering the carpet. Bathroom toilet had yellow stains around the seat latch and obviously wasn't cleaned on a regular basis. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, pool area great for children.

I appreciated that the rooms had 4 towels stocked instead of 3 like many places. Breakfast was good, esp. The made-to-order omlets. It didn't make sense to only have strawberry cream cheese for blueberry bagels though. The pool is like miniature waterpark geared towards young children. The actual pool is not really adult-friendly, and closes early.

This wasn't our first visit here, the first time was for a wedding and we were pretty impressed. They have a little water park in the pool area, and they had an omelet station for breakfast. This time however was still nice but not as awesome as the first time, or second. They took down the basketball hoop in the pool area, no one was watching in the pool area, where ADULTS thought it a good idea to climb the big slide. The kids pushed and didn't wait their turn to go down the slide, it was just annoying, I'm sure that is more of a parent thing then a hotel thing, but someone watching the pool area might have put some order in. The suite was nice, only one tv. The shower would have been impressive but only 2 of the 4 shower head settings worked. The TV in the shower got just a couple of channels, but that's a first world problem. The shower had great pressure and was nice and relaxing. The bed was comfy, room was clean and up to date. Over all a nice stay, but I don't think we will be back. We had a room that over looked a wedding in the courtyard … it was cute to see.

3 year old loved water park area. Good breakfast. The bathroom could be updated and carpeting in many areas. We mainly went for splash pad which was a hit and water slide. Room overlooked pool which we also liked. We will go back.

Nice clean and spacious room with two queens. Comfort suites has great continental breakfast. The pool area is great for the kids, very large and various slides and water areas and hot tub. Very nice restaurant attached, great dining.

Awesome room and pool area. Even though this was a wrong reservation they would not cancel, via Choice priveleges, or give my money back.

Hotel staff very crabby, not a single friendly staff person. Breakfast area although complimentary was horrible. Went down at 830am and all food was empty. Lazy staff. Pool was very nice however water was chilly. Dont think we will return.

I use to love to stay here, but after tonight, I don't think I'm coming back. Started out in a room that the ceiling was leaking water, then moved to a room where the air conditioning wouldn't stay on for more than 20 min at a time and our new veiw was the pool and all we could hear were the children screaming. I woke up sweating every hour and had to get up and turn on the air again. And after fighting that all night long, I am awoken by the maintenance men at 6 am who are banging hammers in the pool room and shouting for over an hour. I am beyond tired and frustrated. Update: talked to the manager who did apologize and helped make things right.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites on the west side of Green Bay. Our room has two queen beds, was very comfortable, and included a nice sitting area. The hotel had a great pool and splash pad that our kids loved. The best thing about our stay though, was the complimentary breakfast. There were omelettes made to order, waffles, pastries and eggs and bacon. We can highly recommend Comfort Suites to families with young kids. A couple of.

Very pleased with my stay. Friendly staff, great room for the price (whirlpool in room was awesome), made to order omelettes in the morning, and one thing most hotels lack it seems-FULL SIZE PILLOWS! Only down side was room was too warm at night as it seemed the thermostat shut off about 10, and heard several others at breakfast complaining about that.

Went to a wedding at the Rock Garden and spent some time with friends in a room off the pool. Epic showers in the rooms with a TV in the shower! Food was great at the wedding down stairs. Did not stay over so cannot rate much further.

Stayed here a couple night. Chose this hotel versus other due to the splash pool. Great for young kids. Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating.

Front desk service was great. Room was very nice. Bar service and hot tub made for a relaxing evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room. Rainfall shower room with TV inside. Amazing! Comfortable and nice pool area for kids. Wish they'd have more for kids but overall nice experience for a mini getaway.

Overall the hotel was very nice. However upon check-in we were given the incorrect room and had to go back to front desk to get it sorted out. They were happy to correct the issue and it took less then 5 minutes to get our new room keys. Also the layout of the hotel is very inconvenient. We were attending a wedding and stayed overnight and to get from the room to reception hall is a very confusing and long walk through the hotel halls.

Sound travels well. I can hear a couple doors down. Not to mention if our room is over a boutique hall room good luck with getting quite. My room over looked 3 dumpsters where employees smoked and vented. Staff super nice. Great breakfast. Rooms need to be insulted or something. You can hear everything.
