Room was very clean and smelled clean as there was no carpeting which tends to hold odors. The floor was wood patterned tile. Windows could use a wash and it would be nice to have a TV guide of channels. Kitchenette was very nice and my husband forgot his 6 pk of beer in fridge, sooo enjoy whoever finds it.

My wife and I only stayed for one night. The room, halls, and lobby were clean and well maintained. The staff at the desk was friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable. They were more than gracious to offer ideas on where to eat (there are many restaurants in within walking distance such as Olive Garden, Smash Burger, Smokey Bones, Outback, Golden Corral, etc. ) ; where to get groceries (Walmart is across the street) ; offered cooking pots, pans, and dishes for the kitchen; and get us extra towels as needed. The complimentary breakfast offered in the morning consisted of coffee (regular or decaf) ; hotwater for tea, hot chocolate, and various flavors of Quaker Instant Oatmeal; various flavors of granola bars; and assorted flavors of individually wrapped muffins. All of which were well stocked and inviting. We will definitely return!

It was a very convenient location, there are plenty of restaurants of all price ranges and tastes, most within walking distance. The front desk was friendly and the price was good as well. The rooms have a kitchenette with stove top (no oven) and refrigerator. There's room service for an additional cost. The reason for the 3 stars is that it wasn't as clean as I'd expected. The inside of the microwave was dirty as well as the side of the fridge (next to counter). Also, the room was a bit dark. I might stay here again simply for the location and comfort of kitchenette.

Very basic, mostly clean. Effectively non-existent Wi-Fi. The included breakfast is merely a few granola bars and okay coffee.

My check in was very seamless and I was slightly surprised that I can actually open the windows in my room.

Nice hotel in good condition. The kitchenette inside the room we were in was very nice and had a full size fridge. The staff did leave something to be desired; the entire time I was there I only saw someone at or near the front desk one time and that was during check in. Overall it was still a very nice experience.

The rooms were clean and neat. The staff was very helpful with finding restaurants or department stores that I needed that was near the vascinity and I overall had an amazing time.

It was average. I would over issue initially was some banging above, but it stopped within 45 minutes or so. The lack of an ice machine was sad, but they got us some ice, kudos to them for the customer service.

This hotel is on Miller Lane, a great location surrounded by food options. The room was in good condition and comfortable. We had no complaints.

Friendly staff, nice rooms for a good price and very quick and helpful, in solving any issues.

So. The room isn't bad but the service is. Mediocre. There were dirty wash clothes in the bathroom and no toilet paper. The best are full size but that's just me I guess.

A case in point of how a $55, 4 star Motel 6 is better than any $75, 3.5 star hotel. Not bad. Clean. Just very slow free internet and real internet for a fee. No cups in the room. Small TV. No exercise room. No USB ports. Just a tiny side table in lobby with granola bars for breakfast. Not nearly a breakfast meal. No fruit. My room DID have a full size fridge BUT the thing sounded like a plane was taxiing through my room so I unplugged it. Nothing but a barebones hotel with fruitier interior decorating and graphic design. Be better than a well run Motel 6 AND if you’re going to charge $20 more let me get something for the $20.

The beds were extremely soft the room was amazingly clean along with the bathroom it definitely felt homie a place that I could comfortably come back to and stay again.

Great location — surrounded by 20 restaurants. Room is fairly clean, no shampoo or hangars provided. Free internet is pretty slow. Kitchen in all rooms with pots and pans available upon request.

The broken A/C ruined it for me and my friend staying here. The hot and muggy Dayton summers make having no A/C borderline miserable. The saving graces for this place are the large rooms and micro kitchen. It's also the first time I've ever been to a hotel that only has housekeeping come once a week. I would take off points for that but it seems that it's normal for an "extended stay" hotel like this. Decided to update an extra star for the customer service. The lady at the front desk was very nice this morning.

Really nice hotel for the price! Staff wasn't at the front desk when I arrived, I had to yell hello. The room was really nice and spacious but the toilet seat was dirty with brown stuff. The sink seemed to have a bit of cleaning supplies in it. The ceiling fan didn't work and the light by the closet flickered while on.

This place is top notch! Great staff always eager to please the customer. The rooms are squeaky clean. Last night I walked into a perfectly clean room with a slight hint of fresh paint. Bed was awesome as well.

Nice location with lots of restaurants and close to the highway. Grab and go breakfast was just that, no where to sit, but we all found something we liked. Room had nice furniture and was clean. It was nice to have a full size fridge and kitchen area. Although there was an issue with our fridge and freezer, so it wasn't cold until morning. The bed was fine and there was a nice leather (I think) recliner in the king room. Overall good stay for one night.

Location was convenient off the highway. Didn't know it was a smoking hotel until we got into our room and it reeked of smoke. Front desk moved us to a new room that was smoking but was better. Breakfast was almost non existent.

I travel a lot and stay at a lot of extended stay America's. I believe I was in room 216 and found everything to be comfortable. It was quiet and all the appliances worked great.

We were traveling cross country with our dog & booked an overnight stay here as they are pet-friendly. When booking, we specified & were granted a smoke-free room due to allergies. Upon our late night arrival we were told our room was a smoking room & there were no other rooms available. There were several people standing outside by the lobby entrance smoking & drinking alcohol, making it difficult (& threatening for my girlfriend) to enter. While checking in, the people ahead of us were very loud & very drunk. After they left, we asked if our room was next to theirs & we were (incorrectly) assured it was not. The hallway smelled atrocious, but in their defense, that's what happens when you put kitchens in every room. The bedding was clean, but the carpeting was uneven & filthy. The bathroom door would wedge onto the frame when trying to shut it. I was able to pull it closed, but the handle almost came off in the process. Opening it later required me to shoulder into it several times. My girlfriend just used the bathroom with the door ajar. In the morning, my girlfriend complained at the front desk. We were told that the $25 pet cleaning fee hadn't been applied the night before & they would leave that off & give us 10% off. They also asked which girl had "assisted" us the previous night. The breakfast is "grab n go", which is pre-packaged muffins & instant oatmeal.

Reserved a no smoking room… only had smoking rooms on our arrival. Did not feel area was safe. Run down.

Young lady at desk was higher than a kite then tried to lie an say I was smoking in room when she was the on with glazed eyes she wouldn't give me my deposit back saing I was smoking an I would of called the police of I wasn't in rush really discrimatio for me being black an she wanted to keep the deposit an it was her with the red eyes so dnt go here they will lie an say I smoked in room to keep drposit.

We are in 202 and we have been here for about 2 years and we are pleased to be here the room service is always available even though we do not want it. The room is very clean and we enjoy being here. And thank you for allowing pets… the staff is very nice and helpful. And everybody is so helpful… and we appreciate that you allow us to stay here. Thank you.

The location of the place is perfectly around restaurants and I-75. The room was kinda small and a piece of the bathroom sink had fallen off but otherwise really good.

The halls smelled like weed, you could hear all of your surroundings.

I'm not impressed. The good thing: it was cleaned. The bad: the heat/AC unit didn't work properly, there wasn't a flat sheet or a blanket on one of the beds, just the fitted sheet & bedspread; and periodically, we smelled cigarette smoke in our non smoking room. The "breakfast station" had an empty bottle of coffee creamer (not a big deal, but coupled with everything else, especially smelling smoke, I was annoyed! ) For the price, I would recommend something else.

Tried to get a room and after 25 minutes with them and some idiot IT guy on phone, because of some computer issue they didn't even have the room they indicated they had. Stay somewhere else if you value your time! Unsecured Wi-Fi as well, how very simple is secured Wi-Fi?

Expected more for the price we paid. Muffins, granola bars and coffee — not exactly the continental breakfast we were looking forward to. The rooms smelled bad. Bad!

Bohot Fudu hotel ahh… AC didn't work, smells like shit, breakfast was a joke.

This is the second Extended Stay hotel I've had the displeasure of staying at. Like the other facility, this one also has faulty windows. The other hotel (in Florence, KY) had windows that did not open nor stay open, and this hotel has windows that do not close. The bathroom door was clearly not made to move over the carpet, and it blocks the entryway when opened. Their third-party internet shenanigans are enough to make a techie cry. Whatever discounts one gets from staying here are negated by the fact that it costs $3 per day or $15 per month to get connectivity above a crawl. This is on a device-by-device basis, so if multiple people or one person with multiple devices stays here, expect to pay a hefty price for your internet. Their sorry excuse for a gym is, in reality, a partnership with a facility a fair drive away. The free breakfast offered is just an oatmeal bar. And once again, I am expected to clean my dishes with one tablespoon of dishwashing liquid.

I have stayed here for about a month now and I have to say my overall experience was a 9/10. Only reason I rate it that is because room service only comes once a week and it's your responsibility to take out the trash. Which I'm sure if you ask them to do any of that they would do so without question. The staff is here for you and to make your stay more relaxing.
