Tub in room 213 wouldn’t drain and we needed the shower seat for our son who was in a wheelchair and had no time to pack and unpack this morning to switch rooms and couldn’t wait for a maintenance guy. We had to leave this morning without showering. Gotta love a 8 hour ride home with a van full of unshowered people.

Stunning Hotel! The rooms are as impressive as the welcome you get when you walk through the front door! I'll be back!

Nice rooms, great service and they have a starbucks in the lobby which is very convenient.

Wasn’t able to check in at check out time had to wait an hour past check in time. The two front desk staff females were very unfriendly. Room was nice and pool was nice but other then that unhappy.

I attended a conference here and it was lovely overall. The lounge and dining areas looked large and inviting. The conference room was simple but nice, as was the food served. My only complaint would be that the woman's restroom was small with only two stalls and one sink, so during the break there was a bit of a line in the hallway waiting to use it.

Newer hotel, room smelled like it was smoked in. Staff wasn’t very good. I had to chase them out of the kitchen all 3 times I went to the bistro. Inconsistent Platinum treatment. I haven’t been denied a bottle of water in two years. “Sorry sir, water is Al-la-Cart. ”

I have stayed at the Courtyard in the past and it was a very nice and relaxing stay. The staff was very pleasant during my stay. However, the reason for this visit was for a Door Dash delivery for one of their guests. I will say that the staff that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. When the opportunity arises for me again, I will stay at the Courtyard again.

We hit here at 11:30 at night after traveling through some substantial storms. The staff was wonderful & very accommodating to us as it was late and we did not have a reservation. They even threw in a couple Gatorade's for us. We were so thankful!

I attended an event here at the courtyard marriott. Very clean premises and pretty easy to find. It was sad there was no sign for the event on the inside. Seems like most places, if you have an event they will print out something specifically for it. It also seemed like before we were even done staff were anxious to come in and clean up behind us. Made me feel as if we were rushed to get out. Good for what it was, but I'd personally choose somewhere else next time.

Attended my grandson's 1st birthday party here on Saturday. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and welcoming 'hello, may I help you? '. They knew right where we were going and led us there, personally. The event room was spacious and well equipped for our gathering. The staff even cleaned up afterwards. All in all, the time spent there was very enjoyable. The building is brand new and spotless. I would recommend this location to any one.

Excellent stay. Transgender friendly place, employees very accommodating and pool was small but the area made up for it. Very pleasing. The rooms were really nice and the bed was perfect, wish I had that bed as a matter of fact. Easy access to the hotel from the highway and everything was perfectly clean.

My family and I stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Lobby was clean and front desk staff was nice. But we had to switch rooms twice due to AC not working. And once we checked out and received a receipt and checked are bank statements we were charged $2, 300 for 2 rooms and 2 night. Once we notice the problem we contacted the hotel about it and we still haven't spoke with a manager. So next step CORPORATE! I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I want to start by saying that this hotel was a great stay and the staff aside from the front desk were great. Housekeeping staff made sure we were well taking care of. Thanks again Amy for the extra towels with a smile. My issues came from front desk service. At check in the front desk made me feel as if it was a big hassle to assist us. When I came back down later in the evening the front desk clerk Toby smelled of pot and asked if I would be available when he completed his shift that night. Stay away from this creep. Overall I would rate this Courtyard a great stay (a 5 aside from the front desk was a huge let down) but it needs a new front desk staff that actually care about the guests that stay with them not trying to treat them when they get off work.

Was checked into a room that was 84 degrees because of a broken AC while trying to get ready for a wedding. Some of the younger guest services personnel were unprofessional. Everything else and management were excellent.

Beautiful Courtyard by Marriott! Interior lobby suites family sides of all kinds. The art Deco is pleasing and shows that they put a lot into the modeling/remodeling of this hotel! The surrounding choices of hotel options are plenteous but my money is on this one. Beautiful room!

Has a great staff, Dale is an amazing manager, amy has a terriffic staff, everyone is very kind, except the assistant general manager is homophobic and pushes his religious beliefs onto homosexuals by telling them they will burn in hell for their sins, along with bible in hand preaching, threatening that he has recordings of the staff without their consent or knowledge, which is considered wiretapping and punishable by law, he uses his position to intimidate staff, and then lies to cover himself, he speaks openly to staff about situations that should only be between the management staff, refuses to follow policy when an employee requests to speak to a general manager or human resources, and corners a employee into very uncomfortable situations, so if you are hr for this company, please contact me at 6149720805

Very new and modern hotel, enjoyed my stay, but many places in the hotel were already damaged, or not installed properly, and only half the lights in my room worked. Overall seemed like a construction rush job with not much thought in usability. Pleasent stay overall.

I'm confused after reading all the reviews. I was under the impression this is a very new hotel and just opened. I watched it being built and couldn't wait to make reservations. When I stay somewhere, I except professionalism, clean rooms, privacy and quiet. This is what I thought this new hotel would bring but after reading the reviews, I'm not sure I want to make reservations now. It sounds like staff need to have a firm staff meeting with the owner. I can't rate this hotel with honesty since I haven't stayed, but will give it a 3 (in the middle) because it does look really nice.

This place is newly decorated and the room was very clean. There is a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. However, 7:00 am a man (housekeeping, I guess) tried to enter my room. Luckily I had the safety lock in place. Then for breakfast I ordered some pancakes which took over 30 minutes to complete. I was the only one in line and the lounge area had only a few coffee drinkers. I’m not sure what takes so long. I usually whip these same pancakes up for my kids on weekends and it barely takes me 10 minutes. Plus the table where I sat was sticky and gross. Crumbs all over it. Smh! I will probably not stay at this location again.

This is the worst Courtyard I have stayed at. When we checked in the only words the hostess said were “we need a credit card for incidentals” and “here are your keys, the elevator is on the right”. We did not have hot water in the shower (the night we arrived and the morning we departed) There was a hair ball in one of the beds. Lastly the bistro is out of just about everything. As a former platinum Marriott rewards member (and current silver) it appears standards are slipping. Will think twice before booking at another Marriott. After putting this review I went and looked at other reviews. You can tell there are systemic issues at the hotel with check in staff and housekeeping. The owners keep responding with “We will use your feedback to correct deficiencies” but it does not appear anything is being done. Corporate Marriott may need to take a look at these systemic issues and maybe management spends too much time on reviews and not enough correcting staff.

It’s a nice hotel. But I think we are all deserve free breakfast here.

The Courtyard by Marriot was a nice place to stay. It was easy to find and in an "easy to get to" location. The rooms were clean and had above average amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Courtyard to someone looking for a hotel in the Columbus area.

Stayed there one night and the amenities are amazing, staff is amazing. We had breakfast and lunch served for our team meeting and the food and staff was just great! Would definitely return to this hotel as well as recommend it highly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great stay and convenient. The Bistro has a great light fare menu and reasonably priced. The staff there was friendly and accommodating. If you have a long day, you can get good food, a cold beer in a relaxing environment.

The best. The staff was great, friendly, and most accommodating. We were a bus group of 30. One of our group left a suitcase behind upon our departure. The mamager of Courtyard chased after our bus delivering it. What excellent service.

The staff was nice, housekeeping was eh… They left my breakfast dish from the previous day in my room after cleaning everything else. And then the second day, I was still in the bathroom getting ready when housekeeping just tried to walk in. I kept yelling through the door that I was still here, but they ignored and kept talking to each other. It was a mess. :x The front desk staff were great, the hotel itself looks great, it is a wonderful place to stay. Just the housekeeping… GAH.

First, let me say that this is a very nice hotel with wonderfull accommodations. The rooms are clean with an appealing layout, and the beds are extremely comfortable. With this being said, I would NOT suggest staying here if you have children or enjoy peace and quiet. We rented two rooms, one for my husband and I, and the other for our daughter and her grandparents. The first night of our stay (a Friday night) the hotel called the room where my mother-in-law, father-in-law, and daughter were already fast asleep. My father-in-law informed them that there was a small child asleep in the room so to please refrain from disturbing them at late hours (this is about 11 PM). Shortly after a manager arrives at their door, knocking and disturbing them. They had messed up the reservation for their room and said it didn't show up as being booked. My father-in-law explained that he had booked two rooms, one of them from Friday-Monday and the other from Friday-Tuesday. He provided the manager with his last name and the reservation information, and again requested not to be disturbed so as not to wake my four year old daughter. The manager apologized and left, only for the front desk to call AGAIN once he left. My husband and I had a separate room because we did not arrive until midnight on Friday night. When we got there the lobby was absolutely packed with young individuals.

Very nice new hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Disappointed that they have done away with complimentary breakfast.

The employees were very nice and social, and even though the hotel is still quite new the service was good.

The room we had booked was really nice. It had a clean, New smell To it that gave me a mild headache. The workers there we're kind and I'd gladly return.

So so clean and nice. Very good cafe. Wonderful rooms with usb chargers everywhere. Nice but small pool. Great and friendly staff. Nothing but positives. Would go back.

I reserved 2 hotel rooms. First I notifed the hotel inadvance and added on my reservations, to have our rooms next to each other. I mentioned we would be coming in late for ck in. O. K. — check in our rooms our not together not even close. Our rooms were hallway apart. This is for my kids and I. So that was a mess up. Then we get to our rooms. Ugh not clean bed sheets. The bathroom was disgusting the floor and shower not clean. Then there guys drinking running in the halls, knocking on doors. Then all night loud, obnoxious keeping us up could not sleep. This was the worse stay at at this hotel ever. I would not reccomend no one to stay here. The staff did nothing to help the situations / rude. This stay was horrible nothing being done very upset will not be back and will not recommend to no one either I would give this place a 0 if I could. So when.

Wonderful place. Clean, quick check in, best hotel towels ever. Quiet and comfy. All I needed!

IT was clean and smelled great. Very organized and big rooms and all areas were big.
