I will be honest. I was a little nervous about staying at a Motel 6 with my family, but it was a very nice stay. Rooms were clean for the most part and the front desk lady was extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

I needed a cheap place to stay for the weekend in Grove City. Motel 6 was the cheapest. I didn't expect much because of the price but was surprised to see it was clean and functional with Wi-Fi. Building is older but for the price I can't complain. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions and calls. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Front desk lady very friendly and resourceful, was here for the weekend for Columbus pride and she n I spoke when I was checking and made me feel very welcomed, and the second night she asked how I was liking it and that made things easy for me to stay here again in the future when I'm back in town, room was nice n good for the price quite in the evening, well light up parking area also. Close to food and convenient stores just a few steps away.

Just what we need; close to our craft fair, clean, affordable, smiles from the people who work there. That's important. Good experience all around. We always stay at Motel 6 whenever available. It's our first choice.

I was so pleased when I opened the door to my rooms! Fresh, updated decor was such a surprise! It had been many years since I stayed in a Motel 6 but it was great! Only comment is that the exterior could use some updating.

It was a great experience. The room was very clean. Only thing is we kept flooding thhe bathroom floor taking showers because of the shower head. Other than that it was a nice place & very affordable.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good place to stay on the cheap.

Instead of driving hours back home we stayed here, which was our last result. This place is a mess. The sheets were already dirty and we choose to not sleep under the covers. The housekeeping tried to blame blue hair coloring on us and wrote a letter to say we would be charged. After asking for new clean sheets, they did not change the sheets. Their was a cigarette hole in the sheets. What appeared to be bullet holes in the screen window when your walking in. Their was a terrible odor. I rather had slept in my car. NEVER AGAIN! The towels had spots in them and were dirty. This place is nasty. Dont be fooled.

Best Motel 6 there is. Very clean and decently spacious. What a steal for $60 a night!

Make sure you have all of your confirmations. This hotel moved all of our travel stuff and sold our room out from under us last weekend during ROTR knowing full well we would not be able to find another hotel. We had to drive all the way back to Cincy at 4 in the morning, just to drive back the next day for the concert. I travel alot and never had to deal with this anywhere else. (checked confirmation afterwards and it was for 3 nights)

Booked last minute… enjoyed my stay for most part… the rooms have been updated to less traditional and more contemporary was a nice surprise… I like coffee first thing in am and had to get dressed to go to lobby to collect it. 1 cup coffee pots aren't THAT expensive. Rated an 8-9 though. Clean and Convenient to most of area.

Very clean, smelled clean. New floors, paint, beds, ECT. Will come back if in area. Staff really nice! Check in is at 3pm and they allowed us to check in at 1pm. Quiet. Would give a 5 star, BUT. Couldn't seem to get the air conditioner cold enough it was muggy out today so maybe that made a difference. Prices are convient and it's really nice and clean!

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Over all, it was a good value. Thank you.

Nice people, clean, and great location. I would give 5 stars, but the room did have continuing issue with ants.

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a better experience with this hotel than I have with hotels twice the price.

Clean, comfortable. First Motel 6 that ever had a hair dryer. Staff was nice. Coffee was served all day! Loved it.

Very clean and nice room. Bed was a little rough but I was exhausted and slept like a baby. Quiet area even with being close to the highway.

Very clean room, very close to some very good restaurants including TEE JAY'S. Were very considerate and had rooms open when we checked very early after understanding situation. Close to Interstate 71 and easy to find off it. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to Columbus without all the craziness of the city.

Needs a lot of work. Carpets are dirty. Beds are like 20 years old. Needs a deep cleaning. There was dog poop everywhere in the grass. Room smelled weird. I sanitized everything.

We we're in room 135. We had one pillow and when asked for more we we're told no that they we're locked in the laundry area. We had our 1yr old granddaughter with no acomadations for her. No crib no nothing. One blanket. No middle soft blanket as in normal motels. We will never stay here again. Actually feel as if we should be refunded. I absolutely do not recommend this motel.

Great size room, comfortable bed, maybe could use a few more pillows and a bigger bathtub. No real complaints just a really nice place to stay.

$75/night. Lobby had an odd odor. Lady at front desk was efficient and pleasant. Check-in was quick. Room had a slight sour odor, but appeared clean. Paint was colorful and newer looking. 1"-1.5" gap between floor and door. Heat and AC worked well. Bed was firm and not saggy in any spot. Flat screen LG TV worked and looked great. Microwave and cold refrigerator worked fine. Hardwood floor and tile only — no carpet. (A beetle crawled across the floor as I was writing this. ) Water got hot very quickly and cold water did not have any significantly negative taste. No continental breakfast, only coffee, but there are restaurants nearby. Overall, I was surprised by the room considering it's a motel.

First night I get an obscene phone call from another guest who had been flirting with my lady companion. I said something to the front desk and found out you can not call room to room, so the front desk put the obscene call through. Then I find a huge bed bug in my room at 7:00 pm and I want to leave but the motel staff refuses to refund my money for that day even though it was only 7:00 PM. So I must pay double for the same night. Then after I had already stayed a night somewhere else, on a Sunday evening, my credit card is charged $10.57. I called immediately, as I get an instant notice. The only person working told me she had no idea why my card was charged or who did it. Or what a $10.57 charge could possibly be for. She did say she would refund it. Over the course of this four day ordeal, I asked to speak with a manager several times. I was told no manager was there, even on a Monday morning. I left my phone number each time but have not been contacted yet.

This motel is located right off the Interstate exit for easy access. Room was clean & modern and had Frig & Microwave. A variety of both fast food or Dine in eating were located just down the street. Price was very reasonable with the Senior discount and the main reason I picked this Motel. This was a business trip and as an added bonus for me this Motel was less than a mile from where I had to go. I will be staying at this Motel in the future.

This is a clean, well kept establishment. Plenty of parking, quiet location. My only complaint was the bed, which was comparable to sleeping on the ground. It was HARD as a rock, and extremely uncomfortable. They did have free coffee though.

I liked the room, it was clean and tidy. The bed was not comfortable to me, but other wise okay. The A/C was the problem. It could not keep the room cool. It kept turning on and off. So I did not get a good nights rest. After a 6 hour drive it was what I need to get the most. Hotel in close to dinning and gas station, so that was a plus.

When we first arrived, we expected rough rooms that would not be the cleanest. We were very surprised to find nice rooms with clean comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The clientele seemed a little rough, but we had no issues and the staff was very nice. We were impressed to find such a place at such a price. Thank yall so much.

100% honest I feel like they charge hourly in their free time. Much better than some motel 6's but hopefully I'll never have to stay in one again. Room kinda smells like a 90 year old woman lived in it and smoked too much. Burn holes in blankets included.

My job sends me out of town alot I work in law enforcement and I ve stayed at this place. Not bad at all love all the food places near by. My friends and family don't stay far in the area so I feel safe it's not a bad place. It's more homie feel for me. I guess cause most of my family and old childhood friends live out here in the area. It's a nice hotel.

Me and my wife came through on vacation we were greeted by Ashley who was very polite, accommodating, cheerful, and very professional! If we could meet more people like her things would be easy! ☺ she's definitely a keeper and deserves a raise! She made our vacation start out wonderfully.

Management was a joke, very creepy and very rude. Constantly staring at us while walking and gave a very uncomfortable feeling. Rooms were a mess and the surrounding area around the motel left a very unsafe feeling for us. Definetly would not recommend staying here.

Rooms were nice and clean. Honestly the only issue I had was the televisons were outdated.

Went for a getaway and had a great time. Only problems had was, hair dryer didn't work so had to buy the girlfriend a new one, water pressure sucked and TV was the old box style still.

The room was clean and comfortable, at least for the few hours we were there to sleep before moving on. Friendly staff, who provided what we requested. I have to laugh at some of the other reviews bemoaning the conditions. It's a motel 6, folks, and it was OK.

Hotel stuff was friendly, nice area with lots of food options. Room was clean with enough blankets and towels. Beds were made. Non smoking section.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I understand that you get what you pay for, but regardless of amenities and so forth, the hotel should still be clean. Our sheets had some weird yellow hard stain on them, the towels had globs of hair that looked like a mans beard trimmings, as if the towel wiped it up, the room stunk like dirty feet and puke. The worst part was, when we went to ask for different sheets, we were told they couldn't give them to us because the house keepers were gone. If you are thinking of staying in this area, there is a large selection of hotels, do not choose this one.

Grove city… very nice hotel clean comfortable very. Affordable.

This is definitely a best place to crash for a night. Cheap in class and you will definitely get what you paid for. There is nothing to complaint about it, I stayed in both Pittsburgh and Columbus on 2 consecutive days. In both places the staffs are very friendly. I easily got, late check out both places. Definitely a no brainier for one night stay.

Awful. A five star gag reflex promoter. Previous guests managed to leave their DNA in the form of nose pickings on the walls in the bathroom and next to the lavatory. The management must not be concerned about a place to hang bath towels or with making their guests' secure on the throne (the seat nearly came off). The faucet for the lavatory had a broken control and only hot water came out. Whoever owns this place is doing a great disservice to the reputation any other Motel 6.

Room smelled bad… cigarette burns all over bed spreads and sheets… toilet wouldn't flush right… no coffee maker or hair dryer in the rooms… this was our second room the first one was worse, broken lamps and drawers, the bathroom light/ fan sounded like it was cutting a hole in the ceiling. The room smelled like an old dirty ash tray. On the plus side it was clean despite the smell, shower was great (clean and lots of hot water) clean towels. The bed wasn't too bad either even with the bedding having the burn holes… I guess it depends on what you can deal with on a long trip lol… I no we won't stay there again though.

This is a great place to stay. Pet friendly, clean, laundry on site, close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff member Kim went way above her call of duty during my visit. She even gave me dog bones and potty bags for my dog. I will return to this motel most definitely.

Easy check in, very friendly clerk. Gave us a room on the first floor, big deal cause we are old. Room was very clean and smelled great. Basic amenities comparable to any budget hotel. King size bed was comfortable. Hard to beat for less then $60. Highly recommend this property.

Now a Motel 6. Remodeling is done. $54 for a clean room. I'll stay again.

Worst hotel experience ever. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager. After taking a picture of it, I killed what appeared to be a roach on the bed. I will upload this photo and a couple others on this web site. When I got home I went straight to the laundromat to clean all my clothes, and to make sure there were no roaches in my suitcases. Security lock on door already cracked in half when I arrived, snapped completely off when I accidentally left it engaged while trying to open the door. I have before and after pictures it. I traveled 200 miles to get there. When I arrived I saw a "no guns" sign posted inside the check in area. I asked manager what it meant. She said no guns ANYWHERE on the premises. That seems to imply the rooms and parking lots as well. I have a concealed carry permit, I'm 200 miles away from home, and now have no place to legally store my gun. I asked her to cancel the registration. She said I could not because it was done through Expedia. Now what? She didn't push the issue any further but why was I put in that position to begin with? She told me “You didn’t have to tell me”. So in other words, she put me in the position of having to choose between knowingly committing a crime, hiding that fact, hoping I would not get caught versus going to another hotel without a refund! Does she not know that there are hundreds of thousands of concealed carry permit holders who would have no idea of her no guns policy until after they had arrived?

I had room with two double beds the price was 60 dollars a night the room was nice clean and roomy pillows were crap tho so just bring pillows. Best price in area.
