Monitor the parking lot. Multiple cars had their catalytic converters chopped and stolen. The front desk responded, "That's why we put signs up that we aren't responsible for the parking lot. " This is a well known issue and the hotel allows it to happen.

Rooms are very dated for what you pay, I specified on line the number of guests and we did not have enough towels and I had to fix the toilet qhen I got to the room. I would not recommend this Crowne Plaza.

The NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS were my FAVORITE part of the hotel! playing with them in the pool is SO MUCH FUN!

The Huntington ATM inside of the lobby swallowed my bank card. When I informed the front desk of this, they didn’t do anything. They told me that it was the banks problem and not theirs, and gave me a managers card.

Incredibly clean and comfortable for business traveler. Service I experienced during my stay was outstanding. The front desk clerk run her *ss off for me. Very pleasant and professional young woman. Amenities are all an added plus.

Front desk staff very kind and house keeping so kind but was stuck in the elevator, my kids had to see people drunk (can't walk drunk) all weekend and fist fighting, allowed people to play vile music like a dj at the pool, had to listen to people screaming and cussing at ALL hours. My kids were scared to sleep here. Was not safe. Someone else had a brick thrown through there car window. Absolutely the most terrible place I have stayed for a weekend.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was there for a convention and they handled a very large group (hundreds) of people with no problem. Great service, dining, as well as other amenities. I would rate this hotel as a five star.

I really like staying here. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable plus they have all the amenities available if you need them plus the price is right.

Entire floor smells like weed. Staff does not care whatsoever. Hot tub closed when I specifically booked it for the hot tub. Hot tub was supposed to reopen on 11/7. Room is ok but the hotel just seems overall cheap. Learned my lesson and will not stray from my preferred hotels ever again.

Gross, filthy, disgusting… from mold from the air unit to broken cheap doors, dust and filth even hair stringing from the filthy nasty toilet. Definitely not even close to what they advertise. Disappointed and disgusted.

The pool is really awesome! It’s both indoor and outdoor and you can swim in and out. The room service was great. It was 3.5/5 stars on Priceline and that is accurate. It’s a nice hotel with small things that could be improved. For example, there was dust in the room from construction — we assume the recent updates to rooms. There were also some tiles in the pool that were cracked. Overall, though, it was a very nice stay.

The hotel was under renovation everything was in complete disarray elevators not workingasked no one seemed to people deal with the issues the restaurant was closed most of the time I filled out a complaint to the management sent me a lip service answer they should have overestimated me a rebate credit or something paid over $600 for three nites would never stay there again.

First time here and will never come back. My husband and I checked in yesterday at fisrt when we get to room we thought it was nice but the restroom has strong smell like body odor and when I took a shower the water in the tab was ankle deep cause it won't drain worst is I couldn't sleep last night cause my left legs were itchy and suddenly when I woke up this morning and checked my legs and my arms I had bed bug bites. We checked in at Room 550.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. The food at our banquet and brunch was delicious. Some rooms were still under renovation but it did not deter us from staying there.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. We had a night booked and actually walked out. Not even sure we will get a refund. Nasty white stains on the chair, mold on the baseboards in the bathroom, a half eaten chicken nugget along the baseboard of the bed, huge nasty smear marks under the glass on the desk, (yes under the glass on the desk) nasty smarks on the mirror of the closet, there was a door held open at the end of the hallway with a trashbag. Yes a trashbag tied to another door handle. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The place was nasty. We confronted the front desk and her reply was "it is clean in our system. " Sorry but a half eaten chicken nugget, mold, narsty grease marks? No, not clean. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. This was good and bad because we could still hear some traffic from our room but it wasn't too bad. There was a small pond with a walking trail around it which was nice. The hotel was very close to Worthington which had good restaurants. Room service did forget to clean our room :/ but the front desk gave us new towels so it wasn't a big deal. There was a great indoor/outdoor pool as well.

The gym is more than your regular hotel gym, they have resistance bands and a foam roller. It’s so nice and clean. Also, the receptionist MATT, went out of his way when the shuttle could not pick me up. Matt definitely deserves emplee of the month. Overall great comfy hotel with spacious rooms.

I spent two days, no nights, at the Crown Plaza for a professional event. The facilities are nice, and our meals (not sure if cooked at the hotel or not) were tasty. I'm not terribly snooty about places, but friends and I noticed that the drapery /fabric in the Pavillion room — — where, we understood, events like wedding reception are held — — was really dingy and dusty. For a bunch of early childcare workers eating roast beef and chicken it wasn't such a big deal, but I imagine if it were my wedding, I wouldn't love for my guests to feel like they couldn't stand too near the walls, you know? The bathrooms were really clean and there's a mirror in there which makes you look super thin, so I always enjoy visiting this location. The duck pond is lovely, and the pool — in which I did not swim, but spent a leisurely half hour lounging beside in a comfy deck chair — — was clean and sparkling and inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful upon checking in. The biggest problem of the hotels were the smokers. They all stood outside on both sides of the doors and customers had to walk through a cloud of stinky cigarette smoke to check-in (and anytime coming or going). It was a little unnerving pulling up to the hotel with all those people standing around smoking. No bellhops to help, but the front desk receptionist did help with my bags. To make matters worse, they threw cigarette butts on the ground. The front of the hotel looked like a hangout. People hanging around cigarette butts tossed on the ground. It looked more like a transiet hotel. (Great for smokers though) Not something I would expect of a Crowne Plaza property. The day of checkout, I called for assistance at around 1145 and was told the bellhops were not even there yet and no one could help. Needless to say your prices do not reflect your quality of service that one expects of a Crowne Plaza. My dates were from 3-5 Aug.

This rat hole is a complete a fraud! You walk in and you think that this is what you would expect from this level of hotel in this hotel chain. Everything looked nice. However, if you plan on actually staying the night, good luck. As I write this I wonder what I should start with first. Should I start with the fact that we reserved a king bed and the staff decided that we should just have a double? Should I start with the raw hamburger or burnt chicken that was delivered to our room via room service? Or should I talk about the dirty pool water with dead bugs, paint chips from the bottom of the pool with nasty dirt and hair accessories? Or should I really begin with the blood on the pillows that were on the bed when we first arrived? It's hard to know where to start and where to end with all the missteps of The Crowne Point in Worthinton Ohio. The general manager did his best to try to make up for these and other issues. He did ultimately remove charges and seemed genuine in being sorry. However, I would have rather things gone a lot better and pay the price I expected to pay then have to go through this experience. The issues continued to the shuttle service. It wasn't on duty half the time so we had to get cabs going to and from the Fair and Hotel. The hotel did pay for the cabs but it was not the best experience.

I attended an event here. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel is very fancy and fairly easy to get to. The restrooms were cleaned frequently and the meeting room was nice. The hotel provided ice water, note pads and pens. This was a very nice experience.

We are still here for another night of softball tournament so far it has been nice. The pool is awesome leads from inside to the outside. The rooms are spacious enough we had two adults and two two kids. The location seems to be in the middle of what you need to do about 15-20 minutes from Polaris, German village or Lou Berliner park. I give it two thumbs up.

Bathtub didn't retain water. Coffee pot needed replaced. Tell your customers that you are putting them into a handicapped room at the time of booking! Fix AC throughout facility! Hoping your upcoming renovations are spectacular! You need to train young front desk staff on courteous and respectful customer service. Need to offer FREE coffee 24/7, and FREE breakfast for your patrons! There are MANY organizations using your facility for conventions! Support truly is a two-way street!

It was awful. Checked in went to room it smelled as soon as I opened the door. Trash and food on floor. Checked bed and sheets had hair on them both beds. Found dead bugs in closet but didn't appear to be bed bugs. But I immediately went to check out and ask for refund and left hotel. The only good thing about the visit was the checkin process and friendly staff.

I really struggled with this review. On the one hand the hotel is making every effort to update themselves and maintain their high standards. On the other hand the hot tub was not as clean as I would like it to be, the rooms TV was dirty when we checked in and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom floors are quite slippery with no friction strips on the tub or tile floor. The wallpaper in the bathroom it's peeling. The amenities are nothing to brag about. There's a lot of redeeming qualities though the bed is the most comfortable I've ever been in, the walls are thick so you don't hear your neighbors. I got a wake-up call every morning. There was a pool maintenance issue and it was fixed before the end of the day. These are all good things. I can see why a lot of people dislike the hotel. But much like myself this hotel is on the Journey of improvement. I look forward to coming back there in a few months to see what further improvements they've made because they are doing great things. Four stars guy keep reaching for that 5th star!

Never been to this area of Columbus before, didn't get the best vibe from the surroundings (aka homeless near the exit on the highway) but once I got to the convention it was a great place to come to, the service there was great and attentive, everybody seemed welcoming and friendly. So my total opinion changed because of how the hotel was run with staff, I can't say anything about the rooms because I didn't stay in them, but has ample parking space for large events and good layout for conventions, easy to navigate.

Crowne Plaza hotel is a nice hotel. It isn't a Hilton, but it is a step up from the average nice hotel. I was there to help plan a birthday party. The banquet room was a good size but a few of the walls needed some paint. The projector in the room was old school. It didn't descended from the ceiling. This hotel is great for parties. I wouldn't have an upscale wedding there.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms need major updates. Food was good and plenty. Our room was bit dated and it could have been cleaned a little better.

Here for a convention. Facilities great. Had an issue with the latch on the door. They fixed it very quick. Pretty much as soon as we unpacked. Some of the front desk people not really listening when you talk to them. But the rest of the staff were great.

We were in what I believe to be the main ballroom. With well over 300 plus people the room stayed at a nice temp. The staff were prompt and helpful. The food was cold and the cake was hard (stale) but overall I had a pleasant experience.

I booked through Priceline Express. On the site I booked a King bed. When I arrived I was told I would be getting a two bed queen suite. When I went to the room we instead had two full beds. Other than this mix up, the hotel was very clean and one of the better hotels I've personally stayed in. Highly recommended.

Thought I got a decent room for the price from GROUPON. Wish I could take away stars! I have pictures of everything. FOOD floating in the pool, sunglasses in pool and the gym smelled like old sweat. The adjoining room door lock was busted and looked like someone took crow bar to the top of the door. Had to push a chair and our luggage up to it for the night. We walked back down to the pool the next morning, thinking we could get an early swim in. Pool was temporarily closed. The entire stay was horrible.

Attended a convention Friday and Saturday. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. My room was clean and comfy. Had two meals in the restaurant and the food was very good. However, the service on Friday night was less than stellar. Granted it was late, but we waited over an hour to get our food. Only one server and I am not blaming her, but I think something was going on in the kitchen. One of the members of my group had to get our water for us. The food did c…ome out hot, but one gal's hamburger bun was like a brick. They did replace it and apologize. My biggest issue was the chairs in the ballroom. I was seated in the last row of seats at practically every session and the majority of the chairs were broken. I had to stand at one point to be recognized and honestly it was trying to stand from a reclining position in a La-Z-Boy! You might want to check out the condition of those chairs and the carpeting could use a good scrubbing as well.

Loved it and everyone here. The lady who checked us in, sweet as sugar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you to all that made our Easter get away a fun trip, we will plan to do again.

Great hotel, friendly and courteous staff. Not really worth the $100+ price but you can easily find it cheaper on the travel sites. My favorite hotel is Embassy suites, but this comes in a decently close second.

I was attending a business meeting in a very clean Ballroom. It was nice for the manager to come in and explain where the restrooms were and the banquet manager came in as well. They went over the safety and exits. Extremely professional. I would highly recommend having a business meeting there.

My boyfriend and I were staying there over the weekend for a business trip. Last night, I sent him to the little convenience store to get some snacks. There was a sign that said if you need anything, go to the front desk and they can unlock it. He did so. The front desk receptionist refused to let him in. Said that she was ‘busy’ and he needed to come back. This person is getting paid to help customers and she decided not to. This morning we called to complain about the terrible customer Service we experienced and was pretty much told that there was nothing they can do and thanks for the info. I’m not asking for compensation. I’m asking for acknowledgment.

Old school, fairly large hotel on the north side of Columbus that has been around for a long time, but is still kept up well. They have a lot of meeting tooms and banquet space as well as most of the larger hotel amenities. The staff are all very nice, glad they remain a part of our North Columbus community.

Well I’ll start by addressing the sound when you flush the toilet and you hear the water running… ran non stop all throughout the night. It was annoying but we drowned out the noise. The heater barely warmed up the room as well. Now my biggest issue with this hotel was when we woke up for breakfast I call down to the front desk to confirm if they were still serving breakfast and was notified I had a half an hour until they closed breakfast off. I went downstairs and looked around and saw the food area and began to make me and my husband’s plate. After I sit our plates down, I go upstairs to get him so we can eat, as we both start eating we look around to see where we get the drinks from and pour our own drinks from the pitchers that were sitting up on the counter. As we start to eat, a lady walks over to us handing us a bill for $30! WHAT FOR? All the other hotels I’ve been to offer free breakfast. No one got us our food, drinks, or approached us for that matter. But they were quick to throw down that $30 tab. Had someone approached me, greeted me, notified me of the services I wouldn’t have made a fool of myself.

Stayed overnight in a king suit in February (not Valentine's related). There were a lot of kids in the pool/hot tub area that were not well supervised. Towels are provided in the pool area. The room was clean and a bit small, but it included a work desk with a comfortable desk chair. The shower was clean and had amazing water pressure, and the provided toiletries smelled amazing. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful and made us feel like VIP guests. Will be visiting again!

This is an older hotel and shows it a bit. However, we had a great stay and the staff was very nice. We had a king size bed that was super comfortable. We had a great nights snooze. I gave them 4 stars only because of some of the wear I saw around the hotel and there were only 2 towels in the room there should always be 4 in my opinion. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, easy to get to, clean room. Location I an odd area, hotel is in the middle of a commercial office park and close to the anheuser bush plant. Room looked like like it was updated somewhat recently. Only issue was ceiling looked like rusted metal that had been painted over even though it isn't metal. One other interesting thing was the water pressure in the shower was the highest I've ever felt from any shower. I liked it just wasn't expecting it.

Very dated rooms and could be cleaner. The staff was wonderful, but it did not make up for it. We had construction above us and very loud people on our floor all night gathering outside our room near the elevators. They were very rude and noisy and were slamming doors all night. We had a cracked toilet and water damaged ceilings and cracking ceilings. Maintenance was very lax. Seems like it was a good hotel once.

The pool water appeared gross looking so we didn't venture in. Hotel overall is very dated. Worn and dirty furniture and carpets in hallways and rooms. There is evidence of attempted updating, but the old heavily outweighs the new making for a very tacky overall decor. The "king size" bed was actually two double beds put together. The room reservation indicated there was a sofa with a pull out, but the room did not include that. The room and bathroom doors were more than likely original to the hotel. The bathroom door practically hits the toilet because the bathroom is so small. The linen had somewhat of a bodily sweat type of odor. The wall heating and AC unit was very loud and basically had one temperature. The channels on the TV were in and out with poor reception. I'm praying there were no bed bugs. None were detected following an examination. The only positive about this place was the 50% off price of $60. I can't imagine if I would've paid $120. I would've walked in and right back out demanding a refund.

I used a Groupon for a one-night stay. Check-in was easy. The rooms are interesting, there are a lot of what appeared to be upgrades, but there are other areas that look like they've been there since the 50s. Like the door to the bathroom looks like it had come from an old shed in the middle of the woods. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly strong. When I turned on the shower the head was tilted in a way that water went all over the bathroom floor. My friend and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The event was fantastic. And the staff seemed super friendly, other than the bar tender on Sunday. They told us the bar would be open at 2. She didn't start setting up till 2, which it then took her 45min to set up. All we wanted was beer in a bottle, which she could have easily gotten for us, but she never asked. That was a terrible experience.

I attended a networking event in the ballroom. The space was big enough for a large amount of people, well lit, plenty of entrances/exits, and the temperature stayed comfortable during the 4 hour event. The facility was clean and elegant. I would go back for other events hosted at this facility.

The room was super nice! We got a Groupon deal for a girls night and it was great! The service was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was very nice. The beds were so comfy and we slept like babies!

They are wonderful! We use them to host and cater our events and they are always warm and accommodating. I will always recommend them if you need a location in the Columbus area.

Great place, always look forward to staying there. The salads at the bar are wonderful. Two pools, one indoor, one outdoor. Rooms are clean and beds comfy. Air conditioning units tend to be loud and hard to moderate temps. Nice fitness area as well.

Checked-in on 09/24/17 to attend a conference being held Crowne Plaza on 09/25/17. Friendly and professional front desk staff. Mildewy smell in the room, wall around heating/cooling unit unfinished, bathroom light filthy and bathroom cabinet had not been dusted. Attempted to have lunch @ the hotel's restaurant Christino's, thinking this would be better than leaving and trying to find somewhere to eat as there are limited restaurants in the ares. Wrong! The restaurant had only one person working as the waiter/server/cashier! After 45 minutes, my order was taken and I received my food. Unable to eat because lunch break from the conference was over so I had to "find (peeked my head into the kitchen and asked the chef for help) " a takeout container and return to my conference. The poor waiter/ server/cashier was so apologetic for the poor service which was not his fault. Lunch customers complained to the front desk but nothing happened, as no one came to assist this individual, who also appeared very flustered as he tried to take care of each customer. I recommended to the company sponsoring the conference to not consider using this facility ever again, as I know other attendees will be doing the same.

The rooms are old but they are clean.

This place needs so much work. The number one problem is enforcing the rules and guidelines of a hotel. Things are going on in this hotel that should not be tolerated. I complained twice about people smoking, and nothing was done. I even spoke to an employee who told me I was wasting my time that they don't do anything. The hotel is just falling apart everywhere. Check yelp for photos of bed bugs. I would avoid this hotel if possible.

Came here for conference and people were helpful but short with answers to my questions for directions around hotel. Restaurant staff was prompt and friendly. Conference rooms were old and smelled funny along with broken light fixtures in the ceiling. Construction in the hallways and the courtyard were a bit of a distraction to the seminar but they did the best they could in a work zone.

We had a terrible time to check in the first room they gave us stinks​ like mildew and there was a large bug in the bathroom. We had to go back to the desk to tell them what happened. They then sent us to another room to check that out. So it took us 40 minutes to check in. Not once did anyone at the desk offer to assist us or get a luggage cart. I voiced my concerns to the manager and he was very nonchalant about it all. The hotel itself is decent it's a comfortable place to sleep. But the hassle of getting checked in made a very bad impression. Also they have a heated hot tub and heated pool and neither of them are warm at all. Not impressed!

Went there for a seminar. Building is nice looking on the outside. Inside: the hallway carpet was worn, stained in several places; and seemed to be laid over some thick, soft padding, so that it felt as if I were sinking in sand at each step. The hallway and meeting rooms were also freezing cold. And I'm usually the one who's too warm in any room. None of the bathroom stall doors would close properly as they were all out of jamb. And none of the wall mounted soap dispensers worked. Could be a nice place, but it definitely needs some TLC to rescue it.

This hotel is a true gem for the most part. It has a nice (Not free) breakfast, bar, an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and is nicely decorated as well. The room itself was a also very nice but a tad bit small. You couldn't go into the bathroom without running into the toilet. Other than that, it's s very nice place.

Weekend trip, Groupon offer. Expected better because I thought Crown Plaza had a good reputation. Not a great location, area seemed depressed. At all entrances we were forced to walk through a crowd of smokers. Some may have been employees because they didn't appear to be patrons. Checking in was quick, young lady was not rude but certainly not over the top welcoming. We arrived later in the evening after driving for 2 hours so we elected to eat at the hotel restaurant. Wait staff was very pleasant, food was acceptable but not worth the price. Unless you have no other option, you're better off driving one exit north and having a much better selection for meals. The room was clean but extremely out dated. Although we did not require, the room is not handicapped accessible. The air conditioner worked well but was really loud which is good because it drowned out the loud noises coming from the outdoor swimming pool well after midnight. Housekeeping visited our room and keft towels and soap, coffee (only 1 for two people though) but didn't make the bed. Next morning was pounding on the door at 9:30 am to ask when we were leaving. Check out is 11:00. Compared to other hotels I might stay again if I could get a good price but we've stayed at much nicer for the same or less money.

We didn't go in the hotel itself. Every year the Good Guys car show has people who attend the show and put on a car show in the parking lot. I think it's fantastic and my kids will never forget it. Thank you Crowne Plaza for letting this happen.

Front desk staff was amazing… Brooke and Tobias were absolutely outstanding! Our room had some issues but they almost made us forget about it. Five stars for them.

Room was clean, and the bed was VERY comfy. We slept so great. The only issue I had was we placed the do not disturb sign on the door, or the 'I'm in with my feet up' sign, to not be disturbed and every morning at 9:30-10am we were awoken by one of the house keepers or whoever trying to get in. — _ — What was the point of the sign if it wasn't going to be read? We were there for a music festival, so we're out late every night, so we would have liked to have slept in longer. Lol.

I attended a birthday party. The room was beautiful. The bartender could have been a little more helpful. We asked for the sweetest red win and was given a very dry one. The way staff was a little presumptuous. They took a few glasses away assuming the guests were finished… they weren't. The food was very good. They were very accommodating when there was a change in the lighting requested. I would recommend them to someone looking for a place to have a function.

The room was clean, but the toilet kept running very loudly and randomly. The tub was dirty and when taking a shower the tub filled up quick… The towels and wash cloths has red stains… I can only assume that it was blood. GROSS… Also, just a warning… The door for our room has about a 1 or 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door. You can literally see the feet of people as they walk past. The bed was probably the most comfortable need one slept in, in a long time, but I just saw a website that had reviews of multiple customers saying that they have bed bugs! Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Many reasons to never stay here again. I wouldn't wish this place onto my worst enemy. As soon as I checked into my King Suite I started having issues — I arrived exhausted late at night for my 5 day stay. My key wouldn't work, after 5 different sets of keys they decided to send a engineer to my door to let me into my room. The engineer finally got me into my room after I spent 40 mins trying to get in. My newly remodeled suit had a small face lift — the rooms had a mixture of new and old furniture. The main guts (toilet, shower, carpet, doors, blinds between living room and bedroom) of the room were the outdated parts — The toilet doesn't flush, I've got to hold the lever down for a minute for it to flush. The shower is from the 80's, the shower head spray water throughout the whole floor in bathroom (I almost fall every time I've stepped out of the shower. The room smells of mildew, possibly from water damage. The workers do not respect "The Do Not Disturb" sign. Both days I've been here I've been disturbed while my sign was on door. First day, it was the house keeping. 2nd day, it was front desk manager who proceeded to call my room. The workers at the front desk always seem a little overwhelmed with the high volume of customers that are usually at this hotel. I'm in Columbus often, I'll never stay at this establishment again.

Professional setup and nice meeting space overall. Certain things detracted from the meeting, such as a very loud air conditioner that presenters were forced to talk over, but generally a nice space that I would recommend.

Attended Whitetails Unlimited event in the ballroom. Appetizers were great and dinner was average probably due to the large number of plates being served at once. The place was clean, and staff were courteous.

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Easy, convenient parking. Nice pool and workout facility.

I attended a one day professional seminar at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North. The building was clean, the people working there were friendly and we were provided fresh ice water throughout the seminar. Overall I was very happy with the location. If I could change one thing I would have preferred bigger, more spaced out tables. It was a little crammed in the room we were in and seating was limited.

What an awesome staff! I had the misfortune to lock my keys in my car while on a business trip. Front Desk associate Josh was amazingly helpful. He had a shuttle driver warm up and clean off the snowy shuttle bus for my 2 minute commute to corporate training while he called roadside assistance to retrieve my keys. Kudos to Crowne Plaza for going above and beyond!

Location is decent — not great, but not bad. Staff was ok — only really interacted with the gentleman at check-in, he obviously didn't want to be there. Everyone else seemed pretty friendly though. Place was fairly clean. Room seemed like it had been updated recently. Was in pretty good shape, but the linens could have been better. The pillow had a bit of an odor to it and had some kind of black smudge on it. Main reason for the low rating was there was no hot water on Sunday morning. I'm not sure how that happens — and we weren't in a hurry or anything, at least offer us breakfast until you get it fixed or something. Will try to find a newer property next time I'm in town.

I have nothing but good things to say regarding my stay. I do believe my opinion has been severely influenced by ALL of the staff being extremely friendly. Being that it snowed the night of my stay they informed me they had scrappers for me to use. Then upon my exit I realized I left my watch. It was turned in by the staff. I'm not sure what the fuss on other reviews are about outdated or dirty because my room was clean when I got there and clean when I went in after staff was there to check for my watch. Also one that I used priceline secret hotel to book this room and unlike other times I have done this they did not give me a room closer to the hwy or one that hadn't been renovated yet. Great place!

The staff was great. The general hotel areas were nice. However there were several things wrong with the room. No operating fan in the bathroom. Toilet didn't always flush. The tub drain was very very slow. Empty beer cans in the TV console from a previous guest. Housekeeping and maintenance need alot of improvement.

We had a convention in August and the staff was great and bedrooms were well kept and the restaraunt was excellent the best hotel in columbus.

I spent a day for a professional conference. There was plenty of space, speakers were easy to hear, and the food was great!

The hotel is in a Slightly secluded area so you don't have to deal with traffic. Rooms are nice, beds are really comfy, bathroom and hvac are dated. Restaurant has good food.

Hotel was decent. It was a conference hotel so very busy. Rooms were small and outdated. Bathroom shower curtain rod was broke and water leaked. Security key door in back of hotel allowed anyone in with key card. Would not stay here again.

Very disappointed in service. Staying here for four days but washing machine is not working. No laundry facility. Only one answer that we have order the part and checked with staff to findout that this machine is out of order for ladt month.

Bad place. Got charged 200.00 then another 149.99 for only TWO NIGHTS. Called the manager and he gave me some spiel about a security holding and would be refunded upon check out. Guess what? Three days later and still don't have it. Upon arrival the hostess told me free breakfast as long as my group was under 5 people. My last day there I went down and got breakfast and a 25.69 check was waiting for me when I got back to my table. Should have never stayed here. I figured it would be an outstanding hotel because of the price. Apparently not. Also had to take the stairs because their elevator was broken and the other was being overused. Wet stairs from people having to walk from the pool back up to their room. STAINS on the linen as well. Was very confused about that. Please take my word and don't stay here.

I ranked this hotel 1 star because there is not a lower ranking! It was THE worst hotel I have ever walked into. I did not even stay the night that I had payed for. As soon as I walked in it was very outdated and dark. I waited 20 minutes just to check in and there was no one in line, yet two people working the front desk. Once I got my key I got on to the elevator and the first thing I smelled was mildew and urine. When we opened the door to our room there were bugs scattering, stains on the sheets, cracks on the walls, a terrible odor from the refrigerator, and the toilet had a dark brown discharge in the bowl. After seeing all this, I went downstairs and explained the issues and they advised it was one of their better rooms and they had just finished remodeling earlier January. They did absolutely nothing regarding the inconvenience, at that point, I decided I wasn't going to argue but leave and take the financial loss. Happy Birthday to me, right.

We got the room on Hotwire. It's probably worth the Hotwire price of $65, but not more. I've stayed here several times and the recent room upgrades are nice, but after checking in tonight one of my pillow cases has some serious stains on it. Not cool. Also not cool to charge for the internet. If you're looking for a cheap room and you get it for $65, sure, give it a shot. But, definitely don't expect some crazy, fancy place. It's average.

We were down in Columbus on 4-18-15 to watch the OSU spring game and had decided to stay overnight. We booked the hotel in advance and had no idea the amount of events that were scheduled for the area. Several of the events were for youth sports and that usually means kids are away from the parents and end up just being kids. The staff did a great job of keeping the noise down while allowing the kids to have fun. Now to the room. You could tell that the room we were in had been recently remodeled, it was very clean and the bed must have been recently replaced. The thing that is most important to me is that the room is quiet and this room surprised me. We have travelled extensively for business and my wife and I were amazed at how little noise we heard. Overall we were very satisfied.

The hotel itself is clean and it has a good gym for a hotel this size. The location is convenient, staff is nice. Trying to get someone to modify a reservation over the phone takes several calls to different numbers which was frustrating. Important to me — I did not see any recycling bins which is a hassle.

My husband and I spent two nights here and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the shower head.

Dmy room appeared clean. But I was shocked to learn there wasn't free Wi-Fi that could be used in the room. You have to pay to use the Wi-Fi. Or you can use it for free in the lobby. Next my room was full of ladybugs and spiders on the wall. I call the front desk before I left to run errands that day to ask them to remove the bugs and the clerk said she would be sending someone down. I left to handle errands for a few hrs. When I arrived back to my room the bugs where still there climbing on the wall. I called the clerk again and someone immediately came up and removed the bugs. Also on my arrival I was told my room was 128 the clerk even wrote it on a card. I couldn't find the room, so I had to go back to the front desk with my five bags of luggage and ask for help find the room. The clerk gave me directions and sent me on my way. I went back to find the room and I couldn't find it. So I went back to the desk and received help from a different clerk who informed me there isn't a room 128 and I was giving the wrong room number. So at that time I found the room. I wouldn't stay here again due to the bugs and no free Wi-Fi.

Stayed over the 4th holiday. Staff was great and bed was comfortable. Hotel was mediocre. My first order after checking in was to fix my toilet. There was black mold on the ceiling and brown/green on the wallpaper in the bathroom. Combine that with a slow draining tub, being in a commercial area with an active train track and a dirty looking pool from the 7th floor. No plans to ever return unless I get unlucky with this hotel on a Priceline bid again. It would have been great to have some extra amenities for free, like Internet at a minimum vs. ~$9/day. Definitely worth my really low Priceline bid but unfortunately no more.

Just way too overpriced and hidden fees! I will never check in here again.

This hotel is not that nice to be charging so much. I can get the exact same room and service (w/of the over priced restaurant/ room service) for $79 at the local best western! Which I usually do but it was booked up due to the Arnold classic this weekend. You have mold in the bathroom corner ceiling. No hair dryers (what hotel doesn't have this? ) you have to pay for breakfast? No Internet unless you pay for it. For $165 a night you don't offer much. At all. The few positive things where nice staff and a decent bed.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel had a leaking roof, and the water dripped into my room during the middle of the night.

ASCLS OHIO CONFERENCE Learned a lot and hospitality was great. I would stay again besides for the conference.
