Great place and great staff. Very helpfull.

Franchise location owned by the Patels. We booked 3 rooms & requested an adjoining room for 2 of them. The front desk clerk charged us for a 4th room in error & they wanted us to pay for 4 rooms which we refused to do. They locked us out of our rooms & were very rude & unprofessional. The hotel & its staff along with customer service were not willing to right the wrong behavior since it’s a franchise location. We have spent many dollars & accumulated 100s of thousands in points & now will frequent other hotel chains & avoid independently owned hotels. Terrible experience.

This is the first Country inns &suites that I've stayed in that didnt offer welcome packet & a thank you letter for being a loyal member… The continental breakfast was the worst… I was very disappointed. When I booked I wanted 2 rooms with 2 queen beds & got 2 rooms with king beds, there were 4 girls 2 in ea room… thank God we were family… the towels at the pool area were not sizable…

People are great, very clean rooms and breakfast is awesome.

A/c not working ok. 77F… complained but staff did not do anything…

Wanted a nice, comfortable weekend away from home. PROS: Whirlpool was nice, hot tub was nice, pool was nice.
CONS: Bed was TERRIBLE! Too hard and lumpy — very bad for a bad back. Daytime coffee luke-warm and didn't get better even though staff notified, breakfast was TERRIBLE, hot food was luke-warm or cold. Check-in staff speech was fast and broken English. Heard every move from upstairs. Very unpleasant stay for the cost of the room which was RIDICULOUS! For a nice getaway, it turned into a nightmare. Left after one night.

Very nice staff very clean much more friendly than Best Western next door.

Worst Experience At A Hotel. Its Dirty When I Went Into The Bathroom It Smelled Of Urine As If It Hadnt Been Cleaned. Also When I Went To Get Ice On The 3rd Floor I Was Harassed By The Staff Even Though We bought 3 Rooms. Do not stay here!

Quiet location, room is clean, service is good. No problem. Staff is pleasant.

My car was broken into here even though I was parked right in front of the main entrance. I lost over $1200 worth of camping equipment When my backpack that was fully loaded was stolen. The hotel itself is back away from the main road. I do wonder if this was an inside job but I have no evidence to support who did this to me. The staff in the morning at the front desk were very helpful cleaning up the glass that covered my front seats.

Breakfast was amazing. Way better than most hotels. The pool was nice and no one was there when we went. The room was very clean and had a nice setup. Great place, I recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating but there was mold growing in our bathroom. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel! The pool was very clean.

Very clean, very helpful people! we stayed night there after nieces wedding that was less than ten mins away! This hotel can be seen from I-70, but u must go thru the Best Western motel drive to get to it. Big wonderful Hot & cold (cereal) breakfast! hot gourmet coffee all hours In lobby. Refridge, microwave & iron in rooms. The lighting In bathroom is too dark thought especially to try & put on makeup! So we stood by window w hand held mirrors! there is a full length mirror in rooms! And we woke up to little families of baby geese! Smoking area on front porch w table & benches. My mother said she loved that the sheets & pillows did not have bleach smell, only CLEAN smell! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING TO STAY! Not noisy at All! You Can Not. Hear highway! they have pool, hot tub, work out room, wheelchair accessible room, and vending, only thing is we had 3 in room & they left a water bottle in room & said we must buy from vending if we wanted more, so bring water bottles & use ice machine or put I fridge! BUT THEY BAKE HOMEMADE COOKIES FOR GUESTS THERE! YUMMY & DELICIOUS!

Great location, nice rooms, and the service is good.

Facility and room were clean. Pool and hot tub area was well maitained, with windows facing east for relaxing in the morning with sunshine. Housekeeping and general services were good amd similar to other Country Inn and Suites where I've stayed. Breakfast has a good variety and balance of options. There eas always hot coffee and tea available. Location is convenient to the freeway and easy to get to local points of interest. 15-20 minutes to John Glenn airport depending on traffic. Only thing different from other Countr Inns was this location only had free cookies on Thursday, and none on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during my stay. : (Everything else was excellent. As a Club Carlson member, I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, nearby lots of food places and shopping centers. Nice rooms, and good activities inside hotel.

Room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. Room was also very clean and linens were fresh. No real complaints.

The hotel was very clean. We were having a family get together. The pool and hot tub were nice. They kept both at good temperatures. Only complaintt there was the switch for the hot tub was in the far corner of the room and not marked. The only complaint in the room, was we had a suite so 2 rooms. The thermostat was in the first room so it was hard to keep the bedroom comf ortable without leaving the door open. A fan above the doir didnt work and they said they would be up to look at it. We didnt hear anymore. Their breakfast was decently good. I cant say hoe thetbkept it when guests would start coming down, as I ate at 6am when it first opened.

Stayed the weekend at this location. It as picked for its price and closeness to downtown. The area is nice and very quick to get around to food/gas/shopping. The room was very clean, comfy bed and quiet. Breakfast options were wide and healthy. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Nice place to stay and friendly staff. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times in the past year or so. We will be staying here again for our mini vacations.

We had a nice night at this hotel although it is hidden behind the best western and so appears to be apart of the best western. The bed was a little hard for my taste but overall the room atmosphere and noise level was great. Had a very nice person check is in. The breakfast had nothing hot except for a western omelette and something else unappealing to me. They had cereal and breakfast breads and a waffle maker and juices. Which filled me up just fine.

For what we paid? Cobwebs in the room, black moldy shower head, volume lock on TV (? ), rude staff; got yelled at for asking for more bath towels. Breakfast was decent.

While trying to rest on Sunday from our holiday traveling, they put us in a room directly above a church service going on. It was so loud it shook our room for an hour and a half. The hotel new they had this booked, but still decided to put us in this room. All they said was they could move us to a different room or we could check out. They never asked the people to unplug their amps. It was HORRIBLE! When I approached the group to ask them to quiet down, they turned the amps up. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Never consider this a place to stay.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Jan at the front desk was very nice. Pool was open until midnight. Would stay here again.

Arrived early for the concert. Talked to the Manager and was allowed to check in early get room key and all so that I would miss the night rush after the concert. Was really nice to talk with the manager as they explained all the recent remodeling that had taken place and was taking place. I like that the employees make you feel welcome. The rooms were clean and just right temperature. As a Carlson club member there was a snack basket waiting for us. I always enjoy the breakfast and atmosphere. We have stayed at this location every year since it opened that we have come for ROTR. We will do it again next year. Just an awesome experience!
