There were a lot of options for food good location 5 starsThe rooms were clean but small 5 starsYOUR STAFF IS THE RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. This all started from day 1 right as I was checking in I did endend up staying 2 weeks with you guys but I will never stay at this hampton again. Please send your staff to have up training on customer care. Then you will be a better than a 1 star hotel.

Quick stay at Hampton Inn during a campus visit to Ohio State university. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and the free breakfast was delicious.

Very polite staff and room was great. The location is great so much to eat and places to shop and close to freeway.

Average hotel. Rooms are nice. Amenities are just average. Mini fridge a plus.

Our visit to this Hampton Inn has been great. Our room was clean and spacious and we love having access to coffee all day.

This hotel clearly has remodeled recently. It was clean and comfortable. The bed wasn't great, however. They allowed me to have a late checkout which was appreciated.

Standard Hampton Inn. Rooms are in great shape and the TV's in the rooms are huge and new. Indoor pool is a plus. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Clean with a very functional small Fitness room. It also has a small swimming pool suitable for relaxation.
Close to all the amenities that are within walking distance.

The location was hard to find as the street address is for the side of the building, not the front. There's several conveniently located restaurants, a big bonus. Breakfast was hot and well stocked and they offered a great bagged breakfast to go if you were in a rush. One of the overnight staff was very gruff, but the other two desk staff were very polite and helpful.

I enjoyed the stay. They have coffee at all times in the lobby, and it's pretty good. The hot breakfast was nothing spectacular but good enough. The king bed in the room was good and comfy, plenty of towels and pillows, lots of light. They had a big TV in there, must have been 48" at least. Much better than the smaller sets you usually see. Really there were quite a lot of options nearby for food and drinks.

This meets or exceeds the Hampton Inn standards we’ve come to expect from Hampton’s nationally. The front desk was seamless from check in to out. Breakfast was very good and, again, to the Hampton Inn standards. Also, a great location with many restaurants and shopping spots within walking distance. Reasonable prices, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice indoor pool, all of which are clean and well maintained.

This is why Hampton Inn is such a great hotel: clean rooms, great staff, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. I stay in a lot of places and a lot of Hamptons. This one is as good as they get.

Great professional and friendly service. Room was clean, just like new, and laid out well. Not cramped and cluttered. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place, nice people, pool was great and way to get to. Breakfast was a bit skimpy and cold. All in all great stay.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. I was able to check in early and they let me check out late. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel has an option for a remote check-in that allows you to access your room with your smartphone if you have the Hilton app. Crazy! You don't even need to interact with any of the staff if you really want to. Clean rooms, cool refrigerators/AC, and run-of-the-mill breakfast for Hilton. Overall a standard, solid choice for a hotel.

The hotel was clean and the people were very nice, but our room had a strong musty smell. It was a bit unpleasant.

Nice room with updated decor including bed, furniture, carpet, linens, bathroom sink, etc. There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices (a difficult task at some hotels). The warm breakfast is always a draw for me at Hampton Inn and this one was great as usual. I knocked it down one star because there was a strange mildew odor to our room and I was sneezing and woke up congested with dry, itchy eyes (allergens? ). Also, as updated as the rooms were, the microwave looked like it was from 1970 which I found odd.

Consistently clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and hot coffee. No cookies on weekends needs a fix!

It is a very nice hotel. The manager was very nice with us. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, the beds are on the softer side. The shower feels a little short though for someone who is 5' 8". Breakfast was great, the omelets they have were very tasty along with the potatoes, but your mileage may vary.

The furniture in the room looks amazing. Very modern, and the amenities are great! Everything is provided for, and if you forgot any toiletries they have complimentary replacements. Comfortable beds and would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms and friendly wait staff. Continental breakfast was overall pretty good. Pool and exercise areas also seemed nice if you're into those things. We didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep, but from what we saw it was great.

We stay here every year on our way back from Indy. Nice place, decent rates, good breakfast. Nearby shopping.

This was a great hotel. We didn't use the pool but it looked awesome. Great location for accessing the highways.

Got in late and left early so didn't get to check out gym or pool. Room was nice, breakfast was ok.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Hotel has clean and modern feel like other Hampton Inn locations. Complimentary breakfast is a nice added feature.

The Hotel was a typical Hampton. It has been kept up well and the staff was friendly. The only negative is that it is in a simi bad area.

This place is THE WORST hotel I've ever stayed at! Try to bill us twice, rude staff! Stinky Not clean At All!

Paid cash for room then mngr tried to bill us again for room. After an embarrassing few moments in front of other guests of hotel, night mngr sheepishly admitted they were wrong. In spite of this we tried to keep room an additional night but was told in a quirky rude manner that hotel was booked. Called adjacent 3 hotels, all of which had plenty of rooms avail on Monday. My truck was at dealer receiving repairs and kinda felt unwelcome at this hotel. Room was clean and we'll kept. Breakfast was the worst we have had at a major hotel chain. Bread stale, milk near room temp, eggs avail only in boiled variety and darn near frozen. Won't use this national accnt again …

The hotel was very clean and the service was also very good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Recommended stay!

What a joke this place was air conditioner didn't work refrigerator didn't work kids wasn't allowed to swim in pool past 10 pm and the fire alarm was going off none stop and the manager there is a pos won't go there again would have rather stayed in car all night.

Beautiful hotel inside, clean newer rooms, great breakfast. Just the kind of enjoyable experience you expect from a Hampton.

No laundry on site we had to drive 4 miles to a laundrymat to clean soccer uniforms. The room ac would run for 3 minutes and shut off. I could not sleep because the room was so hot. The lobby had to be 90+ degrees. This was the worse hotel experience I have had.

OK for a Hampton. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. 'Breakfast' was a bit sparse and with mostly stale breads and muffins. My room had broken furniture (round table and chair) and had no work desk. My buddy's room was a bit nicer, with work desk, etc. We paid the same rate. I wonder what gives? I guess I just got one of the B-grade rooms for the night.
