Staff was great. BUT arriving in our room there were Cheerios on the floor. Also one of the lamps by the bed did not work. Also bar in shower/tub came right out of wall when using it to get into shower.

Nothing fancy but clean. Lady a front desk was very nice. Good Wi-Fi. Has fridge and microwave.

I don't know who these people are writing reviews but what I experienced was a first for me. I found a condom wrapper under the bed when I dropped the remote. A guy 2 doors down overdosed and there was a CSI unit there and when I asked management why they said they didn't know they were even in the building! So we asked to be refunded for the next 2 nights they wouldn't but we weren't staying anyway. I called the motel next door and told them the story and they refused us because of the bed bugs that this place is known to have. We didn't have any problems with bed bugs though. When I confronted b. M. The manager he pretty much hung up on me. I'm giving it no stars.

I was staying here at the Red Carpet Inn and had to leave all the sudden in the process I had to leave all my stuff to the gracious of the staff and the owner of the establishment they held my property since January 25th of this year it is to can me 5 months to finally get a load back to Omaha Nebraska to pick up my property the staff and management here are very kind they will do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable this is the reason why I'm giving them my 5 + rating I will come back here if I ever get a load going through Nebraska again.

Good place to sleep a night, I saw clean and neat room, they have breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable, and enjoyed playing darts and pool at the "Best Pub". Was located close to food and entertainment and did not feel far from the Omaha action.

Nice hotel. Free breakfast cant go to weong.

BED BUGS! Management is not available and they do not return calls. Would not recommend staying here!

Over priced. Dirty. Check out isn't till noon which is nice except housekeeping starts vacuuming at 10am and bangs the vacuum on your door and the front desk is run by a bunch of rude idiots.

Just started working here and it's nice. We do not have bugs. Might need 2 be updated but still a nice place 2 stay. Rooms are super clean we work our asses off so that we know there clean. And the staff does not do drugs. Might of been the staff before me but I've never seen anything. But again I'm not there 2 make friends I keep 2 myself and work I don't get mixed in all that.

One star off due too it looking shady on the outside but nice inside nice staff absolutely loved the room.

I EXTREMLY ADVISE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL I was a frequent visiter there for the last 4 years and just recently told that I was not allowed to be on the property any more for doing absolutely nothing wrong, this hotel has issues from fire damage covered up on 2nd floor to infestations (black mold due to water damage from fire, bedbugs, now wallbugs of some sort) To drug using employees, my first email to the boss was not takin seriously so I am taking the next step, I am going to shut dwn the hotel hopefully soon… All these 4-5 star ratings are a joke and are to be believed to be from the hotel employees themselves, there are reviews that I know that are very true, and where is the fitness gym they claim to have, there is not one image on any review site or there company site, that is because it's a storage room right by the pub for where they store stuff that has been found in rooms and or stolen from rooms in there, I have never seen inside that room has a lock on it, I am told by a former employee… I have help out many times with the rooms cleaning and I know that Only one room has a flat screen TV and that room is right above the balcony desk looking over at the front window, 208 or 209 I believe… They have infestation problems really bad… Anyone ever happen to stay in and find rags washcloths with black marks and or dirty colored, think about it, what do people use to wipe the oil burners they use to smoke on?

If I could give this place a neg. Star I would. We made reservation a month in advance for a handicapped room. ON OUR WAY I TRIED TO CALL 6 TIMES to confirm our room for that night no one would answer the phone. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we couldn't have a room. All the rooms were taken. My wife was in bad shape which is why we made the reservation. Stay away from this place. Very expensive and rooms suck.

Got in at midnight, was given a clean room at a reasonable price, it was a bit loud in the hall. Small breakfast. I would stay again.

My rating is a Negitve 5 on 10/29/17 I checked in for a one night stay… I took my bag to the room and left back out. I come back to the room about 9:30 pm that night. About 10:30pm I dozed off til around Midnight on 10/30/17 I got off the grab my bottle water off the nightstand. I turned on the light and seen a few BEDBUGS crawling in the bed. I grab my belonging and out at 1:30am on 10/30/17. Slept inside my Vehicle.

My daughter had her laptop and charger stolen from her backpack. We talked to management and filed a report with police. We called numerous times to get updates on a resolution. Nothing has been done and the general manager is clueless. He took our numbers and has never returned any of my phone calls, how convenient for him. I am placing a corporate complaint about this motel and it's management or lack there of! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this motel as obviously theft is an issue and doing nothing about it is its procedure.

The boss does not know how to sign these paychecks they got bed bugs they treat their employees like s*** they don't even respect anybody there foreigners I would recommend anybody come in here the house Keepers especially Denise is a real piece of work and everything don't ever come here don't ever do anything here at all at Red Carpet Inn Omaha Nebraska.

Don't stay here! I had my laptop and laptop charger stolen from here! My TV wouldn't work either. There were stains on the towels and bedding. I truly advise people to not stay here.

Its a good alternative to sleeping in a car, and its cheap… But cheap does mean small and crappy.

Dingy, nasty, gross. Nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke. Overpriced rooms, gross, stale breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty decent. You could tell that thought and planning went into it. The service was great as well! They were so helpful and kind. But the room was not the best. It despretly needed to be updated and the whole room was a mess it definitely needed a good vacuum. The shower and sink we're gross as well there was hair in both (not mine or my wife's) and the toilet was broken. If they fixed up the rooms or actually cleaned them this place would get a lot better reviews.

Room was a little hot and took a while to get comfortable but otherwise fine.

I visited the Red Carpet Inn for the bar and even though it was small the bartender (I think was Gail) was fantastic. I have never had such service anywhere. To be honest, it truly helped that she was very attractive but at most bars with an attractive bartender they don't work very well. I was very impressed, I'm a Dissarano drinker and wish they had it but besides that it was a great night. They also had a rare karaoke night with 1st Class Entrainment till about 11ish, added to the fun and entertainment!

It's a older hotel it does have a pub in it. But they stay away from the hotel side so no bother. Other then that decent people and clean rooms. Small breakfast area but it's a small hotel where alotta people don't stay also very quiet.

The bathtubs are filthy and they give us 70 channels on the TV and only about 7 work they also don't have a TV remote the service at the front desk is good but it's a bit outdated.

The room was dirty clothes left in it. The bathroom was filthy and the facilities are very outdated. Even though my reservation was for 4 nights, my key card was deactivated after the first night.

It's horrible, The ac doesn't work fully, The house keeping people knock really hard and are really loud.

It was an ok stay. The service was good. The location was ok. My husband came to omaha for work so he has other Co workers staying in the same motel. His room seems to be the only one with a 1980s model heating and air unit. The other guys are digital. Other them that it's not a bad place for the price.

It was a place to sleep. Not a good place for kids.

Nice room Clean, well equipped, and large Easygoing friendly staff made me comfortable right off the bat Pet charge of 10 dollars was a lot less than I have been dinged at other places Onsite lounge a plus Two big thumbs up from my perspective.

Staff very friendly, but the $52 advertised price for a single bed room on the sign jumps to 63 if you're a couple, which felt a little like bait and switch, rooms aren't bad but beds leave much to be desired.

Just wanted to say this place may not be the hilton but for the price you pay the place was clean the staff was awesome made us feel at home, very helpful with everything we needed even went out of way to be helpful would recommend to everyone.
