Pool wasnt heated like they say it was very very cold.

Very nice here. I would rate it a 10

It is a very clean hotel with all the comforts and family.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

Zero stars! Worst experience ever! Do not stay at this hotel. I called 9 days before my reservation to confirm that this hotel was pet friendly. The person taking reservations said that they do, there’s a fee, and that the pet has to be 60lbs or under. All that was great. I show up after 9 hours jammed in a car with dog and kids, to find out that they only allow service animals. The very polite young lady working the desk called the owners who refused to allow us to stay, stating since I didn’t remember who I talked with, that they can’t allow it. Apparently the answering service for this place and the owners aren’t on the same page with their policies because I was told that this has happened multiple times recently by the hotels own employee, but the owners pretended to act as if it hasn’t and it wasn’t their responsibility. I will never stay at a comfort suites again after this horrible experience. They left us stranded at night without a hotel room.

Large rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed provided adequate room for 6 people. The rooms were clean, there is a small indoor swimming pool that my children enjoyed. Free parking and breakfast provided. Great value for what I paid.

Hotel and bed were ok. But being surrounded by Ghetto was a bit uncomfortable. Upon arrival. Cars sitting in the parking lot. (Non guest's of the hotel) playing loud BASS music. Was a bit unnerving. Are brand new car was backed into. Was caught on video. But could only be seen by the manager and police department. Which is fine. But when we were told the manager was gone for a week. Left me scratching my head. "There's no managers on duty? Or available? " The morning and Day staff where very friendly and understanding. The police department was great. Wanting to know if the "Vehicle broke into at the hotel next door " was related? It's been 5 days now. And no one has even bothered to address the issue. I'm sure for the other guests to come out and see police cars first thing in the morning has to be uncomfortable. The officer told us the apartment next door was known for stolen vehicles and drug busts. I don't recommend for families traveling with children.

Still ongoing stay. Pretty close to some good restaurants. Pool is pretty small but seems fine, and the hot tub looks to be closed up. Workout room is small but adequate. Breakfast is a bit lacking but not too bad for free. Some things look a bit dated but everything seems pretty clean so far.

Check in was great and welcoming. Our room was mostly clean and spacious. It was apparent that the facility was a little older. There was obvious wear. Cobwebs in the corner of the room, mold on the mini fridge. Breakfast left a lot to be desired — dry, microwaved sausage links and warm yogurt from the cooler… Bed was comfy, room was mostly clean, pool was simple but clean and useable. Not my favorite place to stay but did the job!

The physical location of the hotel is in this small bubble of safety surrounded by ghetto. The staff were very efficient and courteous. The rooms were fine, but the quality of installation of construction materials (sheetrock joints, floor coverings, etc) was poorly done. Also, in the hallways of the upper floors some poor choices were made to add lighting. Keep your eyes diverted to the floor and you'll be able to see your room number when you get to it. The rates were very reasonable compared to other lodging options considering the baseball event going on. Breakfast was the standard included breakfast found most places, but the staff did a great job making sure items were stocked.

Decent hotel. Looked around when booking and this one was closest to where we wanted to be. Drawback — hot tub is no longer available even though it’s still listed under amenities.

The lady that helped us check in was awesome. We had a confirmed room at another hotel and when we got there they wouldn't let us check in because we didn't have a bank card. It never said that on the website. We are from oskaloosa Iowa and was upset when we was told that. So when we got here she was awesome and helped us and made us feel welcomed. Thanks for everything. The rooms are great and so was everything else.

Rooms were hot. Staff wasn't friendly. Refused to let us in front door. Gazebo was dilapidated. Breakfast was basic eggs and sausage. I would pass on this one.

Great location, "roomy" rooms. Decent pool, hotels, and Continental breakfast.

The gal at the front desk didn't know the computer system very well, and was unable to check us in without assistance from another company that we had to call. The other gal at the front desk in the morning is sweet and helpful. But BEWARE! We found out our car window was smashed and items were stolen. A guy saw us checking out the scene and said that it's a frequent occurrence there. Nice place but make sure you have theft protection.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice but what sold me on the place was the ladies at the front desk. Candice (hope I spelled it correct) and the night clerk was amazing. Always having a smile on their faces and willing to go extra lengths to make our stay more comfortable. Will definitely stay here again thanks to the staff.

Checked in and the front desk lady was unfriendly, disrespectful, and rude. She had a line of people waiting. And she looked like she didn't know what she was doing. When we got our room the room we went into was already occupied. So we had to haul all of our luggage back downstairs and wait. When we finally got into our new room the TV wouldn't work. Spent 15 minutes trying to get it to work. Besides all that I guess the stay was alright.

Clean. Very nice pool. Had a good time.

Quiet rooms, clean, breakfast needs work.

Comfortable and affordable, with a good breakfast. Unfortunately, our first room's refrigerator was busted so some of our good spoiled overnight, and we had to move to a room with one that worked. This room only had one working room key (after trying to get both working with 5 trips to the front desk, we gave up). Otherwise, not a bad stay, just not the best that I've had.

Room 322 does indeed have moldy curtains. And a stained couch. And dirty beds with hair and crumbs and small specks that look like blood stains (bed bugs, perhaps? And the sink faucet is loose. Also the ceiling lights are burnt out. Probably the worst room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, rooms are clean, and beds are soft. Near plenty of stuff to do and downtown is about 20 minutes away.

The first night we got into our room, the pull out bed was dirt had hair in the sheets, trash under it… Dust all over the top of it… Bath room had hair on the floor. We reported all of this to the employee, we got clean sheet, but the dirty ones stayed on the floor after the came and cleaned the room… We also had another room that had mold in it they changed us rooms the next morning, we left for some hours and came back to another employee that said that we didn't have the new room, we had the keys to it already, then she tried to put us back in it… This place the rates was good for it to be a suitejust some poor service.

One star only because I had to use one. Don't stay here. This Comfort Suites need new management and employees. HORRIBLE customer service. Mold and hair. Breakfast is nothing like the picture on their website.

No stars, but requires me to use one. The worst hotel we've stayed in. Mold on curtains in room 322. The hide away bed had hair on the sheets. We received clean bedding and place the dirty sheets on the floor expecting housekeeping to take them when they come clean the room, but were still on the floor when we rerurned to the room. Customer service horrible. We were told that notes would be put in the computer, but know one could seem to find the notes. Phil Smith the manager was not concerned about how bad our stay was. Warning! Stay somewhere else!

The Beds were nice and Comfy. The Breakfest area DOESN'T have enough tables and the was hardly any food amd it was only 745am. Not Empress with OVERALL!

I was firstly impressed by the really friendly service at the front desk. The size and comfort of the room was my second pleasant surprise. The fact that they have an indoor pool and hot tub is really just the icing on the cake. PS I stayed at the La Quinta next door last night and it was much less nice, both in facilities and staff.

Very nice room and clean, good breakfast for a hotel… only thing I didn't like is the spa didn't heat up the water was like 60 degrees the pool was warmer then the spa. We will be going back there again.

Let me start off by saying I only slept at the hotel… I didn't use any amenities, or even eat breakfast. My room was clean and cool but had a funny smell. The service was good for the most part I would have scored 4.5 but unfortunately it's only a 4 or a 5. I'd DEFINITELY return to this hotel though because it's quiet, peaceful and even full, didn't feel crowded. Thanks!

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. I give our hotel stay a 10 out of 10.

On top of the hotel being old and not maintained… The pool being no bigger than what I would consider two hot tubs large… The staff was rude and acted as though they were bothered each time I needed to ask a question. The hotel offers continental breakfast but when you go down for it everything is out of stock… They had no coffee, no orange juice, no pastries or bagels stacked, no eggs, no syrup… when I went to the front desk to ask when the items would be filled because we need to go he looks bothered that he had to stop watching TV to help me… He said someone will be coming to fill it up they go back-and-forth. I asked him where she would be so that I could let her know that all of it was out and he said I don't know shrug shoulders and ended Conversation by looking back at the television. Five minutes later after no one came I went back out and address the same gentleman. He said I'm not sure so I had to press further and say is there a phone number I can call to let her know. He looked irritated as he slowly got up and said I guess I can go try and find her. I would never stay here again!

I really like this hotel! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! I slept amazing with all the big fluffy pillows and comforter. Has USB charger plug ins lots of plug ins as well. Fridge works really good gets really cold, microwave works good, good channels. They give u lots of towels too. If you need anything they will try get it for u. They are very nice. The only thing was the pool it needs to b scrubbed down has a scum line around the top of the pool above water line. Overall very good hotel. Would stay again.

The pool is freezing and the pool guys refused to warm it up. The hot tub was a foot low on water and was warm.

Great hotel. Atmosphere was great. Rooms were awesome. Did have a problem with the pool. It was not heated and way too cold for my daughter and my own enjoyment. Ended up taking my daughter to play in the bath. Breakfast was great was just looking forward to more hot items such as biscuiits and gravy and sausage. Had a great stay though.

Clean hotel and rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Looked like fresh pair and new carpet. Pool area was also very nice and kids loved it. Would stay here again.

Booked 2 nights. 1st night ok, but not overly impressed by interior, but was late when we checked in. Left for the next day only to come back to a room that had been "cleaned". Trash not taken out. Every towel in the bathroom was dirty! Took them down to the manager and his response was "what is wrong with them" I had to show the brown stains, the blue stains, and the black stains on them. Elevator smelled of mold and mildew, elevator inspection certificate is overdue by two years and has mold. Doors had paint pealing off, missing trim everywhere. As a Diamond Elite member, this was by far the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. Never, ever ever again.

This hotel is right off 680 and is quiet and clean. We stay here often and the staff always takes great care of us. Last time Troy (Manager) poured our coffee and I could tell he cared about making sure we were having a good stay.

What an awful experience! We got there, checked in and had to ask our room number after being handed our keys. We went up to the room and there were "spots" on the comforter. We called down to the front desk and they got us a new room. Was that much better? No, but the beds were clean. There was a pair of jeans that had been left in a drawer, an empty box of Kleenex and ants in the room. The hot tub was barely luke warm. The person who checked us in was more interested with his phone than making sure the kids were not running down the hallway playing tag and knocking on every door. Would NEVER stay there again.
