Horrible and rude staff. Including the GM! I would avoid this place at all cost! Find somewhere else for the same price and better customer service. Stay away!

Nelson was probably the most disgraceful and disrespectful person I’ve ever met working in the hospitality field. He degraded my family from out of town and made them feel so unwelcome. We’ve brought so much money to this hotel as my family always stays here and we will never be giving this place our money again.

Nelson needs to be fired. He was very rude and laughed and called my family names. This is unacceptable and I expect corporate to step in and take care of him. We are not the first guests that Nelson treated this way.

The employees turn tricks with the married guests when they're supposed to be on the clock,. Soliciting prostitution and drugs tara hunt homewrecker, baby killer, drug addict, felon, just got out of prison,

Nelson is the rudest person I have ever met. We came to this hotel for a getaway and to swim and he came in and kicked us out of the pool and said there's a 30 min limit. That theres a sign posted. I have pictures there are no signs my son was just crushed. I called corporate to complain.

This is one of THE best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, including those which are supposed to be considered upscale brands.
The property must be new. It is very well appointed. The breakfast area is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable.
I can’t believe it’s under $100. The VALUE is incredible.
If I ever come back to Lincoln, Best Western Plus is my unequivocal first choice for accommodations.

We just chose this hotel at random while traveling and we were very pleased with our choice. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The food at the breakfast bar was fresh and very appetizing. We highly recommend this place for lodging.

My name is Joshua Aull. I want to say that the place was so very clean, rooms were awesome, beds were absolutely comfortable, beautiful bathrooms. The whole place is beyond expectations the breakfast had such a great option, fruit was so fresh, coffee was great even set up for cereal was awesome I really loved the eggs as well the staff taking care of the breakfast and refilling did an amazing job. The whole place goes above expectations and you get a feeling that they care about the look, and food, and the people who stay there. Pool size is great, depth is really nice, very secure, even the area for the ice machine and vending machines look super clean. Kids made a comment wishing they could live there :) I would definitely make it a place to stay at if they had a VIP membership I’d gladly take that. They stepped up there game in hotel experience, food, and the look. Loved it thanks for it all.

Came in passed midnight, we were welcomed with a smile, accommodating and friendly… able to sleep and rest… good breakfast.

When I called and reserved my room I told the attendant that I wouldn't arrive until late I asked him if he could give me a break on the cost for the hotel and he did very nice. And their breakfast is excellent.

We have enjoyed this location twice this summer — once on our way across the country going East, and again on our return trip home to the West Coast. Every part of this property is outstanding from the caring staff, the beautiful rooms, the comfortable bed, & the tasty breakfast. Enjoy!

We were on our way home from our two week vacation when we stayed at this BW so our stay was only one night. We both commented on the cleanliness of the hotel. We liked the fact that our room and bathroom were both large. This hotel is just beautiful. We only wish we could have spent more time in a hotel like this one. Thank you, Cathy and Brad Swanson.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel amenities and lobby were kept very clean, and it had that nice "hotel smell". The carpets design and feel under your shoes was exquisite. The beds were soothing, and the bathroom was spacious. Even the oullout couch was comfortable! I slept solid throughout the night. The front desk has everything you might have forgotten in the toiletries department. I would stay again!

Just checked out yesterday and had a typical Best Western Plus experience. PERFECT! Rachael at breakfast went out of her way to help my son with his food and drink and made quite an impression. This is a great Hotel.

Fantastic hotel with quiet and clean accommodations. Room was clean and well kept. Decent shower. Did not get a chance to enjoy the indoor pool or workout facility, but both looked well maintained! Breakfast was just what the doctor ordered after a long day of travel, and we got a good night's sleep. And it's about three minutes off the interstate. Would stay again if I'm in the area!

The room was great but the staff not very friendly. My daughter left her purse next to the bible in the drawer next to her bed that she just got for her birthday the week before. I called after she realized she forgot it, and we had already been on the road for five hours back to AZ. I explained what happen to the front dest guy and asked if they could mail it to us, he sounded irritated and put me on hold. Five mins later he came back on and said they didn't have it. I asked him if he was sure because I know for a fact it was in the drawer next to the bible, and snapped at me and said no we don't have it. Not really sure where it would have gone or why the staff would steal a little girls purse. Oh wait yes I do, it had over a hundred dollars in it that she was saving for school clothes. Pretty crappy what our world has come to, and what a horrible experience. Yes it was my daughter's fault for leaving it, but the front desk guy did not have to be so rude about it. Was very disappointed and I will not be returning.

New looking building. Very clean and organized rooms. With a good size pool. Small exercising room with everything to keep you in shape while you travel. Breakfast buffet included. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They will do everything to make you feel comfortable and happy with your experience despite any problem that you might come across.

Beautiful hotel. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and it's like 3 years old! Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well!

This chain has vastly proved since I last stayed at one! This motel was very modern, clean and welcoming. We were on the 4th floor on a Saturday night and it was super quiet. Quality linens and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety but we're vegan so less so for us. Still, it was enough. I'd definitely stay again.

Even among Best Western Plus options, the Lincoln facility stands out. I stayed here on both legs of a recent business trip for that reason. The rooms I had were especially quiet, and the breakfast area is laid out so that guests can choose whether or not to watch the available TV. I'm grateful for that, because I'd rather not start the day with a television! There's also a separate screen for weather, readily available but unobtrusive. Well done.

Fabulous hotel. Treated us with respect, recognized us as Gold Rewards Members, gave us our rewards points AND a goodie bag. Exceptionally clean. Fantastic breakfast. Front desk staff was very warm and friendly. Housekeeper was superb. Price was just right too.

This is a fairly new hotel with high ceiling! Great deal for the room with a sofa bed, not that we need an extra bed but perhaps have a sofa to sit on. The front desk rep. Collin was very helpful with the questions we had. He’s very knowledgeable with the surrounding area business. Hot complimentary breakfast was good. I highly recommend that! We would love to stay there again on the way home!

This facility is well maintained and exceptionally clean. We thought it was brand new when it is 3 years old. I was concerned that our room was across from the housekeeping area, but we didn't hear any noise at all in the morning. The breakfast is better than most with the area being well laid out and more variety. The location is easy on and off the interstate, plus easy to get downtown. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

Tried to charge me twice because he couldn't figure out the confirmation number given to him by TRIPADVISOR even after I myself called best western to verify. he then later tried to play it smooth and was gonna Charge us for a new room but not tell us. I told him no I because I wasn't going to pay twice he told me that's all I can do next time call here instead. you can pay twice and figure out the rest later. it clearly says no refunds on my confirmation email so we ended up leaving.

Very clean, large room. The breakfast included hot items as well as pastries, cereals, fruit and coffee and juice. The breakfast room was clean and had lots of seating. The entrance area was welcoming. The check in and out processes were easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband have stayed here quite a few times as this is about half way through our trip. Love it here! Very nice, clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, easy on and off and of highway! Can't say enough — we will definitely stay here again!

This is a modern hotel that is very clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. For a family of 5, this is the perfect space to spread out and let the kids relax. Awesome pool. Awesome breakfast. Thank you Best Western Plus!

A new hotel, with nice rooms, but lack of interest in the staff by addressing issues when speaking about disabilities. We were put on the 3rd floor in room 302 which was really far away from the elevators even though I had stated that I really need to be able to limit the amount of walking I have to do. I was told that room 302 had direct access to very wide stairs with hand-rails if the elevator was too far away. Our stay at the Best Western was just a place to put our heads down to sleep, and if only judging that, we did sleep… Can't really gripe about a $100 a night hotel room stay… Got bigger fish to fry…

The only thing that we did not like about the hotel was the pillow sizes. We are use to our King size pillows so when you enter the room and they are "baby" sizes was kind of a disappointment. The breakfast was better then most hotels and had a vary of choices.

Very nice rooms. Good space and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was warm compared to other places where they are always very cold. Nice location and hot breakfast with plenty to choose from.

One of our most trouble free hotel stays. Everyone was friendly and professional. The lobby was inviting. I like Veda the quiet hours posted in the lobby and elevator because we had an early morning wake up time, and we were not disturbed by loud noises overnight. The bed was comfortable. And the room amenities were what we needed.

We completely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful premium Best Western property. The value was amazing. My husband enjoyed the breakfast items. Lovely, welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable. We will be back this summer :)

This is one of the best Best Western Pluses I have had the pleasure to stay in. The staff will go out of their way to help with any concerns you may have. The breakfast very well presented and is better than most continental breakfasts. Nice verity of choices, and they strive to not run out of what is being offered.

Nice accommodations, but woke up the next morning to the realization that we weren’t alone in our beds—bedbugs. When I informed the manager she didn’t believe me even with bite marks showing. She said they would investigate. Only offered to discount our stay & would be in touch. Checked my credit card yesterday & saw the room had been fully deducted. But haven’t heard from the hotel with apology for the inconvenience.

This hotel was excellent. It was neat and very clean. We stayed three days and the hotel staff had our room made up quickly. The breakfast was great with changes in food items daily. The whole staff was great and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel. Lobby are clean as well as our room. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The washroom/restroom are very nice and clean. The breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll likely comeback!

Lovely hotel — — Right off I-80. Great breakfast buffet to get you started in the morning. BW is really giving Hilton/Marriott/Sheraton a run for the money with their new look. Super clean inside and out… best beds/pillows too! Nice to have micro & fridge in room for families or longer stays.

We used this hotel for base during the Great Eclipse of 2017. Great highway access, food, and things we needed. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen the suites were a great value. Happy to recommend the hotel for future stays. Loved the cleaning crew, quiet, efficient and really good clean rooms.

We stayed at this hotel on the way home from a month-long trip during which we stayed in many hotels. This was definitely among the best. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of this Best Western. It is clear the management takes pride in making sure guests have a positive experience. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were exceptional and the breakfast staff was attentive and caring. We will definitely stay here again when passing through Lincoln!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only issues I had was an electric plug problem with the bedside lamp and the breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times the coffee was like hot water. I had to go to Starbucks for decent coffee. The real issue with it is the staff seemed to think it was more my problem than theirs. I almost missed breakfast because of having to go to Starbucks.

Outstanding stay. Staff were all helpful, friendly. It was nice to see Security on the premises at night. Room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and beds extremely comfortable. Will definitely return and recommend. Great weekend overall.

Great place to stay. We got a wonderful rate on a room with two queen beds and a sleeping couch. The room was enormous, clean, and quiet. Breakfast the next morning had wonderful choices that satisfied our family of five. We'll definitely stay here again.

Stayed here a few times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile with a genuine smile. It's also a clean and spacious modern setup with amenities and a nice breakfast. All in all Great place to stay in Lincoln.

Awesome Hotel! We traveled over 5000 miles on this vacation and stayed at many hotels. This was by far the best! Everything from check in to breakfast the next morning was great. And you can't beat the price. It's a pretty new building and the rooms are very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We were really pleased with our stay. From the extra cushioning in the carpeting to help with noise to the beautiful decor to the friendly staff to the gluten-free options at breakfast, we wpuld highly recommend this hotel! The price was similar to another hotel on the south side but your hotel came with free breakfast! So glad we stayed with you!

Best of everything. Great breakfast. Excellent service. They had a big event at a local University so the place was packed, but it didn't matter: everything was awesome. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Only him that could have possibly been ANY better was the mini fridge: it was barely cool, no freezer for our icypacks we carried in our cooler. Beds were awesome, suite was exceedingly clean. Loved it.

One of the best Best Western Hotels in the midwest. Very clean, very helpful staff. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, it is a normal hotel breakfast, which in my opinion is not very good. But other than the breakfast this is a great Hotel. I will stay here every time I am in Lincoln.

Easy off, easy onto I-80, this property feels brand new despite being 2+ years old. Pleasant, helpful staff and, best of all, a very clean, comfortable room! The breakfast area is large, comfortable, and attractive, albeit with the cookie-cutter beverage and food offering seen at virtually every other similar hotel. Yet, inlike many others with the moniker, this is a Best Western Plus property that actually lives up to its name. And, being on one of Lincoln's main drags, it is very convenient to most of the better dining choices in town. We regularly travel I-80 and will definitely stay here again if our timing has us in the Lincoln area for an evening.

Extremely friendly staff. I ended up needing to stay an extra day and they took care of that without issue. Room is huge, bed is very comfy and the bathroom is nice. Free Wi-Fi, and the free breakfast was pretty good (hooray for waffle machines). Parking is also free and easy.

This feels like a very new facility. It is very clean and the decor is modern. The is a very nice and roomy breakfast and lobby area. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our visit.

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in during our travels. Only downfall is the lack of restaurants close by, but definitely a beautiful overnight stay.

Great hotel! Location is great, just off the interstate. Check-in was courteous and fast. Room was nice size and bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be small pillows, but that's just nitpicking on my part.

Room was very clean on the first day. Maid service the following days not so much. Sheets were not changed and were left rumpled on the bed. Did not leave any make up remover pads after first day. Dirty cups were left on the tables.
You could hear every time someone flushed a toilet. Doors are not sound proof. Could hear every time someone was walking down the hall.
Breakfast was ok, but doesn't start until 6:30am, so for the working people this does no good.
And, thanks to the drunk guy on the third floor tonight, yelling and screaming trying to kick a door down at 2:30am! Tried calling the front desk and only got a busy signal. It is now 4:30am and I haven't been able to get back to sleep.

Arrived at this new property just before midnight after a harrowing day on the road. Daniel at the front desk warmly greeted us and quickly got us checked in. When he saw things weren't quite right with the reservation, he immediately made adjustments to get us settled. Excellent customer service! The room was spacious and quiet and the beds were fresh and comfortable. The next morning, breakfast was well stocked with both hot and fresh options. We will definitely stay again.

I chose this hotel based on the fact that they had gluten free options for breakfast on their website. Also based on the fact of the wonderful experience that I had at the Best Western in Simi Valley, California. However, I really disappointed with the breakfast options. This hotel does not have a fresh omelet bar. A staff member did make me fresh scrambled eggs though. I could only eat an apple and a dried box of gluten free rice Chex cereal. They said that they had a clean toaster. However, with the kitchen being behind a wall, I didn't want to chance it with driving for eight plus hours today. I have Celiac disease. The yogurt is not gluten free. I told them they should carry yo plait. This breakfast is okay for the normal person that wants to dash out the door. But from the other Best Western in Simi Valley, California. It is horrible. I did love the room. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Everything is brand new. I did not smell the carpet glue. I have fibromyalgia really bad and am sensitive to smells. It didn't bother me. The hot tub and the pool were open to eleven. There is no life guard so swim at your own risk. However, they are both inside. This was a real plus after such a long car ride. The soda machine was out on the second floor so you could purchase soda from the desk at the lobby. I would have given this hotel a five star rating. However, there was no wine bar reception with cheese and grapes like in California at the Simi Valley Best Western.

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING to stay at! The breakfast bar blew me away with the options they had! Cheese for the eggs, delicious bacon, gluten free options, and sugar free options — both of which I incorporate in my diet, so I was beyond thrilled to see these things! We are driving across the nation, and had stayed in Holiday Inn's a couple nights in a row and were not impressed. They were overpriced for the quality we received. At this best Western all the staff were courteous, considerate and did their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were perfectly cleaned, as well as the lobby, breakfast area & bathrooms. I am so happy we decided to branch out and try something different, we will be staying at Best Western Plus across the nation for the rest of our journey!
