Front Desk workers are fabulous. Extremely caring for there guests. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too.

Great place, clean rooms and friendly staff.

I’ve had to take multiple trips to the Mayo Clinic and this is the first hotel I stayed at that I felt extremely comfortable. I don’t have to worry about anything going wrong. Every morning has a fantastic layout for breakfast, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff leaves friendly notes after they clean. Today they even offered complimentary chili that was delicious! My husband and I will have to come back to this location once I have my follow-up appointment!

Daily Soup, Daily cookies, Fresh lemon water. Very cozy, very nice people, nice rooms, And so much more! No complaints what so ever! A very nice and respectful place to stay!

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway as well as close to several restaurants and local grocery stores. The rooms are very clean and up to date, the staff is extremely friendly and the beds and rooms are cleaned every day. The pool hours and breakfast hours worked great and we had no issues when we stayed there and would definitely come again!

Hotel was fine. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. It was hard to get service from the front desk. I called several times and no one answered. Waited by the desk for 5+ minutes for someone to come check me in.

Hotel was great overall. Rooms were nice, pool and hot tub were nice, and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the front desk was very hard to reach. We needed to get them some info and we called multiple times and eventually had to walk down there. Even then we had to wait a few minutes until someone showed up.

Hotel is extremely clean and the staff goes out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Also offers reduced rates to Mayo Clinic patients and have a shuttle that runs to the clinic for those who would rather not drive downtown. Costco is right across the street and the are numerous restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for pizza I highly recommend Mr. Pizza North which is a very short drive up the hill. Amazing thin crust!

My mother, Frances Lewis, and I stayed at this magnificent hotel on three occasions within a four week period. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the Mayo Clinic and as a added bonus they provide free breakfast, soup, cookies and refreshing lemon water. This is the only hotel we consider when traveling to Rochester, Minnesota.

Hard to find things I did not like! Stayed 4 nights on business. Pros: Friendly front desk. Great amenities. Quiet and comfortable. Good sleep. No problems with parking or driving where I needed to go. Cons: Got in too late for 4:30 crock pot of chicken soup all but Thursday night. Pool water too cold for a swim. Hot tub had not opened up due to repair and reconditioning of water. IPhone took a few extra steps to use hotel Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend this hotel. I liked lemon water, Coffee, cookies, eggs and breakfast meats included with big hardy breakfast buffet. Nearby shopping and places to eat. I want to return to nearby Ootori Sushi.

This hotel is modern and the staff are great! The place is always clean and people are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone searching for a hotel that offers value in Rochester MN.

I was excited about visiting and staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Rochester MN. Upon arrival the staff was friendly but once we got to our room we were disappointed. The room smelled musty, the bathroom didn't appear clean, nor the bed comfortable. I felt like I was staying in a motel 6 with itchy sheets. We left the room for an outing and returned to a room where the sheets (make-up stain still on pillowcase) hadn't been changed nor the bathroom clean, though room service left us a dirty wet towel behind. We booked the hotel for five days and I stay there one of the five opting to stay with family while my husband and son camped out in the substandard room (didn't want to lose our money). I felt overall unsatisfied and dirty even after a shower. I did do a survey and the manger promptly replied which is why I left one star instead of none. The staff need to be trained on cleanliness and they need to update their linen, probably shampoo the carpet or just clean the whole place and spend some money on updates. A little bit of luxury goes a long way which is why I'm returning to Hilton which is about the same price or just a bit more for quality.

Nice clean hotel. Beds were comfortable. Good selection of breakfast foods. We has a mishap with the waffle maker, which was stuck and not working. One member of our group tried to get it to work, and the nozzle came off, spewing waffle batter everywhere. The manager was quite irritated about it, and made us feel badly. I felt she could have dealt with it in a more professional manner. Everything else was good!

The staff at Comfort Inn and Suites definetly goes above and beyond for their guests. This evening we noticed that our bed skirt was very dirty. Around 6:30 I mentioned this to the lady working at the front desk. When we got back from dinner (around 8:00) we heard a knock at our door. It was the housekeeping manager. She had come back in… just to change our bed skirt… at 8:00 at night! We were shocked and so thankful for this excellent customer service. Thank you for making our stay the best it could possibly be!

Wonderful visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful! A beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel. The manager is awesome!

Very nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really busy which is awesome. Would think the breakfast nook would be a bit larger to accommodate the number of people they get there. Also the staff making up the rooms should finish what they started. I had pillows not back on the bed… Why? The next night they didn't finish the bathroom, are they so understaffed that these people rush too much and can't remember where they left off or? Other than those things, awesome and very comfortable beds, great sized rooms and very clean!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating The rooms were clean The showers made promises of a massage shower head but the fixtures didn't deliver Breakfast was the standard out of the microwave omelets and breakfast meat. One problem — the place was over run by out of control kids who were with traveling sports teams I was told by one of the hotel staff that they expected even more of these kids and their parents next week. Unless you enjoy loud and rude children running through the halls and climbing on furniture in the lobby I would check before I confirmed my reservation that there weren't any of these groups scheduled to be there.

Rooms were very nice. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The included breakfast was very good with many different selections.

Room was great! We were hungry at check in and was pleasantly surprised to have hot soup ready! Breakfast wasn't as nice but would stay there again.

Pretty good. Couldn't help with the credit card. Way to much chlorine in pool. And temps were off. But mostly good. Clean rooms nice beds good towels. We'll stay again if can.

This was a great place to stay. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The room was spacious and updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had soup and cookies in the evening on the weeknights. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Rochester.

12/1/17 — We have stayed at this wonderful hotel many times now in the past couple years. We absolutely love it! The staff are all really friendly and personable. They have the most incredible breakfast in the morning and serving that healthy home made style oatmeal. There is such a variety of things nobody should walk away hungry. They have coffee and teas available 24 hrs in the lobby and a nice selection on the rooms. This place prides itself on cleanliness. They even have hand sanitizer dispensers many common places where you can grab a squirt as you walk by. They have a nice pool and nice size hot tub also. This is always an added way to relax. Their towels for the pool area are as soft as the towels in the rooms. You don't see that often. Each Mon-Thurs night they have a crock pot of soup out in the lobby with crackers for the guests. This is incredible soup too! In addition, if you are coming to the Mayo Clinic, there is such an easy route on calm road to get right to the clinic buildings in about 10 minutes. This is without messing with the main highway and these crazy high speed exits… etc. We seem to come to the Mayo Clinic multiple times per year and we call this hotel our home away from home. We will continue to come here!

Courteous and friendly staff. Away from the downtown area but not difficult to get to Mayo. They also run shuttles. Coffee round the clock, breakfast in the morning. Newer building. Very nice rooms. Decent rate. Would definitely stay here again. A+

I am from the area, and my doctor had recommended that I get a night away from my home in order to rest (due to a medical condition I'm suffering from). When I arrived at the front desk, the staff member informed me that they "usually don't allow people from the area to stay at the hotel because usually people from the area are only at the hotel to party". He explained that he would let me stay, however, because I was already there. I mentioned that I had never heard of such a policy, and he said that it's very common and I most likely wouldn't find another hotel in town that would let me stay there. This made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I completely understand kicking out customers that are not following the rules of the facility, but I do not understand discriminating against people from the area and creating an unwelcome feeling for someone who has done nothing to warrant it. As a paying customer, I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated. The facility was wonderful, and the bed was comfortable, but because of how uncomfortable the front desk staff member made me feel I will take my business elsewhere in the future. I would not recommend it to any of my visiting friends or family from out of town. If the staff member could make me feel that uncomfortable and unwelcome, I wouldn't want to risk my family or friends having a similar experience.

Great room, very clean! Staff was very friendly and attentive. They even delivered shaving cream and a razor because I forgot mine.

Been staying here weeks at a time, location is great and I asked to keep something cold in the freezer and they had no problem helping me out.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you to all the staff, you made our stay very enjoyable and effortless.

Staff was very friendly, I had a small maintenance issue with my room that was fixed promptly. Room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast was really good and they have a soup every night 4:30. I would definitely stay again.

I think this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at very clean rooms. Nice bathroom (you can move around in) the beds are nice! The pool was very nice and the hot tub. Tge staff was very nice and helpfull. If you need a good place to eat go crosed the street to roosters barn&grill will definitely come back.!

Rooms were nice, had a couch with coffee table and another seating option in the room. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, that wasn't too bad though. However the room we started in had garbage laying around, sawdust on the floor, dirty/stained towels in the bathroom. But most of all one of the beds was soaked in urine. When the manager on duty came up to our room to investigate he seemed to be almost as awestruck as we were. "I'll adjust your bill by $10" Is what he said. Is that a standard deduction for finding something wrong with the room? Because he blurted it out rather quickly. Aside from the lack of cleanliness and care in the first room the hotel was nice, I do plan on returning here if I have future visits at the mayo clinic (
