Extremely friendly staff who are always cheerful. The rooms are always spotless and nicely decorated. Great breakfast and coffee is great. Have stayed over a dozen times in the last year and consistently great service.

Hotel is fine, but their bookkeeping system stinks. The bill from them was very confusing with charges applied, and credits and odd $ amounts. In the end they charged us for the room correctly, but then credited us and it was an amount even more than the original charge. So being a nice guy, I called them to let them know they credited me and they said they would reverse it. So the next statement comes and they now have reversed the larger amount and then also charged that larger amount again! Geez! Had to call them again and we'll see what the next statement looks like. You'd think for all the hassle they would have given us a night's stay or some type of a "thank you" credit. Nope. Just saying — watch your bills for accuracy.

If not the pinnacle of luxury, this place provides the essentials to start a productive day. This establishment features a hot tub, a sauna, free basic breakfast, and a friendly staff. This place also is right next to a Perkins resteraunt, for easy dining. Overall, it wasn't my favorite, but did accomplish what it advertised.

Interior has been remodeled and they were in the process of replacing windows and redoing the exterior. Staff was nice and helpful. Price was right. Very close to Wade Stadium where the team was playing and a short drive to the downtown/wharf area. Would stay there again.

Very clean room until we had to take the cover off the air conditioner. My husband cleaned our filter and then went to my moms room, who has lung cancer… Cleaned out hers. I am not sure why we did not take a picture. I woke up this morning and the the dust bunnies still where like baby mice all over the desk. My mom can barely breath. Will never be back.

Clean and simple rooms. Nice and quiet. It's not as close to downtown so you gotta drive. Free breakfast in the mornings, but it's very simple and very boring. But over all a good cheap place to stay it.

Rooms were clean, but fairly basic. Good for a short stay. Breakfast was served in the main lobby but selection limited.

Room was clean and nicely decorated, staff is friendly. I was taveling alone with my two young children. We stayed two nights. I felt safe. The only complaint I have was the breakfast was just ok. (Cold cereal, English muffins, yogurts, frozen pancakes and waffles, juice, milk or coffee. But for the price I paid for the room. We will be back.

The location is very convenient. Right off of the highway. Nice and close to downtown Duluth. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is nothing to write home about, but for the price it's clean and does the trick. Also has basic breakfast which is nice.

I have stayed twice at this hotel and I really can't complain. Both times the rate has been phenomenal and the rooms decent. The shower drains a Tish slow in 109 but that is really the only negative. The hot tub and sauna look really nice. I love that this place is pet friendly. The biggest thing they could update is the entrance, but all in all this place is great with great staff. It's an awesome pet friendly hotel as well!

The carpeting needs to be updated. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited. I did not like the pillows. Our daughter didn't like the pillows. The beds were good. It was good to be able to check in late without any problems. The check-in was smooth.

Front desk very nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Beds were too firm… Very hard mattress. Prefer hotels with a pool. Didn't use hot tub, but the people I traveled with did and days it was lukewarm.

Located close to a Perkins and a Holiday station store. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The was friendly and welcoming. I will be staying with them again. They have a pool, hot tub and a continental breakfast.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and fairly priced. We would highly recommend Super 8 to anyone travelling to Duluth, Minnesota.

This is a great option in Duluth. The staff is friendly, property is up to date. Location is convenient to the airport and downtown. Coffee anytime on the lobby. My only criticism of my stay is that they allow large semi trucks to use more than one parking spot, so I had to park in the Perkins parking lot which is next door. Room was quiet, everything was clean and worked.

Decent for what it was. Only problem was tbe really firm beds. Pretty clean otherwise.

Good place to stop between home and the U. P. Of Michigan. Dated rooms, but they have been pretty good the 4 times we have stayed there. Not a good view to be found, but hey you are there to sleep right? Inexpensive and close to Hwy. 35
