STAY AWAY! My lady friend was getting bitten; showed me bugs. Looked like bedbugs! This was at around 115 am Sunday morning, Aug 29, 2021; tried to get hold of someone and got blown off. Left a message; had to call AGAIN MONDAY when I had a good signal; got voicemail, of course! By the time they returned my call I was at home where I get crap cell service. And of course the person that called back couldn't help either, so I am waiting for someone else to call me that won't be able to hear me. If I have to contact the owners, I will. And at that point I will ask for and get a FULL REFUND instead of just one night's refund. I'm also going to contact event coordinators so that they can recommend that participants and guests NOT stay here! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Looks like I will be in touch with the owners; asking for a FULL REFUND!
We were on a spontaneous road trip for our anniversary, we didn't have reservations because we really didn't know where we were going, this was the first place that had a few rooms available. We quickly realized it was a "great price" for a reason. Our room was gross, I would be embarrassed if I was an employee there. I think the sanitation for this place would be a little better especially during this "pandemic" we are going through (leaving opinions on that to the side) We almost didn't even want to sit down. We ended up calling other places while standing outside. I didn't know whether to bring my stuff in to sleep on or to bring as little as possible and just take a shower and sleep in my car. There were stains and hair on the sheets and chairs, dead bugs along the walls and night stand and on the sink area, no lights were plugged in so we walked into a dark room trying to figure out how to turn them on, the alarm clock didn't work (was unplugged and when plugged in the time wouldn't change) we had to get rid of a spider everytime we walked through the door, nothing felt clean. You couldn't really tell if they even ran a vacuum. The lock on the door was hanging off and we really had to push/pull to get the door to shut all the way. The amount on hair and dust on the hair conditioner was crazy. The photos we took really don't do justice. It just had a gross unwelcoming feeling. I've paid alot less for a nicer hotel room. Very disappointed!

Check in was fine staff was very polite, but we had a 3 night stay which included breakfast and was completely locked out of the breakfast room.
On our second day I hung our sign for room service and got back to our room only to find it hadn't been serviced at all.
I had to call at around 10pm to ask for service only to be told that because of covid 19 they don't enter the rooms once guests are checked in.
When asked way that wasn't told to their guest upon check in I wasn't given an answer.
We did receive clean linens & towels, but no apologies or even an attempt to reimburse us for breakfasts we had to pay for that were suppose to be included in our stay.
Hot Tub was out of order so no use of that & internet didn't work.
Was also charged for a queen single and was given a single double.
Plus was charged a resort fee to cover all the amenities we never got to have or use.
