The ONLY reason we decided to stay after seeing the room is because I checked the beds for bedbugs and there were none. The two main slides in the water park were not open. There was no lifeguard, if you have a water park for kids with deep pools next to it as well as a lazy river… you should have a lifeguard. They give you wristbands for the water park and for four days we came and went with no one even questioning us with no wristbands on. There is a door to the outside they prop open nowhere near the front desk, literally ANYONE could walk in.
They said they have breakfast, which we looked forward to because packing up 3 hungry kids at 8am to get breakfast is not our idea of fun… but guess what? No breakfast.
The shower curtain had holes, the shower rod was hanging on by two of the 8 screws, the Wi-Fi sucked, there were a pair of kids shorts on the floor from the people before us, the mini fridge was SO small, there was no microwave (what hotel room doesn’t have a microwave? ), and at least the funniest part was when my husband turned on the shower water came shooting out of the top soaking the walls, which is probably why the wall paper was peeling.
We didn’t say anything until we left because I wasn’t repacking things for 5 people to move down the hall to another crappy room. But when checking out the front desk worker immediately started blaming the housekeeper for not reporting it.

The good greatly outweighed the bad.
The Good:
Clean, great ambiance, room was fantastic, and the pool was warm. Lobby to beach only 10 second walk.
The Bad:
Waterpark & hot tub were closed for maintenance, horrible coffee in the lobby.

This hotel takes reservations online and then when you show up, they aren’t even open. Treat you terribly and then redirect you to one of their other sub par hotels in the area. Worst experience I have ever had! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT all the way around!

Bed bugs. We were bit by bedbugs husband is highly allergic and is still suffering three days later. We told the front desk and they had no care. Husband took a live bedbug to the desk in a baggy and they still could care less. My husband’s allergic and his bites welt up and remain for days! Steer clear folks the need to get some help cleaning in there and they need to throw away all furniture start over again and kill the bugs.

This hotel is disgusting and way overpriced! The front desk workers are rude and don't care about any concerns. Water park is freezing and half open, yet we were not informed prior to our stay. No room service or cleaning people because of covid? How does that make sense. The entire hotel is freezing and for breakfast we get a paper sack with an apple, water, and granola bar? How is it $400 for two nights for THIS?! Asked to cancel our second day reservation because we are so unhappy hear and the manager just rudely told us no. So here we are paying another $120 to book at a different hotel with no refund to this one. Do not ever come here, I promise you will be disappointed.

Black mold everywhere. Staff and "GM" are an absolute joke. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR AT THE WELCOME CENTER! We should have been compensated for our stay instead were told we can get out IF WE DON'T LIKE IT. How has the health department not shut this place down?!? the reviews on this place are spot on!

During checkout talked to “shift manager” was told to call in morning and talk to hotel manager I can already see it’s going to be a runaround SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Filthy, not what we reserved, broken siding door, rude staff and we just arrived.

Nice game room and water park. Beach front nice swimming area very nice rooms and beds definitely come back.

Heating was a little noisy but overall a nice stay.

Kids had a blast in the water park! the staff was super understanding of our daughter with autism.

Absolutely beautiful curb appeal but as soon as you walk any further past the lobby area it is pure filth! dirty rooms and old outdated hotel for the price you pay! however the view was beautiful from our lakefront room but the hotel is dirty! also the front desk staff is very rude and lied to us about our room rate charging us $20 more a night! however I do have to give a shout-out to the amazing lady Terry I believe it was in the breakfast room! she's absolutely amazing and does a great job with a smile on her face! other than that I'd reconsider this hotel!

Fantastic views of the beach. Comfortable beds and a lovely biscuits and gravy.

My family stayed here this week and the service was awful! Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. We will never stay here again! The views were spectacular from our first floor lakefront room, but that was honestly the only positive about our stay. We were extremely disappointed in this hotel.

Will not come again. Bedroom door handle was broken, bathroom light filled with dead bugs, hair dryer barely hanging on wall and no open outlets for chargers. Free Wi-Fi worked for about an hour during our 4 night stay, took 5+ calls to the front desk before they even sent maintenance to investigate the problem. Pool was freezing cold even though it was inside. Housekeepers don’t respect the do not disturb signs. We put our sign on the door and came back to a house keeper in our room. Even after multiple complaints for the entire stay management said we would not get a discount of any sort because everything we complained about were free amenities. Love mackinaw city, next time we will stay somewhere else.

It’s a nice hotel with a nice water park. Maintenance is lacking though. Our room windows leak air BAD and our ceiling has wet/stain spots on it. For a newer hotel — it is not well maintained.

Do yourself a favor, remove ALL of the disgusting musty carpet and replace it with Vinyl wood plank looking floors, open the water park from 10a-10p, properly secure the handrails outside of each room that has a patio. The last point is an accident waiting to happen. Very damp hotel even away from the water park. The musty / moldy smell is overwhelming in the halls on the 1st and 2nd floors for sure. The water park is pretty good for most ages but BE AWARE: The hours are only 2pm — 10pm. That means you will not be able to use the water park prior to checking out. I am sure this is intentional. The only good things about this place are the facade, the lake view, and the water park. You'll notice I left the room quality out of this list…

They immediately took care of us even with a glitch in our reservation. Very clean, great having the beach right outside your door. Wonderful views.

This hotel is beachfront and looks great from the road. It's close to the ferry and you can see the bridge if you have a lakefront room. The free breakfast is awful and our sliding door that faces the beach did not lock. You can actually walk to the ferry along the beach but it's a 35 minute walk to the Mackinac bridge (labor day bridge walk).

The room was clean staff was friendly this was our second time staying there and will be back again.

Stayed 2 nights with grandson. For a 2 star hotel, it was exceptionally nice. Very clean room, newer furniture, quiet at night. The beach was sandy and the waterpark was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again.

We will definitely stay here again! General manager Scott is very welcoming. We decided to venture back to Mackinaw on a last minute whim. So glad we did. Amazing, hot breakfast: sausage patties, eggs, biscuits and gravy… Plus the other standard fare of waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, donuts and fruit. Well run operation and well stocked. The rooms are immaculate. Clean bathrooms! The water park is free with room stay. Even our dog, Moose, was welcomed! Plus it's "away" from the hustle and bustle of the mall and shops, but still less than 2 minute drive! It's a gem!

The hotel itself is somewhat dated but is mostly clean and maintained. Our room wasn't ready until well after check-in. We waited nearly an hour for it to be ready. The room was clean but clearly had issues, like the only outlet for the TV being switched on and off with a wall switch and the shower rod being so big that the door to the bathroom wouldn't open all the way. The room door wouldn't shut completely without quite a bit of pressure. The beach access is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great family oriented center! Very close to Mackinaw City attractions and ferry to Mackinac Island. Could've been cleaner near entrances to lake beach area and pool bathrooms. Customer service was mostly good except for when my daughters requested fresh towels. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Only used the water park. But it was great. Something for everyone to do.

No Wi-Fi, not enough power outlets, thousands of kids in hallways, loud, uncomfortable beds, so stupid pool process and not worth it. The beach isn’t good. Also ONE elevator for all the hotel. If you want to go somewhere nice don’t stay here.

The waterpark at this hotel is amazing! Kids of all ages had a wonderful time and we stayed for hours.

Got us in early. Room was small and average, but what was expected for the price. Has a great water park for the kids with pool and hot tub, lazy river too. We were also pleased to find an arcade on the second floor. Great view of the lake! Down fall no microwave in room. Would still recommend for a family!

We did not stay at The Bridge Vista and were told 2 HOURS BEFORE check in that we would be relocated to a different hotel. I have never been treated so horribly by hotel staff, the worst customer service! Only a small upgrade to our room was given in compensation — our family made plan a month in advance to experience the water park at Bridge Vista. The Hamilton Inn (our alternate accommodation) was subpar in every aspect —the room, hotel service, breakfast, very dirty and outdated overall, and not to mention the pool; it was dirty and so chlorinated that our swim suits are ruined and my family suffered terrible skin and eye irritation. This was our first family trip since our youngest was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago. Such a disappointment for us all …

This hotel is located in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Huron. The water park that is located in the hotel is lots of fun and great for all ages. The breakfast was alright but no one ever told us where the breakfast room was located, some other guests told us, it was on the 3rd floor. Defiantly will stay here again when we go back to Mackinac City.

I stayed there for 3 days, I was there for my cousins wedding on Mackinac Island. A very nice view I had from my room of the lake and Mackinac Bridge. A clean Hotel so was my room. Front desk clerks were friendly and helped me with any questions I had. I would stay again.

We did not stay here. We stayed at a crappy hotel but we were able to use the pool and water area. It was amazing to be able to bring our kids to a nice well cared for pool area as opposed to the one we had just come from a couple of doors down!

The staff was awesome. They were very helpful. The 1st room we were in had a half eaten donut on the floor. The 2nd room we were in (we chose to move to a lakeside room) had a plugged bathtub and broken door lock (maintenance did take care of those right away). The sliding door was hard to lock and the Wi-Fi never did work right on any of our electronics. The area was amazing tho. The breakfast was very good.

Would give 0 stars if I could & still write a review. We stayed here 3 nights and on the last day found out there were Bedbugs in our room! Manger wasn't there & we were told that we would be contacted. The next day, after have to spend upwards of $500 to try and insure that nothing followed us home, including… my whole family having to enter our home nude & shower right away, after a long trip, vacuumed & bombed our car, bag everything that was with us& then spend the entire next day at the laundry mat washing and drying everything on high heat that then wrecked several articles of clothing including my children's new coats. I had to call the manger & I was never contacted & then was told it was the nature of the business & he was going to do nothing to compensate for the issue! This is absolutely ridiculous & I will be contacting the health department!

Great experience! Friendly, helpful staff — clean room, fluffy pillows, comfy bed and breakfast was better than expected! Kids loved the water park.

Staff and Hotel were very nice. Beach was well maintained, and rooms were decorated well for the setting. I would recommend staying at this hotel lake side, and you're going to love the view of the lake, islands, and bridge.

Stayed with the family in Sept 2017. I am giving this hotel 2 stars in hopes that management will listen and step up their game :-) It is a beautiful new hotel but very dirty… Water park dirty… Windows dirty… game room has never been vacuumed. Very sad if they put a little TLC into it. It would of been great. My boys loved it because they didn't know any better. There were spiders in the hot tub. Something that looked like human waist next to the hot tub in the water park… kids pool had dirt floating. Dust everywhere. Like I said beautiful hotel but very dirty. Great breakfast bar. I do not plan to stay there again.

Decent hotel but definitely needs some upgrading. No comforter on the beds, small pillows, grungy bathroom. Location is great, view on the beach is wonderful. Water park is fun, the kids love it!

We only stayed one night in this hotel. The location was a bit out of town but still about a 2 minute drive into the town. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed that the room was quite small and also handicap accessible. Some of the appliances were a little outdated but I believe they are in the process of replacing them, which was nice to see. As for the view, on the bay side the view is great. You have a great view of the Mackinac Bridge and it makes the hotel more inviting to stay in.

This hotel was over crowded and just dirty. We booked online a month in advance. When we arrived. We got the room right across from the front desk. It was so loud we could hear every world of every conversation at the desk. The beach is a joke. There is grass covered with pigeon feathers. Then there is a small stretch of beach sand. People are on top of each other due to the limited space. Breakfast is on the third floor. After climbing all the filthy stairs. We notice the breakfast room over looked the indoor waterpark. It was chair to chair " like a chain" of sitting room only. This place is awful… We requested a different room since we had a beach view but couldn't open our slider curtains because if we did everyone crowded on the beach would be able to look directly into our room. After speaking to the manager Dan who told us sure we can move you but we are still going to charge you as a beach front view. Which is almost $300 a night. To make a long story short. We didn't stay. The place just opened and it's already run down. The staff are unprofessional and poorly trained. Sorry I didn't take pictures. I wish I would have. The photo's they advertise are nothing like what you get.

We got there around 2:15 knowing that the check in time was at 3pm. I told the lady, "I know we're about 45 mind early… " then she cut me off and told me, "you're way early, check in time is at 4! " had she not cut me off, what I was going to say was that I just wanted to pay for the room and get the key card and we'll be back in about an hour. So when she rudely told me that their check in time was at 4, I told her that the website and the confirmation email I got said it's at 3. She again was very rude and told me, "well, it's not, it's 4. " How was that my fault?! I paid $643 bucks for our stay and that's the welcome I get from her? Then there were a ton of insects inside the room. We were so disgusted. Never again are we going to book this hotel.

Cleanliness is an issue in the hallways, lobby, grounds, breakfast room. Front desk has a lot of room for improvement. Had to wait for a long time to check in even though arrived well after 3pm. Didnt appear very hospitable or willing to address the issues. Overall it appeared that the hotel was understaffed and not prepared to handle large number of guests. Breakfast room was dirty and understaffed. My husband and kids got kicked out because it was too crowded… No fresh or healthy options either. Water park could use better ventilation. Our room was nice and comfortable, but only after we got the travel agent and manager involved. Not worth the hassle if you are on vacation and came to relax.

The outside of this hotel looks great. The inside needs work. Carpeting throughout looks old and musty. The water park was ok. Fun for the kids. I didn't see at anytime that they tested the water quality like many other water parks do by shutting down the pools for certain times. The room was fairly clean. Best part is that it's right on Lake Huron. Walk right out and enjoy the beach. It wasn't the best but still enjoyable.

It's a decent place to sleep if you're just there for the nearby attractions and won't be spending much time in the hotel. But overall, was underwhelmed by the hotel. Dated a/c & heater unit. Dark interior. Thin blanket on the bed and ours had multiple holes. Was told they were out of extra blankets (at the end of June, really? ). Small selection for breakfast. No privacy curtain, just a darkout curtain (so either have a dark room or have everyone walking on the beach see straight into your room). Good location and friendly staff, but probably won't stay there again.

What a crock! We booked months in advance and received a call THE DAY WE WERE TO ARRIVE that the "renovations" were incomplete and we were moved to the Hamilton. The room was insufficient compared to what we had booked and had to use the "waterpark" at a place called the crown. The waterpark ther is so small it's like a playground for kids 10 and under. Wht a waste! Don't book here unless you want to get screwed!

GREAT BIG SCAM! BEWARE! March 27, 2016. We booked our stay for spring break sometime in December. We got a call the day we were supposed to arrive telling us that there were not enough reservations and that we were being transferred to the Hamilton… I called them back and was told by a different person that they were undergoing emergency maintenance… Asked if we could cancel and got the response… did you reserve online, yes, well then you agreed to our terms and if you cancel we will still charge you. Long story short I demanded to talk to a manager to no avail, was lied to many times, and our group decided we couldn't afford to just throw our money away so we ended up at the Crown. When we drove by Bridge Vista it appears that it has been shut down for a long time. When I asked why they never called us earlier I was told they didn't know why. While we were eating at the saloon we asked if the Bridge Vista was open and the waitresses gave different answers and seemed weird about it. This whole thing is a great big scam! : — (please save yourself the headache and don't make the same mistake our group did… go somewhere else besides Mackinac, or at least don't have any expectations to get what you thought you were reserving. I will be contacting the BBB and other state officials to report this scam. We just wanted a simple mini family vacation and got lie after lie after lie. Positive note… Our kids did enjoy the Crown though.

BE AWARE OF THE MACKINAW CHAMBER OF TOURISM! Be sure you do your homework before booking a room in Mackinac city! The mackinaw chamber of tourism is a corporation that owns several hotels in the city. When you book your room through their site, there is a disclaimer stating that they reserve the right to change your reservation to any of the other hotels they own. We booked reservations to a hotel THAT WAS NOT EVEN OPEN! They called to informed us of this one hour before check in. On top of that when inquired I was given the attitude that I was lucky to even have a room. These people are just scam artists, and I'm certain they will have no problem screwing you as well.

Excellent convention center, the manager is new this year and is very professional and courteous. (A former Marine) the water park underwent major repairs new finishes and repair/replacement of pumps and fittings. The manager is working very hard to bring every room and space up to a high standard. Very family oriented place.

I almost didnt go because of the bad reviews but I am happy that I ignored them. It is a beautiful place for the family. We went on 8/21/2015. The pool area is amazing and the view to the lake left me with out words. Over all I will definitely go back. I didn't give it a 5 stars because it think the place needs to be a little cleaner but it is still a great place to stay. Also they have a little fire pit so don't forget the s'mores.

Last weekend was my family's first time there. Nice overall. Easy to book online. Friendly service, clean room, AC working perfect. Nice slides, lazy river and infant/toddler area. Several lifeguards, air and water temps comfortable in the water park area. My 6 year old and 3 year old had a great time on the lake's shoreline and in the water park. Crowded but not too bad. We would go back.

The best part of this hotel is the beach of Lake Huron. One staff member we had as our guest check was rude. Do your booking online it will save you $. I called in to reserve because their system wouldn't give options and I needed to book double connecting rooms. They would not honor the online rate. They told me they didnt have connecting rooms and when I arrived it was a connecting room. Nice surprise. The water park opens at 12 and closes at 10pm. If you spend your day on the Island you won't have time for it. The guy at the desk also argued with us about the prices of the ferry rides. We said we didnt need the info and he said well im goung to tell you anyway. You can buy them at hotel but don't get the family discounts. We choose to get our tickets at star line and save money. No towels in our room and guy argued with other guest about it. The two women who work check in desk are friendly and helped me with my no towel issue. Also our check in they didn't have a room ready and we checked in late. We had to come back late to get our room. I ignored the reviews and felt like for $176 a night it could have been better. I've stayed at worse hotels that had great staff and made the stay awesome.

Just stayed there for the weekend while in Mackinac City. Not much good to say. First, they messed up our reservations that were made online. Check in took over half an hour! Luckily, we got a room anyway. But the room we got was full of ants and other bugs. They were in the bathroom, on the night stand, and worse… on and in the bed! I actually got bit on my backside during the night by some kind of bug in the bed. When I went to the front desk to tell them about it, the woman at the front desk was crabby about it. She actually said, "Well it's that time of year and there are bugs in the rooms. " That was it! Anyway, the breakfast was the worst I ever had at a hotel… bad! And the one person working the breakfast was just as crabby as the person working the front desk. What's with that! I am not one to complain, but this place made me come out of my shell on that! Don't do it!

Terrific staff! Especially the 2 friendly ladies at the front desk were extremely patient with our million questions and seemed glad to help! There are a lot of negative reviews… I did NOT experience these issues and for the money this place exceeded our expectations. I called hotel directly to book. The waterfront room was tidy and offered a great view. Kids loved the water park, we adults even enjoyed the water slides and lazy river. Perfectly placed hotel, still walking distance from the downtown without being right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back.

Do not waste your money at this hotel. I ignored a lot of bad reviews on it, and I shouldn't have. Our room was filthy — pee and hair all over the toilet that we had to clean up before we could even use it, dirt and bugs caked to the window of the lakefront room that we paid extra for because of the view. (Not much of a view through a dirty window. ) Standing water and feces — actual, literal feces — in the elevator, a lifeguard that just stood by and watched as my stepson nearly drowned in the pool while I was trying to get to him, (thank God another parent was nearby and sprung into action to pull him out of the water), and HORRIBLE customer service when all of these things were brought to management's attention. All of this transpired within the first two hours of our arrival, but we were refused our request for a refund so that we could stay elsewhere.

I booked this hotel with one of the travel sites. The cost was about $40 more per night. When we found out they book us with 2 double beds, I tried to change to 2 queen beds (2 adults and 3 kids do not work well with 2 doubles). At first the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any available. When I checked their website and it said they were available for the night, she quickly back tracked and said they couldn't get them clean because they didn't have any housekeeping left (it was around 9PM). We stayed in the room we had because I didn't have energy to fight with them. The room was bad. It doesn't look like they clean the outside of the windows at all since they had a lot of dead bugs on it. The bar that holds the shower curtain was coming out of the wall. The beds we not comfortable at all. The water park was ok. It was very crowded and not very big. The kiddie pool had a timer that controlled the fountains and the timer was falling off the wall. The "lazy" river wasn't very lazy at all. The current was very fast and the tubes were way under inflated. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Looks great outside. Worn out inside. Booked King. Called to confirm. They said yes King room. Got to property and sorry no king room. Nice TV and AC great. That's it tough.

Anyone heading to Mackinaw City, Michigan please be aware of this scam. If you book on-line through "Mackinaw City Chamber of Tourism" you may not be booking the hotel you think you are. We had the unfortunate experience of finding this out the hard way. I booked a room thought this site (which is connected to multiple hotels in Mackinaw) when we arrived at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel and Conference Center this past Friday April 10th this is what we were met with, pictured below. A closed hotel. A sign in the door directing us to another hotel down the street for us to check-in at and to be told that the hotel we had booked "had issues starting the water park up this week". I understand there are problems that arise, I work as a construction project manager, I understand timeline and schedule change, however I do not blatantly lie to people when I am asked questions about my projects. My friend called the morning of our arrival (7 of us drove 4.5 hours to get there) to ask about the waterpark and rooms and was never told they were not open. The phone lines actually ring down the street at the other hotel. They wanted to give us a room at a hotel with a single pool, not the waterpark we booked.
This is a bait and switch if I've ever seen one.

This was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. My husband and I HATED almost everything about it. 1. Breakfast: The food was like something out of a 1960's school cafeteria 2. Rooms: Unimpressive with broken furniture 3. Staff: Incredibly rude. The manager was a complete jerk. We would ask simple questions and get unkind responses. 4. Pricing: They charged us incorrectly on the bill and refused to change it. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card company.

Small items were stolen from our room by the housekeeping staff. Even after hanging out the do not disturb sign. Management called in the employee at 9 pm, and confronted us with them, who denied taking the items, as would anyone put on the spot. We asked to have a police report filed. The management made it very clear that the problem was between us and the housekeeper, and not them, they offered zero apologies. I wasn't looking for hand outs. I just wanted the incident documented. I do not believe that a confrontation in the lobby was the best way to handle the situation. The police agreed, and filed a report. The rooms are what you would expect from a $100 a night hotel. The beach and water park are nice. Worn, but clean. Good for a family. The help at the desk are not very motivated to help you in a speedy fashion, many people got frustrated with how slow they were. The breakfast was on the third floor, which we liked. Many put the breakfast in the lobby area, which is too busy. We would go back, if we knew that our possessions were secure. The service could use some help also, they need to value your time a bit more. **The internet was not usable in our room, which was very close to the access point.

Poor quality rooms and also poor management several things broken management was rude when asked about fixing him water park was advertised open till 10 was actually open till 9.

Terrible service swapped room on us with out giving a reason water park was not anything to speak off. Had issue with bill at end of stay no help there either. Definitely not staying there again.

We stayed at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel at the end of July 2014. It wasn't as nice as other hotels we have stayed at, but the room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows (4 on each queen bed) were very comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels for us which is always appreciated. The staff was busy and professional, but not too friendly; about like the other hotels we have stayed at in the same city. The internet access was ok during the morning and day, but at night I was not able to connect in the room. I guess they didn't have the bandwidth for a full house. They also ran short of pool towels in the evenings which is big problem if you don't take your bath towel to the pool with you. The parking lot is not big enough; we always found a parking place, but they clearly need more parking. The breakfast was like other places, but it was very good and the woman in the dining area was very good with the public. The room we were in was on the lake side and the view was great. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and would stay in it again. On more thing: someone from the front desk called us while we were driving to the hotel and asked us when we expected to arrive. I let him know expected to arrive about 2:20 in the afternoon and he said "beautiful". When we arrived, we waited only a few minutes and we checked right in no problem and it was great. Not sure why he called and asked us when we would arrive but we were very happy with the early check-in.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The entire hotel was dirty, actually it was disgustingly dirty. They were supposed to arrange for a sunset cruise that we booked online while booking the hotel and never did. When we asked the supposed manager about this reservation we were told, "do not talk until I am finished. " Worst customer service we have ever encountered. They are much better hotels for you to chose from, do not settle for this one.

From the pics online, I exptected a much nicer experience. The gentleman at the from desk that seems to work 24/7 is rude. Treats you like everything is a bother. The place smells funky through the halls. We arrived at 3:00 and the halls were FULL of bagged trash, linens, and house keeping carts. We could barely get down the halls. This continued until 7:00 PM. There was an empty pizza box in front of our door until then. The room could have been cleaner. No extra toilet paper. The second day while we were out, housekeeping came in to change our trash and make our beds. When we got back many hours later, our door had been left open. Totally unclocked! We had our laptops and purses in there with all of our things! I couldn't believe it. The kids enjoyed the water park, but I would never stay here again. No way worth the rate! : (.
