Room was very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. One was even rolled like an origami elephant. Cute. The bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby. Breakfast was decent. They have an indoor pool and and outside lounge area with cushy patio furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is really good. Fresh pomegranate and yogurt smoothies and fresh pressed juice. Eggs, bfast meats.

Nice clean room. Staff made towel animals and left a rubber duck on the edge of the tub. One of the best Hampton Inn breakfasts I've had as well. If I ever come back this way I'll be sure to stay here again.

I love this place it's my home away from home. Good complimentary breakfast nice size rooms n beds pillows n sheets are always clean n comfy n don't even get me started on the hot tub n pool. It's just so relaxing n let's not forget the beautiful fireplace they have out back. Just amazing n the staff are always friendly.

Hotel staff is super friendly. The Night time cookies are delicious. Make sure to stay on the side away from the highway, it is much quieter. They have a ruber duck that they put in every room which is a nice touch. The rooms are a little out dated but still comfortable and clean. Heroes sports bar is within walking distance for some good food.

Very welcoming and courteous. Loved the added bonus of the indoor pool with toys for the kids. Including a couple life support vests for the little kids (6&3). Most likely stopping there again on our way back from our road trip.

I am Hilton diamond. Have stayed at hampton inns all over the country. This one has the friendliest staff. Not one but all of them. Even though it's like — 10F outside. It was a pleasant surprise. Of course the rooms are great, so was breakfast.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. And during breakfast a caucasion lady working there didnt seem to be to fond of me, even though I never did anything to her and I was as pollite as possible. And she always gave me attitude when I asked for something. And seemed a bit racist toward only me and a friend. And ignore us. That was the only thing that bothered me. Other workers were great and polite. I give them a 7/10. Would have been a perfect 10 if it wasnt for that lady.

Staff is always friendly and they always do their best. Couldn't ask for more. I go back to this area regularly and make it a point to stay here. Best Hampton I've ever been to.

Clean rooms and friendly service. A bit close to the highway but still a decent place to stay for work trips. I like the outdoor fire place.

Definitely an older hampton. Still much much better than most hotels in that area. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was average.

Nice staff, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was very loud, especially when turning on. It woke me throughout the night. The carpet also felt oddly wet and greasy. The location was good for the work I had to do, but I will consider other nearby hotels if I need to be in that area again.

Reasonable price. Free breakfast. Nice staff. Comfortable environment. Pool and hot tub.

The person behind the desk was very nice and the hotel was spotless. The rooms looked like any hotel room but they were very clean as well. I would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at the hotel for about a month; the staff was extremely accommodating in making the stay feel like home. One staffer lent (without hesitation) his personal phone charger cord to me when mine stopped working. I forgot a hat at the hotel when I left; the staff found the missing article and promptly mailed it back. Great customer service!

4th year attending an event in Joliet and our 4th year staying at this hotel. Great staff and a great atmosphere with clean rooms that almost feel like a second home after staying there so many years in a row. Will be back next year around the same time!

The rooms were spacious and well kept. The TVs left a little to be desired. The staff was friendly and always willing to help us out with whatever we needed.

This hotel is in a great location. It has clean spacious rooms with a very friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub is really nice to relax in. I would stay here again!

Overall, it was an okay experience. The only real issue came at breakfast. They ran out of waffle batter and the rest of the food options didn't look appetising.

After coming from a long 4 hour drive, we go into our room and there are ants every where. We had to switch to a new room and so did the room next to us. The breakfast wasn't that great and the fruit wasn't fresh. We came there to relax and it was uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating. We rented out a block for our wedding and they even posted a sign in the lobby to let everyone know when the busses would be by to pick everyone up. Couldn't ask for anything else.

After traveling all day from our visit to children's mercy in kansas city, exhausted n hungry, I called for a room. Mercedes answered the phone n when I asked about room availability n mentioned the above info. She didn't even ask for my info. Just told me to go ahead n eat n that she would hold a room. This was such a welcome from the usual, 'Give me ur card number n if u don't come ur paying for the room anyway' attitude. Then when we arrived she gave us such a warm welcome n a good rate. Then the next am (as a earlier review mentioned there was some construction on the front entrance, really other a big issue, it didn't affect the rooms etc. ) We were sleeping in due to our lab arrival but the maintenance man came to the door n very nicely asked to inspect lights in the bathroom. Because we weren't up yet n to be safe I called the front desk. This wonderful woman was so upset we were disturbed. (she knew all about us n that we had come in late n we're exhausted) n tho I hadn't complained she authorized our stay to be covered. "It's just what we do". I was so touched I broke down n cried. We had been traveling from Michigan for the last 3 days and this treatment was just unheard of. Tho all our most hotels treated us well. None compared to this. Plus there were personal sticky notes on the headboard. Funny little rubber construction duck on the bath tub n origami towel animals evrywhere. The bed was amazingly confortable. The rooms were clean n just wonderful.

Decent hotel. Staff was nice. Due to construction the parking spots were limited so the front desk attendant moved his vehicle and offered me his spot.

So it was sweetest day and I planned a nice evening for my future wife. I was searching different hotels in in the area and I seen the web site for Hampton inn. It looked beautiful in the picture. When I got there it was surrounded by scaffolding and looked like a construction site Right across the parking lot was a beautiful Marriott hotel. If I could have canceled my reservation I would have. It was false advertisement.

It was very clean. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was very plesent and cheerful. We truely enjoyed our stay and play to do so again if in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel for five or six weeks last year and started the New Year off with another stay. I have nothing but great reports about the kind and friendly staff and the rooms are always very clean and well maintained. There is a pool and fitness room to help one relax. Fresh cookies are baked each afternoon a great snack prior to dinner. There also is a complementary breakfast. I really like the location as my busesness here is only minutes away. The local food is great as well. I recommend the I-80 Riverboat Center Hampton Inn to any and all lookin for a good nights stay at a reasonable price. I noticed the ratings were only a 2 Star, very puzzeld by that as I would give it at least a 3.5
