Yelled at me for talking on the phone in the hallway while laying down saying the boss complained about me being supposedly loud then told me to go to my room and it’s a very stunt voice.

Really nice & outgoing staff.
I wish I could have stayed longer but I had to return to work in Hartford, IL.

It’s was joke. Room was barley clean. Lied about the pricing about the room. Asked about it front desk. They told me It’s my fault and not there problem. They knew I was there wedding took advantage of me cuz things 2 do and had no time find another place.

Stayed here 3/13 on my way to michigan. Got into bed and found a nice stain on the sheets. Then my girlfriend found an ant on the nightstand. We used the other bed and went to sleep. Woke up in the morning to multiple ants on the night stand and on our phones and even in the cup of water. We did not have any food or sugary drinks. Told the lady at the front desk when we checked out 3/14, and she told me that the stain on the bed was “wear marks, from bleach, and not a fluid stain” and I don’t buy that. This was disgusting. Showed her pictures of the ants as well and she said she’d give me a discounted rate and took $10 off of the original $100 bill. Don’t stay here, spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Recently stayed here for a long weekend. Was very pleased. Never had to ask for anything. Always came back in evening to clean towels and a made bed! Absolutely best place I have stayed at. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Pool was warm and inviting!

Clean room, pool area OK but could use a little work. Staff is helpful and friendly in the same polite way you find in DMV offices.

Do Not Stay Here! First room bad smell and a cockroach. Second room didn't smell as bad. Phone was gross. Hair and a bobby pin between mattress and headboard. Even the key card envelope was dirty. I would be more than happy to share pics. I wrapped my pillow with a nice shirt and accidentally left it in the room. I called same day and they told me yes they did see it and decided to throw it away. I asked if they had policy on lost and found. I was rudely told "Thats just what we decided to do". A terrible representation for Choice Hotels.

You get what you pay for! The front desk attendant was friendly, explained where to go for our room. Get to the room, it smells like stale cigarette smoke. Nothing super fancy about the room-standard king size bed, desk, chair, fridge, microwave and tv. The shower head in the bathroom was disgusting. The sink in the room was cracked. All of the outlets in the room were super loose. We called the front desk to see if we could get an extra blanket, and we had to go get it ourselves. Breakfast in the morning was a pretty typical continental breakfast-no frills and the cooked food looked like it came out of a microwave. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, look no further. If you don’t want to be grossed out, spend a bit more and stay at the nicer looking Holiday Inn down the street.

Helpful staff, very comfy beds, clean & cozy. Rooms have hair dryer, iron, microwave, & fridge. Pool & fitness room. Big continental breakfast in the morning too! Slept well & enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place… Quiet. I saw a recent review where someone said that the staff was rude, but everyone was polite and friendly. Only complaints are: Stayed for 3 days and only sausage (no bacon) ever served at breakfast and our shower head was super moldy. All in all, would totally go back.

Good hotel. Nicely furnished. Good selection for breakfast. Shower rod and curtain made a shower a little tricky and the floor pretty wet. Overall a good hotel.

This was a nice hotel. I was in town for my aunt’s anniversary/grandparents birthday dinner. The room smelled good and it was a clean hotel overall. What a powerful shower! The hotel is right off the highway, so getting to the dinner was a breeze. We were out late Saturday night, but the hotel was so quiet, we were able to sleep until almost 11 a. M. The late check out helped. My wife and I will definitely be back.

I love the rooms are good, good breakfasts and well located along the way.

When we first got to our room, it had a pungent smell of cigarettes. But when we asked for another room we were promptly given a new room that was clean, comfortable and scent free. Wonderful stay for our short visit to Joliet.

Plenty of parking available for the trailer I was pulling. Friendly staff and a clean rooms. I also appreciated the high shower pressure.

We were in town for a funeral and the lady at the counter was very nice and told us the price for 2 rooms, while we were standing there discussing the rooms the owner/manager was at the other computer and he raised the rates and hurried up and left the hotel. The lady at the counter was embarrassed to tell us that he had just raised the price while she was talking to us… we were so mad at him… here we are in town for a funeral and he did us so dirty… It goes without saying we did not get those rooms and found us another hotel that had good customer service… He was greedy and thought he could get more money out of us… instead he got $0.

This Comfort Inn looked recently updated. It was great to find a pet friendly option with the Choice Brand. The rooms were clean and the location was very convenient.

Rude & belligerent staff that literally told me they "Don't Care" and they Bait & Switch on rates. Kim said she'd honor a rate we stayed at previously and when I received confirmation it was significantly higher. Called to adjust rate to agreed upon amount and was told she doesn't care.

The room was clean, the room I stayed in had a Jacuzzi and had hair all over the tub was dirty. Had to go out to let them know the tub wouldn't start they had a switch in order for tub to start. When I called the hotel operator no one ever answered.

Service was horrible for one I reserved online and the price was one total and then I get here and it's another and they gave me the run around about that (false advertising) and 2nd when they came in to straighten up the room it was half assed and last the day of check out I can't get a new clean towel to wash/dry myself with unless I walk down to the front desk when there are fresh towels on the cart going down the hall. I have never heard of that before or had to deal with any customer service like this at any other chain of hotels. I was not happy with the service here at this hotel… O and another thing day of check out sliding the receipt under the door that's rude in my eyes either email it or wait till I check out to put it in m hands not on the floor!

We needed a place to stay for the night in Joliet and we're not having any luck in finding a room. My wife found us a room at the Comfort Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. We got a king sized bed, clean room, clean hotel, and it was right off the highway. They also allow dogs which was needed for us and there was enough grass for him to walk around.

Clean and beds were comfortable. Free and easy to use with Fi Network. Complimentary breakfast was okay.

This was a nice hotel, but also the only one with vacancies the night we were there. We were somewhat apprehensive about staying so close to Chicago, but it was really a nice area. The room they gave us originally was dirty (it was obvious it had been cleaned and someone came in afterward), but we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The girl working the desk was really sweet and helpful.

Convenient location for drivers. Right off the interstate, so there's stores and restaurants close by. Great service.

I would give this 0 stars if I could, I always stay at a comfort inn with no problems, and this was by far the WORST experience ever. The fridge was dirty, dust puffed off of the beds when you lay in it, pillows and the mattresses were stained yellow, one of the workers that works overnight had her friends throw a party in 3-4 different rooms, when I called to complain she said she would come up to the floor and handle it, but nothing was done to fix the issue. I had to call corporate the next morning because the owner was super disrespectful and accused my husband and I of lying about the situation that happened. He refused to give any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep!

Would not recommend this Comfort Inn. Room smelled badly of cigarettes smoke and after first night woke up to ants crawling get all over bedside table and on my son's back. Complained to manager and they said they would clean room good while we were out. No apologies! Then when asked for a discount or free night was told she could only give me 20% ($25.00 off) of one night. I called corporate and told she was the only one who could offer me a better deal!

When we walked into our room, we noticed an odor. We turned on the AC and it wasn't working as well as it should. It was then we noticed that about 10 fabric softener sheets were shoved into the vents. Once they were removed, it worked well. Although the sheets were clean, the window ledge was grimy. We wanted to switch from the third floor to the first and were told that the bottom floor rooms were in worse shape than ours because everyone wants the first floor and they are requested more. Apparently the people in the next room were having an argument and we sure could hear the noise! The owner was behind the desk at one point and, my husband walked by him and said hello. The man looked up and didn't acknowledge him in any way. Next time we'll spend a little extra cash and stay in a nice place.

Stayed there for a few nights. Interaction with staff was brief but those at the front desk often were disinterested in their work and unhelpful. Also was charged extra for a roll-away bed, with no mention of the charges when the roll-away was reserved or confirmed at the front desk. The charges were not invoiced on our bill, the extra charges were made after we checked out to our credit card that was on file for 'incidentals. ' Attempting to dispute the charges with the hotel resulted in the GM dismissing our claim. Overall terrible experience with this hotel, and will not be back.

Rooms were clean. Food was good. They had waffles.

It was great for a one night stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the usual items but the layout was well thought out so it was easy. The hotel was easy to find and is conveniently located. The staff was very friendly.

I have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inn's throughout the country, most are very clean with a very pleasant staff. This particular hotel is the worst I hotel I have ever stayed in. The lady that checked us in was so rude, from second we walked in. She acted as if she was the customer and we were bothering her to let us stay. I blew it off until we got into our room giving her the benifit that maybe she was having a really bad night. Then we got in the room, oh my god the smell was awful. We walked down and asked if she could move us to another room. She looked up from her phone and said no with the rudest smile. The parking lot was near empty with maybe 6 cars in it. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wouldn't be in the rest of the week. I asked for a refund because there was no way in hell I was going to stay. She said the manager is the only one that could give refunds. We left and have not been refunded my husband was told there was no record of us paying them.

It was the worst, the lady in the lobby doesn't want to do anything, just sits there and wants to argue. The locks on the doors aren't good, some of the channels are out, barely any toliet paper, cracked tub floor, no hot tub though it is listed, faulty Wi-Fi, stained sheets, dirty elevator.

Very clean, modern, up to date clean well furnished rooms. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Nothing good to say rude staff and nonsmoking rooms stink of smoke! My nine year old daughter could smell the smoke on both rooms. I stay with choice hotels 2 times a week with work and have never come across a worst hotel for smoking smell.

The hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced. The room was average and acceptably clean, although the area behind the door had not been swept. I did not complain. Breakfast was okay since waffles make everything better.
