DO NOT STAY HERE! You will get more sleep staying in a college dorm than this place. A few hours after checking in the noise began. Parties in the rooms around me, the hallways and above me. Police even came and people still continued to party. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund because I was not going to stay. This was at 2am! The helpful clerk called someone and they said they would call me the next day to provide a refund because the clerk did not have the access to do it. What a surprise no one called! I called again and the clerk told me that they would be refunding my money the next day and charging the people who had the party. Next day, no call no refund. I called them again! They told me that they could not refund because I booked thru a third party. Then they said they would give me a free night and half my money back, I did not accept because I didn't stay there! Called the corporate help line, they even called the hotel, and the hotel still refused a full refund! The clerk put me on hold to talk to her GM, when she returned I asked if I could speak to the GM, and she said he stepped out. How convenient! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY LIED TO ME AND HAVE BLOWN ME OFF, Don't let the renovation fool you. Horrible place to stay!

The hallways and our room smelled like marijuana. There was no security even after a complaint about a strange guy riding the elevator. We were very disappointed.

Nasty place. Stayed here for almost 6 months on buissnes. Had to move rooms 3 different times because of bedbug infestations. The drainage system in their parking lot is completely backed up. Everytime it rains or snows it floods up to 3 feet in some areas. Many people with smaller cars had flood damage to the floors of there vehicles. Would never stay at this place again.

The swipe card for the room doesn't work, they replaced it 3 times and still didn't work. They said it was because they are renovating? There were holes in the carpet, and the walls had missing paint and scuff marks all over them. The desk chair had arm rests that were hanging off the chair. The light in the bathroom blinked and flashed just like the bathroom lights in horror movies.

Came to this place when it was la Quinta and it sucked but now it’s nicer, rooms are cleaner, smells real good now, and the front desk chic Josie is very friendly and very customer attentive. I would say 4stars but 5stars because of the great service and manner of talking this young lady gave me. Great job Bolingbrook Inn with cleaning up the place and hiring somebody with manners and friendliness.

We checked in 11/6/17 the front desk could not find our resveration even after showing him the confirmation email! He finally got us a room upon first entering the room everything was fine. Our 2nd day the staff did not change the sheets, they just made the bed, and took out the trash! The 3 nights we were there the sheets were not changed, then cleaned the bathrrom and we found a used pad behind the toilet! Also this hotel has roaches! We found roaches in our room. Will never stay again! Worst hotel ever! 1

While I do understand that they are renovating, even though it was not mentioned during the booking process on Expedia, renting a room that seems to be under construction is why they got this rating. The one ice machine was not working. Also, no bacon during breakfast. Waffles we're good, just missing bacon.

Terrible. Under renovation but that shouldn't mean nothing works. Rooms were either ash try smelling it over powered with perfume. Only ice machine didn't work and told we are under renovation so some things may not work. Really? Renovations means no ice machine! Front desk seemed more interested in not doing anything opposed to assisting guests.

DON'T do it! This was the worst decision I ever made! Where do I begin? For starters, the parking lot — was filled with potholes, the side entrance door stayed open… letting all types of bugs in, there was a guy hanging in the hallway, eating chicken nuggets, and rolling up a blunt! The room had spiders in it, there were only three towels in the room, called the front desk, and was told that they were short on towels… and to check back in the morning! There were no hangers in the closet! This my friends — was on the first day! Signed, Mr. Frustrated.

Not pleasant at all. Bedsheets had cigarette burns and room said non smoking. Check in could not honor my reservation that were done a month prior. Over all not a good experience.

Went through expedia a few days prior to reservation. When we got there the guy up front had head phones in and didnt even greet us so I say checking in. Give him my last name and hes on the computer for a while and says he cant find my reservation. So I show him the confirmation. He says ok and gets on the computer some more and asks how much the room was supposed to be and then bills me the amount on the confirmation. Im like great as long as u have the room! we go up to the room and its a single bed. We go back down stairs and I say do u atleast have a rollaway? he says idk I can bring one up for u but I dont know off hand. I said ok we will wait till u find one. He goes and looks and comes back down and says there are none and he can give us a bunch of blankets for the floor. I said well im not paying 100 dollars for my son to sleep on the floor. Let me call another hotel. We do and we find another one that is obviously more expensive since it is last minute. I say can u refund it. He says sure and says we dont have the room because his manager gave it to someone else. I said thats kinda ridiculous. I know theres a run in chicago but u dont give out peoples rooms. He said well im sry about that. I asked for a reciept and he said his system couldnt print one. I dont understand how u can bill someone but not have a receipt. He got a phone call and took the phone call while I wrote down my email for him to email it to me. Its been 24hrs and I havent been refunded or emailed.

Filthy. Wrong room given to start. Get put into the correct room and the air conditioner did not work, carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time. Furniture was scratched and gouged looked like its been there since the place was built. We had to plug everything in ourselves and most of the light bulbs were burnt out and dusty. Bathroom floor was dirty with nickles and dimes, pieces of toilet paper and hair and there was someones personal belongings hanging on the back of the door. We had to request towels and they gave is the floor mat type towels JUST YUCK. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and also had garbage like coffee cups, yogurt containers and straws all up and down them. The next morning we woke up and it was still there. There was only one ice machine in the whole place and it was empty. Elevator was out of service and there was some renovations or repairs going on at the time as well as workers were dragging drywall up and down the stairs and dropping debris all over the place and no housekeeping to clean up after them. It was late at night so we just sucked it up and stayed there for the night. Morning came we checked out as fast as we could. The lady at the front desk said your not staying another night we said no way in hell. She persisted to tell us we owed for the evening. I told her this was a prepaid reservation through orbitz I don't owe anything.

My toilet didn't work for 2 days. The plumber was there but he didn't come to my room even though front desk asked him 4 times. I was given management email and they never responded. Stay at your own risk, I am taking further action against them for their obvious neglect to their clients basic needs and expectations.

This place is the one off the worst hotels we have stayed in and I thought motel 6 was bad. The staff don't know anything when we ask for something they don't have it. Our room was supposed to have a microwave and two beds, no they didn't give us the microwave and they changed our room to a king size bed with no extra bed and we were 2 adults and 2 kids one off us had to sleep on the floor. Also the pool isn't deep enough only 3 feet deep and the jacuzzi was broken. Seriously this was one of our worst stays.

Horrible. One of the 2 worst hotels I've stayed at, the other one was in a 3rd world country. The air conditioner was right above my window buzzed all day & night. The male staff at the front desk, HATED getting up off his lazy ass. Hallways smelled like smoke & I asked for non-smoking. I was scared someone was going to kick the door down & scared if my car was going to be broken into. The stair well carpets had huge water stains on them, I might as well slept in a 99 cent store, I probably would have felt safer. I could have also gotten a better breakfast at the same 99 cent store. And yes, that was my view. Seriously, look for another hotel.

As far as cheap hotels go this is one of the better ones. Gripes: no extra pillows in the room, no more than 2 towels in the room. Things that are good: rooms are relatively clean. Checking in the receptionist did not know how to check for a prepaid room, this brought the ordeal that I had to contact the booking agency to get that straight.

No complaints really clean. No PokéStops though but hey can't have everything.

Location ready to get to. Parking lot needs slight pothole repairs. Front desk nice. Room very comfortable. Great for the price. Overall experience very good. Give it 4.5 of 5

Worst La Quinta we have ever stayed at! The room we reserved had a broken lock so we could not get in. So they tried to give us a room with one bed for my whole family. That didn't work. Then they tried to give us a smoking room. We have allergies and don't smoke. Finally we got a clean room with two beds! Why didn't they give just give us this room to begin with instead of giving us the run around for an hour? I'll never stay here again!

The customer service was great, but tge cleanliness of the room was not stellar. I did however love the make up wipes that were provided. Nice touch. The free continental breakfast was a disappointment. Everything was gone by 9 am and there was not an attendant in site.

Rooms were mid sized but clean and comfortable enough to enjoy the night. Though it was a little humid due to the hot tub and pool located right by the lobby. Overall wasn't a bad hotel to spend a short amount of time in.

Very nice accommodations for my grandmother while her house is being repaired, staff is very friendly and overall a very good place to stay.

Clean, newly renovated room, nice pool and great price. Would stay here again.

The Bollingbrook local was awesome… The first two nights… going back tonight. Service excels at this local.

Pain free check in, it has a very small gym, but a decent size pool. Room is large and clean.

Must say I am shocked by all the good reviews of this place. The hallways and elevator smell awful, the carpet in our room is sticky and moist, and there is a large very wet spot in the corner. The pool and hot tub are not clean, and the tile floor is even worse. There is standing water around the drains, cobwebs in the corners and I swear there was what looked like a pubic hair ball on the floor. Also, be warned, the picture on this site of the pool and hot tub dont look like this one. As far as the price, I did not feel like $104 a night (thats including all taxes and surcharges) is a fair price at all. I have NEVER felt the need to post a negative comment, but in this case, I think you should be warned…

Pet urine smell and fleas in our room. Hotel smelt very strong of pet urine. My whole family ended up with sinus infections.

Good people. They helped me start my car last winter when the battery died. And the year before they help my parents with a sick dog on Christmas day.

There is some stuff floating in the pool, I have no idea what it is, but it is not hair or anything. Temperature of water was pleasant. My first room was not vacuumed, found a pacifier on the floor. Crumbs on the floor. Next room the leather chair has white stains on it. But I say over all, good deal. I was fine doing 3 stars until just before 10am, house keeping just opened the door without knocking and just closed it when she saw we were still here. Check out is 11.

I was a current guest at La Quints Inn and Suites in Bolingbrook, IL. It was a Saturday night and it seemed hectic, but the two young girls seemed to have everything under control. I saw them as superheros over the desk, I was so proud of them. They handled everything in a professional matter. They honestly worked as a team! Housekeeping was far to kind as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay! I just wanted to inform management what great of a staff you have.

Very nice hotel and well priced. It's a 20 minute drive to brookfield zoo and 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. The rooms were clean. Plenty of towels. The people at the front desk could be nicer tho. Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were overly pleased with everything. The front desk staff was courteous and attentive, the cleaning staff was awesome and keep our room in great shape. The breakfast was good, plenty of options. Beds were comfy — though a bit hard. The proximity to the interstate makes it a breeze to get to and from Chicago (though I would suggest waiting until rush hour to head in and after to head back, but hey. That's Chicago) We will definitely staff in this hotel on our next visit to the area. If you're not familar with the area. Many good eats to be had: El Burrito Loco, Lou Malnati's (in Naperville), Portillo's (get the italian beef sandwich, and have it "dipped").
