The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However they make you sign a waiver at check-in saying that you won't throw a pool party or have extra guest in sleeping bags in your room. We had a suite which was pretty clean but there was a moldy spot in between the marble tile on the wall and the bathtub which was very noticeable while taking a bath. Instead of the usual continental breakfast they served biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and potatoes as well cereal, fruit and associated pastries.

Very convenient location for my work trips. Breakfast isn't fancy by any means, but did the bill for me. Room was modern and clean.

We enjoyed our family reunion in Chicago at the hotel they were very accommodating and friendly staff.

Located near multiple other hotels off of I-55, it's location is both convenient but busy. While it's easy to hop on the highway, there's a lot of people coming and going at most hours at the nearby hotels. The rooms are updated and taken care of. The room that I stayed in had a light pointing into it (probably pointing at a sign on the building), that couldn't be fully blocked by the shades. Some of the bedding felt like plastic, but overall the beds are comfy. The breakfast has many options (the biscuits and gravy were really good), with multiple types of coffee in the lobby. The staff is very helpful with any questions you may have. When I was in the exercise room in the morning, the water dispenser ran out, so I called the front desk to let them know and they brought me a bottle of water while they were changing the dispenser's bottle. This was above and beyond what I expected from them, which was a nice surprise.

Came over for a wedding gathering. I believe the conference room was the red maple. The setting was very comfortable, and the lady behind the desk was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. O would certainly stay here after my experience.

Very professional staff. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Great amenities, but kinda pricey if you are on a small budget.

Clean spacious suites, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, free Wi-Fi, parking and cable reasonably priced. Great breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and attentive and very short wait time for room assistance. Overall I was very pleased no complaint. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Great customer service, economical, comfy rooms (some of which have jacuzzis), free breakfast, and located conveniently near shopping areas & interstate.

Booked through a travel site. I went to check in, got my key, and went to my room. 10 minutes later the phone rang and they said there was a billing issue. Went down to the desk and they said the room wasn't paid for. They kept asking for my American Express card, which I never had. At this point I should have called the travel company but I was tired and wanted to get ready for the wedding. So I gave them my visa, since my room hadn't been paid for, figured I'd get that figured out. Everything was square, weekend went off without a hitch, Get back home, I was charged by the travel company and the hotel. I didn't pay for MY room, I paid for some schmuck with an amex card. I called, emailed everyone, and all I got from them was an invoice detailing how they robbed me and no actual help. I'll never stay in a Hampton for the rest of my life.

Everything was goo except one piece of garbage found and speckled mirror on closet door. Direct TV is great, beds did not have fitted sheets.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast could be cooked a little better and more variety. Overall, we will go back.

Good location. Room could have been a little cleaner. Overall an ok stay but would likely seek a better place in the area next time.

We stayed here as part of our wedding block we had booked. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful with getting everything set up for us including multiple shuttle trips in each direction. Room itself was very nice and had plenty of room for me and the groomsmen to get ready on the day of. Location was rather convenient and only about 15 minutes from our wedding venue. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

One of the best Hampton"s I've stayed in. Nice, clean, well decorated, new. Great area for restaurantsand easy access to highways.

I've come to expect a standard from Hampton Inn and suites and this location didn't disappoint. Breakfast was fantastic and staff has been great.

Really nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast had great fresh fruit and nice seating area. But sausage both days we were there; I prefer when they alternate sausage and bacon. Pool was nice, but no hot tub.

It was close to the place I visited. The service was great and rooms are decent. Not the best place I visited but works with me.

Do not stay here! Or if you do make sure to check for bugs!. The general manager I promise will not get back to you if a problem arises. Or will the Hampton. Had A bed bug, and spiders!

I was there this weekend for a family function for my mother. Some of the staff were very unprofessional. We have had family functions there in the past, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We booked ten plus rooms and staff did not advise us on a group rate. We were disappointed this time. Service could've been better. Breakfast was great!

I enjoyed myself. My Room was nice and clean. And enjoyed the free breakfast. I didnt eat much. But my family and ate plenty. And it was good. The celebration room waa very nice also. I will return again.

The hotel itself is not bad but the Wi-Fi is so HORRIBLE that I can not get anything done. Its so hard to check emails or even check Facebook because the Wi-Fi is that bad. I have things that I have been trying to do and I have to wait until I go home this weekend to finish it because the internet is that bad. I never want to stay here again.

It was thw worst experience. I was booked in a room with a view of a landfield of construction. The pool was inaccessible at the time which could've been advertised on their website. If I would've known they had construction going on around the hotel and the pool was out, I would've chosen another Hampton Inn, least to say I ended up checking out early and staying at a family member house for the remainder of my visitcto Chicago. Very Unhappy Stay!
