I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area. Stayed here for a family wedding in Lockport. A few really annoying things at a hotel add up. No water pressure what so ever. The shower head is mounted ungodly high (7.5 ft) and by the time the water reaches you it’s a sprinkle! I could not rinse off the soap or the shampoo from my hair, I had to use a cup and fill it to rinse off. Ridiculous! The hotel is extremely loud, there was a large reunion and girls sports team at the hotel who were EXTREMELY LOUD! The reunion was in the lobby, like it was their party room! We could hear EVERYTHING from out 1st floor room. At 10:30 I called the front desk and they would not do anything, they acted as if I should move rooms. Really, at 10:30? They did nothing about the reunion/party — that was wrong. I did not care for the staff either time I called to check on my reservation and added guest names to the several rooms I reserved then either. They seemed uninterested in helping me over the phone and after I arrived. The pantry was out of Tylenol and Advil. The bed were too soft and pillows flat.

The room was spacious and felt luxurious. However the lighting of the lamps was very artificially bright and not relaxing or mood enhancing. Good temperature control and quiet night so good insulation from other rooms. The front desk staff left much to be desired and is my top criticism of the hotel. Inattentive, not friendly and little to no eye contact. Also breakfast was not included and would have been an extra $10. Don't know if this is standard in IL but for paying over $100 a night you should get complimentary breakfast IMHO.

Smelled fresh and clean. Room was very nice and clean. Loved the jacuzzi bath in the room.

Seems like a nice place. My stay is a bit biased due to the hotel being sold out and only having a handicapped room available. My room (designed for a wheelchair) felt cavernous and void but the gym area qnd pool are nice. Bar area is good too but the food leaves something to be desired. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a bit tight and the enterance from the road is poorly planned. You must drive down the street 3 blocks to U-turn and come back to garden inn.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last year and a half. It is very clean, neat and well put together. The rooms are nice and updated, the staff is amazing and very friendly, anything you needed they always had and they were so accommodating with everything! They have a nice bon fire sitting area outside for when it’s warm outside! There food selection is awesome as well! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one in the area!

Very nice, comfortable rooms. Great Customer Service. Very friendly staff. They had a shuttle bus to transport us to the wedding venue.

Nice, but just a luke warm shower. Housekeeping was over eager trying to enter the room at 7 am.

The hotel was fine, I have stayed there twice in two different rooms however it was not possible to sleep without earplugs. Air conditioning which served as heating in January/February was turning on every hour and I was constantly waking up from the loud noise. I would choose for a different hotel next time.

Rooms are nice but it seems they could be cleaner found toenails on floor in room and hair in bathtub… Food was good at location.

Just amaze of the staff as a dj I travel a lot and at booligbrook this would be my frist priority hotel had very bad experience at the RAMADA and SUPER 8 just a couple of miles south that is very poor mantain for a couple of bucks you are better off staying hear not worth taking bed bugs from that ramada or SUPER 8 at boolignbrook and Napervillege, Plus it's close to the I-55 will be back soon. And would defenetly would stay a nother month.

I like this hotel. I have been here severally and the staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Also love the amenities and the modern equipment.

Very happy after 1st of 4 nights. The property appears to be very new and is well appointed. The front desk staff was friendly upon check-in and able to accommodate a particular room-type request so that I wasn't on the highway side. Room was pristinely clean, which as a germophobe was greatly appreciated. The king bed was more comfortable than the last HGI I started at, but could be better. Breakfast at HGI is better than the other "business traveler" Hilton properties, and this one was again better than the last HGI I stayed at a couple weeks back. If the remaining nights are equally good, I'll be staying again for 2 weeks in Q1'18.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and conveniently by everything. Quality amenities such as the large fitness room and a library/work area (separate from business center).

WOW! HAD a good night sleep. Room was clean, especially the sheets. I am a smoker, but did like the freshness of the hotel being smoke free. Didn't mind going outside to smoke. Breakfast was good too, made to order, pastries, cereal, good coffee. Little more than I wanted to spend for 1 night, but woke up revived and fresh.

Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Stayed in block of rooms for a wedding. Everyone seemed to be pleased with the hotel.

I don't use hotels much so my review is not going to be made with the most critical eye. The only thing that matters to me is 1) are the beds comfortable? And 2) is the bathroom nice? And for this hotel the answers respectively are yes and yes.

Free Hilton Honors Wi-Fi is slow even for just email purposes. Our room has a defective sliding glass shower door that will not stay closed so you freeze and the water sprays (even before you get in) out the open area. The shower head is in a fixed position so you can not avoid spraying out of the shower and you have to be UNDER the spray path to turn the shower on due to the other glass sliding door is stationary. A large amount of water also pools on the floor from the stationary door. Bathroom sink barely drains. Ugh The microwave glass turn table bounces around inside the microwave due to something broken. Oh and what good is a microwave that has a sign on it saying not to warm your cup of coffee or tea in it?

3 kids in the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was awesome. Staff was great, friendly and quick. Spaces to sit out side. Was able to walk to Starbucks. Beds were not bad, they have been loved. Smells clean.

Hilton garden inn is an amazing hotel because of the crisp and quick services they supplied, the facilities they had were clean and perfect for usage and I'm satisfied with my experience.

The rooms were really nice and the staff was very friendly. The hot tub in the room was really nice, and the amenities were also good. Highly recommended.

Modern hotel with good amenities. Quite and comfortable rooms with in-room fridge and coffee machine. Great price to go along with the rooms making for a wonderful experience.

Brand new facility, has an indoor pool and spa. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their lobby/restaurant, which is pretty good. We ordered pizza and they delivered it to us in the lobby. The lobby was pretty cozy for my group and we enjoyed sitting there. They also have a private room labeled the library with tables and chairs.

The room was very nice and clean. It smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. Beds were so comfortable! Keuring in the room but I recommend that you bring your own kcups. Very nice building. Very nice staff. I could not hear any noise from the hallway or surrounding rooms. Only thing I found wrong was the pool. The chlorine was so strong that everything I eat or drink tastes like bleach and its been hours since I've been out of the pool. I would definitely stay here again though.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel was like any other HGI. The feather pillows suck as they provide no head support, but that seems to be a common theme with HGIs. Bit, the hotel is alright and I'll be back in two weeks.

Updated lobby and rooms. Great shower. Nice pool and hot tub area. No free breakfast, but Garden Inns normally don't.

Perfect location for my work trip. Very nice facility that is clearly new.

The staff was fantastic, I had such a great time. I attended a baby shower and the bar made some of the best drinks ive ever had. Cant wait to come back!

Zero stars! The worst sales team EVER! Don't ever book with this hotel, unless you want to set your own place settings, add tables, have the "buffet" taken down because you you "paid more to have family style". It was a complete mess. Its a blame game from one person to the other with no one ever taking accountability for the mistakes.

Clean, quiet, cozy. Only stayed for one night but the room was so amazing and very reasonably priced especially for New Year's Eve. Really liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge. Gave it 4 stars because I did not try the pool or breakfast. The front desk staff were very nice.
