The Hotel is a modern and clean. The amenities are Aloft brand standard. The staffs are helpful most of the time. Staying here during winter time, it was fine. However, during my latest 2 days stay in the summer, there were 2 wedding groups staying here. And they were partying until 3AM in the courtyard/outdoor sitting area in the morning! Unfortunately, my room was facing that area. And there was basically no sound proving from the hotel windows. Even though I'm staying in the top floor, the noise is still too much for a normal person to sleep. The hotel staff wasn't doing anything to stop this kind of behavior until you call them several times to complain about the noise. What could be worse is it took them almost an hour to let the party quiet down and leave. It is understandable that wedding party is something special, but there are other guests in the hotel as well, so a more strict quite hour policy should be enforced in order to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. I definitely won't recommend anyone to stay here during the summer, especially for people on a business trip.

Just great. You made a new, efficient space with great bells and whistles at a price anyone can afford. Well done ✅ Hard to go back to the average hotel after this.

It's really a nice place to stay. Please, be informed, it's a 3 Starred chain hotel of Marriott Hotel Group. It's a convenient place. However, prepare yourself to fight with the same and limited breakfast every day. The fitness center is not well equipped. Swimming pool is suitable only for the kids. Rest rooms and faucets are very traditional. In conclusion, this is an average hotel.

A very chic hotel in the Bolingbrook area. I stayed there while on a workshop at Argonne National Laboratories. The hotel is just a ten minute drive to the labs. It is also a short walk/drive to the shopping mall with a large range of shops and a cinema. Staff are nice and polite.

Definitely a neat hotel and different concept for travel. I liked the decor and openness of the hotel. It's proximity to the Promenade in Bolingbrook with all it's choices for food, shopping, and entertainment makes this a great place to stay. I would love to come back to this hotel and tryout other Aloft's. Full disclosure this was my first time trying an Aloft.

The place is very nice, kind and helpful staff and clean. The pool is relatively small but good for kids. There's a billiards / snooker table, live music and bar. The laundry is OK, works with quarters that can be obtained from the front desk. There's no complimentary breakfast, but there's decent coffee. Several items on the breakfast and lunch menu can be made on order and charged separately. Gym equipment is decent with some treadmills. In room refrigerator is a cooler at the best. Water runs very hot and comfortable. Doesn't not keep food cool for preservation over a couple of days. Overall, it's a thumbs up.

One word… Amazing! The staff are extremely professional, courteous, and always trying to please. Live music in the downstairs lounge/bar 3 nights a week. Very hip, very cool and such a great deal for the price we will definitely stay there again.

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The lobby is more of a lounge with board games, a pool table, and a bar. The atmosphere is very fun and laid back. 7/5 would recommend Aloft to other fun loving millennials.

Decor is very tasteful however customer service is poor. Had issues with my key card I returned to front desk to reactivate it. Returned to my room didn't work. Fortunately a service phone was located near the elevator. I called and someone did response. Her attitude was like assisting me was an annoyance. The next day I woke up to discover ants in my bed, desk area, bathroom vanity, shower pretty much all over the room. I immediately called the front desk. Again no sense of urgency I was told maintenance will be notified and that was it. No offer/suggestion to relocate me to another room. I don't even remember an apology it was almost as if it was no big deal. After going through an itching spell and thoroughly disgusted. I called front desk requesting they cancel my remaining reservation. I'm checking out what a HUGE inconvenience & disappointment! I packed up went to the lobby to print out my boarding pass… the printer was out of toner/ink! Are you kidding me? Anyway found another place to stay for the night before my flight the next day. I had an horrible experience with this hotel.

Hotel check-in and check-out was quick. Room was modern with comfy beds. We were there after wedding and they let us hang out in bar area after bar was close playing pool.

The location of the hotel is great, tucked back a bit from the main road but still close enough to the Bolingbrook Promenade and other entertainment. Everything is a very modern look in the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a little smaller than other hotels. The bar downstairs is nice. I did not have any of the food their. The service was great throughout the hotel, as the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommended as a place to stay.

Rooms were clean. Very Euro modern minimalist in the design of the rooms. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash are provided, how if you forget your toothbrush or paste or shaving cream you have to pay for it. Check in at 3 pm with checkout at noon. Early check-in can be done at a first come first served basis.

I just stayed there one night but it was really cool. The room was so comfortable and nice. Staff very nice. I didn’t get to see the indoor pool, it was a shame. Isn’t that expensive.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were super nice and private. I definitely plan on going back. My girlfriend and I found this place awesome.

Decent location close to major roads and shopping areas. About a half hour from Chicago if usual traffic. Nice rooms for short stay.

Definitely the hotel resort around here. There is an auxiliary cord that hooks up to the surround sound throughout the room/pool area you stay in. This is definitely one of those times you'll be happy with the money you put down on this.

Stayed here twice now. Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Easy mobile check-in. Clean rooms. Just a quiet and relaxing stay each time.

I loved staying here! The atmosphere was great, the room was quiet and the bed was comfy. If I could ask for one thing I just wish the lights in the room were brighter but that's just something I personally like. Anyone wanting to stay in that area I would totally recommend this hotel to.

Stayed here with my husband for a wedding over the weekend-what a treat! The room was way nicer than expected, the bed (and pillows! ) were super comfortable. Super friendly staff. Additionally the bar was open until 2 am. Several people from the wedding got a shuttle back to the hotel and continued to celebrate. The lounge area is great, there were at least 40 people socializing until 2 in the morning and everyone had a comfortable place to sit. I would highly recommend this hotel to those in the area, especially those looking for a hotel for their wedding guests!

Close to where we were spending time for the evening. It's okay. They could work on making the rooms a little cleaner. The coffee in the rooms along with cream and sugar was not enough for 2 cups. New year's day was very cold and as such so was the lobby. I felt bad for the staff. No fault really, but, still. I don't know that I would stay there again.

Surprisingly noisy, blinds didn't completely cover the window so bright sunlight woke cus up earlier than intended, one of the complimentary electric coffee decanters contained cold coffee, and the lobby was extremely cold. It was so cold that the front desk staff had on winter coats! Very friendly and polite staff.

Loved that they were pet friendly so we didn't have to worry about boarding our pup. Very nice modern-looking room. The lounge area looked cool when we checked it out.

Rooms are spacious for 1 or 2 people. The hotel is easy to find and there isn't much room noise from the outside. Not the most comfortable pillows on the bed if you prefer a firm pillow. Staff greeted me and got me what I needed.

This place is nice and clean, however they fail at providing the most basic of hotel function … a quiet room to sleep. I was given a room on the second floor directly above the lobby. I could hear every conversation below like I was sitting at the bar myself. When I came down to the front desk to ask about the noise the response was “Sorry about that. The bar closes at 2. If you want to pack your things we can move you to a new room. ” Every hotel has loud guests and slamming doors, but this place is exceptionally bad. Don’t stay here if you plan on sleeping.

Fantastic stay. Very trendy. Awesome location. Depending on the direction you take getting to the hotel it can be deceving but it is well worth the time. I wish they had a hot tub but the rest of the hotel is not disappointing. Definitely stay there again!

Beautiful inspired set up. Very trendy lobby and guest room. Elevator is a bit slow, no ice machines on the floors so you have to go all the way to the lobby if you need ice. Hallways look really nice adding some elevators on the ends would have been a wise investment so the guests don't have two long hallways to their room. Pool not very big, no hot tub. Such a beautiful outdoor space off the pool room. The restroom in the pool area has white glass doors that can be seen through, not clearly but not the best idea for a bathroom. If they had a larger, deeper pool and furniture without holes in it that could be a real attraction for them.

This is a great and fun hotel to stay at. There was a bit of a billing issue since "the system" was down. The only blemish on a great night. And the blue soap is awesome. It smells like fruit loops. Seriously.

We used the Aloft for our wedding block hotel and it was a great choice! Maggie, the wedding block coordinator, was easy to work with and was great at making last minutes changes to accommodate us and our guests. While we were there, the staff (especially Amanda, Dan, and Lucy) were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The hotel itself is modern and fun, with a large lobby and bar that is perfect for post-wedding drinks. We loved just hanging out in the lobby with our guests, the hotel definitely has more of a party feel but is still well run and clean. It’s also right down the street within walking distance of a large mall, which was great for out of town guests… and for a couple members of our bridal party who forgot to bring clothes and needed to run to Macy’s! I would recommend the Aloft for couples getting married in the southwest suburbs, especially if you are going to have a lot of guests in their 20s and 30s staying at the hotel.

The room was clean as was the hotel. Staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to find and get to. We stayed 2 nights; Saturday and Sunday. We could hear some music from a neighboring room the first night, but it was not annoying enough to call the desk about. The beds and pillows are not comfortable by any means for someone like myself who has a lot of issues with pain. I suggest bringing your own pillow if you are the same way. My only real complaint as a guest staying more than one night is that we expected to have a refrigerator based on the advertisement for our room and we did not.

Friendly staff that were very attentive. In my opinion the room was a bit below average. The bed sheets and comforters appeared to have hair and dirt on them, the bathroom did not have toilet paper and bathroom wall fixtures were not secured very well. The bed I slept in was not too comfortable because I could feel the springs through the mattress. The hotel bar area was clean and felt inviting. Free coffee and bottled water was a nice touch. The price for a room was reasonable for the area at about $100 a night.

I loved this hotel. We attended were attending a wedding and the hotel was convenient to the venue. The staff was very accommodating to the grooms requests of borrowing a room to practice a dance, etc. There is a bar and pool table in the lobby. It gets very lively at night but got can't hear it from the rooms. The bar tenders were excellent as well. The hotel staff allowed us early check in and late check out. The rooms were very spacious, chic, and clean. Overall we had a really great time.

Found this to be a very nice place. Clean and spacious rooms. Fourth floor is nice, especially. Morning traffic on I55 is a bit of an issue towards Chicago, but can be avoided if you can take local roads. The Bolingbrook Promenade is close by, with lots of shopping and dining options. In our case, Aleksa at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to get us some amenities to make our stay more comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

I have to say, this hotel is overpriced for the quality which disappointments me since I absolutely loved the Rosemont location. The pool is very small, and not heated. The pool location was fairly dingy and worn out. While we were there, a Panda Express staff meeting completely took over the lobby. No icemakers, but a complimentary bag of ice that we had to go all the way down to the lobby for and get. Our room was okay, but very small for the price. Our refrigerator wasn't even plugged in. This hotel advertised being a part of Marriott in the lobby, but definitely not Marriott quality.

I will never go to this place ever again they basically discriminated against my Son because he's young and black I'll never go here again this was the first and last time for my visit and I'm telling all black people they shouldn't go here were not wanted.

Love the concept of a large lobby area that accommodates singles at the bar, or families who want to hang out with kids where there is plenty of seating and activity. Not all rooms have refrigerators and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We got in very late: 12:04am… Immediately we were greeted, status acknowledged, and quickly given a room. The room was impeccably clean. Not even a scuff mark on the walls. The hotel is fresh, clean, inviting and feels safe. There was plenty of toiletries and parking.

Never had any issues. Clean, and modern in an IKEA sort of way. Can definitely be considered pricey though. No in the whirlpools available.

I got married in May of this year 5/20/16. We booked around 15 rooms for our wedding block and almost every single guest had some issues. I was the bride and had such a horrible experience. I booked our room (1 suite) from Thursday til Monday. I was in contact with the woman who booked the wedding blocks. I asked for a dress rack and mirror and table for our suite for our bridesmaids dresses and mine. Naturally when I got there, none of this was in our room, the room was dirty and I called down to get them brought up. I had to wait over 45 minutes for this and when they brought the mirror up it had finger prints all over it, splatter marks & a crack. So I call down to get it cleaned and while this was happening, I go in the bathroom and the sliding door breaks and I get locked in the bathroom. Beyond horrible, so I call and complain and nothing gets done. While this is happening other guests are checking in and there rooms are dirty and not ready after the assigned check in time. The staff has no idea what is going on, you cant call the direct line to the hotel when you call them. It was a complete and total disaster! I called and complained and nothing was resolved! No discount from the headache, no explanations! No nothing! After our wedding we stayed an extra night to relax by the pool and hang out. So we got married on Friday and on Saturday night we go to bed at 10ish. Around 11:30 at night someone is banging, knocking on our door.

The location is easy to get to. The rooms are very clean and feel luxurious. The hotel itself feels really new and has a cool moder design. The room amenities are better than any other hotel I've been in, like keyless entry to my room and an input box with an HDMI port for the TV.

This newly built hotel has a chic and modern vibe. The rooms are quite spacious with the standard amenities. The hotel also features a small gym and pool. Breakfast is not free, but there is a good variety of items available for purchase.

Not even 1 star really I have to complain every day about getting new sheets after seven days that's pretty gross. The staff is not very polite overpriced for no table in the room nor a microwave cuz they spend too much money on making the check in area pretty. No free breakfast.

It was situated decently far from the city. We got a room with a king room, the view was nothing to be impressed by but in the coming years it could be nice. The service was nice and prompt.

Worst in the area. Very bad experience long list of things went wrong in just one night. Called for a manager not available. Charge me for the night a month later and many other things. Never again not even for free.

Pretty poor experience staying here two nights. Hotel itself is okay — pretty typical Aloft hotel, not a particularly amazing area, but it was close to the client (was there on work). Front desk is severely understaffed/underskilled — it appeared only one associate actually knew what she was doing. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes, when I went up to the 4th floor to find my room, I found that the associate did not write the room number. Back downstairs, 20 minute wait again to get a room number. Upon checkout, asked to get a receipt emailed, confirmed my email address in the SPG profile. Never got an email. Called to have a copy sent through — first to reservations, no luck. Then another call to the front desk. Was placed on hold for 5 minutes, then it took about 10 minutes to get a copy of my receipt. Finally have the receipt, yeesh. TLDR; hotel is clean and pretty typical Aloft. Staff are underskilled/understaffed and slow. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly. Guy at the front desk, I believe his name was Tony, was the most helpful. His positive attitude and caring made our stay above and beyond. Big thanks to you man. Also love the lounge and bar area downstairs, nice atmosphere.

Aloft was nice however the room layout was a bit strange and the atmosphere in general was sleezy nightclub. My wife and I were there for a wedding and this was the hotel listed on the invite would not have been our first choice. The room was nice enough however we had to ask for a mini fridge even though it had listed that every room had one and our room did not have a phone which I found odd. Regardless it was a decent room and it had a bed and a shower so it was fine for a one night stay. Will not be staying again.

Stayed here one night while attending a wedding in the area. There's notmuch else in the area, so it's kind of oddly placed. Modern looking hotel, reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. Accommodations are fairly barebones. There's a pool I didn't use. The bar is VERY overpriced and the bartenders were rude and kind of clueless. I wasn't at the hotel for very long, but it accomplished its goal of housing me for a few hours. It didn't wow me or stand out, but it wasn't horrible. Overpriced but compared to everything else in the area, pretty reasonable.

First time staying here. Had a blast. Large and spacious room, 24 hour gym. Also next to an LA Fitness. Staff is very accommodating.

Do not book for weddings. First of all our reservations were screwed up. They had us arriving a day later and checking out on the day of the wedding. We had rooms blocked the girl at the counter when we arrived put us in a room for the night and told us to come down in the AM to get moved to the floor next to the rest of the wedding rooms. Went down next day a very nice young lady named Tori fixed everything until she needed a managers override. Up comes the train wreck of a gm her name is Zoe she pretty much screwed everything up and ended up spending 30 plus minutes fixing it. Zoe needs to be pushing a cleaning cart not running the hotel. My son and daughter arrived on Friday more confusion because my other daughters name was on room. Even though my credit card reserved tge room it was my email they sent the conformation too. They were not going to let them check in and big surprise Zoe stepped up and made a huge mess of things. We were in our room and was looking for our room key lifted tge cushion on a chair besides tge dirt there were two dvd cases for very explicit porn showed a bunch of thumbnail pics The pool was dirty and freezing cold. We had more reservation issues which thankfully Tori was there to take over for the train wreck zoe. The shuttle service got messed up part our fault we did not have enough shuttles because their shuttles only hold twelve.

I recently booked at A LOFT in Bollingbrook, IL. Knowing the price of the hotel in advance and how well they are maintained it was without hesitation that I went for the reservation online (last minute) from their parking lot. Less than 2 minutes later, I walked into the hotel to check in. At the check in desk, there were four other people waiting for a room. Please note that it was 10:30 PM. The front desk employee that evening was "Deidra. " She was visibly flustered and explained that there was "an issue with the hotel computer system and the rooms. " I asked her if there was a military rate and she indicated that there was and asked for my military ID card; I provided it and she indicated that she would make an adjustment as soon as she figured out the room situation and to please have a seat. It took 45 minutes for the staff to figure out the room situation. Deidra asked me for my military ID again and indicated that the discount would be on my check out statement. We went to our room, the linens hadn't been changed (hair, make up, stunk), the sink had toothpaste in it, and the trashcan was full. After trying to brush my teeth, the sink was broken and the handle came off. 145.00 plus tax is a little ridiculous for a room that hadn't been cleaned with a broken faucet. The real doozie came when it was time to check out. A new front desk employee took my card and indicated that I would see my bill via email. I asked what the total was and she gave me the full rate.

I just want to point out first that the workers displayed a high level of customer service and that is why I am rating this hotel a 2. Issue My hotel room was dirty. There was food on the carpet and the walls were dirty. Great customer service — A new room was provided Issue The shower area was not sealed well so when you take a shower there is water every where… ISSUE One that I am most upset about — My credit card was overcharged. When I first booked my room I was told my card would be charged the full amount prior to staying at the hotel so I was alarmed when guest services asked for a card so that I could be charged. I thought maybe the guy just said that so I wouldn't cancel. When I checked out I never received a folio but didn't make a big fuss. Then when I requested to obtain a folio and looked at it I was applaud to see that I was over charged. This is very alarming… Now im checking to make sure I was not double charged.

TV doesn't work, fridge doesn't get cold and there is what appears to be a semen stain on lounger ender the tv…

Booked reservations for a wedding 8/29-8/31/14. Reservations for at least 5 guests that I know about, mine included, were incorrect. Spent 1/2 hr on phone before we arrived trying to resolve but was on hold so hung up since we had arrived. Spent another 1/2 hr in lobby trying to get it straightened out. Witnessed about 5 people checking out before me, all having difficulties with incorrect reservations, items on the bill, etc. The hotel is old — ceilings in the hallways were cracked, had exposed pipes and florescent lighting. They tried being creative and covered them up with 70's looking striped draping throughout. The rooms had equivalent ceilings and were setup like a college dorm room — a bed on one of the long sides and 2 desks on the other. Between the 2 desks was a bench, directly under the wall mounted TV — sort of pointless. There was no other furniture in the room and the only way to watch TV was sitting in the bed or standing beside the bed. No little table with a couple chairs just to sit in. No 'closet' to hang your clothes — just an 11" deep x 42" tall x 32" wide (approximates) opening — no closet rod in there either — a bar that stuck out that you could hang 5 items on. No place to 'get ready' — the bathroom counter was about 36" but the sink sat on top of it so limited options if there were 2 people trying to get ready to leave. The shower had recently been re-tiled and was nice.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The host was amazing at the check in desk, the room was the cleanest I've ever seen. It had a large spacious shower. And best of all the beds were so comfortable I'm actually about to buy one of the gel toppers they had on them I even asked what brand they were at the desk. The location was super accessible, right next to great shopping, ikea, and restaurants and it was nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I wish there were more so I could stay at an Aloft in every city I visit.

Not sound proofed at all. We could hear people talking from a wedding party at normal level from our room, and it kept us up. The U. S. Flag is flying and it is torn to shreds. Majorly disrespectful to the county. I have been to other Alofts, and had a better stay than this one. We switched to Hyatt Place and enjoyed that much better.

Good Afternoon, I am writing to say thank you to the Aloft Bolingbrook Staff, they are by far the most awesome group that my husband and I have met thus far. We stayed over the weekend everyone was so thoroughly accommodating and customer service oriented that we will definitely come back as well as recommend friends to stay at this establishment because it was great. I would like to point out the front desk clerks Joe, and Yvette they were great. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we both agreed that this hotel was the best state side establishment we have experienced. Please continue the great work.

Stayed here after a wedding recently and felt it was both a good and bad thing, and for the same reasons. Aloft had a hip and stylish bar and lounge area. It's got a very unique feel to it and if it was more in the city I think it'd be a great location. For a wedding it was fun and trendy for look and feel. The place was pretty empty while we were there though which could take away from the festive vibe if you had a small party. Its also right across the street from a decent outdoor mall which would be great for shopping or food when it's nice out. The thing is if I was in the area for business or family I'm not sure if the atmosphere would be where I wanted to stay. Honestly the concept would work great downtown but feels out of place in the suburbs where it's located.

This hotel is extremely unorganized. My fiance and I were told to drop off our bags the day before the wedding and our belongings would be placed into our suite on the night of our arrival. When we arrived in our room at 11:30 pm, we noticed that our bags were not in our room. We went to the front desk and the man at the counter told us he knew nothing about it. He said he would search all the closets and offices but he didn't have keys to all the rooms. After waiting for an hour the night of the wedding, we were told there was nothing he could do until morning. My husband and I had nothing but my bridal gown and his tux to wear to bed! Nothing — not even a tooth brush was offered to compensate. He told he would call us in the morning 7 when the manager would be in with keys. At 7:00, when no one called, I called downstairs and was told that someone was looking for them and they would call back in 10 minutes. No one called and we went downstairs in the clothes we borrowed from other members of our bridal party. When we got to the front desk, the man had no idea what we were even talking about. NO ONE WAS EVEN LOOKING FOR OUR STUFF! He then had us explain the whole scenario again and then spent the next hour an a half "looking" around for our stuff. Finally, they found our bags in a "back security office".
