Do not stay here! The place is literally falling apart. One bed corner was on the floor due to a broken frame. Pillow sheets had dirt and stains on them. Bathtub was dirty. One light over sink was missing. Furniture had dings all over the finish, like the pieces had been obtained from a front yard with a "Free" sign on them. Carpet had unidentifiable glue-like spots. The place needs to be bull-dozed and started over. Decent location relative to the Park, but spend the extra bucks and go somewhere else until MAJOR changes occur here.

Staff was extremely friendly and understanding that the room did not meet my standards and refunded my stay quickly. Hotel was very dirty.

This place was a total lie from the beginning. Reception was horrible smelled like marijuana and I was there with my 3 children. The receptionist was rude room was trashes out broken sink and shower tub filled with mold. No microwave and tiny fridge was dirty. Breakfast was an old Danish and not even coffee was available. My children and I woke up with the worst headache due to the horrible smell of cigarette smell. To top it off you can feel the bed springs as a mother of little ones we sleep with lights on for potty time and lights flickered in our room all night scaring them more than doing any good. Will absolutley never again stay here!

Wrost place to stay at. When you check in they tell you that you can check out anytime before 1pm. Then in the morning they tell you you have to be out or give them $15 for every hour you stay after 11am. Place was not very clean. Bathroom looked like it was done back in 1950. I will never go there again.

Great staff and manager. Room was large and clean. I stayed there for two and a half weeks. The rooms are cleaned two or three times a week, which is very good. And it's located near freeways and lots of restaurants. I would stay there again.

They were very friendly but this hotel needs some work. The carpets were stained. The lobby was clean but extremely outdated. Our beds seemed clean except my sheet had a large stain of what I think was paint on it. The carpet had a wet patch near the bed and something gritty like carpet cleaner possibly. The TV was not plugged in to a power source nor the cable connected and when I connected it the remote doesn't go to the TV. The picture quality was mostly terrible. There was also a phone that wasn't plugged into anything, either. However, it was $43 a night and it did have a mini fridge, microwave and a hair dryer. Im giving it 2 stars because I wasn't comfortable enough to take my shoes off at all.

Nice people, pretty much a dump though. Torn and dirty sheets, around room perimeter, shower was broken also. I guess that's what you get when you only pay a certain amount.

If u arrive here, your better off staying in your car. THIS IS THE MOST DIREST, NASTIEST, and DISRESPECTFUL PLACE IN ALL OF MAN KIND… I had to ask for a different room, Room 205, had a nasty sink and tub, the toilet looks like it’s never been Cleaned, the carpet looks like it’s been in the driveway for 5 Seasons, the furniture looks like it’s being Donated to the TRASH, the lights don’t work, and the TV was establish in the early 1980s… SMDH AT THIS PLACE AND SHAME ON WHOEVER OWNS IT, I BET THERE HOME LOOKS LIKE THAT.

This place is the horrible. I would never recommend this for anyone, unless you are looking to hide out from police. Room was never cleaned from the time I check-in to check-out time. Ask front desk why room wasn't cleaned… he said I never ask. So crazy of me to just assume that a hotel would cleaned your room and give you fresh towels. So sad this ruined my trip with my son graduating from bootcamp. He had to stay in a different Hotel. It just wasn't cleaned or safe for him or me. So disappointed. Thanks Fairbridge.

Rooms very clean… Staff courtesy and willing. To help you anytime to make your visit comfortable. Fresh coffee along with a roll waiting for you when you wake up.

This hotel was a joke this wasnt worth my money in my room was holes in the sheets, bathrooms dirty, ants lampshade busted, floors dirty. How csn this place stay in business needs to be shut down, I'm from minnesota and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worse stay ever.

It was nice. Most rooms have newer beds and flat screen tv's. Complimentary breakfast and coffee.

Very disgusting yet depressing place. It literally looks like a crack house. Bed sheets and blanket looked like they were picked out of the garbage. TV is from the late 90s. Sink counter was dirty. Lights didn’t work. Towels were worn down and faded— they looked very aged. This place makes any Motel 6 look like a luxurious hotel. The price is terrible… I could’ve stayed at a nearby Motel 6 for the same price however the images provided by Orbitz made it look much nicer than it actually is.

Worst experience ever! bed bugs, dirty towels, addicts standing outside begging for money, drug dealing, rusted showers, clogged toliets, horrible smell I called the health department didn't stay a whole night do not visit nor stay here ever 911

The room was mostly clean, like an effort was being made. However the sink was terribly worn and inside of the handle was moldy. The tub was also badly chipped. We had a reservation for four people in the room but were only provided 2 towels. Not a big deal, however when I asked the desk if I could get a couple more, he simply stated he had no towels. No alternative solution.

Do not stay here! bedding unchanged! found period stain in sheets! a unflushed terd in the toilet! carpet wet from leaking toilet hair in bath/shower area room fixtures shoty room phone not working only thing that dis work was the air/heater! one word. Gross! health dept. Would have a field day here!

The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but the hallway outside our room smelled badly of pot, and one of the beds had blood on the sheets. They obviously weren't changed before I checked in.

Do yourself a favor. Don't go there. Place is disgusting and management is rude and frankly doesn't care at all. I have pictures… dirt and grime EVERYWHERE! The whole place is gross, both in common areas and the room itself. Housekeeping seems to be nonexistent. Even the towels are terribly stained and smelly. The rate seems like a good deal, but it would probably be better to stay in your car. No coffee maker in room as described and the advertised breakfast? Yeah right. No juice, no nothing. There's coffee, but no creamer. They threw a couple wrapped Danish out there, but when the 8 (not even kidding) are gone, Well I guess you are out of luck. There's a refrigerator and cereal dispenser there, but unplugged and empty. They say the waffle maker is out of order… obviously for soooo long that everything was taken away as well. They even make you take out your own trash… and direct you to an outside trash and threaten you with a cleaning charge… laughable!

Trust these reviews! Other inexpensive hotels in the area. Cigarette smoke in the air. Bath tub was filthy. Bath filled up with water during our showers. Cracks in the sink. Stained sink Weak water flow for the sink and toilet Dirty toilet bowl Was a Hassel to get in contact with hotel staff. Towels were gross. Bed sheets were gross. Burn holes in the sheets. Unknown Stains. Took about 40 minutes to get new sheets which weren't any much better. For whatever reason if you do book a room here. Keep the locks on cause they will walk in without knocking. I made the mistake of booking 4 nights in advanced and couldn't get my money back. This location is in need of a renovation. Hope this helps!. Prostitues and druggies roam the area and walk in and out the motel during the night. If that's your thing, then you would probably enjoy it here.

Based of my several times experience, while you are at room the housekeepers knock and try to open the door, but when you are out they do not do housekeeping after 11:00 am. Everything thing else are good.

I am giving this a big fat 0… the shower had hair on the walls, the drain in the sinks of room 210 and 118 didn't drain, that same sink was broken down with cracks in the tile, the mattresses looked like they found them on the side of the road. They had stains (blood, food, dirt, and yes I'll say body fluids smdh) all over them, and I mean all over them. The sheets had red stains on them and house keeping got mad when you asked them to change them. I unfolded a wash cloth only to find red stains all over it. We couldn't even lay under the covers for fear of the unknown. I wanted my money back but was told there were no refunds. My advice to you is go somewhere else!

I wish I had read more reviews before staying here. There are other inexpensive hotels in the area, save your money and stay there instead. PROS: — No bed bugs or roaches in our room (Yes, I checked). — AC worked fine — Shower temperature was even CONS — Dirty and in need of a rehab or demo the place and start over. It looked like there was blood in the sink (i convinced myself it was nail polish). The tub had a patch over the bottom. There were stains and a sticky spot on the floor. Yuck all around. — My mattress was really saggy. The other bed was saggy too but didn't hurt my back as much. — The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. — No room service the first morning and then they didn't leave any towels for us the second morning. — It was hard to get to with all the construction in the area. In conclusion, I would've stayed somewhere else even if it cost more. Some other hotels offer shuttle service to Six Flags, which would've saved us money since we had to pay Lyft instead.

The one I went to near six flags great American in Illinois was disgusting, there was cigar ash in the drawers and the Bible. The carpet was damp and had stains everywhere. All the soaps we already used up and there was just dirt everywhere including the sink and bath.

Even though we got a non smoking room, you can tell people smoke in there. Beds are uncomfortable, second hand from Hyatt (on the tags, made for Hyatt). The doors are thin, leaky sink had wet carpet in front of it. The only plus was the staff was nice and courteous.

Very friendly service. Had a great time. Ignore the 2 star rating this is a four star at leeast.

This is the worst ever. Stayed here because the motel we usually stay at went up $45 more and it isnt worth that. This motel had a ghetto rigged bed. A cinder block holding up one side of the bed and it broke off that so the bed was leaning and they fixed it by putting another cinder block on top of the first one. The hallways smelled of weed all the time and I had my 12 year old and my lil 3 yr old cousin with. Sat. Night it also smelled like something died in one of the rooms. The sink was peeling off. Phone in room didnt work. Ran out of big bath towels. Never again will we stay here.

Very friendly staff reasonably priced rooms are comfortable alot better than other motels/ hotels in the area! I would definitely stay again!

The place is falling apart bathroom was filthy the tub was so dirty you could see where the last person s toes where. Then the so called manager told my husband that he didn't care and that was there best room. If they can leave the tub that dirty imagine what you can't see.

We didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel. It was not what we expected. We all shared the same one sheet that thought was clean. We didn't sleep under the covers because it was nasty. None of us even showered the next day because we were afraid to get something nasty like fungus or other sort of issue on our feet. Also, they don't care about their customers feelings nor concerns. One of my friends left his scarf the same day and he called three hours later not 24 hours later! And he was told that they throw away everything that is not valuable. I think we can all agree that cloth that happened to be a gift from his girlfriend is priceless. So we don't recommend it nor want to make business with them ever again.

So we stayed over last night. It was so bad I was thinking of sleeping in my car instead. Everything was horrible, literally. Service was bad rooms were dirty really dirty, it probably had bed bugs. I had to use my own sheets because I was so disgusted. Next morning, I leave and come back looking for something, they tell me they throw everything right away if it's not valuable. What I had was valuable. Just horrible DO NOT STAY THERE. Unless your a hooker or a drug dealer.

Our stay was one of the most pleasant I've experienced in a very long time, even with the renovations going on. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite! If I ever have to come to the windy city again, this is where I will be staying! First time I've slept all night in a hotel and being ex military, I've stayed in quite a few. Thanks FairBridge Inn for a wonderful stay!

First thing's first and I would like to clear this out with EVERYONE reading this. Traveling 5 hour's from St Louis on a permanent vacation. 3 hotels I had visited and this one had to be the worst hotel choice all together! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. For starter's when it comes to booking hotel's in advance your not sure which one to choose from. As I arrived at the Fairbridge Inn I didn't see any problems at first. First room we were escorted too seemed nice although there was one short problem. I had noticed it had smelt like cigarette smoking smoke. "Non Smoking Rooms. " The snooty, disrespectful, caniving office teller perceived to accuse of smoking in the room. Little did I know she invited another guest into our room. That purposely breaks the privacy act! Later on they sent me to another room. The room was disgusting, smelled absolutely horrible, cracked walls, cracked sinks with no protected sealant, smear marks on the bath-tub, air-conditioner leaking water onto carpets. In the room later that morning I was bothered by the snooty office teller that again had been smoking in the room. She had mentioned cigarette smoke coming from underneath the door. "Steam from shower"… She's obviously on crack! Mom and dad can't place daughter to do her job right. Was kicked out police called and been charged of a $200 smoking fee. I felt disrespected, discriminated on my sexual preference.

Pillows was dirty, AC didn't work properly, blanket in dots of blood.
