Was very expensive and not worth it in my opinion. I enjoyed staying at all the other hotels in Bedford park, but not this one. Rooms were not great and the front deck/lobby was lacking in many aspects (personnel and amenities). Was traveling with co-worker and they lost his reservation even though he had a confirmation number and had already paid. There were no more rooms left so he was out of luck. Wont stay there again.

Awful. Just horrible. I will not book here and perhaps not at a Hilton property ever again. I woke up at 2:30 am to a sweltering room. I knew it was the “smart thermostat” not running anymore. I called down to ask if there was anything they could do. She said there’s no maintenance so not really. She then started explaining it was the smart thermostat. I knew that. It was 2:30 am. I didn’t want a lecture. I wanted to be able sleep. She said try to switch the thermostat to the half moon setting. I said thanks and hung up. There is no half moon setting. She lied to get me off the phone. When I tried to call back she kept sending me to hold. Eventually I gave up and tried to sleep. It was still hot and 4 am so I had the bright idea to leave a light on. That’s the only way the air continued to run. I’m so tired today I can’t focus on anything. It’s honestly a miracle I made it home.

Thank you for a convenient and professional stay at the hampton inn in bedford, chicago illinois. the hotel is less than 10min. From midway airport. The service was a 5 star, including customer service and the rooms service was great. restaurants and stores were less than 30min. Away along with the major highways. Again I high recommended hampton inn near midway chicago airport.

Rooms are nice. They even have smoking rooms. Staff is friendly & helpful. Plus It's just down the street from both Midway Airport & the Orange Line. Only issue is the like $15 a day parking fee. That's my reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise I'd give the hotel a 4.5

I love the service, the smiles from the desk, and questions, is their anything else, I can help you with. That makes me want to come back. The rooms are five star to me. Thank you Hamton inn.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Disappointed that we had to pay $17 plus tax for parking. We stayed at the Hyatt across the street the week before and parking was free. An additional charge of $19.04 is pending on my card. I called the front desk and was told this is a security charge and will fall off within 3 days.

Great location, walking distance to Midway Airport. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was rather small. Heating unit was very noisy and combined with noise from wind, peaceful sleeping was difficult. Breakfast was terrible — very fake scrambled, mushy eggs, processed sausage that needed further cooking. I am still giving the hotel 4 stars mainly because of the location and the overall quality of service and facility.

Front desk staff was great. Shuttle to the airport was quick, efficient and polite. Our flight left to early for breakfast. Room was quiet and clean.

So far I've been very pleased with Hilton resorts. I arrived early for St. Patrick's day and staff was able to check me in early and were super helpful and friendly! There is a free shuttle for the block of hotels in the area, use it to get to and from the airport. In addition, if you're going downtown, grab the shuttle to go to the airport and then grab the Orange line fro $2.50 downtown! It beats paying $15+ for a lyft/uber. As always, beds were comfy, room was clean, and breakfast was great. If I find a competitive rate I will be staying at Hampton Inn again. Highly recommend this hotel.

The was the most difficult hotel I have worked with in the past 14 years of doing business with hotels. They would not honor the online reservation price I secured for our guest. Never have I been asked to go through so many hoops to get the price I reserved. I will no longer being doing business with the property nor will I be referring this property to any of my counterparts either. This particular property is not part of the Hilton family either. Interstate Hotel owns this particular property. I have held contracts with a Hilton owned Hampton for many years and have been treated with upmost respect for my guests.

Great location with updated, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard for a Hampton. If I'm in this area again, I'd probably stay here.

The rooms are very nice. The staff is excellent! The hotel is clean, beautiful, quiet, easily accessible to and from midway airport, also has a shuttle. And the staff on duty upon my check in (Sharon) I must this young lady has been trained very well by the hotel as well as her mom. Never seem such a beautiful and kinder spirit in the hospitality business. But Hampton inn rules. Thank you Hampton inn and Sharon for making my over night comfy. Fyi! They have best beds in the hotel business.

We recently missed our connection and were dropped at Hampton Inn with the clothes on our back. At 10:30 pm, we were pleasantly surprised to have a gracious staff welcome us and we checked into our clean, nicely decorated room. With our new toothbrush and toothpaste in hand, I realized I didn’t have contact solution. I called the front desk and Chris said they didn’t have any, but he had his personal contact solution that I was welcome to use. The coffee cups in the room and borrowed solution allowed our flight home the next day to be a more pleaaant experience thanks to Chris!

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Wi-Fi was good, Shower had good pressure. The only knock was the"auto temp" in the room. It was very cold this week, and the room would only stay at 65 degrees until I got back in the room. Then if I was not in the motion sensor range on the thermostat, the heater would not run.

I am overall happy with my stay. Stayed here for work nearby. Traffic in the area is very heavy due to Midway airport being right there nearby. They have a business center, free breakfast, and a gym. I didn't get around to taking pictures of everything like I normally do for my reviews. The hotel is usually quite busy as again, it's next to the airport. Also, other guests can be a bit loud in halls or in rooms above you. The room itself was nice and felt clean to me. There is a parking fee but that is normal as you get into bigger cities. There are places to eat nearby, TGI Fridays is the closest just across the parking lot. Would stay again if in the area.

My room was noisy, right above 4 lane arterial, 1 block from the L Train, and apparently near a fire station. Windows opened, so perhaps the seal was bad. Breakfast asked kitchen staff if the omelets or sausages were Gluten Free. First she rolled her eyes like not sure, then when I asked to see the labels she said she was sure they weren't. OK, don't BS me, it is my health. Train the employees on this increasingly prevalent food intolerance, and better yet use GF omelets, sausage and oatmeal, and label it as such. Otherwise standard Hampton Inn.

Modern rooms, up to date amenities, and very friendly staff. Good sound proofing too as I didn't hear planed taking off at all. This is a very nice Hampton.

I stay here whenever I come into town for business. Very good and clean hotel. Great staff and they are very accommodating. Great amenities and updated rooms. I really enjoy my stays. I’m not giving this a 5 star simply because of the location, it is very hard to get anywhere because of heavy traffic. But overall great hotel.

Very comfortable bed and beautiful room. However, it can be quite noisy during mid day. I was awakened by maintenance trying to enter my room to clean the carpet. The front desk advised that they had a list of empty rooms… other than that, the stay was quite pleasant and the breakfast was edible.

I've stayed here many times and it is my hotel of choice near Midway. Very smooth check in. Rooms are very nice and there was a refrigerator in my room. Bathrooms are modern and nice.

Nice room. Close to Midway airport with convenient shuttle service. Used the park and stay option to leave car parked at hotel. A light breakfast is included.

Check in was extremely quick. Room was clean and the digital key worked upon check-in. Parking was abundant and easy. I will be returning to this place.

Decent hotel what you would expect from the Hampton Inn. One exception $19 a day to park your car. I happen to be staying on an inflated price week anyway so another $19 a day makes this ridiculous. In my opinion if your a reward member this should be free if not at least dicounted.

I really loved this hotel I was expecting it to be a step down from the Hilton but it wasn't. The room was nice and continental breakfast was way more than I can ever expect. The scrambled eggs and steak was amazing and the waffles with the syrup drizzle was as well.

Arrived due to cancelled connecting flight. Expected usual run down 2nd tier property. Found a very nice, clean, well maintained property with spacious rooms and a great staff. I was limping on a cane and they found me a wheelchair. Wanted to know about food and they brought menus up so I wouldn't have to return to lobby. Recommended several places that delivered. When the food arrived we used tables in breakfast area and they found me a knife to cut my meat rather than making me worry it apart with a plastic knife. We routinely stay in Hilton properties and this one is exceptional.

I really enjoy these rooms, they are modern and utilize space well. The hotel has great restaurants nearby including a pizza place that makes pizza with sausage as a crust. The hotel has a cable machine that works alright but free weights and or a bench would be helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. The neighborhood to the north and east was walkable. There was plane noise a time or three — not a problem, but something I noticed, at least on the fourth floor. In general, everything was fine.

The place was in great condition, was checked in quickly and was to my room. Room was awesome. Room layout was good too. Doesnt feel congested at all. Great stay. Would stay again.

We were only there for five hours due to a missed connection at Midway, but they were great about checking us in, making life easy, and provided a bunch of toiletries knowing we were down to our carry on. Shuttle to airport was awesome and staffed was very friendly. Everything was clean and neat.

My stay there was pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of food. The rooms were big and seems to be kept updated and looking nice.

Breakfast was really good. I asked the front desk a good place to eat, they recommended tgifridays. I like Fridays but I wanted something local. Came back to my room and the trash can was on my bathroom counter, thought that was odd. Oh and then you had to pay extra for parking, not cool in my book.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was gorgeous! The complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus. Only downside was I had to pay for parking.

I stayed here over halloween weekend and was pleasantly surprised with how great this hotel was. The staff was really friendly and answered all my questions. On top of that, the room was really clean and breakfast tasted great.

Very deserving of a 5 star rating. Nice, new, modern, and hard to find a flaw with. Nice lobby with free drinks out. Nice restaurant inside. A "little" bit loud from the planes if you're a light sleeper, but not bad at all (considering they are flying so close). Definitely would stay here again.
